[Resolved]  Nokia 6270 — format codes

Nokia 6270 — 8 times Mobile get repaired by Nokia care people in just 10 month.

I have purchased Nokia 6270 phone on Dec 12, 2006. After that eight times, It got repaired for problems like Alert ringing tone issue, Power: phone restarts/reboots, Display: Color issue, Charging battery: No charging etc in 10 month which was a warranty period. So how can I rely on such faulty mobile? I am having the details of service job sheet of Nokia care and bill of purchasing. Last time when I repaired my cell, Nokia care people has changed my ringers of phone and sound of those ringers was very poor as compared to original one. As per Nokia people they can't do better than this. I have contacted to my retailer but he accepted the fault but as per retailer, he is helpless. Nokia people have troubled me like any thing.

i m Mihir Pandya having trouble with my Nokia 6270 and i went to Nokia Care (m.b.system) gandhinagar and they made us fool and cheated us and misbehaving with us and daily fake commitment that they will give the mobile tommorow and always create new and new problem by them selves and now we all gandhinagar customers are want to get new authorised centre for that and we will ready case in to police station for that if company will not take any neccessory action for that.....so please leave us ur feed back at [protected]@rediffmail.com and we are ready to face them in the court....so company have to give some feed back other wise please the authority to some good people i m also ready to take over ur service centre and to run much much better then those stupids and they also deal with blackstock and doing under ground business and very bad reputation of company name is created and people loose the trust in the name of company and avoiding to buy a new hand set of Nokia due to all these rubbish services so please take some neccessory action against them and help me....and other people....from Dr.Mihir Pandya...Gandhinagar

Nokia 6270 — Fade up with the customer care

i had purchased a NOKIA 6270 on 18th April 2007 from BIG BAZAR, NAGPUR, Maharashtra State, India. Phone Details are as follows. Model No:- 6270, Colour:- Maroon, Batch no.:- [protected]. The main problem with the set is automatic switch off at the time of calling, hanging problem and Network problem from the date of purchasing. i was submitted set for repair in customer care, Dharampeth first time, they give me set after One month but the problem was not solved, again i put it back after one month with the same problem in nokia care, Sitabuldi Near Apana Bazar, they also give me set after One month but same problem continued with the set, once again i handed over the set in same apana bazar care centre for repair but they said your warranty got expired.so i request you to takeup this matter with nokia people and get my set replaced.
