Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia 5310 in december 2007 at the cost of Rs. 11,000/- from your authorised shop. Comparing still photography with video it is observed that video quality is poor as compare to still photography. If i focus an object with camera in still mode the object appears bright of good quality but as i change to video mode the same object appears dark and the video is also dark. In other Nokia phones the same is not observed.
I have given the set for repair at one of your Nokia care at Noida vide job sheet No. [protected] dated 29/02/08.The set has been delivered to me back on 03/03/08 with the same defect.
Kindly look into the matter and advise me where i should get the phone repaired.
I have purchased this new model with the intention that it will serve my requirement of good video shouting as Nokia has introduce this model with latest technology and to satisfy customer need and on the other hand such defect was not expected from such a reputed company cell phone.
I hope you will give me a proper and good solution at the earliest.

Poor quality video
Dear Sir,

    Sub: NOKIA PAY BACK THE LOSSES SUFFERED DUE TO YOUR SHEER NEGLIGENCE AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

    I purchased a new Nokia mobile with model No 6131 on 26/10/2006, from Nokia priority authorized dealer for a sum of Rs11000/- with a warranty. From the date of purchase there is a problem with the phone i.e., low charging capacity & fast drain of Battery . When I approached the dealer, he replaced the battery with new one but the problem remained same. Again I contacted the dealer, this time he asked me to contact Nokia care centre. I contacted M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd - Nokia Professional Center , Panjagutta. and after inspection they informed that the problem is with the phone and not with the Battery . As per their advice I handed over the phone to M/s. HCL Infinet Ltd, Panjagutta for correction and they allotted a service job sheet no 41/149286.They kept it for 10 days and returned saying that the problem is rectified. But when I started using it the same problem is repeated. Again the dealer on his behalf asked the Nokia care line – HCL Infinet to rectify the problem. From there onwards each time I used to submit the phone for repair and they used to keep it for 10 to 15 days every time and returning the same faulty phone. I requested Nokia customer care centre several times for replacement of piece, but they simply said they are helpless. I submitted the phone to the Nokia centre four times under service job sheet no’s 41/149286, 41/154260, 41/158148, 41/162612 but of no use. Finally I handed over the phone to HCL INFINET, Panjagutta on 9-3-2007 for replacement and they issued a service job sheet no [protected] and informed that it will take one month for getting sanction from the concerned office, for replacement . But even after one month whenever I contacted them, every time they took time with some or other pretext but not replaced.

    After purchasing I hardly used my mobile where under it is with the NOKIA CARE,Panjagutta for several months within the warranty period yet the problem is not solved.

    I kindly requested Nokia to take appropriate action to provide proper customer care and replace my phone & be responsible for the losses suffered by me through Deccan Chronicle dated 28-jan-2008.

    After seeing the complaint in Deccan Chronicle they called me up and asked me submit the phone for replacement. I submitted the phone the next day and the job sheet number given is 71213 ( computer no – [protected]). They did not respond for a month and now they again are saying that they have repaired the same phone which they could not do for the whole one year. Its really ridiculous on their part to say like this.

    The Manager at Nokia Care, Venkat Plaza , panjagutta – Mr Sharma is responsible for this kind of service and is troubling number of customers. Many customers who are victims of Mr.Sharma are in rage for his negative responses in a way of bothering the customers. “Nokia please replace the manager Sharma in order not to lose your reputation.”


    I purchased NOKIA with trust on it though it’s costly than other brands. But nobody will forgive this kind of customer service from NOKIA. I want to penalize NOKIA and responsible persons for the unfillable losses suffered by me as given below


    1. Unable to use the phone from the day one of purchase.
    2. Running after nokia care center number of times leaving my work.
    3. Calling nokia customer care no of times thus wasting my money.
    4. My investment is waste becoz I could not use the phone when needed which even caused heavy losses due to its switching off due to low charge when I am on call.
    5. Mental Tension I suffered due to this unforgivable service from NOKIA.


    I demand NOKIA to compensate all the losses incurred to me becoz of their service and pay back the money I spent in purchasing the phone.

    If Nokia has concern over their customers Please take immediate action .

    Nokia 6131 — Not identify the IR port

    I cant identify the infrared port of the nokia 6131 mobile which has serial no: of [protected]. Please send me the mecessary data as soon as possible. Thanking You..
    i purchased a new nokia bluetooth headset with model no.     now i dont have patience to check in other branches.so please kindly verify forward me the details of the branch where i can get bluetooth adjustable earloop.im ready to afford the price but i want the solution as early as possible.

      Re:- Replacement of Nokia 6300

      We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. There is no network in the handset.When i aproched your Nokia care shop based at Green Park they had charged me 112 Rupees ignore my warranty period .I bought this phone 15 days back . Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.If in case u will not reply with the satisfactory answer i m abide to take legal actions. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

      i purchase new cell Nokia 6300 as on 15/06/2008 at Choksi Mobile Anklwshwar. after one Month some problem occur in my cell that is keypad not work.i gave my nokia 6300 for repair as it was not starting, at Khushi nokia care Bharuch-Gujarat. then after seven days i got it and it working properly but after 1 day this problem rise again.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is working and then after 2 days this problem occur again and i give to Khushi Nokia care at Bharuch &again they asked me to come after few days. the after few days i got my cell i found that they working 4 day properly and then same problem raised.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
      its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 3 times, it had several problems created from nokia care's side. in return following were problem created by them.these are...

      1. keypad not working.

      nokia6300 — regarding replacing the handset

      AM OWNIG THE HANDSET NOKIA 6300 WITH ESN/IMEI NO.[protected].

      THE WARANTY PERIOD OF WHICH EXTENDS TILL FEB 23 2OO9

      since the last 4 months the set switches off automatically and also during an incoming call only the number pf the caller is displayed and not the name.for the above complaints i gave the handset for repair at [protected]@gmail.com. 4times in the last 4 month.Each time it was retuned to me saying the problem was solved while it persisted.The last time the Proprietor(mr.sagar) told me that the handset had a manufactoring defect and i would be replaced with a new one in a weeks time.
      THIS was on december 6th 2008.since then each time i go he sends me back giving a excuse and asking me to return after a week.since then i have been there evry week till now.

      hoping you will do something so that i get my handset repaired/replaced as i havnt been able to use it since last 4 month.waiting for your response

      Nokia 6300 — Handset replacement

      I was submitted my mobile Nokia 6300 in vashi showroom. The problem occured in it was no incoming audio intermiyently. I was gave my mobile for replacing but till date i have not gate my mobile return. I submitte my mobile on date 08 jun 2009 & job sheet no is[protected]/090608/34. so give me mobile as early as possible.

      Nokia 6300 — Complaint in Nokia 6300 handset

      This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Nokia 6300
      having IMEI No.[protected] on 6th September 2008.

      It had some problem in the display/flickering and thus I had serviced
      the same from Nokia Care Centre, (M/s Kamla Enterprises, SCF-85,
      Commercial Complex, Urban Estate II, Hisar (Haryana)) three times on
      22 June, 24 June and 7 July 2009.

      In spite of the repairs/service made on these dates, the same problem
      still persist. due to this I am facing problem. I put my request to
      Nokia Care but they say all the time they have rectified and the
      problem will not occur any more.


      Therefore, I request you to kindly do the needful for the replacement
      of my above mentioned handset.

        We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased Nokia N73(Music Edition) set which is infested with speaker problems. When given for rectification they explained that its because of the high volume, so whats the use of the Music edition. When I asked them to change the speaker the quality is no more the same and the software has changed. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.

          Nokia — non connectivity to PC

          I am not able to connect my cell to my PC nither by blooth nor by cable. Data can't be transffered.
          hi guys. my nokia n72 data cable is not working properly. when i attatch the data cable to computer it says usb device not recognised... can anybody help me out plz... reply me guys... i m waiting... bye

          i have given my phone n70 two time your service center & my problem is not sollved my handset is having problem of hanging, auto-off, data cord is not connecting to pc not abel to use phone as modem when i connect to the internet & your service vv poor

          I also agree that Nokia is failing to provide satisfactory resolution to many such complaints. I have Nokia 6255 and it used to connect to my PC fine, but suddenly, it started malfunctioning. So i registered the complaint with Nokia, they checked it and said i need to change the hardware worth Rs 2000/- ! After some days i tried to connect again, and now it was connecting without any hardware change. Then again it started malfunctioning. So, this was a software related issue and they should have repaired it, but they are totally incompetent to address consumer's issues. I would be not surprised when Indian consumer court fines Nokia heavily for such misbehavior.

          Nokia N-72 — not working even 3 months after buying

          Hi,
          I bought a phone (nokia N-72) in hyderabad, 2 months afetr buying its not working.

          problem is its automatically swithed off, when try to swithed not its not working.

          i contact your Nokia care people in hyderabd(kukatpally branch),
          they take up the phone and after 2 weeks they gave me back, after taking back to home its agin the same probelm.


          its look like your products not that much of good, and also your care center people service is TOO Bad.

          Nokia N72 — mobile connectivity problem

          connectivity options are not avaiable while connecting with system. (i.e., mass storage, pc suite, and data transfer)
          I HAVE ALSO SAME PROBLEM. WHAT TO DO? SOMETIMES AFTER CONNECTING THE USB CABLE NOTHING HAPPENS. CAN NOT BACKUP / DISPLAY MESSAGES OF N72 HANDSET, HELP!!!
          yes most o[censored]s face dis problem !! including me of course !! wen i cud not get my device recognized for a very long time by doin everything i cud.. i got a card reader for me... but den i formatted my pc and the data cable began working fine... i used it for 3 long(yes long) months and now again can't use it!!
          Nokia sucks...they just got the name and reputation...but their technology sucks...Same problem here too unable to connect to PC...I've tried all that I can for the past 4 hours and nothing works...its not Nokia PC Suite but actually PC !!

          Hey guys i am also facing the same problem. Jst restart the fone while it is connected to pc. Wait for few seconds. Refresh the PC. It wll show connected msg. Its working 4 me.
          i have N72 it is not connecting to my PC nor deducting the bluetooth please>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>&g... help me.
          Its not just N72, its actually a problem of the pop-port connection that has been provided with this phone. And especially in this phone its a lot 'loose' or doesn't perfectly fit. So as there is no proper connection between the points on the cable and the pop-port, it shows error.
          Temporary Solution : Plug the cable in the PC, hold the phone in your left hand and plug the cable in the phone using your right hand. Now use the thumb of your left hand to push the connector (that goes into the phone) in the upwards direction, taking care that u don't apply too much force as to take it out completely..
          Long Lasting Solution: This one is riskier so do it at your own risk. What I did was, i got a special screw driver (check out your local electronics market) and opened up the phone and pushed down the pop port a little. Also i used a pin to pull the small connectors on the cable. It works fine for a couple of months. But you might end up damaging the phone, so I'd suggest don't go for it.
          Permanent and Best solution: Get a bluetooth dongle. I got one for $1.79 from ebay. Its that cheap. And its not that slow as N72 doesn't support so large MMC as to store movies. Take care to buy a dongle which works on Windows stack, the bluesoleil one has issues with PC suite.

            dear sir,
            as i installed some information in the "security" icon under "my own" folder i found my keypad to be malfunctioned and not responding. even i m not able to access my messeges and missed calls. when someone calls me he hears the phone ring on his phone but there is no ringtone or lights on my phone.
            plz help me out n tell whether its a software problem or something else?

            Can be a chance if ya phones keypad IC got wet either by sweat or sumfin. Such cases keypad wont respond.

              HI,

              Recently I have purchased Nokia 6300 from "The Mobile Store" Essar Telcom Retail Ltd, Shopprix Mall, Noida Sector - 61, dated 14/02/2008.

              IMEI: [protected].

              After one week my phone started giving me trouble. It shuts down suddenly and takes about two hours to boot.

              When I made a contact to "The Mobile Store", they refused to give any helping hand. As this problem was not of their concern.

              Same day I checked the battery validity on the internet as I was in a suspicion that there might be some wrong with the battery.

              I was shocked on getting the status of the battery, the result was showing the battery code that I entered in not valid.

              Battery Code 20 digit: BL 4c, [protected] [protected].

              Straight away I went to Nokia care center , Benz India Pvt Ltd, C-126, Nariana Vihar, New Delhi - 110028. I handed over the phone to them if it requires any inspection, and told them about the Battery invalid code tale.

              But on the contrary, he said, we are not able to change your battery as there is no procedure to check the authenticity of the battery. Only thing they can do is they will do the job of replacement which will be 15 days minimum.

              I told them, I have check the code on the website mentioned below: http://r2.nokia.com/nokia/0,,82227,00.html.

              He said there is no such website which check the validation of the code. Then, I asked the guy to open the URL. When he checked the website, he got amazed on seeing the results.

              First thing, he told me, Thank you for such information, Even they didn't know that. Secondly, they again refused to do the needful.

              I deposited the phone for complete check. There wasn't anything had happened to phone, Thank GOD.

              But my concern is the battery, which might be dangerous to use.

              I would be greatful, if someone help me getting the battery replacement.

              How could priority dealers can sell Nokia phone with battery carrying invaid code. Thats Such a shame on their part.

After a sometime Its internet was not working properly .I than went a couple of times to Nokia Care they reloaded the software for the same for two times but yet the problem is not solved.I am facing too many problems in respect of Virus software updating, net surfing etc. Please solve my Problem as soon as possible.

                Nokia N-73 — not working

                due to technical problem call is not made from contact list and log list.this problem is happening anytime with in a 7 days or more than that.When this problem happening loud speaker is also not working.and this problem is solved when i switch off or restart the cellphone.this is my swap set .I am irritated by both sets and i made complaint in nokia care centre in bhopal several time they said me that it is software problem and they kept it to renew the software after this also problem is not solving.Several time i said to replace this set but they are not replacing. i have purchased the on[protected] from madhuram mobile shop roshanpura new market bhopal 462003 and i gone nokia centre several time for this problem in NOKIA CARE CENTRE SINGH COMMUNICATION M.P. NAGAR BHOPAL. So i am complainting to replace my set with new handset.neither i have option to go to consumer forum to compaint against nokia company.please help me by replacing the handset with new handset

                  We have been using Nokia Phones since our preopening period and till date we had purchased more than 200 Phones for our employees. We were quite satisfied with your products but the last supply which was made for 10 Nos of Nokia Blue 1200 is not upto the mark. The battery backup is very poor, the taltime as committed in your booklet is 5-7 Hrs whereas it is not even lasting for 2 Hrs. The standby time is 245-360 Hrs it it not lasting more than 36 Hrs. We had approached your dealer/Service centres but it seems they are not ready to take any responsibilities related to complaints.Request you to please look ito the matter and send us the necessary solution/remedy at the earliest or else we woould be left with no option but to approach consumer forum for necessary remedy.

                    i had given my mobile for service on the 28th and was informed that there was a manufacturing defect and a new handset will be replaced within 15 days. But i m still waiting fot more than 20 days with the same status on their stupid website https://nokia.hclinfinet.com/nokia.care where only the dates keep changing from one day to another without any proper resolution. Dont really understand y it would take such a long time for the replacement of mobile at Nokia when Sony can replace handsets in 3 days. The customer service is the worst i have ever come across ...... HCL Infinet >>ANNA SALAI ...... and the best part is i have not received any proper response for my emails that i had sent to them ......... NOKIA SUCKS...........Wish i had never given my mobile for service .........
                    I always buy NOKIA mobile because of its brand name and I was also happy with it.

                    But now on November 2007, I bought Nokia mobile (model: 6085). It worked fine only for one month and started with its problems. LOUD SPEAKER was not working. As NOKIA care is 14 Kilometers away from my place, I delayed for about 20 days. I went to NOKIA CARE center (Sampige Road, malleshwaram, BANGALORE) on Jan 4th 2008 for repair. They asked me to take back my mobile on Jan 7th 2008. I went on the same day and checked whether all the functionalities were working fine.

                    The repair done by NOKIA in turn added some other problem. The VIBRATION was not switching Off even when vibration is off. Hence couldn't listen to music. I checked this on the same day and informed the NOKIA CARE of this problem.
                    They took the mobile back and asked me to wait for some time. I waited for two hours.
                    After that NOKIA CARE made my mobile in such a condition which shocked me. Mobile itself was not switching ON.
                    NOKIA CARE spoiled my mobile completely. Then NOKIA CARE informed me that they have to send my mobile to head office as my mobile was not
                    working completely and it may take one or two weeks.
                    After two weeks I called NOKIA CARE and I got no response from them. They hanged the phone. Then I called NOKIAESCALATIONS for the status of my mobile. They gave me some identification number and asked me to call them back with that identification number after two days, then they would inform me of the status of my mobile. After two days I called NOKIA ESCALATIONS. They said that my mobile is not repairable and I will be getting replacement cell on Feb 5th 2008. I wanted to confirm this with the NOKIA CARE. So called NOKIA CARE, But they said my mobile is ready after repair and can take. But NOKIA ESCALATIONS said that my mobile cannot be
                    repairable. so I got confused and called NOKIA ESCALATIONS and said what NOKIA CARE had informed me. But NOKIA ESCALATIONS asked me not to bother what NOKIA CARE is telling and asked me to just go to NOKIA CARE on Feb 5th 2008 and collect the replacement and added that if you face any problem just inform us immediately from there itself and we will take care.
                    On Feb 5th 2008 I left my office early and reached NOKIA CARE which is 14km
                    away. When I reached there They informed me to come on the next day as they don't have my mobile. I got frustrated and informed to NOKIA ESCALATIONS and they said the date the gave will not be exact and there my be some delays. I asked them this they would have informed me before itself and even on the Feb 5th afternoon when I called they did not inform me and in turn asked me to collect my mobile the same day itself.
                    I called NOKIA CARE on Feb 8th 2008 evening and no response. I went to NOKIA CARE on Feb 9th 2008 and blasted them, then they came out with the replacement which NOKIA has given me. The replace what NOKIA has given is some OLD BROKEN MOBILE (model:5200). I did not accept it and I asked them to give my mobile back in working condition. NOKIA CARE said that it is not possible as it not repairable and I have to accept different model. I did not accept the broken old mobile, as my mobile was brand new and I used it for only a month. Then NOKIA CARE said they will give new mobile(model 5200) next week which is of not my interest. I did not like that model and I was forced to accept it, as Icouldn't stay with out mobile any long.
                    On Feb 16th 2008 I reached NOKIA CARE to collect the mobile. They again gave me old mobile, but told me that it is new one. No other go, so I accepted it. That day night I found the mobile the NOKIA CARE has given me has no LIGHT for the KEYPAD. I cannot even type numbers in the dark. Again the problem. NOKIA CARE gave me old mobile. When I informed them they said they will repair that mobile...
                    MY BRAND NEW MOBILE IS NO MORE AND NOKIA PROVIDED ME WITH OLD MOBILE WHICH HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS AGAIN....NOW I AM FRUSTRATED AS I REMAINED WITH OUT MOBILE FOR TWO MONTHS
                    AND BOUGHT NEW SONY ERICSSON MOBILE AND HAPPY WITH IT...

                    EVEN TODAY NOKIA IS NOT READY TO GIVE ME A MOBILE WITH WORKING CONDITION.

                    I have some more things to add about Nokia Care. Pls read my story below. I will suggest all the reader do not buy Nokia phone. They have lot of faulty model in shop. I am suffering due to them. Read this
                    I have removed IMIE number and job sheet number due to security reason

                    In April 2008, I bought Nokia N-73 from E-Zone Kormangala location. The IMEI number is –
                    In few weeks I noticed that it has a problem that it switches off automatically. I went to ezone to complain about the problem. He asked me to go to Nokia Care location in Koramangala. This is where all the Nokia experiences started for me. It is soooooooo frustrating and I cannot ignore the issue and sit idle, bcos it is an expensive phone.

                    July Visit
                    First visit: - I informed about the problem that it switches off sometimes. And this is my corporate connection and I am being paid for working and being reachable almost all the time and I am not expected to switch off the phone. They said it is s/w problem they will upgrade the software.

                    Sept Visit
                    Second visit: The problem again happened informed them the same problem is happening. They asked me if I formatted the memory I said no, they again upgraded the s/w and asked me to format the memory. Got 300 Rs card reader and formatted the memory before using it in the cellphone.

                    Oct Visit:
                    Third Visit: Again same problem they said they will check the phone and will correct the problem. (THAT means they did not do it till now, they have no value for customer. They have bunch of folks who don’t understand h/w, s/w or anything about the phone in fact). Now I had to surrender the phone for 15 days. After 15 days got my phone back. Asked if they changed any h/w. He said yes and I asked which h/w no info provided. But I was hoping problem is resolved. I got my phone back.

                    Nov Visit:
                    Fourth Visit: Again same problem started happening. These guys do not have any clue about the problem. They again upgraded the s/w the phone is ready for pickup. I am not picking up the phone. Want some Nokia customer care to intervene and resolve the problem. Or replace the phone bcos this is faulty and cannot be repaired. Or return my money and I can get some other brand/phone. The main problem is, when I start using the memory to take some pictures, phone switches off automatically without my knowledge. Should be some fault with the piece/design.

I given this Battery for replace in Nokia Care Centre, Preet Vihar Delhi vide Job receipt no.82466 dt.05.03.08. I call several times in Nokia Care Center but I have not receive any satisfy answer.                       Nokia/N73 Music Edition — Replacement of product

                      Very Bad Product and third class service. Nokia don't care about our product. There is no care at Nokia customer care. They don't give Handset replacement. My N73-M mobile under warranty period. But they don't solve my problems. I am handover mobile 4/5 times but my problem is repeat. They don't give me Handset replacement. So I am forward this issue to CONSUMER FORUM.

                      I Y Anjan Kumar gave my mobile on 14/02/08 at nokia care(HCL) venkat plaza, panjagutta, hyderabad (Job Sheet No=77400, Imei no=[protected]), before that i gave my mobile four times to solve my problem (i.e Hanging, memory card was not deducting, bluetooth was not accepting) but they have not solved my problem and promised me to replace my mobile with a new one.They promised me to give on 14/03/08 they failed then they promised to give on 25/03/08 then 01/04/08 then 18/04/08 then 08/05/08 then 16/05/08 then 22/05/08 and now 10/06/08 this was the dates promised by the employees named Naveed khan, Shekar and mr Sharma.
                      There is no employee to solve my problem. How many days your employees will make me this kind false promises. I would have purchased a new mobile with the amount i have spent for the petrol to collect my mobile. What the nokia employees is doing this kind of service may effect the brand name.
                      Before this mail i have mailed you to solve my problem on 01/04/08 but there was no responce. You have mobiles to sell but don't you have mobiles to replace to your old customers. This effects your customers and sales.
                      I request you to reurn my mobile back as promised on 10/06/08.

                      i have my mobile N-73, at a nokia care service centre near kodambakkam fly over, chennai on 05/02/2009.The service engineer told as it would be rectified within 2 days and they will call back. but after two days, i called so many times to centre, but customer care girls were not responding properly and shouted against us. it continues daily, then we directly visit centre 2 times, but all in vain.

                      later by 14/02/2009, we called up and went but then now also we waited 1 hour but mobile has not yet ready and they were not responding us properly.

                        I am very much fade up with hanset Nokia 2630. it having a problem that in lock condition if any missed call hanset getting hangup . I already contacted to ur Nokia care centre at Dombivali dist thane. they deamnd for service charges.
                        After pressing hard through dealer they taken for reapir but they could not solve the problem and return the handset in whcich they have not restore to original sofware. Only one ring tone and so many faetaures are missing. about this problem service centre is telling they have to send to head office and it will take three weeks. What i can do for three weeks ,the problem in handset was original it is clear cut manufacturing defact. and also ur service centre instaed of solving the problem craeted more problem due to which i am unable to enjoy the facilities for which i ahve alrrady paid. This problem in NOkia 2630 is common and already known to Nokia Comapny. hence I request for replacement of Handset.

                        I also bought Nokia 2630 on 6th Mar 2008 and the very next day observed problem of hanging the mobile, if the incoming call is not received and left as missed.

                        I took it to the Nokia Care, (S.S.Service, Chunniganj, Kanpur). They formatted the and reloaded the software. Thenafter, phone did not hanged on missed call.

                        Today on 11th Mar 2008, I again observed the haning problem after receiveg a message which was not read. I showed the mobile in hanged condition at the above service center.

                        Now, they have taken the set. Let us see, when they return the set.

                        Battery backup is too poor> I observed only 3 days standby time.
                        i bought Nokia 2630. I am not able to understand how to download photos from my mobile to pc.

                        Nokia 2630 — improper functioning of set

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is to inform you that I have purchased NOKIA 2630 on 6 March 2008 from PARAKASH CENTRE MUSIC, ADDRESS-17 new market tt nagar -Bhopal.IMEI NO. [protected]

                        I am facing problem in this set as the set is not functioning properly. Any incoming phone when I receive, I am unable to hear the voice of sender.I have alos given my set for repair twice at NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, but the problem still persist.

                        Recently on 24 may i had given my set for servicing to NOKIA PRI0RITY DEALER-MULUND, but not at all satisfied with the service.
                        Hence request you to replace my set .

                        I have bought nokia 2630 mobile .I am accessing internet in mobile . but I dont know how to access internet in computer through this mobile .I am also having bluetooth dongle to system and it is working.ok.please help.thankQ.
                        I purchased Nokia 2630 on 26th January 08 and from that time had no piece of mind because of the following problems.
                        1) Blue tooth functioning gets disrupted frequently. When it is restored changing software I am loosing all the data from the Phone book. This is causing immense difficulty.
                        2)The clock is not maintaining time. I am loosing about one minute a day.
                        3)To overcome the above I switched on "UPDATE" function. This is changing the time zone to GMT+! automatically, upsetting reminders and SMS received time.
                        4)The battery back up is very poor. I am forced to charge it everyday.
                        5)Call centre people and Online customer care people do not respond at all. Customer service is very poor.
                        6)If it is in another country, NOKIA should have definitely recalled this model which is having basic design defect. Here, it is not responding at all.
                        If any one has found solutions to above problems, they may please respond.

                                Sound problem in nokia asha 230

                                My phone is nokia asha 230 imei no is:- [protected]/77 under warranty period. And these phone not clear sound listen. I go to nokia service center c-10 sector-10 noida. Employee are says paid 450 rs money then repair the mobile.

                                stop my worng services

                                please stop all unwanted services which are activated on my no.
                                one is love pecentage service and second is shayri service
                                these are activate by no. 59797
                                so please stop these services

                                  I purchased NOKIA N70 for Rs. 18200/- but it has not even benefited me according to the rate. I had a problem of network in my set and after 10 days of working it stopped, even after three times of service from NOKIA it was not resolved and at last company escaped by saying that now it is out of warranty. they opened my phone and repaired it and damaged the whole set.

                                  Nokia N70 — Network problem

                                  I hv bought Nokia N70 2 years back these days it is nt properly working. There is network but while calling it shows connection error n if calling to it the voice come that phone is switched off. Some times it works. I hv given it to nokia care for repair but they refused to repair it. So how can i get it done

                                    Sub: Replacement of Mobile Set Model 2630, IMEI No. [protected] in name of Nanda Advani



                                    Today is 23rd of Feb,08 and on 24th of Jan I had given my Mobile for repairing, one month has passed and still my mobile is with Great Customer Care Deptt. of Nokia. The set had gone for repairing three times vide job Sheet no.[protected]/080124/25,[protected]/080201/63,[protected]/080201/63 on 24t.01.08, 01.02.08 and 19.02.08 respectively. The Set has been purchased by me in the month of Dec,07. Before this E-mail I have sent mail earlier also, but so far no response has been taken from the Seniors of the Company. I had requested to replace the set since when the new set is creating so many problems what the hell repaired set will do. I spoke to the Customer Care Executives so many times at Bangalore but even they do not up-date the things and just passing time by saying contact us after 48 hours and so on. The issue is very much depressing and frustrating me a lot.

                                    In the end, I request to please solve my problem and give me the new set.

                                    Ref: Service Job Sheet No. of Infotel Services[protected]/081015/15 dtd. 15.10.08

                                    Please note that while the target delivery date mentioned in the Service Job Sheet was 16.10.08 and which was subsequently amended to 27.10.08 after a couple of personal visits / follow ups, sustained follow ups and requests thereafter have drawn blank, making the exercise frustrating and humiliating.

                                    There appears to be total lack of communication between Infotel Services and your Main Repair Shop.

                                    Be that as it may, as a long time user of Nokia Sets I feel disenchanted and frustrated. Incidentally, the set is not even one year old.

                                    May I expect some quick and positive development out of this cry of anguish?

                                      I purchased NOKIA 6708 model on 31st December, 2006 from NOKIA Priority Dealer (15/16, Dr. Nair Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600 017). In the first five months, it was working well and later there were problems in respect of incoming calls and SMS.

                                      When I took it to the NOKIA Priority Dealer (where I purchased), I was advised by them to contact the NOKIA Help Line. When I contacted NOKIA helpline several times, they instructed me to follow various trouble shooting methods like switch off and on, remove and reinsert the SIM card, check the call settings, try the SIM with other mobiles, etc. All that worked out to be short lived strategy and the problem persisted. Finally, in October 2007, the problem aggravated and my mobile did not receive any incoming calls. At last, NOKIA Help Line advised me to get in touch with the nearest NOKIA Care.

                                      I went to NOKIA Care (S.R. Trading, No. 101, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai – 600 018) and submitted my NOKIA 6708 mobile for repair. The details of my visits are as follows:

                                      Every time my handset was returned but the problem continued. It was twice sent to the Nokia Care Head Office in Chennai. But the problem wasn’t solved.

                                      In the meantime, I contacted NOKIA Customer Care through e-mail at the address furnished in the NOKIA web site and they too advised me to re-submit the handset for repairs. I have given the mobile for repairs for four times and after my several visits finally the NOKIA Care staff agreed that it cannot be repaired and apologized for the hardship and inconvenience caused to me. They added that NOKIA 6708 is a failure model and NOKIA has stopped the production of NOKIA 6708 due to complaints from several customers.

                                      I sent a notice to NOKIA Care and NOKIA priority dealer, explaining the trauma and mental agony that I have gone through. After that, NOKIA Care sent a written reply saying that a new swap mobile is ready for delivery. Based on that, I went to NOKIA Care and was shocked to see the sorry state of the new swap mobile. It looked old, shabby with scratches and when enquired, the NOKIA Care staff said that, it is a reengineered mobile with parts from several mobiles i.e., collection of working parts from various mobiles that has been discarded.

                                      I requested NOKIA to refund my money Rs. 17,200/- as my mobile is unrepairable. But, no response for that. I have all the documents including the email correspondences, job sheet copies, Notice sent to NOKIA, etc to substantiate my case.

                                      In the mean time, I contacted few of the owners of NOKIA 6708 in Chennai. Most of them have some problems with it and are frustrated with the worst service of NOKIA care. I am collecting the details from them to strengthen my case and argument.

                                      I am planning to approach the chennai district consumer court for justice.

                                      Nokia 6708 — FAILURE DURING WARRANTY PERIOD

                                      I HAVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF NOKIA HANDSETS, LAST YEAR IN DEC. 06, I PERCUASED NOKIA-6708, COSTING Rs. 17,000, LAST MONTH, SUDDENDLY IT STARTED PROBLEM IN FUNCTIONING, I WENT TO NOKIA CARE IN GHAZIABAD, THEY ASK ME TO SUBMIT THE HANDSET, JOB SHEET NUMBER[protected]/071013/28, DATED- 13.10.2007, AFTER 15 DAYS, THEY INFORMED ME THAT HAND SET IS DEAD AND WE WILL GIVE YOU NEW HAND SET, AFTER REPEATED CALLS, THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING ME, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO HANDLE NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE, THEY EVEN DO NOT PIC UP PHONE CALSS.
                                      I purchases Nokia 6708 in August 2006 and I got a chance to service it in Feb 2007 in Nokia priority center. The serviced it because it was on warranty period then. The issue i had was I didnt receive calls, my colleague would get calls who sits next to me but I will not...my colleageu and I had taken connection from Hutch. This problem occurred many times.. and I had to switch off and switch on the handset...then i would work fine..but soon it will go back to its original state where people will not be able to reach me...
                                      When I contacted the Nokia Priority center at Mount Road, chennai, they agreed to service to mobile, but after 3 weeks they retruned it to me without servicing it... these three weeks they didnt even bother to call me and update me that it cannot be serviced...
                                      I bought this mobile for 21k...I see no sign of help from Nokia (website, customer care, priority center).

                                      Nokia should have the moral responsibility provide support for their product. If they have withdrawn the product from production that doesnt mean that they will not support it...they should have got back the handsets from the owners... and they should have claimed that they produced one more failure model with courage...

                                      Is there a way to get this fixed legally and make nokia the manufacture accountable for his failure product...Consumer should not suffer for the manufactures fault...

                                      I purchased Nokia 6708 on August 2006 from Nokia priority dealer in Salt Lake Kolkata for about 19000 rupees. Last year I had a problem in swithing on the mobile. I went to Nokia priority dealer when warranty was still there. They fixed the problem.

                                      Few days back my touch screen started working erratically. I took it to my nearest Nokia care center. I was willing to pay for repair. But I was amazed to hear from them that it cannot be repaired. They said no one can repair it.

                                      So much for Nokia brand name and their customer service. You pay for a costly phone and company decides to call off its production and you are in soup, no spare parts.

                                      I too have Nokia 6708 and same problem coming for me and after switch off and on the incoming call comes for only one time and every time I have to switch off and switch on the mobile. Please let me know if you get some solution to this problem. I will also communicate you if I get any.

                                      atuly i purhase nokia 6708 about two yr ago. but now the warrent period almost finished. and now i have some problem on hagging the mobile . i also changed my harger but the problem remain. an u tell me anybody pls . what can i do now.

                                      (and the same problem can been seen at web for nokia 6708)

                                      Don't leave them. Thease people are wont bother about customer problems, but they want our money.
                                      Drag them court. File suit on M/s.Noika, for your loss of Money, time and for mental torture.
                                      Even My Nokia 6708 has problems, it does not switch on when i try to switch it on it shows NOKIA screen only and does not get switched on, I do not have the same problem as you all but I too have a problem with 6708. I got it repaired and now within a week it has returned to the same condition

                                      Nokia 6708 — nokia customer care has mess up my handset

                                      I gone for the service and some screen problem in the running condition but they mess up my handset and now it is totally dead. I spend more than Rs.5600/- but they spoil it and now it is in non working condition.
                                      I want the handset as in given condition outer wise i need full amoount of hand set with time consuming which effect to my professional.
