Hi,
I bought a Nokia N76 in Bangalore last year. Within 6 months, it's outer paint started peeling off and I turned it in to a Nokia 'CARE' center in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This was probably the worst decision of my life. They promised to give my mobile on 11th Feb. It's over 2 months since their committed target date and I have talked to this Careless center several times. Nokia also publishes a number called Nokia Careline for concerns/escalations and I remember having called them at least 15 times. Each time talking to a different call center agent who is never capable of giving any resolutions. I had escalated this by raising a complaint number, to no avail. It looks like Nokia customers only have to wait, wait, wait for their phones to drop from the skies. Nokia claims my case is escalated and is being looked at with the highest priority. I pity those whose cases are not escalated. Is there any way for a customer to get this grievance redressed ? In any other advanced country, Nokia would have been asked to pay up several millions as penalty. In India, anyone can go scot free. Can someone help me here ? mene do maheene pahle nokia 5233 liya tha jo ki usme koi prblem ayee aur mobile dead ho gaya iske alawa usme ek aur problem thi application install nahi ho paa rahi thi aur expire certificate show karta tha jab mene service centre main sahi karaya toh dead mobile sahi karkeden par application wali problem sahi nahi kari servie centte ka keha ki is mobile ko back date kare par phir bhi nahie hooua

    Dear sir,
    I have purcheshed nokia handset 6300 (IMEI NO.is [protected]) on 15/03/2008 from your Nokia priority dealer in bapunagar ahmedabad 380024(INVIOCENO.RT/9965). On that same day when i went to home with mobile within half hour it was hung, any key not responded. On the second day i went to dealer they advised me for formet memory card and phone. I did same thing from Nokia care center in bapunagar. They gave me job sheet and formet my M.C. and phone. I thinked my problem has been solved but i was wrong. It was unsolved. this problem has been created 5 times after that and they (member of care center) formet my m.c. and phone. Last two times they told me yr instrument has to send to Delhi for sollution of your problem. On 26/03/2008 they took my handset and gave me job sheet no.[protected]/080326/77. After that i recieved my handset on 04/04/2008 but when i went to office with my handset i was socked. problem was continuing. I afraided my handset had not sent to Delhi. I immidietly went to care center. they told me your handset has to send Delhi again and gave me job sheet no.[protected]/080404/14 on 04/04/2008. Also it's battery is not working properly. After full charg it lows down in just recieve 3/4 calls. when it hangs keys not working i have to remove it's battery to switch it. Somwtimes its memory card does not appear in menu. I have to switch off it and again on it to see memor card. So give me proper sollution for my product. or give replacemen of it.

    Nokia-6300 — Defective piece

    I purchased Nokia-6300 on 26.10.2008 from Nokia Priority dealer at Sangath Mall, Motera, Ahmedabad. Same day it was noticed that memory card is not detected and instrument make noise when shaken. The noise was similar to a some thing broken inside. Next day it was reported to dealer, he promptly replaced the broken memory card but could not remove the sound coming from instrument.

    We request to replace the defective piece immediatly. Why customer should run to customer care center after buying new instrument, your dealer refers to customer for any defect. Direct your dealer to replace the defective instrument immediatly.

    I own a Nokia 6300 mobile phone.
    I notice had noticed lot of problems in my phone afterr 3 months from my purchase
    especially in battery backup
    I therfore request the concerned people to lookin through the matter.
    I guess concerned authority should take proper action in this respect

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      I am going through a great extent of suffering due to the fault in my Nokia n73 and No proper reason provided for delayed service
      Finally I have decided to lodge my complaint after so much of distress. I am a doctor by profession and i neednot mention how important it is to recieve the calls and due to the fault I am facing great inconvenience.

      Following are the details

      1.Purchased the handset during mid of march.

      2. First problem occurred within a month. I went to the service center

      The faults detected by the engineers were:

      Power : phone restarts/ reboots & Cellular access : No service
      Comments: Auto off, hanging problem etc

      They are not able to detect the issue and have delayed in the service
      3. After repeatedly calling them They have promised to change the handset but have delayed it more than a week.

      4. you know how important it is for us to be in touch with the patients and hospital.

      5. They asked me to call after two days and on calling them they say the handset will be replaced but you have to wait for 8 days.

      So i request you to please check this issue.

      Nokia N73 — Delay in service

      Dear Sir,

      This is to bring to your knowledge that I have given my mobile (N73) for repairing dated 7th of July 2009 at Lajpat Nager-2(New Delhi) I was told by Nokia care staff your mobile will be repaired within 20 days & status will be updated on your contact-no.
      I am really shocked I made three times call within 20 days I got the replied from Nokia care your mobile has not been repaired till now & they asked 10 days more time when I made call on 4th of Aug Receptionist told me again we need 15 days more time after listening this thing I asked regional manager contact no she told me I don’t have then she told me if you can not give us 15 days time then you can take your mobile as it is. so now i am helpless neither i am getting my mobile nor stand by mobile.kindly resolve this matter.Incase any query kindly contact me below mentioned contact no.

        I have sibmitted my mobile E62(IMEI Number [protected]) for repair in Nokia care in Hyderabad on 25th march, they told me that the will send to company in chennai, my job sheet no is[protected]/080325/154 dated 25/march/2008.On 10/4/08 they gave me another mobile E62 stating that the company has replaced with another mobile, that mobile IMEI number [protected].the comapny replaced mobile is also not functioning, that i have subimmted to same nokia care (job sheet no[protected]/080411/6 dated 11/apr/2008, they are telling that they are sending it to company it takes another 20days .
        i this regard i request you to do justice to me

          I have purchased nokia3110 15 days ago and now it gets restart when i insert memory card.
          after making call the phone used to get hot within 15min, i have also teied to change the battery but still it gets heated faster...
          and gets restart.

            I had purchased Nokia N72 Mobile on 12 Aug 07 which is still under warranty period. On 07 Apr 08, it got switched off automatically and since then it is not switching on. I had submitted it for repair to Nokia Care - Planet Cell, Aundh Pune, India. Job Sheet No:[protected]/080407/38. After keeping my mobile for 2 days; they gave me a poor response saying that the mobile cannot be repaired without stating any exact reasons. On the contrary they said that I must have tried to get my cell repaired in a local workshop that is why the cell doesn't work. On enquiring with nearby shops, I got to know that this shop is fraud and there are many cases filed against them. They have damaged many mobiles in the past. The technicians sitting there are fraud and incompetent. I suspect these people have taken out my original mobile parts or they have damaged the board inside while doing some tests on it. Also, they were not giving me the details of other higher level 3 Nokia repair centers stating that it is a long process. Probably they are scared about the fact that higher centers may detect that these people have destroyed my mobile components.

            Now I am fully dissatisfied with the services and need to get my Phone replaced with the new one at the earliest.

            Due to this incident, I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to non availability of my Phone I am unable to contact anyone and vice versa.

            I hope strict action would be taken against this centre for their irresponsible attitude and damaging my mobile while testing in their labs. Also, a new handset should be provided in replacement.

            I look forward for your help in this regard.

            NOKIA N72 BEST ANTIVERISE

            Nokia N72 — damage while repairing

            I damaged my mobile in rain on 25/06/09. I took my mobile to SAI ELECTRONICS S-2, MAIN BAZAR, GANDHIDHAM - 370201 - KUTCH - GUJARAT. They charged Rs. 500 towards repair of damaged IC. But while checking I found that there was no network available in the mobile. So I gave them the mobile back & they told that the network IC has to be replaced which would take a few days. After few days they told me that the mobile is working now. But again when i checked in front of them, the mobile was not working. so i gave them the mobile back & they told that they would try again. After few days i called them and they told that they are not able to repair it. They told me to take the mobile to nokia care. I took it to a nearby nokia care but on the first look at the mobile nokia care executive told me that the mobile was improperly handled by SAI ELECTRONICS & there are 10% chances of getting it repaired properly. so i took it back to SAI ELECTRONICS who confirmed now that they would repair it. Till today ie 23/07/09 i have not got my mobile back..Pls help me in the matter..my mobile no is [protected].

            How can i damage my stolen nokia n72 so as 4 d theif 2 nt b able to use it

              I had purchased N91 8GB in Aug 07 for RS. 17300/-. It went down on 18 Dec 07(it was not responding) and I took it to Nokia care(Instant Solution Gurgaon, Haryana). they told me that the phone has some hardware problem and they will have to send it to Nokia service center. They responded back on Jan 18 saying that company has replaced your phone with an old N73 ME. I was leaving the town then and didn't have any option but to accept it. I asked for accessories for the replaced phone to owner of the Nokia care (Mr. Rohit) and he told me that I will have to purchase battery and all. I purchased new battery (Battery BP-64) from him, which costed me Rs 950/-. Later in the evening I called him up and told him that I am not happy with the deal. I got an old phone and was not even given the accessories. He then told me that he will try to get the accessories. Later on 8/2/2008, he called me up and said that I deposit all my accessories for N91 8GB and get replacement in two weeks time. Now this has been going on for almost 5 weeks, but I haven't received the accessories. I request Nokia management to intervene. Please get me new phone(N91 8GB) with accessories or return my money in case you cannot give me new N91 8GB.

              Nokia/N91-8GB — Nokia (don't) Care

              Sub :- Extreme disappointment withNokia service
              I had given my Nokia N91 8GB for repair @ Nokia care, koramangala on grounds that the joystick was malfunctioning on 10th June 2008. J It was within the warranty period, there was no damage or water logging in the product & they accepted it for service. Initially they said, the repair cannot be carried out here & they have to send it to their head office in Chennai for service & asked two weeks of time for it. I didn't get any call for three weeks.
              Three weeks later, I called them to find the status. They said they could not repair it & they are giving a replacement of it & it would take another week or two for shipment. I waited. Two weeks later when I went to nokia care, I was taken by surprise when they said, they can give me only N73 Music edition as replacement as production of N91 was stopped. The N73 they had shown me was a previously used one with a lot of scratches in it.
              This was never communicated to me before. N73 Music edition does not have WiFi, 8 GB memory, metallic casing, slide form factor, 3.5 mm audio socket or music keys( all of which were present in N91 8GB). So I refused to take it and asked for an equivalent phone as replacement, atleast a phone with WiFi and 8GB as I was ready compromise on other features.
              Then on, every time I call them I was told that they are waiting for reply from their Chennai office.
              A week later, they said, I would be getting my replacement, N91 8GB in 5 days & I need not call them, they would call me once the phone arrives. I didn't get any call at all. A week later I called them again to find if the replacement arrived, only to find them telling me the same old story, that they are waiting for a reply from their Chennai office. I couldn't understand as why did they say that I'll be getting N91 as replacement, if their head office has not confirmed it. It was a planned cheat to buy some time for them. The old quarrel started yet again.
              After two weeks of quarrel, I got the phone number of a person from their head office in Chennai. When I contacted him, he said that he is just following their protocol & that I have no options but to take it(N73). I insisted at least I get back my phone even if it is not repaired, so that I can repair it somewhere else. Shockingly they refused to give me that also & insisted I take N73. They said it has a front camera for 3G phone call. I have not heard of any company in India providing 3G services, for that matter, it is not there in USA also. I have heard of 3G services in France & Italy. But I cannot go to those countries, leaving my job & country for using a stupid feature of this stupid phone.
              When asked his manager's number for escalating the issue, all that he gave me was the nokia customer care number where I can make a complaint. The same day I made a complaint & they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. I never got a call from them. I called them 120 hrs later to only get the same response from them.

              Today is 28th July 2008. I went to their customer care, said I would accept N73, if they can give in writing that they cannot give me N91 and stating the reasons. Their response was obviously a big "No".
              It has been 49 days already since I gave my phone for service. I still didn't get my phone back. I am writing this to you in pain & agony. All I wanted is either My phone repaired or a replacement phone of the same model or some other model with WiFi and 8 GB memory.

                I was trying to replace my BL 5-C battery for NOKIA 6270 but the reply from NOKIA help desk is misleading and the shops list given by Nokia customer care/ help desk I contacted all shops but no shop is ready to replace the battery as either they have no stock .But same shop is ready to sell these BL5-C battery.
                How this is possible??
                NOKIA call centre is absolutely rubbish and I will go to consumer court. All Indians must be carefull in dealing NOKIA.

                As per advise communicated by M/s Nokia, I made complaints on Nokia websites for replacement of defective BL-5 battery. I was assured that the battery will be sent to me through courier. But till date, I am not in receipt of replacement. My battery No. is[protected]N[protected]. I visited Nokia's service station but I was refused to give me replacement. I feel cheated by Nokia.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have using various Nokia handsets all of them works properly except my newly purchased Nokia N72.
                  I have submitted it 4 times at Nokia Care at 37, Shakespere sarani.Kolkata.(job sheet reference no:254429, 256826, 259931,
                  264843)
                  But the problem is still there in my cell, every time they say if the problem comes again they will replace the cell, But they are not doing so.Last time they have even written swap on my job sheet but after 10 days they have told me that they will not replace the set you have to take the repaired one only and returned me my set.

                  It looks as if they are only intrested in selling the second hand mobiles instead of repairing the cell.
                  SO I request you to kindly look into the matter because it is hampering my studies, and it is not possible for me to wait in the line for 2to 3 hours to submit me cell.

                  Nokia - N72 — Poor Service

                  Myself am Shravan Sunder from hyderabad.My nokia N72 mobile's speaker mike had stopped functioning since 2 months back. Immediately i had given my mobile at the nokia care main center in panjagutta in my city. I have given the mobile in the warranty period itself.Its been nearly more than a month but the people have not yet bothered to service my damaged instrument.Furthermore the people at the nokia care have no idea when wud that be done.
                  Its very unfortunate that an internationally reputed mobile giant like nokia is so poor at its services.

                  Nokia/ N 72 — Repair of Nokia Mobile N 72

                  Today i read some complaints of nokia customer and surprised that nokia is doing very bad in the market , while i suggest to the people to go for nokia only. Now i want to introduce my complaint.I purchased nokia N72 on 13.09.2007 and it is out of order from 10.01.2008. So i have given it for repair at following service station:

                  Nokia N72 — Poor after sale service

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchased a Nokia N72 on[protected] from nokia priority dealer.Some problems are there in it due to which it is not functioning properly like : 1.when I press 3 it displays 7, when I press camera botton it displayes 9 etc.
                  2.It is unable to open gallery.
                  3.It is unable to play music.
                  4.Its key pad lights are not functioning.
                  5.speaker is very slow etc.

                  I have submitted this cell four times at Nokia Care at 37, sakespere sarni.kolkata.But I am facing the same problem just after one or two days.

                  Various job sheet ref.no :under which my cell have been collected are 1:254429, 2:256826, 3:259931, 4:264843.
                  Every time they say that it will be swaped But they give the repaired one only last time they have written swap on the job sheet but after nearly 10 days they have told me that they will give me the repaired one only.

                  This matter is hampering my studies because in every two to three days I have to go there and wait in the line for approximately 2to 3 hours.

                  So please kindly look into the matter.

                  Nokia Mobile (N72) — very poor service

                  We had bought a Nokia N72 handset on 14 May08. I used it only for 3 months and it started giving problems. Since then it is with Nokia for repairs. 5 times they have given back the same phone with same problems. When I call the Nokia care centre they say that replacement of handset can only be done if the centre Manager approves of it. The Centre Manager of Noida centre doesn't respond properly. Since last 5 months I am being harassed by again and again getting the same phone back with same problems still existing. Also they have replaced the new panel with an old scratchy panel and are not ready to replace the panel. I have spend good Rs. 7700.00 which have gone in a waste. I really am not getting proper service from a renowned company like Nokia. I have complete documentation of all this. Can I pls be helped...

                  NOKIA / N-72 — Bad after sale service

                  On 31st october i had purchased a new nokia N-72 mobile set from B. N. Mobiles, Naka, Faizabad (billed in favor of my wife Mrs Amita Singh). On the same day i found that the set is not functioning well as it hangs and stop working. every time i've to restart the cell. i reported the dealer next day. He asked me to leave the set to analyse. I did. Next day he called me and said that use the set without memory card, may be card is faulty. i did but again the problem was same. i again reported to the dealer then he sent my set to the local nokia care centre for repairing. Nokia care center not given me any reciept as there is some understanding between the dealer and care center personnels. next day i got back my set got repaired (as they told me) but the problem was still there. Then dealer assured me for replacement (he said this is manufacturing defect and company will replace the set) and set was sent for replacement to lucknow office of the nokia. after more than one month i got back my same set without any replacement and repairing. when i pressurised the dealer for refund of money then again he sent my set to the local Nokia care center (jobsheet number was not given this time too). again this was fruitless effort of myself. Then on 15th january'2009 i cantact the nokia care center: customer care (on[protected] for the same. they told me to submit the set with local care center and to give details of jobsheet number with other details. i did the same (jobsheet number:[protected]/090116/47). Till now this is not clear to me why i made mistake to purchase the Nokia mobile set. NOKIA is worst.

                  Nokia — After Sales Service of Nokia N 72

                  Sir,
                  I had submitted my Nokia N72 handset at Aryan Communications, 6-B Park Road, Hazratganj Lucknow on 27 November 2008 for repairs for VIDEO CAPTURING PROBLEM.They returned my handset on 8 Dec 2008 but with the same problem intact. At the very same moment I returned my handset to them. And again they said after 14 days replacement would be done. After replacement my handset came on 23 Dec 2008. I went to collect the handset on 29th Dec 2008 again there was the same problem. They told me to come on 5th Jan 2009 to again get the replaced handset Again there was same problem. Now today they are telling me that the handset has not arrived yet at their centre. I have lodged two complaints at Nokia Careline with Numbers 2-3AOM1L and 2-3ROHIT but there is no redressal. It would be very kind of you if you could kindly look into my matter. I had bought the handset on 2 June 2008 From Nokia Priority Dealer at Sri Ram towers, Lucknow.Sir already its been two months and my two months warranty has been wasted as I am not able to use my phone.Neither they are extending my warranty period.Please Sir I would be very grateful for your support.

                  the NOKIA CARE servicing centre people are rude with the custemers. This is not an healthy atmosphere.
                  NOKIA CARE services at visakhapatnam town in India not satisfactory
                  NOKIA CARE servicing centre of visakha town near sampath vinayaka temple services are very dis comfort to the custemers, this may affect the nokia mobile sales.

                  Nokia N72 — poor servicing

                  I have purchased a nokia N72 mobile the phone have the blank display. The mobile is repaired at NOKIA CARE, VISAKHAPATNAM TOWN by charging huge repairing charges. The mobile have new problems like no charging, no power-on etc after repaired the mobile i.e blank display. The NOKIA CARE servicing centre authorities not responding properly and thesy are herrasing the custemers. The NOKIA CARE authorised nokia servicing centre continued this trend in future the nokia mobile sales in visakhapatnam town india will effect and loss the nokia mobile company reputation and leads reduce/no sales. This may be treated as most sensitive problem in visakhapatnam.

                      1. Most of the time no netwok coverage (Aircel, BSNL).
                      2. Poor headset Audio Quality
                      3. Some time when connects lists opened, 'Contact not ready' error msg appears.

                      I bought this 5200 Model in Pondicherry (Rayal Service-Nokia, #33, Saint Therase St, pondicherry-1.) 8 months before . But i face the above problems last 4 months. But i'm adjust to take care. But one month before i given this product for service as the respective service center. Within the 5 days gap again the same problem cause i given for service in the same service center. Still my problem not solved. That service people insult me and they don't care about my problem. I wrote these problems are true with the honestly, they all blame me for i'm giving my mobile to some local service people. I am having one year service time till 1st July 2008. Then why i am going to choose like this fault. I'm telling seriously this problem should solved and i want respective feedback from yourside. Otherwise i'm having onlyway to go a consumer court to face that problem at any cost. Please Note my mobile details and number for contact.

                        I purchased my Nokia N73-music edition from a an authorised dealer at Shimoga, Karnataka, after almost 9 months, its volume/zoom switch was not working. I took it to the Nokia care at shimoga, karnatka, India. They took three days and now they are telling that its switch is broken and cannot be repaired under warranty, as it is a physical damage. It is a total lie. Just because they are unable to repair it, they are telling lies that it does not come under warranty. I have paid a dear price for this. Can any one tell me what to do in this situation. If Nokia care does not care about customers, which is the best forum to nail these people. You might have come across such problems.                         Nokia — 1.5 months at repair center. Still unable to repair

                        Hi,
                        I gave my Nokia 5310 (6 months old) for microphone not working. Repair Center kept it for 15 days and then said it is beyond their capability. They sent it to Chennai on 29th Aug. with Target date of delivering the repaired mobile by 15th Sept. Today is 25th Sept. Still they have no clue on the status of the mobile or when they are going to get it.

                        They say it is one year warranty. I paid around 10k for the mobile, used it for 5 months and now it in their repair shop for one and half months. They need to wait for probably couple of more months this way to complete the warranty period (probably in the repair shop itself). Nokia Care Center Name: EDGE COM. Job Sheet No>[protected]/080829/13. The Nokia Care Center is not ready to give any contact at Nokia or Chennai Center whom the customer can talk to.

                        Anyway listening.

                        I had purchased a Nokia mobile N96 on 9/10.08 from M/S Sameer Music Bhopal( authorised Nokia dealer).I had submitted my nokia N96 mobile to nokia care sameer music bhopal MP for repair on 21.12.08 (job sheet No.[protected]/081221/20).Then after 15 days I was informed that my mobile has been swaped and I shall get another mobile.Till 29.1.09 I did not get my mobile than I coplained to nokia care line and the complaint ID is 2/3PS5XR.I again I contacted Nokia care line on 2.2.09 and was assured that I shall get my mobile on 9.2.09, but again I did not recieved my mobile.I again cotacted nokia careline today ie 9.2.09 and they said that i will get it and when I informed that the set has not reached bhopal they have noted this and have asked me to contact on 10.2.09.I contacted nokia care line on 10.2.09 and again I was asked to call after 24 hrs.Today on 11.2.09 I again contacted them and now the have replied to contact after 10 days.

                        i purchased a nokia 7210 supernova 28 days back. Now my charger is out of order and when i went to nokia care of Nayasadak, Cuttack, Orissa they said we have to send this charger to company for replacement and it will take 20 days. Dont you think its ilogical? 20 days for replacement of charger...how will i charge my cell phone. And another problem is that the way they behaving with the customer is vey bad. Is nokia care is really caring...what should i do please suggest me.

                        Hello Sirs,

                        I am Javed Variya from Jamnagar (Gujrat). I am a tutor of English. I had bought new N73 from 'Ree Mobile Point & Cyber Cafe (G-20, Madhav plaza, opp. SBI Bank near Lal Bunglow) which is down to my classes. I had bought this instument on 29/7/2008. Since then I frequently visit authorised customercare senter for Nokia mobile in our city named Shree Service (8/9, Manibhadra App., Pancheswar Tower Road Jamnagar. Mob:- [protected]). They have sent my mobile to Headcenters as they said so 4 times but the result is yet not satisfactorily.
                        1. I get my mobile to them for my no. 2 swicth was not working and they gave me back in the same day but when I saw one of their employee was treating it very roughly I thoght that there would be more damage in my cell and it happened too. Just after two or three days 'Gallery & Camera swicth' stopped woking. I gave it back and I was told to wait for 20 to 25 days. They told me that they will inform me as soon as my cell returns. I waited for more 2 days than they told me to do. Then by one of my souce in that agency I came to know that my cell had already been arrived. The person who suppose to inform me forgot and didn't call me at that time so I told them this and he just denided and said "I am sure that I called you about the arrival of you cell" I offered him to check my cell which I was using at that time.
                        2. The same thing happened after some time and this time a lady who suppose to be incharge told me that this time I would surely get a new cell cause it was the same problem again in the same instrument. But it was not happened.

                        3. Again I was there with my cell to get 'Joystick' repaired. They told me to come at evening on the same day. When I got my cell back the joystick had lost its delicacy totally and it was moving like a hammer. I checked y cell this time and the front camera was out to order ! now this was surely their foult cause when I gave it to them it was working very well. Again I was told me wait but this time that lady told me to wait for only 12 or 14 days. She also made sure that this time I would remark to get this instrument replace. Almost 30 days passed then my cell returned as it was before though this time it was woking nice but it was just for few days.

                        4. Now my joystick is not working and I have only few days left in my warranty periode I haven't use my cell constantly through out the year. More than 3 months it had been in service centers. I went today at Shree Service but the net was not working so they refused to take my cell and asked me to come on the next day.

                        i am use on my nokia n73 phone only one partuculer sim. when i use other sim in my nokia mobile it want a password number please solve my problem.
                        i purchased n78 in apr 2009 but it has lots of problem like buzzers problem. so, i gave it to nokia care ranchi, but they creates lots of damage in my phone like they damage my keyboard, dcover, buzzer and many more. what can i do after this ? at last i want to say that there is no exact solution of nokia phones like n-series in ranchi.
                        about the n78, i want to say that this handset has lots of problem of sound system
                        I had never seen such a kind of worst service centre. i had servised my nokia 5610-d nearly 6 times for frequently re-start problem during the warranty period. Every time they are loading the software and giving and the same problem persists. I lodged a complaint on this to Nokia care online but there is no co-ordination between the online centres and service centres.

                        At the time of purchase of the device the Nokia Dealer assured for the services of the device and said that the device is new but don’t have any drawback.
                        I purchased with great enthusiasm but now I am feeling cheated and harassed.

                        From the very first day I am facing lots of problem with the device. I tried my level best to get the problem rectified, drop mails to Nokia Online care, personally attended the Nokia care so many times. I only wasted my time and efforts along the money I spent in traveling. Also due to these problems my work is effected.
                        My humble request is to look into the matter and get is resolved.
                        I have summarized the problem and my efforts as follows

                        Problem facing with the device (set)-

                        1) Device goes in hanging state while in conversation, even the power on/off button doesn’t work, I have to pull out the battery to make the set live again. This is the major problem with the device, as the device becomes completely unusable during the hanging duration. After the battery jack in/out is done the device come to live but the problem is periodic.
                        2) While in conversation the Ear Piece speaker volume decreases automatically, besides the volume button is at its peak.
                        3) Some time while the conversation is going on, and another call in landed i.e call in waiting, I am unable to swap the call in waiting to the on going call. In this case it seems that the whole touch screen is in hanging state.
                        4) Some time when trying to open any application I receive an error message (pop up) “Close Some Application and try again” while no application is opened in the system tray.
                        5) Some time an error message appears “Security Code error” while trying to open some application/file.
                        6) Device Mini QWERTY keyboard is not working properly, as while trying to press ‘O’, the letter printed is ‘P’, while tying to press ‘V’, the letter printed is ‘B’.

                        Efforts made by my side to rectify the problems-

                        1) On 21 Jan 2009 I went to see the Nokia personal and place all the problems I was facing, he just performed a format to my device.
                        2) On 26 Feb 2009 I submitted my device to Nokia Care, and after one and half day I got it back. The Nokia personal assured me that the problem has been rectified.

Due to some minor software problem my phone was given to Nokia Care, (Satna Comunication, Satna, M.P.). They have checked it from every angel and found that the phone is under warranty coverage. To overcome the problem they have decided to upgrade the software of the phone. It was very shocking that while upgrading the software my phone has become dead. The Nokia Care people has decided to send the hand set to Delhi and confirmed that within 12days they will hand over my cell phone. When it was told by me that I have given my phone for minor software problem then why such major problem has come up then they convinced me that Nokia might replace the hand set with a new cell phone. After long waiting 12days I came to know that instead of replacing the set they are giving me the same old repaired handset. Now my question is if after two months again if the set becomes dead then from where I will take care of it and am I any where wrong to give the cell phone to NOKIA CARE SATNA for the up gradation of software? I want a replacement of the set with a new NOKIA N-73 hand set.

                        I have a Nokia 6300. on 1st July, 2011 I found that some of the keys are not working and the phone displays 77777... .The phone does not respond to any keys. I took it to Nokia Care (M/s. Jagannath Entr.), Dolaundai, Cuttack. The service Engineer said the IC of the phone to be replaced and it will cost Rs.850.00. I agreed and given them for repair. On 4.7.11 i have received my phone. on the next day I found that the same problem is still there. Again on 7th I have shown it in same centre and they kept it for two days. On 09.07.11 I received my phone again. But on the next day the phone shows the same problem.

                        Engineers at NOKIA CARE, dolamundai do not have any expertise

                          I am very shocked to say you that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. One day all of tower signal gone from my set. I gave it to nokia care center kochi(India).When i got repaired set, it again showing same problem after just 1 week.Now tower comes for some time(max 1 hr) and go for mor ethen one day, I am frustreted with this problens. The Reciever has some problems & i think repairing is not a permanent solution.Four month back i took it, so It is in warrenty period.Since we have purchased the phone at a very high price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.it has some heating problen & battery backuop problem. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and also that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                          Nokia 6300 — Connectivity problem;voice clearity

                          1.When other hand set of same service provider is having coverage it looses the coverage.
                          2.While connecting @ 3 times disconnecting the call I can hear or communicate otherwise there is always one side communication.If somebody can hear me I cann't & if I can hear the other side person cann't.

                          I lost my mobile on 14th June 2008. I was travelling in auto from santacruz station in Mumbai to Milan Mall, I got down at Milan Mall but i forgot my mobile in Auto.                           The working area of the cell is on the Bangalore Highway near Neervallur village ( Tower name appearing is Malmaduramangalam/sedamangalam/Nemili) When we are in the office, we are not able to get the signature not even one point. In fact at our premises there is a tower installed for Broadband connection, we are repeatedly reqeusting your customer care to provide one additional gainer. But no responses.

                          Please look into this and do the needful. Someone form customer care ( in particular from Technical wing) has to call to understand our problesm. Almsot thereare 50 connections. Please do not force us to surrender all the connections.

                              I have a sever grievance to make, I have a phone that has gone bad (SECOND TME) and is not repaired and finally it has been told that it will not be repaired or replaced.

                              The following are the details:

                              This phone has been bought by me from an authorised nokia dealer from the GREEN PARK MAKERT, NEW DELHI. @ RS.8000.



                              FIRST FAULT – RECTIFED -DATE- FEB '08

                              This phone has been faulty since day one o[censored]se, immediately after purchasing the phone I found out that the "NO1" digit of the phone was not functioning. So I went to the NOIKA CARE – UPHAR CINEMA, GREEN PARK. And then I requested the concerned staff there to kindly get the issue rectified and if possible please get me a new model for the same phone as it is just a week's time and this fault has been present since day one, and I did not got the phone to them within four days of purchase as I thought it may not be a fault just that the button is a bit hard initially, because I have been a NOKIA user for almost more than TEN YEARS, and have never had issues, SO THE NOKIA CARE, they mended it and gave it back after 4-5 days. FINE BUT, NOT SATISFACTORY. CASE CLOSED.

                              I really feel that NOIKA is a marvellous phone maker. I have never switched to other phone makers and always praised nokia products to my family and friends and also make them go for a nokia phone instead of other brands.

                              BUT THIS TIME THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN LIKE ALWAYS .ME, A person who has been a nokia user till date may be "forced" to switch to other phone brands and also make his friends do the same for future, IF THIS THING ISNOT TAKEN CARE OF, PROPERLY.











                              NOW THE SECOND ISSUE – DATE 25-march-2008. STILL – OPEN.

                              This same Phone- MODEL NOKIA - 6233.

                              Out of the blue, ONE FINE MORNING suddenly stops charging and when in the morning, before going to office I put to the phone for charging, it said "NOT CHARGING" and even after changing the socket it did not charged .SO I REALIZED THIS PHONE IS GOING DEAD.



                              I went to the NOKIA CARE, WELCOME METRO STATION, Delhi, and submitted them the model also clarifying that this phone has previously been mended by the Authorised NOKIA CARE also, as they also had my records in the database automatically feed from earlier time ref to the IMIE NO of the phone.



                              NOW the gentleman MR.IKRAR told me that the NOKIA care people will look into it and inform me after a day or so and I call them to know the status.
                              FINE, WHATELSE CAN I DO, WAIT. So as told by the NOKIA care staff on phone call, I went to them again after 4 days to collect the phone and then they said, it is a LIQUID DAMAGE, and I shall have to pay 1500 RS. ELSE I CAN TAKE MY PHONE BACK THEN ITSELF.


                              Now, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE – NO LIQUID HAS BEEN INSERTED IN THE PHONE. Let me tell this, the phone has always been kept safely, never kept near water or moisture even, but what they said was I have to pay this money to them and then only they will mend it . REALLY SCROUPLOUS I MUST SAY!



                              Any ways even after knowing this is just a gimmick of charging money from a loyal customer like me and a person who needs a phone a lot for his business and always keeps the phone safe and sound like other important things. I still said YES to them because I need my phone to work, I thought they will rectify the phone and give it back, what ever is the charge is acceptable, PLEASE NOTE THE PHONE IS STILL NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS OLD .AND WARRANTY STILL IS VALID 100% .

                              I mean, I really am so frustrated by such Un – professional approach and Completely Scrupulous customer service, that I just don't have any other step, BUT TO APPEAL FOR A SUIT AGAINST NOKIA FOR MAKING FAULTY PRODUCTS AND THEN NOT REPLACING THEM AND MENDING THEM AND CHARGING CUSTOMERS UNNECESSARY MONEY FOR THE FAULTS THAT THEIR PRODUCT HAS AND No fault of the user is there .

                              GOOD MORNING!



                              I have a sever grievance to make, I have a phone that has gone bad (SECOND TME) and is not repaired and finally it has been told that it will not be repaired or replaced.

                              The following are the details:

                              MODEL NOKIA - 6233.



                              This phone has been bought by me from an authorised nokia dealer from the GREEN PARK MAKERT, NEW DELHI. @ RS.8000.



                              FIRST FAULT – RECTIFED -DATE- FEB '08

                              This phone has been faulty since day one o[censored]se, immediately after purchasing the phone I found out that the "NO1" digit of the phone was not functioning. So I went to the NOIKA CARE – UPHAR CINEMA, GREEN PARK. And then I requested the concerned staff there to kindly get the issue rectified and if possible please get me a new model for the same phone as it is just a week's time and this fault has been present since day one, and I did not got the phone to them within four days of purchase as I thought it may not be a fault just that the button is a bit hard initially, because I have been a NOKIA user for almost more than TEN YEARS, and have never had issues, SO THE NOKIA CARE, they mended it and gave it back after 4-5 days. FINE BUT, NOT SATISFACTORY. CASE CLOSED.

                              I really feel that NOIKA is a marvellous phone maker. I have never switched to other phone makers and always praised nokia products to my family and friends and also make them go for a nokia phone instead of other brands.

                              BUT THIS TIME THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN LIKE ALWAYS .ME, A person who has been a nokia user till date may be "forced" to switch to other phone brands and also make his friends do the same for future, IF THIS THING ISNOT TAKEN CARE OF, PROPERLY.











                              NOW THE SECOND ISSUE – DATE 25-march-2008. STILL – OPEN.

                              This same Phone- MODEL NOKIA - 6233.
                              I M E I - NO - [protected], Job sheet no-[protected].



                              Out of the blue, ONE FINE MORNING suddenly stops charging and when in the morning, before going to office I put to the phone for charging, it said "NOT CHARGING" and even after changing the socket it did not charged .SO I REALIZED THIS PHONE IS GOING DEAD.



                              I went to the NOKIA CARE, WELCOME METRO STATION, Delhi, and submitted them the model also clarifying that this phone has previously been mended by the Authorised NOKIA CARE also, as they also had my records in the database automatically feed from earlier time ref to the IMIE NO of the phone.



                              NOW the gentleman MR.IKRAR told me that the NOKIA care people will look into it and inform me after a day or so and I call them to know the status.
                              FINE, WHATELSE CAN I DO, WAIT. So as told by the NOKIA care staff on phone call, I went to them again after 4 days to collect the phone and then they said, it is a LIQUID DAMAGE, and I shall have to pay 1500 RS. ELSE I CAN TAKE MY PHONE BACK THEN ITSELF.


                              Now, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE – NO LIQUID HAS BEEN INSERTED IN THE PHONE. Let me tell this, the phone has always been kept safely, never kept near water or moisture even, but what they said was I have to pay this money to them and then only they will mend it . REALLY SCROUPLOUS I MUST SAY!



                              Any ways even after knowing this is just a gimmick of charging money from a loyal customer like me and a person who needs a phone a lot for his business and always keeps the phone safe and sound like other important things. I still said YES to them because I need my phone to work, I thought they will rectify the phone and give it back, what ever is the charge is acceptable, PLEASE NOTE THE PHONE IS STILL NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS OLD .AND WARRANTY STILL IS VALID 100% .

                              When I have already specified in my letter that i have NOT by any chance allowed the phone to get in touch with any liquid substance . I am 100 % sure about it, and even after that if you think that my phone shall NOT be repaired coz it is some semi- qualified nokia care tech. person that may have mis-handled the phone and made it ir-repairable and now it is being termed as liquid damage OR "out of warranty". I mean then why do you even have to take the pain of a service help desk in the first place, you can advertise the products as "NOKIA=NO WARRANTY!"
                              I really feel pity that nokia help desk India has such poor service level and do not understand what is to be done with customers who have a genuine cause and a genuine explanation for the issues that are arising out of a "malfunction of a NOKIA PRODUCT", and not just give them a SLAP OF OUT OF WARRANTY!

                              I understand it is not ur fault, you are just an employee and an gud asset for such a pathetic customer servicing company.

                              if this is what is nokia going to do for their customers ... that day is not far when people will STOP using NOKIA products no matter how great advertising you may do to FOOL PEOPLE!!! IF THINGS CAN BE MADE ...they can be DESTROYED TOO...just "WORD OF MOUTH IS ENOUGH "

                              Anyways ... thanks for ur reply ... makes me happy that from today on I shall think twice before even buying a NOKIA phone.

                              i am a user of NOKIA 6233 recently i went to NOKIA CARE as it is being AUTO OFF. they said that there is a chance of being dead as it is related to board but, as they said they did. They have killed the phone with no life, and they took my 1 G.B. Memory card also, The worst thing is i do not have the job sheet card as they took it back for retuning my phone now they are laming that they did not take the memory card am i a stupid that i will ask them memory card. the response of the CARE is simply stupid. one who is responsible for taking the phone for servicing and writing the job sheet is simply lying at the counter that my phone was not in a ON condition when he has verily listen the song of MP3 at the time of submitting the phone. I was known that Corporate centres will cheat common people but I realized truth after it happen to me.

                                hi, i have purchased nokia 5610 in jan 08.two days back i was using it as i slide it to c menu suddenly blank display was there i went to nokia care centre net dot solution jail road new delhi .very bad experence i had over there as i showed my phone there they said u have thrown this phone down i said no they said its panel is cracked though its not then they r saying it wil take 20 days min n may b after that they dont repair n give it back its really bad i am using nokia fm past 10 years n will use further also even u dont repair my phone but very wrong u r telling customer yr negligence u must have dropped .i said if i threw then screen should b broken or cracked then they dint have any answere they said leave yr phone we will inform u by tommrrow morninr but no responce even i called twice nobody know the status please somebody help me out...

                                i have deposited nokia 1208 for repairing in nokia centre.they ak me to collect it back in a week after that they told me to come again after a week without telling any proper reason .again they told me to come after 15 days when i come they told that my set is replaced with new one for which i have again wait for a week. in mean time i have to buy a new set.at last they agree to give me a replacement set that is old one with scratch on screen & also in bad condition now again they pressurize me either to take it or i have to wait for some more weeks.
                                Hi, I am CP Dwivedi. I was using model no. 3230 of Nokia. The network of the same was not working. As I approached to Nokia Care, Sanjay Gandhi Puram, Lucknow, the attitude however has worsen the things. The problem told was neither entertained nor any interest was shown for it's resolution. An insisted option provided to me was to go for a costlier handset. The occurence of defect however differs from person to person at Nokia Care.
                                I was also insisted that the hanset should be repaired at my own cost from some other service provider.

                                On the above ground, I am bound to think about the parameters set for serving the customers creating such a pathetic state of affairs.

                                Man how could Nokia even manufacture this kind of cell, bad slider, bad positioning of music slider though a small cell looks good, a feel good factor is there but too bad when it comes to overall impression and when you use it. I mean Nokia should seriously think about stopping this cell otherwise I don't know how many more dissatisfied customers it will have.Nokia is known to be a brand leader but producing such sort of mobiles is completely a dissatisfaction what it can create in customer minds, i think they should think again to give any such product in market.
                                i strogly agree this allllll compents... 5610 built is one i ever had in my life.. its poor in very thing...

                                that tooooo NOKIA CARE IS [censored]est of costomer care i ever seen i my life... since they became market leaders they are thinking evry users is foools... soon it will change... please dont go for nokia indians...

                                  Nokia 6085 — faulty set

                                  sir, i have purchased a handset in august 2007 mdel no. 6085. Since then i m facing the problem of Fluatuation, mini display faulty and por battery back up. i had sent the set to the Nokia Care 3 times but the problem still persists. the set has not been used mre than 20 Hrs. kindly change the handset and do the needful
                                  Facing problem with the display of my mobile phone.all the other properties are ok.
                                  This phone still having Warrenty.6months back i bought at BIG-C.

                                  Nokia customer care people sugested this below things.
                                  1. Ensure that your mobile phone is in standby/idle mode.
                                  2. Switch off the mobile phone.
                                  3. Remove the battery from the phone.
                                  4. Leave the mobile phone idle for at least five minutes.
                                  5. Re-insert the battery into the mobile phone.
                                  6. Switch on the mobile phone.
                                  But problem is not solved. Big-c at panjagutta people does not take care about this problem solvation. still this mobile having warrenty.
                                  I have procured the Nokia 6085 before 6 months and today I have face many issues like phone automatically switching OFF, getting restarted. And now there is only a blank display in the main display and the display in the mini display is showing the mirror image.

                                  Please help me resolve this issue.

                                  Nokia flip mobile - 6085 — display failure

                                  I bought 6085 flip model Nokia mobile on 20th March 2008 in an authorized dealer HELLO WORLD in Chennai. One month later I faced little problems like continuous charging symbol comes even discard it from charging, which did not affect majorly. But 17th October 2008 camera display failed. I ask them for service from where I bought, but they refused and replied, we are sales only we never care about problems if any found in mobiles after sold.
                                  I put it for service in one of your authorized service centre NOKIA CARE on 1st November 2008. Their response was not good; it was delivered 13 days later. In between 5 times I was asked to come and collect my mobile. But every time I went there, I was asked to come after 2 days. After I shouted them only they mentioned the date at which deliver. Still they are issuing job sheet to customers without conforming the delivery date.
                                  While I collect my mobile they told ‘display IC ‘was the problem, now changed. My mobile was working properly 3 hrs only after service, later it failed. Before I give it for service camera alone problem but after service the display completely failed i.e. nothing is displayed on screen.
                                  I totally disappointed with this problem and the worthless service provided by you under warranty period.
                                  I want to ask you few questions and expecting your response,
                                  1. How it is possible the seller does not care about the problems found after sold it?
                                  2. How can it is possible issuing job sheet without mentioning the delivery date?
                                  3. How I will react for the worthless service?
                                  4. What is the solution have given to me from you?

                                  I have a Nokia 6085 for one year and have had nothing but trouble with it. It has been replaced two times in one year. Now it needs to be replaced a third, but the warranty is over. The display mini screen is blank. I have seven months left before I can get another phone at a discount rate from AT&T.

                                    Dear Mr. Shivakumar

                                    I was looking for a contact in your Senior Management to lodge this complaint about the treatment that has been meted out to me by Nokia. Since I am unable to find the right person, I thought the second best person to send it to would be someone who looks after media relations and I found your email address through google.

                                    Let me state the facts of this case :

                                    1. I purchased a Nokia E50 handset in July 2007. After about two months, I noticed that the handset was overheating everytime I had a conversation for more than 10 minutes. At first I dismissed it and continued using the handset and sometimes resorted to using it in the speaker phone mode so as to minimise contact with the handset while talking for more than 10 minutes.Then I called up some users who were using this particular model to check whether they faced any similar problem with their handset and found that none of them faced this issue. Since I am a heavy user of my phone and have a hectic schedule, I could never find the time to take the phone to a service centre.

                                    2. In January, 2008, I found that the rubber panel that has the on/off button on top of the screen had started to peel off and realised that because of the overheating, the glue that kept this panel had expanded resulting in the panel peeling off. In fact, in the next few days, I lost the panel as it had peeled off again without my knowledge. At this juncture, I was concerned about the risk that I was running in using this phone any further. After calling your care line number to lodge a complaint, I was told by one of your service representatives that since E50 has an all metal body, there is a possibility of overheating taking place. I was advised to take my handset to a local Nokia care centre (Shakti Communications, Frazer Town, Bangalore).

                                    3. I presented my handset to Shakti Communication in Bangalore (your authorised care centre) and explained the problem including the fact that the rubber panel had peeled off due to the overheating over a period of time. He did attest to the fact that some E50 handsets have an overheating problem and admitted my handset for repair although I was more keen on a full replacement as the handset was well within the warranty period. I was also told that the handset would be sent to Chennai and the rubber panel would be replaced there. The jobsheet issued to me was numbered[protected]/080130/44 and the ESN/IMEI number of my handset is [protected]. I was asked to check with the care centre in 14 days.

                                    4. On February 13, I called the care centre and asked them about the status of the handset. To my delight, I was told that the handset had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. When I presented myself at the Care Centre, the handset was returned to me. To my surprise, I found that the rubber panel on top had not been replaced and no one at the care center had an explanation for it. I refused to take delivery of the handset as it is not possible to switch on the phone without the rubber panel. The care center then promised to call me once the panel had been replaced. On the same day, I decided to escalate the matter with the Nokia Careline on the phone. I was then told that the rubber panel that needs replacement is considered an accessory and the cost of replacement would be charged to me!! I requested the service representative to escalate the matter and talk to the service centre to get the replacement done and have my phone returned to me at the earliest. She said she cannot do this unless I go physically to the care centre again and give her a call from there to connect her with the service centre personnel so that she could resolve this for me.

                                    5. This morning, I called your careline once more on the phone to escalate the matter again and to my surprise the careline has no record of my complaint that I first lodged with them and the escalation on February 13. The service representative, this time, gave me a reference no. (2-2U63E1) and has promised to respond to me within the next 48 hours with a resolution.

                                    In the meanwhile, I am yet to hear from Shakti Communication about the status of my phone.

                                    What surprises me the most is the fact that in my case, Nokia is more interested in telling me that they will charge me for replacement of the rubber panel rather than admitting that they sold me a faulty phone that overheats and could have caused me bodily harm. Moreover, calling a rubber panel without which the phone cannot be switched on, an accessory and the unwillingness to accept the fact that due to overheating any adhesive and rubberised material will expand and peel off is a huge suprise to me. On top of that, the service center personnel went to the extent of insinuating that I might have inflicted damage to the phone resulting in the rubber panel peeling off was worse than adding insult to injury.

                                    If you call yourself the largest and the best mobile phone handset manufacturer in the world, you would do well to serve your customers better than the treatment that I have received.

                                    Hi I have new Nokia 5610 Mobile. Unfortunately its not working now as it fell into water. One of the service center persons had onvestigated the phone and has told that, the phone is now useless. One of the circuit inside the phone has blown off.
                                    Is there any way to fix or replace the circuit. If so, please let me know how and from where.

                                    they took my phone and gave me on 13th may. again on the same day it gave me the same problem and the phone was not accepting the sim that is displaying "insert sim".they took my phone and told me that it was not possible to repair by them and they would send it to company.they asked me to come after one week. on 21st i collected my phone. on the same day it gave me the same phoblem. they took my phone on the same day and again told me that they will send it to company. again i collected my phone on 31st may. again it gave me the same problem. they again took my phone and told me that it is switch board problem(manufactured problem).i already gave complaint to nokia through email. i asked nokiacare to recommend for replacement. they took my phone. i went to nokiacare on 14th june.they told me that nokia didnot replace the phone and they are giving the new phone. but, i have doubt about that phone . that is that phone is new phone or not.

                                      i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
                                      its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
                                      1. network problem
                                      2. sound of speakers deteroid.
                                      3. vibrator not working.
                                      4. keypad not working.
                                      Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
                                      i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
                                      i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

                                      Nokia 6270 — Date Time Not working, Noise while attending calls, speaker is not working properly

                                      Nokia 6270 is an awsome mobile with high clarity camera and great music, but once problem comes even the nokia service centre is not helping to solve. I got this mobile 1 1/2 years before till last 1 year free service was there so anyhow even the specified problems was not solved they updated the recent versions of software. But now lot of problems coming out, It happened when i tried to work this in US. Now date and time is not working properly because of that i'm able to get the call timings,missed call timings, alarms etc. Sound is becoming weird with lot of noise in between was nt that effective like how i felt when i bought this piece.

                                      Panel is so worst- Within 3 months i lost the key pad designs and upper coating , now its like sceleton. Colors are slowly changing in the panel too. Please help me out.

                                      Nokia Care — Poor Incompetent service

                                      I have given my Nokia 6260 phone with display problems for servicing on 19th Nov 2007. The phone was returned on 7th dec 2007 with a bill charging Rs 711.00 on account of Flex replacement. But the issue was not resolved. I returned the phone to the Nokia care unit for re servicing. The handset was returned to me the very next day. Still the issue persists. Is this kind of incompetent poor service expected from a company like Nokia.                                       I am a customer of your company from the last three years. Recently I bought a Nokia Handset N73 (Music Addition) through internet from times shoping. The bill i got was from MANOJ ELECTRICAL AND GENERAL STORES, A/5, Sumer Nagar, Opp. Kora Kendra, S. V. Road, Borivali (west), Mumbai - 400092. Now the problem was the charger was not ok. I went to Nokia Care situated at sector 35 quite office but the manager over there behaved very rudely. Firstly he told me that this is the not charger which comes along with the set. When i told him that this is the same charger, he told me that the bill is not right. When i asked him to register me and give me every thing in written he refused to do so. He told me that not to waste his and my time and to leave the office. Is this for NOKIA CARE has been set up? I just want to know that, Is this the way customers are treated at NOKIA CARE?. CHARGER is not a issue, but when my handset which is as per bill date was purchased on 27/11/07 is under warrenty why my charger was not replaced and why i was not regestered at your NOKIA CARE.                                       I gave it for service in Gurgaon as keys are not working properly, i got the mobile back on same day, on that evening when I went home I found that problem is still present.

                                      After some days I gave it in Andheri(e) branch for service on the same problem, but after hell no of phone calls and talks with them I got my cell back after 8 days. When I took it home, at that night it was giving some SIM related message, I thought it is becos there was no signal.                                       I'v purchased a brand new Nokia 5610 on 05/01/2008 in Bangalore from Auth Nokia Seller- HomeTown. But badly I'm facing poor battery problem from the day one. And also not even use for 1 day wihout charging. Battery get dried within one day, so I gave it for replacement to Nokia Care @ Marathahalli, Blr.But I was facing the same problem even after getting replacemenet(waited 1 month. Again I've reported this problem and they've taken back for Charging IC replacement. but I'm helpless and still facing the problem. So for I've given my mobile twice for this, but not rectified. It was a brand new mobile and new model..but not able to enjoy. Almost 45 days

                                      I'm running behind the care center but no solution. Pls look into this issue and do the needful thing.I'm totally frustrated and looking for replacement atleast this time with proper fixing or replacement with proof.

                                      I write this complemt for all nokia 3110c Subscribers.nokia 3110 c is not a good set.becouse it allways reboot.I re- softare it many times within 3 months at Nokia care as per their instruction.It is not only a problem faced by me but also all the customers of nokia 3110c. when I complaint about it I saw many people suffering the same Problem, some of their blue tooth has not working.                                       a) Then I sent it to Nokia Care & they sent it to Erenakulam & it return back after 3 weeks with zero complains. After 2 days later these complains come up.

                                      I bought it on oct 2007, and I had used only 3 months max:, all the other time it's on Nokia Care.
                                      For the last 6 months this is the 5th time it goes to Nokia care so How can I trust using this phone after all the complains had rectified. So please replace the phone so that i can use it further.

I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working. I approach to the nearest service center that is at Nokia care, shop no 19-20 Opposite Laxmi Mandir Tonk Road Jaipur on 12/04/2008. against job order no. 12/64

                                      Till date (i.e. around after a 15 days) neither I got my handset back nor I got any satisfactory answer from service center. Several time I called there but they did not receive my call, I am not at all expect this type of services in current totally service oriented era. Being a word class company please look into the matter. And do the needful as early as possible. So that I can remain my faith in your company.

                                      I gave my mobile ( NOKIA 3230 )for repairing in nokia center ( N.R.I.COMMUNICATION Lagpat nagar Delhi ) on 23rd April & my job no. is 796 .to change the lcd .and they change lcd and update the software.when i came home found that it had incomming voice is very slow.now he says will chk and get back to u.after 16 days there is no any phone calls or any problem solution and i have visited so many time in nokia center but till date the problem is still pending .always i call in N.R.I. Communication .represent says ur mobile is ok but at the of delivery the problem is same.

                                      World largest mobile company Nokia is not able to shourt out any problem in 16 days ? .

                                      Nokia 6300 — Malfunction handset and since 01 month no solution

                                      I had purchased Nokia 6300 model in Nov 07. The set got faulty (switching off on its own) in the month of April 08 and hence I deposited the set at Nokia Care.
                                      Again another problem of weak Network (no or very weak signal) was observed and hence I visited Nokia care. The staff asked me to handover the handset for 01 hr. without opening the jobsheet, to which I did not agreed. Then I visited Nokia Care Noida and requested to replace the phone as the set had different types of problems. Technicians/manager/staff told me that it will be rectified.

                                      I deposited the phone on 26/04/08 and was informed on 02/05/08 that the set has been rectified. When I visited care center and inserted the SIM there was no network (also observed by the manager). That means the set was still faulty and I was told that it has been rectified (just an eyewash). The manager accepted that the set is faulty and will be replaced.

                                      As per jobsheet the replaced set was to be returned to me on 02/05/08. On 02/05/08 when I called, it was informed that the set will be given latest by 07/05/08. Again on enquiry on 07/05/06 it was told 08/05/06. Till date no confirmation on date has been received. The been started 01 month back and after more than a month still no solution.
                                      I have been without my phone since last 01 month and still I don’t know when I will get it back.

                                      This is the worst service I have ever seen from such reputed service center.

                                      Today ( 10th May 2008) I went to the Nokia Customer Care, Samastipur which is the authorized service center of Nokia India Pvt. Ltd. to change the battery of my mobile set. My mobile set was not receiving any new data. The computer operator of the Nokia Service Center, Samastipur formatted the entire data saved and stored in my mobile set without any prior knowledge of mine. Without any information that he was going to format the data in my mobile set, he formatted the same in place of changing the battery. For your kind information I would like to say that all the data which were stored in my set were very important for me and for my organization. This has resulted in to a great loss to me as by the time, I feel a grate difficulty to have conversation with my counter parts and my honorable seniors. So I am badly socked at by this very evil act of the computer operator at the Nokia Service Centre at Samastipur. I am in a grate depression after the incidence and misconduct by the computer operator. He even didn’t consider my arguments and formatted the memory of my mobile set (Nokia 6600). Unfortunately he also denied to give any receipt to me in the regard of that matter saying that he would do the same whatsoever he liked.
                                      Please solve my problem as soon as possible because I am in a dire need of that.

                                      Nokia India Private Limited N 73 mobile — Totally faulty set

                                      I had the misfortune to buy a Nokia N 73 mobile phone for their authorised dealer in Ranchi. My ordeal began soon after I purchased the set and the set started hanging every alternate day. I have taken the phone to the service center innumerable times but to no avail. In the process the phone was with the company in several spells for months. Their Nokia Careline is absolutely hopeless and insults and misbehaves with consumers who have the misfortune to get in touch with them. Ultimately I have filed a case against the company in the District Consumer Forum and they have been issued a notice. I will advise anyone intending to purchase a mobile never to purchase a Nokia set. They are absolutely horrible.

                                      I have nokia model 3320, still it is in warrantee period ( upto july 12, 08 ). Within one year I faced problem of software failure & might be other internal also. I gave it Nokia care, they updated software, but still there is problem i.e. Automatic switched off, key 8, 6 & joystick in upward direction is not being activated.

                                      Your representative told me to submit my mobile, they will send it to their head office for repairing & after 15 - 20 days, I will get my phone.

                                      My job is totally depend upon my mobile. I dont have any spare mobile. You are also not providing any standby mobile to us in this period. I purchased from Such branded Nokia company, after very soft use also, I faced this problem & you are taking care of customer.

                                      I have to buy new cellphone for this period, is it acceptable to your customer support department. I am really disappointed due to such support from you.

                                      Nokia — Repair of new Nokia 1650

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      I would like to draw your attention to the following :

                                      1. I bought a Nokia 1650 Black set on 10 Feb 2008, invoice no. BB/804 dated 10.2.2008 for a sum of Rs. 2, 250/-. My warranty period of 6 months expires on 9th August, 2008.
                                      2. On 20th May, 2008 the set began to display the ‘battery is low’ signal after which the set refused to switch on even after recharging.
                                      3. I reported the problem on 21/5/2008 and handed over my set for repair to the Nokia Care Centre at Anand International, 233 D.H.Road, Kolkata 700034. Job Sheet Number is[protected]/080521/10 dt. 21-May-2008, time 10:26 am.
                                      4. No liquid damage or misuse/ wrong-handling of the set was diagnosed by them.
                                      5. The set was returned on the same day but I had to give it back for repair because it still was not working.
                                      6. Twice I was called by the repair centre for delivery of my set but it could not be handed over to me each time as it was still not working. According to Anand International, the set had also been sent to the Head Office for repair.
                                      7. The set has not been returned to me till date because they have still not been able to repair it.

                                      I have bought a Nokia set with the expectation of getting good value for my money; it is apparently such a big company. However, the performance of the product and the performance of the Nokia Care centres leave much to be desired.
                                      I have already suffered for nearly a month without a set and repair does not seem likely in the near future. Also, I do not understand why I should have to settle for a repaired set after using a new set for only 3 months when your service centre has admitted that I have not damaged the set through misuse.

                                      I expect an immediate reply to this complaint from your end highlighting what steps Nokia intends to take to sort out the above issues barring which I shall feel compelled to take the matter to the Consumers’ Forum.

                                      My brother had purchased nokia 1200. after one month the set started malfunctioning for which i contected the Jind Nokia Care on 04/06/2008 and they promised me to return the set on 09/06/08, I was shocked to see the attitude of the whole staff which was very very uncoperative and harrassing and detrimental for the reputation of comapny like Nokia. that is not all after much altercation and several visits today on 19/06/2008 they have returned me the set. and i ahve seen them charging for the services which i feel are given for free by the Nokia care. I request you to take a stern action against jind nokia care to save nokia co's reputation and the customer friendly culture for which nokia is known.

They claimed there is a liquid damage and after liquid instrument will not be in under warranty. So they charged me Rs.716 for the repair and small parts replacement, also upgraded software and it got started. When I came home found that it had same problem again gave it to repair. when again i went after 2 to 3 days to take it, and I am not satisfied their service

                                      They are not taking proper responsibility to repair the hand set properly. I don’t have that kind of time to visit the shop again and again.

I sent my set for the same to Nokia Care on 21st June 2008 for repairing and after a couple days I was reported that the set can be repaired over a cost of INR 1250 with 5days of time. I agreed upon to it and confirmed my repair but now after 9 days of span when i call to find the status, I'm reported that the set cannot be repaired and I'm supposed to collect the set back.

                                      earlier IME NO of my set was. [protected] which was replaced by new set whose IME NO WAS [protected]. after replacement of first set second set also became unservisable within a week. again complaint was logged and mobile was replaced with another set IME NO. [protected] and i m really sorry to say that condition of that set was as if it is two three yeras old, any one afterlook at that set could make out that nokia is making fun of there coustermors and not paying good attention to there problems
                                      and NOW I HAVE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN GOING TO CONSUMER COURT.
                                      IN my experience, 6300 is a great phone, if it is treated well. Certain care should be given, such as avoiding moisture, daily cleaning, and avoiding the handset from falling off your hands.

                                      In my experience in India, the story that you narrated above is the same for nearly every thing, apart from mobiles, too, and it is necessary that the senior authorities should perform sting checks in their own enterprises to ensure clean functioning and complete satisfaction.
                                      My father experienced a hanging-faulty due to entrance of moisture in his 6233 phone(similar phone?) and he got the phone completely serviced for free of cost (warranty limits) and he is not experiencing any problems since last 5 months. But this is in Dubai!

                                      I bought my handset in Feb 08.Since day 1 my headset was not working.I have given my Headset for replacement in Nokia Care(Net Dot Solutions) jail road new delhi.They told me it will take 15 days maximum to replace this headset.After 18 days i spoke to Nokia cust care nd Nokia service centre.They are now telling me to wait for next 15 days more.Even people at Nokia cust care not answering my complaint nand dissonecting my calls.I have spoken to a supervisor NIKHIL CHAUDHARY he was threatning me.

                                      I gave my nokia N-70 mobile phone to nokia care at courtroad saharanpur as it has little on-off problem.my phone is in warranty period as it carry one year warranty with every new nokia mobile phone.but when i got my phone back i saw there were lots of scratches on my phone and important thing is that my phone was not starting i bring it back to care they talk to me very rudely and told me that it was my fault that the phone was not starting .instead of solving my problem they suggest me to show my cellphone to some private reparing center.i am in a big trouble as my phone was not started yet..please solve my problem.i am hoping quick action

                                      Nokia India Pvt Ltd — KEYPAD NOT WORKING AFTER SECOND COMPLAINT

                                      I never expected this out of NOKIA, i had purchased nokia E65, IMEI NUMBER - [protected]with bill on 28th Feb'08, its only 4month, and my phone has gone to serivce centre twice, for the same problem . KEY PAD NOT WORKING.

                                      I have given my phone to KN SERVICES - 34 CORNER MARKET 1ST FLOOR MALIVIYA NAGAR - ASC DETAIL - 492_434038. JOB SHEET NUMBER[protected]/080703/22.

                                      I gave this phone second time on 3rd July'08 and its 24th July'08, till now i have not recieved my phone back. target delivery date which was given to me was 18th july'08. Its so ridiculus and disgusting, that when i call them they say, its not clear when can i get my phone back repaired. The phone is in warranty - ref number APAINY[protected]. if within the span of 4 months, phone has gone for repairing twice for same problem, i m sure there is some defect with phone.

                                      I was always a loyal customer of NOKIA, but seeing to this reaction i will never buy NOKIA again, or will never tell anyone in my circle to buy NOKIA

                                      I WOULD request, if i have purchased such a expensive phone, and within 4 months it has gone to NOKIA service centre twice. i should get new phone NOKIA at earliest.

                                      Also if i dont hear from NOKIA within next 48 hours, ill fill a complain with RTI.

                                      I have been cheated by NOKIA, not once but twice.

                                      6233 mobile — improper service of mobile

                                      i m having a 6233 mobile, on 10th july there is a problem in its display.
                                      i submitted my mobile to NoKIA CARE borivali on 12th july.
                                      they said me that your cell is damaged and for repairing it we have to send it to head office.

                                      on 30 july they call me and said that my cell is reapired, so collect it.
                                      when at their shop i test my cell phone, the numeric keys were not working.

                                      nokia gsm 5310 — why senior service managers not looking the kind of service center is giving in faridabad

                                      This was my 4th repeated complaint of my mobile make nokia model 5310 they gave me target date15/08/08 job sheet#[protected]/080715/1 and esn/imei# [protected] battery bl-4ct 670565. on 10/08/08 I recieved a call from service center that my set is ok and i can take my hand set but i found that there was no battery in set they told me that my battery will come by evening as it was left behind in there main service center in delhi and told me to collect battery by evening.This a kind of service they are providing i have not recieved till today i:e:12/08/08 my mobile and battery and the attitude of these service center employees pathetic. i will not suggest any of my relaitions to buy nokia . no senior persons from nokia are checking these service centers.
                                      kindly look into this matter.

                                      I own one of Nokia's premium handsets N95 and recenty i developed faults in it.The mobile was purchased by me on 25th Dec 2007 so it is well within nokia's one year warranty!

                                      Now the problems are that my screen display is not coming and the speakers are not working fine!I contacted the nearest Nokia Care(Nokia authorised showrooms) and they inspected my phone.

                                      To my surprise there was a cable(more of a contact strip) inside the slider that is inside the phone that was broken! and i was informed that the physical damages dont come under the warranty, only ting i failed to understand is how can a cable inside the phone be charged on the user for breakage when they very well know that I ve not opened the phone( I m not capable of it)?Asked, the persons are not able to satisfy my concern and just restate the same thing again and again that " Physical damgages are not covered in warranty", they ended up charging me Rs1500 for it and this is just the estimate they say.(Documentary proof in form of their own JOB SHEET of above can be produced). moreover they also siad that because this problem was considered as out of warranty case the other problem with the handset i.e the speakers would also have to be pooled in it whilst they concern a problem well within warranty cover.

                                      Sir, I am just amazed as to how we can be cheated in form of consumers! I dont stand agaisnt nokia's warranty conditions but how can they include things which are not valid into a section which they please, i fail to understand.

                                      I thus seek your help in this issue as I have tried talking and reasoning evrything but nothing seemed to work.

                                      i have a serious complain against nokia care. i have given my cell 6500 slide atleast more than 4-5 times.according to me they just take the mobile and keep it and say us that there is a serious problem with ur cell...it needs to be sent to the mumbai head office...i agree that my cell phone gets hang every now n then...they told me not to use gb card i, respected there sayings n i have not used my gb card from one month...another case is i had purchased my cell hardly 3 months back...they told me 6 months warranty...frankly my cell phone is been kept in nokia center for atleast one and the half month...i have hardly used that celll...

                                      and i seroiusly feel that the attitude of the employees gets into the nerve...they care a damn...they dont know how to handle the customers...

                                      Nokia — Poor Loudspeaker on E71

                                      Hello,
                                      I recently purchased a brand new Nokia E71 costing Rs 20000...
                                      During call, when I switch on the Loud Speaker, the audio output is very low (even on Max)... as compared to my earlier phones like N72 or N70 (NON Music Editions).
                                      When I called up Nokia, as per their advice I went to Nokia Care but they also said that its Okay and The max sound is as per the product specifications...
                                      This is not done... the volume is too low...
                                      It should be checked at Nokia for Quality as well...

                                      Nokia /E71 — Not honouring warranty

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I purchased a Nokia E71 phone about 2 months back. One month into my purchase, the LCD screen conked off for no apparent reason. I have contacted all the Nokia care centers in Bangalore (where I live), but none of them seem to have the screen replacement part, nor are they giving guidance on when the part will be available.

                                      I have also requested them to replace the phone under warranty, but the sales center directs me to support care centers and vice-versa, basically giving me the run-around.

                                      I am basically fed up with following up with these guys week after week for resolution to the issue.

                                      Please help me get a resolution to this matter in a speedy manner. Requesting you to do the needful.

                                      i submit my phone(NOKIA E 51) to HCL nokia care .
                                      they return my phone next day with a great problem .
                                      It cant Sttart proprly and always stand in Menu mode and RED key can't press properly .

                                      NOKIA 5310 — Cell phone not returned after service

                                      I bought a nokia 5310 in june. In august suddenly me cell switched off and when i switched it on, there was no display. I sent my cell for servicing at the nokia cust. care. I received my cell after 1 week. However, again after 3 weeks there was a problem with display. It's been 2 weeks and still they have postponed the delivery of my cell by one week. They are not picking up the phone any longer. Please help me getting my cell back

NOW THEY R TELLING AGAIN U HAVE 2 SUBMIT THE PHONE.HOW THE THINGS WILL GET OVER. IF NOTHING IS DONE, I WILL BE FORCED TO GO CONSUMER COURT. SO PLEASE DO REPLY?

                                      Nokia E51 — reg. delay in providing service and poor service

                                      i have submited E-51 hand set on[protected] at balaji Nokiacare centr at gulbaga (karnataka state), while submiting theysaid it will take 15 days to come as this is beibg send to higher care center b'lore for repairs, when i din't receive the same even ahter that i reg a complaint with nocia care number[protected] and then they gave me one complaint number 2-3EMR55 dated 6.10.2008, since from that day onwords on each day i am calling to nokia care callcentre for the results but so for i have not received the my repaire/replaced E-51 set, i brought this perticular set for it bisness futhers but, nokia is providing a very poor service, aas a result still i have not received even an stand by set for my use.

                                      its has been sent to the call center gulbarga last 20 days back without its repair, this shows that the negligence on part of nokia care. Now they say that this is not repaired and we don't know why it has not repaied such a irresponsible answers we are hearing from the nokia care centre.

                                      please do the needful for rectifying such serious issues so that, your nokia brand name should servive in the india market.

                                      please at leat now onwords, improve your service in the intrest of customer.

                                        I Have Purchsed the Nokia Handset 6030 from Vikhroli. I been using the same for 9 months and suddenly I started getting Message "SIM CARD REJECTED" after keeping phone idel for half and hr or so. I took the Mobile to Ghatkopar Nokia Care center twice and they tried reparing it. but the problem remians unsolved. and I feel Nokia should give me the replacement to this phone as this is still under warranty.
