I had purchased nokia 5200 IMEI-[protected] dated 28 Oct 2007 and its under warranty .The problem which i am facing is display . I had shown this to Nokia care (Planet [protected]@nokia care India .com) on 9th June 2008 Job sheet number :[protected]/080609/16 they told me it has to go for repair at calcutta so i received this set after 20 to 25 days .After that i thought the problem is solved but again on 19th August 2008 the same problem arises and that Job sheet number was[protected]/080819/14 dated 19th August2008 and that too i had to wait for 20 days . Now today again on 20th september same problem arises, now u tell me what should be done because the previous problem which i am facing is not solved and my warranty peroid is till 28th Oct 2008 . What should i think of Nokia ? i thought Nokia is the best but my experience tell me that day by day this company is lossing it s name and becoming worst . please solve my problem, and send me the earliest reply in my mail .
Dont loose the name of Nokia otherwise we the people will not trust this brand in future

    Security code not working

    Nokia 2630 having IMEI no. [protected], when turned "ON" asks for security code. Code "12345" as well as "00000" do not work.
    Please send me the security code for this problem....

    I purchased Nokia N72 from Photomax Gurudwara Road Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 30/07/2007 vide serial no-7513 under IMEI no [protected]. After a period of 6 months I noticed flickering in display. I immediately went to the Nokia Care Center Rama Electronics Talab Tillo Jammu and they advised me to replace the display but the display was out of stock and told me to come after one month as they will get the same from Chandigarh. On next month I again came to them and they replaced the same. But again flickering did not subside. I visited 5to 6 times in the period of next 4 to 5 months with the same complaints but it was all in vain .I lodged a written complaint to the same than they told me that they will send my hand set to Chandigarh. Under job sheet no[protected]/080723/29 dated 23/July 2008 they forwarded my handset to Chandigarh. On 14 of September o8 I got my set back without any improvement so I refused to take the set back and the hand set started hanging this time along with flickering display. They told me as flickering in the display was still in the hand set so they will again send it to Chandigarh for the replacement of the same .It is herby requested kindly replace my hand set at the earliest and you are requested to take this matter sreiously as iam being victimised for the last 7 months without any gain and moreover my gprs services were also paralysed due to yours handset and warranty period also got expired. I myself as a reputed doctor by profession wasted my valuable and precious time and faced lots of trouble after purchasing a handset from a reputed Company and from a authorized Nokia Priority Dealer

    Nokia N72 — replacement of handset

    I am a custumer of nokia n-72.My handset's IMEI no. is [protected].My handset is in guarrenty period at this time.My handset is repaired 4-5 times by locally service
    centre, 3 times repaired by L6 service centre delhi but all the problems are asusual.i am tired mentally, physically,
    economicaly from this handset.i am requesting you to change my handset and give me a new handset as early as possible.
    otherwise i would take legal action againest your company.

    NOKIA,N-72 — regarding replacement of N-72 handset

    nokia india Ltd.,
    I have deposited the N72 -5 BLACK model at MOBILE clinic, shop no 4, green mart complex model town (JALANDHAR)PUNJAB on 21th, JAN, 2009 at15:51 against the Job Sheet No.[protected]/090121/39 and the IMEI Number of my hanset is [protected] for replacement.My handset doesnot show the display and got dead automatically. After every week i got fake promises from nokia care centre, MODEL TOWN (JALANDHAR)PUNJAB for about my handset but still i have not received any handset.Acc to jobseet status at www.namscareonline.com shows our hand set is ready for collection, but when we go to shop they told us that hand set is not received yet, they don't give us any positive response Plz. do something for the same handset otherwise i will go for legal action . please don't take it lightly.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      Myself, Ravinder Chadha is living in kolkata. I was gifted a new E61i not even a year back.

      I have a problem with Nokia Care, as your company have not been able to rectify the fault in the Nokia Handset and they havent returned the Heandset to me for almost 3 months now.

      The following is the date wise details how and what has happened till now:

      02-07-08 I had submitted my Nokia handset to the Nokia care center in S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata.

      I was told in 20days the phone will be given back to you.

      23-07-08 I got my handset from the same Nokia care center, saying the problem is solved, when i said i want to check the phone is rectified or not, they did not give me the phone unless i sign the jobsheet that i have been checked the handset is working. I signed and took the phone back.

      Later to realise that the problem is not solved and the phone was again switched off. The problem was that my phone was showing that it is charging, but it wasnt charging at all.

      26-07-08 I returnedto the same Nokia care center to report that the handset was not rectified and they took the phone from me saying it has to go to the headoffice again for fixing the problem.

      10-08-08 I called the Nokia care center asking about the phone status, they told me that the phone is expected to come on the 23-08-08 and the problem was not solved so you are getting a new handset.

      23-08-08 Another handset was given to me, which was not a new one, it was a 2nd hand phone, when asked about this issue, they informed me that this is the phone they have received for me. I took the phone as i was really in need of a handset, as i had borrowed a handset from my friend. I checked the new handset, there was no netowrk on the phone, when informed to the customer service rep in the nokia care center about it, they said it may take a few hours to get the network and was asked to go home and check.

      25-08-08 I went back to them that the phone is not working and the network problem persisted, and they rechecked by putting my sim card on another handset, just to see that the network was available or not. It was available. They took my handset again, and again gave me 10-15 days time to rectify the problem.

      After this, i started giving a call to Nokia care headoffice in Bangalore (An STD CALL) as i had requested the kolkata office to give me their headoffice number. It was not a TOLL FREE NUMBER THEY GAVE.

      I have given atleast 10-15calls till now. But no one knows what is happening.

      I was told that their computer is showing that the phone will be at the kolkata office on the 12-09-08.

      I went on the 13-09-08 to the nokia care center in Kolkata to receive my phone, but the phone was not available, again from there i called nokia care Headoffice in Bangalore, they said the phone should be in kolkata yesterday and after speaking tot he customer service rep (kolkata). The Bangalore rep informed me that they will let you know by end of next working day i would get a call from Bangalore to inform me when the phone will be available.

      Didnot get any calls from them till 2days. After that i called up Bangalore and i was told to wait till the 25-09-08. In between i did get calls from the Team managers from bangalore all telling that the phone will be ready by the 25-09-08.

      When asked i want to speak to someone who can answer why it took almost 3months to a phone handset which is not even a year old handset and under warranty. No one had answers and they started to avoid my calls, and till date they have not given me any contact person who could give an answer and compensate me of my loss of business for last 3months and the STD Calls made where no call was less than 20mins.

      Please tell me that if you could help me with this problem and can i lodge a complaint against NOKIA as nokia terms to be an Internation Brand and i would like others to know how NOKIA have treated a customer who have been using nokia all his life, starting from Nokia 5110.

      Nokia India — Handset Faulty

      Dear Sir,
      I am facing a similar problem with regards to my handset.I purchased it in July this year its not even a year and the handset is already giving me major problems.The phone stopped working within 2months of purchase when i went to the service centre(Kanpur) i was told that the phone will have to be submitted and sent to Noida as there is no repairing services available in Kanpur.I submitted the phone immediately and recieved after almost a month.
      I would still have remained satisfied though the absence of the phone for such a long time caused me considerable harships but within 10 days the phone has again started giving problems.
      I would request the concerned people to kindly replace my handset because I have already got it repaired and it has not helped my phone is still within the warrenty period and I am not ready to shell out money for defective handsets.

      I sincerely hope this time my request and complaint wil be heeded to and some proper action will be taken to solve my problem.

      I purchased a NOKIA 3110 Classic mobile on[protected]. On[protected] the
      mobile did not respond, so I contacted with the local Nokia service center Kolkata, Girish Park center. They told me that the mobile have some technical problem. So i deposited my mobile to them, they gave me a receipt of mobile deposit slip and assured me that they repair my mobile within 15 to 20 days.

      I am requesting you to give me a brand new mobile because the repaired mobile
      might give some problem in future and i don’t want to take back this repaired mobile.

      Please do the needful at the earliest possibility.

      I totally agree with all your comments. I had purchased an expensive Nokia handset in January and to all surprises, the mobile had worked well only for a month or so. After that, I repeatedly visited customer care(at Ultadanga, Kolkata) and every time they took 1 month working time and returned the handset and again the problem kept on appearing in the same very day. After 4 months effort, I have lost all hope for it and is using my old handset only.
      I AM FACING PROBLEM NOKIA 3600 SLIDE FOR BATTERY BACKUP PROBLEM AND REPAIR 4 TIME AND NOT SLOVED MY PROBLEM PLZ CHANGE MY HAND SET SLOVED MY PROBLEM

      I Amith Patil from Bangalore & had a problem with my Nokia 6500s which is under warranty.. the problem was display & had been to Nokia Care more then 4 times & the case also escalated to higher level & my handset was sent to Delhi Head office.. but still it was not repaired.. And more over the care people charged me 1800Rs/... Kindly Replace the hand set & refund the money which was charged..

      Sub :- Forgery against repairing of Nokia Mobile, Model No. 1661, EMI No. [protected]

      Kindly informed you that I purchased the subject mobile from M/s J.P. Electronics, Ekta Bazar, Gonda on 01.01.2010 its purchase receipt No. 2368, which is under warranty for one year.
      My mobile has been giving some problem i.e. it’s “Red Key” is not working, audio poor, incoming audio quality poor and key pad does not function some time.
      I have provided the subject item to NOKIA CARE CENTRE i.e. M/s B.K. & Co., Newal Kishore Road, Lucknow on 01.09.10, the open the mobile in front me and checked it they said that you will come here tomorrow to collect your mobile. When I reached to receive my mobile, they said that your mobile is being not repair because of your mobile washed by water. After than I said them you may provide me a report regarding this, viz I talked to Nokia Care Centre. After than they said me that you deposited Rs. 55/- for this. I deposited the amount but they provided a estimate letter to me, whenever I apposed then they said you taken back your amount and returned the receipt of Rs. 55/- which was arbitrary snatch by them and my mobile returned as same. However, I remarked on job–sit[protected]/100901/50, dtd. 01.09.10) that you forged me. However the credibility of Nokia Co. for Costumer is what?

      dear sir. myself vikram patil. i am a sailor last month i was in uk i bought nokia handset e63 now i am back in india but indian sim card is not working in my cell it gives me error sim card is not valid.so please help me...

      has been lost from our residence while charging the phone.due to theft by our maid servant.FIR/DD entry

          Sir,
          I had purchased the nokia 6275 handset from TATA INDICOM head office, NAGPUR. As their was a software problem on my phone i gave the phone to the nokia care centre i.e. ANURAG MARKETING on 2nd may 2008 .due to the mistake done by the nokia care technicians they flashed the RELIANCE software instead of TATA INDICOM software. when i saw and told them, after 2 -3 hrs they told that the phone is DEAD and they will have to send the phone to the NOKIA head office.
          With the help of TATA INDICOM Maharashtra Goa Circle CEO my case process was in priority basis .When the phone came from the head office i was told to collect the phone
          when i went and saw the phone, once again the samething happened i got a phone with RELIANCE software i told the manager that once again the Technicians of NOKIA HEAD OFFICE had done mistake .Then my phone went to the head office once again and i got a swapped phone on 26th may 2008.when i asked the service manager of anurag marketing to give me the proof that the company has issued this phone to me in written, He told me that all the updates about my phone have been done in the system. Also i asked the nokia officials about this by e-mail, they told that they cannot tell the IMEI number of the phone issued to me but the phone given by nokia care centre is the right one.

          Now after 2 months of phone swapping many problems came in the phone i.e. speakers are not working, vibrate function is not working, Phone gets hanged up etc.on 2nd august 2008, I went to the same nokia care centre i.e. anurag marketing and told the manager,
          Mr.anurag wade about my problem, he behaved badly, and talked with me rudely. When i saw the warranty status of my swapped phone, the nokia careline Internet site was showing the phone is OUT OF WARRANTY and i came to
          Know that the warranty of the swapped phone expired on 27th may 2008 just 1 day after the phone was given to me and no changes were made on the system.
          As the company has not given me the proof of swapped phone, now company is asking for the proof of the swapped phone.
          As i contacted nokia careline they told me to send the copy of bill to the Bangalore office. They received the bill on 20th august . As they received the bill their behavior changed. Nokia executives are saying that they cannot do anything for my case.
          The main reason behind the ignorance is that the NOKIA COMPANY has CHEATED me by giving the FAULTY phone and now they are not ready to do anything for my case.

          I humbly Request you that i Purchase the Nokia model no e- 50 IMEI No [protected] which one I purchase the last year june 15 2008 When i face the problem in the warranty period so i go the varun eEnterprise WA -84 shakuarpur near the pandav nagar, when i give the my mobile E-50 that time is the lock code problem i forget my locked & all the bettry is working properly on till 11 may 2008 in the job sheet no[protected]/090511/43 I mention the in the job sheet also that i am not satifisited with you service than i talk the Northen Chief Miss Pooja she give me satification that i sovled you problem & i talk with, also say me some part is payable but charge 1500 rs but they say me the mobile is not repair so better you throw the dustbin Mr gupta who is the owenr of the Varun Enterprize that i give the second time my mobile on there they promise me that we delivery your phone in three days i daily go there but they retune that two week & also deactive my all the function who still not working & give me the remark on the jobs sheet tempored the

            No Care from NOKIA Care

            We have purchased about 15 Mobile sets from M/S Rayrhythms – one of the Authorised Sales & Service of NOKIA Phone in Vadodara. This purchase was done on 30/10/2007.

            One of the phone Model 6030 with Sr. No. [protected] was switched Off when attending a Workshop / Training program, during the month of July 2008. After the training class when I switched ON the phone there was a message on the screen “ Insert SIM Card”

            The phone was given to M/S Rayrhythems – Service centre on 17/07/2008 – Job Sheet Number[protected]/080717/71.

            The phone was received under warranty but ultimately refused warranty saying that there is “Water Inside”

            The phone was refered to MANIA - another Care centre on 14/08/2008 – Job Sheet number[protected]/080814/49

            The phone was checked by the store representative and taken for repairs, without warranty – stating that there are “ scratches on screen & self damage of Battery connections” . I was also given an estimate of Rs. 300 on 18/08/2008 by Mr. Prashant and when I went to collect the phone on 22/08/2008 it was returned as “ Not Repairable – due to self damage on battery connections”

            The phone can be charged with the same “battery connections” then where is the damage? How can a user self damage the phone battery connections ?

            This type of Care only tells how not to support or awail the Warranty Claim of the customers.

            Can I get JUSTICE from NOKIA by replacing the PHONE as it is still under warranty.

            Nokia Mobile — insert sim

            i bought a nokia 20-30 before 4 month ago. suddenly on 28-4-08 my phone totaly off. so i am repair the mobile on that day . but not response in the service centre. when i will get the phone.

            so my fevent appeal to take the action imediately.

                I have bought a Nokia model 6275 mobile of TATA Zone browser (worths Rs. 10, 000+) in the beginging of Feb.'08, but after a short time period (in april), the key pad of mobile is malfunctioning, due to which i had submitted this to Nokia service center, sakchi, jamshedpur. After a long time of 3 months, they returned me a new set against my that set, but the new set has Relience Zone browser which has low market cost (about Rs. 9, 000) without informing me this changes. after getting this, when i called to Nokia care center, they told that they are not in position to take any action as it is handed over me. but, after some time, the same thing happen again. key pad of my new provided mobile again malfunctioning; after submitting the mobile to sevice center sakchi, jamshedpur, they told me it will take one month for repairing.
                i think this is not the only problem, at this nokia care center they are replacing the part of mobiles with damaged part that's why they need more time for repair and again the some thing happen.
                I am fade up with this time duration of reparing because every time after going to 30 km form telco to sevice center, i do not get any right information about my mobile.
                so, it is requested you to kindly return my mobile as soon as possible as i am dependent on my mobile.
                secondly, it is requested you to kindly replace this mobile of Reliece zone to my old mobile with TATA zone as i paid more for this.

                  I have purchase nokia set 2760 on 11/6/2008 from M/s Ashish enterprise, Panaji Goa Opp Azad Madian telephone No. 6644345 and fax[protected]. Within one month of purchase the set got faulty. I requested for replacement but he refused saying i got to repair. I have given it to repairs with Nokia care, Panaji, same was returned to me after repairs.
                  Again on 18/9/2008 it got the same fault that the speaker is not functioning and no sound is coming through.Again I asked for replacement, but they refused stating that they will repair it. My job sheet No.[protected]/080918/34 dt 18/9/2008.

                  Kindly look into the mater and replace my set.

                    I purchased a Nokia N93-i on 28th Sept' 2007 from your Nokia Priority shop, (103, Station Square, Bhubaneswar-751 001, Orissa, Phone - +[protected]
                    In the month of April`2008 the mobile did not keep the battery back up more that 3 hr., even without use.
                    I gave the hand set at your Nokia Care center (Cellular Clinic, B/32, Saheed Nagar, Behind Durgapuja Mandap, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, Phone- +[protected] on 08th May`2008. After 15 days they gave back the handset saying that the set is ok, battery needs to be replaced. I purchase a new battery from Nokia Priority. But faced the same problem. Again I approached the same Nokia Care on 28th May`2008. The representative received the mobile to send to Kolkata Head office to check thoroughly, and if not decision may be taken for replacing. As per the representative, I re appeared after 25 days (on 25th June`2008 in the morning). After detail enquiry, I found that the hand set has not been send to Kolkata. Even it has not been taken care of by the technician. After forced complain, they asked me to come in the evening. Again in the evening they told me that it has been repaired but did not mention the rectification made.

                    But after full charge of the new battery, I am facing the same problem of only 3Hrs. battery back up.

                    Then again I handed over the mobile to the same Nokia Care center on 28th June`2008 with Job sheet no.[protected]/080628/40. But till date I have not received the hand set back in proper conditions. Every time I approach them, they ask for more time. Some times they tell it has been repaired and in transit. And some times they say it could not be repaired and will be replaced.

                    The representatives of Nokia Care Center are:
                    1. Mr. Sarbijit Sarkar ( Operation In charge, Orissa),

                    Bought a Nokia model no. 3120 classic on 11 sep, 2008 from cell mart, RamMandir square ...
                    against invoice no. 12488 ...
                    The handset started giving problem immediately after few days of time ... and so far i have taken it to Nokia care for 5 times in a month...
                    But problem still exists...
                    Nokia Care people at Sahid Nagar, Durga mandap, Bhubaneswar seem to be technically very poor. As a case, i had given them my 1yr 4 months old N70 Music Edition (IMEI- [protected] ) for necessary service as it was not starting on 8th june 09. The next day when i appear there they told me that it would be repaired by next evening. And after 2 days when i again appeared, they told me that it cant be repaired. Whereas i got the mobile repaired from a different service engineer within 2 days & had a verbal argument with those nokia care people. I think nokia should immidiately sack these nonsense people sitting there who are not only ill behaved but technically poor also.

                            Nokia 6300 mobile — Overheat the phone

                            The 6300 nokia phone I boght is getting overheat if I talk a couple of minutes. Also, batterry charge will last for few hours only.
                            I have purchased the same phone just two days back but can't talk for more than two minures becoz of overheating near the earpiece. The ears can't tolerate it!

                              I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



                              I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



                              since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



                              I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY.                                     Hi...My self Vishal Rami, I am from ahmedabad, before 2 months i buy Nokia 6233, after two months i have problem in keypad in nokia 6233, now when i m going at nokia care sahajanand complex at naranpura, nokia guy tell me that this is water problem & we can't cover in warrenty, this is on chargeble basis, & nokia guy has no ID Card, No Dress code..so i can complain about nokia guy, but any way friends i suggest you buy other brands like Motorola & Sony...because they are giving best services after sale.                                     Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I have purchased NOKIA Handset 6233 in November'07. After purchasing its kepad numbers slowly started to disapper and now all the numbers are wiped out.

                                    It is very shocking that in the tanure of 5 months the brand like nokia also not able to sustain its quality. I was believing in Nokia but such kind of product quality let me down.

                                    Please do the needful to resolve this complaint and arrange to change my handset immediately.

                                    Nokia 6233 — Keypad Problem

                                    Hi...Myself Vishal Rami from Ahmedabad, before 2 months i buy a Nokia 6233. now after 2 months keypad has a problem some keys are working properly & some keys are not working properly & hang when i see the contacts, when i m going at Nokia Care at Sahjanand Avenue (Naranpura-A'bad), First of all They Nokia guy has no manners how to talk with customers, nokia guy has no ID Card, No Dress code, & Chwing Tobacco. This is original Nokia's Dress code. When i m reached at 1.30pm nobody is on counter...they said our lunch time...i am waiting for half our then one guy coming and check my mobile & bill, after check mobile he said this water problem (Liquid Problem)...but main thing was that my mobile never fall in water...how can he say that...it means Nokia is Cheat with customers...He said this is on chargable basis...but phone has warrenty...why should i pay for this? This is Nokia's Company fault...

                                    I sugest Never buy NOKIA...because this company is cheat with customers...they are no giving after sales service...Nokia care is the part of Income how to cheat with customers...so be careful with NOKIA

                                      Sir,
                                      I have purchase a Nokia Slide 3600 from a shop named Mobile world Located in the MG Road of Jeypore Town of Koraput district in Orisssa, India. On 15-08-08.Immediately after 3days I had the problem of inaudible sound absolutely feeble and when approached the shop they took it to Nokia care and there it was repaired. Again after 5 days the set was taken with the same problem and they attended to it stating there was some dust and it was cleaned. Again after 5 days the set was taken with the same problem and this time the speaker was changed. Even now our woes did not stop and we were forced to go the shop with Problem of inaudible sound and non availability of network signal. The same sim when fitted in other mobiles it had full signal indicating that my new mobile 3600 slide had the problem.This time also they shop Personnel did not agree with the problem and they went on insisting that they do not have any responsibility once the product leaves their shop. This time also they kept the mobile for 2 days just doing nothing to satisfy the customer. For all the repairs they never gave the Job sheet and they wanted to fool the customer in every respect. Totally disappointed with the set performance I asked for exchange and prepared for some cut in the amount paid to me. They disagreed and went on insisting that the set was allright.Even when they took their set in their possession they refused to give the receipt for the same. I doubt the sincerity of the shop personnel towards the customer Problems. Their behavior is deplorable. Again yesterday I went to the shop with same two problems but in futile. I am a middle class family person and I purchased the mobile after lot of thinking. I really left with lot of disappointment. I have you as the only hope that can do justice to my hard earned money. The Phone bill no is158 and the amount paid was Rs.9200/-.IMFL [protected] and the battery no is [protected] and charger no is 90207988.Please Help me.
