Nokia 5800 — Mobile Lost

Dear Sir madam

I lost my mobile on 29 th Dec 2010 morning i have contacted Nokia gallery but they saying its non of our business to find your mobile & even air tel (service provider ) also not willing to help by sing its not our job &last option will be police but they also for the sake of taking complaint took FIR by saying that we received almost 25such mobile lost case every day so to whom to help .

Is there any remedy available for me

I have given the IMEI number to Police they are saying that still not able to track the phone. Do i have any other way so that i can get my mobile back. Please help me.
