Nokia 5700 — Service Problem set not getting back from company service centre | |
i had purchased a 5700 from S.H.MUMTAZZUDIN AT KOLKATA i had given my set for repair at a.m. telecom pvt ltd authourised nokia service centre for repair on [protected]. i was recieved a call from the company service centre on 25 -08-08.informing my set is ready when i went to take my delivery i was being handed over a set which was not mine not in working condition which i did not accept i told that i will get my set back on 5-09-08. i was issued a fresh job sheet when i went to take my delivery today they are saying that it will take another 20 to 25 day for my set to arrive why should i suffer .kindly help me my job sheet no of athourised service centre is[protected]/080730/60. current job sheet no is[protected]/080825/57. complain in company help line no is 2-3AFU99. siri recently purchased nokia 5700 and after a week it had started giving problem as its display connection was loosing so i went to nokia servicing center , they said me it will take around 1 month to repair it , i dont understand why these nokias people they take such a long time for a minute problem, even i have to go abroad within this weekas i had got a new job , so i am traped in this regard , please help me out
