I had submitted my mobile to your nokia customer care M/s Sapna enterprises A-4, Dutt Appartment, Sneh Vihar, Napier Town Jabalpur on 28.07.2008 in dead condition.

They said it will take 10 day time to repair & estimate of repair cost is Rs.1500/- I Said OK.

After that they said that the mobile is on, but some technical error is shown when started (contact the retailer) for rectifying...

Being a loyal customer of nokia I think it’s my duty to inform you some facts which came to my notice today…… these were told to me by owner/proprietor of Nokia Priority Ambala City (Haryana) Mr Tarun.
