I purchased a Nokia N93-i on 28th Sept' 2007 from your Nokia Priority shop, (103, Station Square, Bhubaneswar-751 001, Orissa, Phone - +[protected]
In the month of April`2008 the mobile did not keep the battery back up more that 3 hr., even without use.
I gave the hand set at your Nokia Care center (Cellular Clinic, B/32, Saheed Nagar, Behind Durgapuja Mandap, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, Phone- +[protected] on 08th May`2008. After 15 days they gave back the handset saying that the set is ok, battery needs to be replaced. I purchase a new battery from Nokia Priority. But faced the same problem. Again I approached the same Nokia Care on 28th May`2008. The representative received the mobile to send to Kolkata Head office to check thoroughly, and if not decision may be taken for replacing. As per the representative, I re appeared after 25 days (on 25th June`2008 in the morning). After detail enquiry, I found that the hand set has not been send to Kolkata. Even it has not been taken care of by the technician. After forced complain, they asked me to come in the evening. Again in the evening they told me that it has been repaired but did not mention the rectification made.
But after full charge of the new battery, I am facing the same problem of only 3Hrs. battery back up.
Then again I handed over the mobile to the same Nokia Care center on 28th June`2008 with Job sheet no.[protected]/080628/40. But till date I have not received the hand set back in proper conditions. Every time I approach them, they ask for more time. Some times they tell it has been repaired and in transit. And some times they say it could not be repaired and will be replaced.

Kindly register the complain and take necessary steps. The mobile is still in warranty period.
The behavioral attitude of the representatives at Nokia Care Bhubaneswar is untollerable.

Nokia 2630 — often gets hanging. your engineer say that it is software configuration defect
very often gets hanged. Purchased only on 22-11-07 at Chennai with proper bill. The seller is not taking the responsibility. Your Nokia care persons are not courtesy towards the customers. simply state that it is software cofiguration defect which is a manufacturing defect. I ask the question then why such pieces are sold in the market only to get money. Commercial honnesty is the foremost thing for a good manufacturer espectially like you, a foreign company for whom, Tamil Nadu Govt. has extended all tax holiday benefits.
