SIR,
I received a SMS in my mobile that I had won 500,000pounds in the on going NOKIA UK but I needed to sign a certificate and send it back along with 490 pounds for some processing fee & courier fee. kindly confirm if it is a jenuine case or a false information.

      I purchased Nokia handset 6300 in 11 /march/07 from that time i have been facing problem in its ringer.i overcome my problem to retailer “ dial & click “ (m/s sardar ji fones , abulane , meerut….) and retailer advised me to contact with Nokia Care Centre. I contacted to my nearest Nokia centre ( TUDOR AIRLINK , 82 BEGUM BRIDGE CROSSING , MEERUT - 250001……).[protected]. The care centre send my mobile to noida for repair.. I got my mobile after 7 days . but they said that ur problem is not genuine.. after few days I faced another problem in my handset ..i cant hear caller’s voice while call in progress ,, or some times caller cant hear my voice whenever calls in progress,, I again contact to nokia care centre and overcome my new problem..they said that we changed ur mic. Bcoz ur handset is In guarantee period… but day after day in regular intervals again and again I face same problem in my handset . AGAIN AND AGAIN I went to same nokia care centre
      ….after 4 time repair from that centre they affiance me get my handset swapped from noida care centre bcoz they r unable to rectify the problem .I would therefore,request Nokias higher Authority to replace my phone immediately under intimation to me.I hope Nokia will look after my case so that i can get replacement of my set immediately….

      sir, i have purchased 6300 on 7-5-09 from adarsh mobile santoshnagar but the ring tone sound is very low and the alarm tone is also verylow hearing even the songs audio is also verypoor .when asked to replace the hand set on the day of purchase the adarsh mobile declined and told me to go to care center on the first day of purchase it self we are disappointed .i humbly request you to kindly replace my hand set or suggest me how to increase the sound which is very low .

        No body help me.

        I am going to the service center n complaint my mobile N-72 battery had been discharged in 12 to 13 hr so help me.

          Hello, My brand new set of Nokia 6300 is getting drained even after a 2 hours talk in a day. Also is vibrator is not working properly, it is only just making a sound if we are putting it in vibrator mode. Please do needfull to get this sorted out.

          Nokia — battery life is going out

          i got nokia n70 in june.. after 2 months the battery life is not staying even for a day even if the set is kept untouched.. i gave the set to care centre for service .. but still after a month i find the same problem
          Hi,
          I have bought my Nokia N70 in June 2006 which has a BL 5C battey for Rs 18300.

          When Nokia had announced about problem in BL 5C batteries i checked my battery at Nokia's site.

          My battery was faulty as per the site. I had given my details like name, address etc. on the site twice

          but i never received any replacement from Nokia. Neither the site provides any acknowledgment for

          registering a faulty battery, hence no way to follow up.

          But fortunately i have not faced any problem with the battery. But now the battery has swollen that even the cover doesn't fit. Also it gets drained with in an hour. Since i was always aware that my battery is amongst the faulty lot i was taken care and never overcharged.

          Even my brother has got Nokia 6233 is Feb 2007 (Music Edition, white colour) for a price of Rs 14000.
          With in a month the mobile had a series of problems like getting swtiched off again and again.
          After several complaints and visits at Nokia Care we got the mobile replaced.

          Now the set is having BP 6M battery who's battery has also got swollen and doesn't given any backup.

          Me and my brother do not stay in the same city, hence no electricity problem.

          Even their battery prices are to exorbitant.

          Now we have really got sick of all these problems. After spending such huge amounts on purchase we get this kind of service and products.

          At our home we had decided that in future we will never go for a Nokia product.

            i wanted to complaint about nokia regarding model E-90 communicator which within the purchase date of 2 month is facing problem in mouth piece where the other person is unable to hear my voice. My complaint is majorly regarding the dealing in service center Gayatri corporation which is not giving proper reply for the time to repair or replace the product. 1st they told it will take maximum 7 days at-least now after 9 days they are saying i may take another 10 days which is just harassment to the most premium segment phone owner who need mobile urgently repaired. i am waiting for a urgent solution or at-least will go to consumer court regarding such behavior and activity. my service repair no. is job sheet no.[protected]/080128/78 dated 28th jan/ 08

              i have taken nokia 2626 in aug 2007 . it has a problem' so i went to nokia care kanpur(som dutt plaza branch)(up).being in warranty period it should be repaired free of cost.But the engineer asked me for 275 Rs ,saying me that water has affected my set & it has no warrant.
              the same set is repaired in jhansi nokia care with out any cost just by flashing it.
              so please take any action in this reference.

                Hi, i am Ajay Shankar Dikshit, I bought a nokia mobile N70 M & its IMEI No. is [protected] on 16/09/2007from Haridwar. I had given my mobile to nokia center for four times but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center in Gwalior (M.P.)for repairing. They took 25 days to return it back to me. Apart from that its still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing for me.I think I waisted my Rs.12300/-.

                nokia n-70 m — mobile hanging

                i bought my N-70M just 14 months before(18.04.07) after complating the one year, my mobile is suffiring from the hanging problem .IT get hang any time like when i make a call, when anybody make me call it continousaly vibrate & when i do the multifunction on it, means atv any time.I m FEAD UP wlth this product.i visited to nokia care in bhopal (INDIA) They updated the software .even i could not get ridoff hanging problem. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ? I am looking forward to your kind co-operation .

                viedeo camera was not functioning and informed the same to the dealer immediately. The mobile was handedover to the dealer on his request on 21-06-08.I have called the dealer so many times regarding this, but he was telling that the phone was sent for repair and not received back.I had not received my phone back after repaior or replacement till date. I have requested him to replace the phone but he was denied.

                nokia/n70m — my mobile not working

                hi i purchase a nokia n70m and it is in warranty period my problem is that i facing same problem 2 times and nokia c3 level tech. not able to solve that they repair my handset one time but after that i face that problem agian prblem i my keybord do not work all keys jam and i couldnot use my keyboard buttons they say that ic is not workig .they are not able to solve this problem i submitt my mobile to telesphere sco 385 sec 8 panchkula and they reffer it to sec 22 nokia care the main head office of punjab .haryana, chandhigarh and yet they are not able to solve now tell us where we go is it noika ?

                i 've prob. in my phone when i play any video in my nokia n70 mobile its sumthing like hanged for 5 or 8 second's then its normal after 30 sec's same prob. hanged for 5 or 8 sec's i format my cell many times using this code *#7380# and then after some day's same prob. i 've to face, can anyone tell me what to do i told to my frd also abt this prob. they even dun know just said format your cell n after few day's same prob. :( usually i play my videos on default nokia real player.

                i have to put out bettery from phone and then put it again and than start the phone but i think i m had done big mistake to take this phone. Please give me proper solution.

                Nokia N70M Mobile Phone — Not working

                I have purchesed Nokia N70M IMEL No.[protected] mobile phone on 27082007 but it is failed on 14/07/2009. I have already shown to your service center Unique Biz Solituions-Margao - Goa-India but as per them it cannot be repaired. The basic problem for the mobile was "NO DISPLAY". I want my mobile phone to be repaired.

                I purchased a Nokia N70 Music edition mobile on August 2007. Immediately after the completion of warranty the display panel gone. When i gave it for service they charged me 2500 Rs . After changing the panel my camera didn, t work and the mobile was hanging like anything. Again when i asked that Nokia authorised service person, they said this and that.Ever since that service i m not able to use my memory card(that came along with the mobile).My battery charge is not coming for more than 3 hours ( i ve changed a new battery).

                My sicere advise to all the people is, pls dont go for Nokia models.These fellows just make something which will work for 1 year (i.e.upto the warranty period ) and then ROB our money saying this and that.

                Pls pls dont go for NOKIA. I lost almost 15000/- Rs on that. Even i can provide the bills and everything which i have spent if somebody want's and could do me some favour

                  In view of the above cited subject it is stated that I bear a Nokia mobile handset with following particulars:-

                  The above mobile handset was having a problem with Memory Card (MMC). The Memory Card was not displayed regularly on the mobile screen i.e. it is uncertainty about the display of MMC. The MMC gets automatically disconnected (probably disconnected) while using the phone and displayed again when the phone is restarted.                   The mobile handset was submitted by me in the above branch after duly checking of handset externally and internally in detail by the concerned engineer of the branch in front of me on[protected]Time 10.38 am) and given the target delivery date of[protected] vide Service Job Sheet no.[protected]/080204/6 dated:[protected] in response to my complaint regarding uncertain display of Memory Card (MMC) on screen.

                  When I reached the branch office of Nokia Care on[protected] at 5 pm (approximately), I was given my mobile handset saying that it is ready. I firstly check the functions of this mobile handset and encountered with a new problem that after locking the keypad, the keypad was not unlocked again. With this situation I was unable to check the problem of my MMC resolved or not. In response to this newly encountered problem of keypad locking I queried instantly to the person at counter. The person at counter took the phone to the Branch Engineer/Manager and in reply the Branch Engineer/Manager said to me that the keypad lock key is damaged internally and the phone is required to be sent to Delhi Nokia Care for further repair.

                  It is noteworthy that I was never faced with this keypad locking problem since I purchased this mobile handset. Thus from the above facts it is clearly indicated that the keypad locking problem was generated during the repair/service of my phone in NOKIA CARE branch at Jaipur.

                  For this carelessness and mishandling of my mobile set NOKIA 6275 by the Regional Nokia Care branch at Jaipur, I want that my phone should be cleared from this problem of keypad locking problem as well as problem related to Memory Card (MMC).

                  My mobile set is being sent to Delhi Nokia Care by Jaipur branch for further repair.

                  I NEED HELP FROM YOUR SIDE SO THAT I CAN GET BEST QUALITY SERVICE OF NOKIA GROUP AND RETAIN FAITHFULLNESS IN NOKIA.

                  NOKIA 6275 i — handset having loads of problem.

                  i bought nokia phone in aug 2007, first 6 months it worked properly, from last 2 months its giving loads of problem like, there is no network in the phne, bluetooth is not working, its is getting switched off and on by its own.

                  once i have already repaired in nokia service centre but i want replacement of the handset because its just hardly 8 months.

                  Nokia — mishandling of instrument given for repair

                  Sir it will be of great help if you help me in the following matter.
                  My sister who lives in rohtak has bought a nokia handset N81 on 14th april 2008 . After two(2nd june) weeks. she went to nokia care and it got sorted it out after a week. After this, again there was some problem and at that time also she submitted it with nokia care(at rohtak) on 26th june... job sheet number[protected]/080626/41. she got her phone back on 22nd july but it’s screen was full of scratches and some water was also there inside the screen and there were some scratches on the back side also so it was in such a bad condition that she couldnt believe that it was her phone which she bought two months back. Then she called up head office and after their assurance she again got it submitted at nokia care. On 5th august she didnt collect the phone as it was in the same condition. Then she talked to Mr.Rajeev at head office...she again deposited the phone at that time job sheet no. was[protected]/080805/17 and the request no. was 2-38n7nr.she talked to Mr. Shrinivasan also on 8th august and he also assured her to do the needful.After that Mr.Malkeet singh, who is head of nokia care, called her and assured her to sort out the problem by 19th july. she called him again on 21st july and he told her to collect the handset on 23rd july.she again went to the nokia care but it was again in the same condition.So since 26th june her handset is with nokia.
                  As you can see that she is very frustrated now.
                  I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    hello sir i purchased a nokia 6233 in year 2007 (imei[protected]) after 1 mnth i got serious problem in my mobile then i took it to nokia where they repaired it but after that 5 times i got the same problem( mobile get switched off automatically) and i took 5 times it to nokia care and they reapaired it but 6 th time i forced to replace so they replaced my mobile .after replacing i got new nokia 6233 at 11 june 2007 of aug 2006 manufactured model. after 2 mnth i faced the same problem in new nokia 6233(replaced) and then i took it to nokia care then they said your mobile is out of warranty now and i have to pay 800/ for repairing it.my replaced mobile is only 5 mnth old and they didn't took any responcibility for that .
                    i want to claim for that kindly give me suggetions so i may get the right direction. from where i can complaint and claim of this case. thank you

                    Nokia 6233 — Giving old scratched phone instead of new one

                    I had bought Nokia 6233 on 21st july.

                    After 15 days one of the speaker of my phone was not working. Then i gave it nokia care center( Noida). After 15 days they gave me old scratched set saying they have no new panel.

                    I told them plz give me new panel bcoz my set was totally new so how can i use old scratched set. They said make a new Jobsheet then we ll give u new panel after 15 days. Then again i went to them, again they were giving me old set. They just said, Head office dont ve new panels it ll take time. Again i opened a new jobsheet with them, again i went to them after 20 days and final result is again they are giving me old set.

                    I am totally disappointed, frustrated and annoyed from this type of sevice given by NOKIA. They should give me NEW SET if they dont ve new panel.

                    Now i want to file a case against them.

                    I am deepak jain from bharatpur (Raj.). I am an Industrialist. I am the regular user of Nokia phone for 5 years. I was very much satisfied with the quality products of nokia. But here i purchased a new handset of nokia model no. is 6233 from khandelwal mobiles, Goda Complex, Near Kotwali, Bharatpur on 23 Mar. 08 and i used that handset from 27 Mar., after purchasing of new airtel connection. After using for a day i felt that there is a problem in keys of the handset. I went to the shopkeeper then he said to me that he will send this to nokia care. On the next day i went to the nokia care then after discussion i got the information that the problem occured due to the water. And he also told me that this set is got repaired before few days also. Then i went to that mobile store then he blamed on me that its not his reponsibility. While he sold me the open pack set when i denied to purchase that set then he told me that dont worry we are here. Its not the first time before few months back i had a set of N-Series model no. N 72. he also gave me the open pack set. And that set was also used set i got the information when i used the code of nokia *#92702689#. But unfortunetly i lost that set. So I want to inform you and also want some legal action for this act of selling used handsets and repaired handset. Because it also gives a negative mark for NOKIA. When i am trying to talk to him he behaves very rudely to me.
                    So i hope that u will take a action against him otherwise NOKIA will lost some preveledge customers.

                    Sir, I am a user of handset nokia 6233(IMEI NO:[protected]), the day since I purchased it, it has been with nokia service centre more than it has been with me, lastly I gave it to nokiacare service centre(jobsheet no:[protected]/080423/1) with complaints of software problems, hang & bad images from camera on 23rd of april 2008 & the target delivery date that was given to me was 24th of april 2008, but it was ready for collection on 19th may, I collected it & now my cell is is in the worst condition ever, still its has software problems, hang problems& camera problems, now Again I have submitted my set to M/S technocare, jawahar nagar kota(raj) with(jobsheet no:[protected]/080527/6).
                    Sir before 27rd of may, my handset has already been to different nokiacare service centres more than 10 times & with your request they had changed the internal kit so my IMEI no. was changed & they said that your handset has been replaced still till date its not working properly.

                    Nokia — Faulty New Mobile

                    I purchased a new nokia 5030 graphite mobile(IMEI no-[protected]) on 24 apr 10 from M/s Telson Electronics, 7 zarina coop soc ltd, svroda, bandar W) , mumbai. The dealer refused to show complete demo. As i carried the mobile home (it took 3hrs to reach home), i switched it on/recharged it, i could not get any ring tone and no voice of incoming calls. I immediately took the phone next day to the dealer which he refused to change and said he would do needful repair/replacment of part and return. He returned the mobile and again on taking home the same problem existed after 1 hour o[censored]sage.
                    I submitted the mobile to Nokia care (under warranty) on 14 May 10 (Job sheet[protected]/100514/7 at Fone City, Marine Lines, Princess Street, Mumbai. The mobile was repaired. The ring tone was working at the shop. Again after usage of one hour the phone became silent (no ring tone/no voice on incoming/outgoing calls) which means that the mobile has a manufacturing defect and such defects which even on replacing the parts, it conflicts with other parts and go faulty. I want my money back and the company need to be taught a lesson for marketing such faulty mobiles in market.
                    I want justice,i m being harassed and have to run from pillar to pole to get the mobile working whereas i have paid money for a new mobile.
                    the mobile company and the dealer need to be penalised for such harassment to customers

                        Nokia India is cheating the Indian consumers at will. I had purchased Nokia-6131 in Feb'07 and had to face various manufacturing defects three times in 10 months only. Every time I had to deposit my phone with them resulting in deletion of all datas saved each time. The opportunity loss due to this loss of data , if calculated will be huge and Nokia will never talk about this. Leave aside, they are not still replacing my handset with a new one , complete with gaurantees, whcich is lying with them since 12th Dec'07 Job sheet No.[protected]/071212/29 , Nor is Nokia ready to refund my money. Who is going to save Indian consumers from such sharks like Nokia. I put my hard earned money with faith on Nokia and they cheated me like this. Nobody is listening now. If this forum has any weight , I will expect a response.

                        Nokia — N73 problem not cared by Nokia Care

                        TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

                        I HAVE PURCHASED THE N73 HANDSET FROM AMCO COMMUNICATION- KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL,INDIA. ON 15/01/2007, INVOICE NO.-8809.
                        THE PHONE N73 SERIAL NO.-[protected].

                        I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HAVE SUCH A GOOD PHONE IN MY HAND. BUT THIS DOESN’T LAST LONG WHEN I WAS TAKING THE PHOTO, THE HANDSET GOES HANGED. I HAVE SEND IT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THE JOB SHEET NO. IS – [protected] DATED-12/02/2007. ( 26 DAYS)
                        THE PROBLEM WAS – PHONE GETS HANGED, BATTERY CHARGING PROBLEM, VOLUME PROBLEM, THE OTHER SIDE PERSON CANNOT HEAR THE VOICE PROPERLY.

                        ON 15/02/2007 I RECEIVED THE PHONE BACK IN GOOD CONDITION.

                        AFTER SOME TIME AGAIN THE PHONE GETS HANGED THEMES AND OTHER SOFTWARE WERE NOT BEEN ABLE GET LOADED ON THE HANDSET.
                        THAN I PERSONALLY GONE TO THE AMCO COMMUNICATION FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE HANDSET. THE PERSON GUIDED ME USING SOME *#7370# NO. ON THE MOBILE BUT THE PROBLEM LIES THE SAME.

                        Nokia 6131 mobile handset — always new after reaching service centre

                        Hi, i am Aditya, i working, so i dont have that much time to do same thing but NOKIA has made ME.

                        I am bought a nokia phone model no. 6131 & Serial No. is [protected], I have given four times to nokia care but still is not working properly, first time as on 7th of may, 07 I gave this mobile to nokia service center hari om tower,ranchi,India for repairing, the job sheet no. was 070507/3. They took one month to give it back to me after committing one week.after repairing that new problem has started.
                        After that as on 19 sep, 07, the job sheet no. was 070919/29, i gave to service centre to repairing because other was not able to listen my voice from my phone.again They took 45 days to give it back to me after committing 10 days.
                        3rd time new problem, they changed LCD TFT & set returned to me after 12 days.
                        4th time its too much, they said they will returne my set to me as on date 15th of Dec. but see the conditions............still my set is in nokia care. The job sheet no. is [protected]/071210/3 & i went to service centre to as on date 10th of Dec, 07.now network is not supporting ,transmission has got barred & phone is restart/reboot after returning service centre.
                        & now my warranty is going to be expired..................who will take care of this.If you go to nokia care they behave like animals or servent.
                        I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire.

                        so i decided to go against the nokia, because its too muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........if they dont give other model against my Nokia 6131 as soon as possible.

                        Nokia 6300 Handset — Fed Up with Customer Care

                        The LCD of my phone Nokia 6300 showed lines within 4 months of purchase. On going to Nokia Care they said it was due to physical damage, which I am unaware of. Although it is under warranty they are not repairing or replacing the handset.

                        Nokia 3500-Subhiksha — Mobile problem - Worst service - Irresponsible people

                        I purchased Nokia3500 mobile @ Subhiksha, North Veli Street, Madurai on March 9 2008. It developed display problems within 3 days. The showroom people didn't even show the courtesy of addressing the problem, irresponsibly forced us to approach Nokia Care Centre. We beared the ignorance and surrendered it at Nokia Care centre. It was delivered back after service on April 5 2008. We found the mobile was not charging same evening. I carried it to the same subhiksha showroom, they again gave irresponsible answers. They are telling us again to carry it to the Nokia Care centre ourselves.
                        Although Subhiksha has a good goal of delighting its customers, its employees are not so. I amn't happy with their people's service & the mobile that created 2 problems within 1 month.

                        Nokia N-73 — DEFECTIVE SET NOT REPLACED BY THE ORIGINAL COLOR HANDSET

                        You will appreciate that Mobile Phone is not only the means of communication but its style, colour, brand all is selected as a style symbol. Everybody purchase hand set ‘s particular colour & style for which nobody minds paying some higher amount. When this set was purchased, Subhiksha Stores rates was lower than the Music Planet rate, but since this particular colour was not available, I didn’t mind to give more price.

                        I will request you to investigate & arrange to get me Nokia N73 in Grey Colour (only) at the earliest.

                        Dear Sir,
                        · I had purchased Nokia No. N-73 EDGE ([protected]) FROM m/S. Music Planet, SCF 71-72, Sector 15, Market, Faridabad.
                        · Since beginning, Hand Set was not working satisfactorily.
                        · 3 times set was sent for repair due to various problems in a span of 6 months.
                        · In last six months set was not repaired as per my satisfaction, but the Music Planet Manager Mr. N.K. Sharma had very rudely not accepted my complaint also.
                        · This time I lodged a complaint with your customer care centre. Complaint Nos. are as follows:

                        1. 2-2Y5vv3 attended by Deepak Arora 2. 2.3.08 MIR attended by Mr. Sharat)

                        · After lot of follow-up handset was replaced another set No. [protected] offered to me, which I refused to accept, as the colour of another hand set offered to me was different from the handset colour, which was originally purchased by me.

                        · A fresh job sheet No.[protected]/080426/29 issued to me as replaced set was not accepted by
                        Me.

                        You will appreciate that Mobile Phone is not only the means of communication but its style, colour, brand all is selected as a style symbol. Everybody purchase hand set ‘s particular colour & style for which nobody minds paying some higher amount. When this set was purchased, Subhiksha Stores rates was lower than the Music Planet rate, but since this particular colour was not available, I didn’t mind to give more price.

                        I will request you to investigate & arrange to get me Nokia N73 in Grey Colour (only) at the earliest.

                        Nokia 6300 Handset — Brightpoint India screwed up my Phone Display

                        I visisted Brightpoint India Lower Parel the so called authorised Nokia Repair center to get warranty repiar on my Phone I submited Phone to them on 21/06/2008 and they gave me a job sheet mentioning the problems on my phone namely when use camera the captured image has a thick line in between and the memeory card not detected intermittently on my Phone.They took 56 Rs as inspection charge right away and then advised e to call on Monday for a qoute as tehy invalidated my warranty bluntly saying the phone has liquid spill and refused to just clean the display under the LCD. On monday when ask for the out of warranty repiar qoute just to correct above problems the brightpoint to my utter anger bought up a qoute of 1900 odd ruppees for what no reason replacing 4 parts when all i needed was to get the lcd clean from inside and the camera line be corrected. I refused to pay this amt which is 1/4 of the market price of nokia 6300 today and went to collect my handset bak on monday and on receiveing the hndset they first made me sign the job sheet and then handed over the handset.I put my batter and memeory card an sim card in the phone started it and what i see my DISPLAY had a thing green line from nowhere BRIGHTPOINT screwed my display after inspecting it for a charge of 56 Ruppees . On demanding and explanation for this non service and runing my phon the delivery man on counter 14th dated 21/06/2008 on brightpoint delivery counter asked me to speak wit the receptionist and on doing so she bought me back to the delivery peson who after taht took the phone to the tech inside and then came out with his non manly face saying the green line came up notafter inspecting the phone but could be the same camera [problme I was short of time had no choic to rush to work but oh boy is this NOKIA service screwed up my 9750 ruppes phone within warranty period by nokia themseloves that too at a inspection charge of 56 Ruppes I would like other customers who have had bad experience with brightpoint lower parel to get inh touch so that we can lodge a consumer forum complaint againts this non service from them
                        I am trying to get the defective BL-5C BATTERY REPLACED FOR THE PAST 40 DAYS AND HAVE SEND 10 MAILS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY REVERTED BACK AND CONFIRMED THAT THE BATTERY BELONGS TO THE DEFECTIVE BATCH, BUT NOTHING AFETR THAT.
                        COULD SOME SEND ME THE E-MAIL ID OF THE MD, OR THE CEO, JUST WANT OT WRITE AND LET THEM KNOW OF THE PATHTIC STANDARD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
                        Its even more frustratiing to write this to Nokia.

                        I just do not find an answer to myself that why nokia has opened its chain of Nokia Care when the executives at such care centres themselves say "Aap apna phone bahar dikhwa lijiye. Hum theek nahi kar sakte".(We cannot repair your phone. You please get it repaired somewhere else).

                        Even more unfortunate, the question becomes grave when this is the reply of two of such Nokia Care Centres.

                        Two fundamentals questions:
                        1. Why has Nokia given its name to such incompetent franchisee. And if even so, when these 'care centres' do not care about customers where is the customers supposed to goXccxcz?

                        2. And when finally customer has to go 'somewhere else', how Nokia justifies charging so much to the customers coming to these 'care centres'? Does Nokia feels it is any 'value addtion' to the customer to come to Nokia Care Centre ?

                        The story so far: I have a 1.5 year old N70 whose headset does not work on connecting and handset always shoes the icon of enhancement connectivity. Result: Netither can I listen to a call nor make it.
                        I took it to Nokia Care, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. They took the phone kept it with them for two days then returned me telling me the same as mentioned above. Similarly I took the phone to Nokia care, Sec 27, Noida and they also took the phone kept with them for five days and returned to me with a similar replay and adding onto that my phone has been tampered and so I should get it repaired from the same place where I got it opened previously.

                        Now such a good customer I am to go to everytime to a Nokia care centre, which I know charges me at a premium, even then I go there thinking that I'll get that service & genuine spares. Does Nokia take its customers as fools who spend time and money to go to care centres. Is it not comfortable to get my phone repaired from local mobile repairer who might provide me a home pickup-delivery servcie as well and who could be at least as competent then Nokia care Centre franchisee-employed-local mobile repairer.

                        I, as a customer, need service, be it at whatever cost, I am ready to pay for it. How much professional is it for Nokia to say "Aap apna phone bahar dikhwa lijiye. Hum theek nahi kar sakte".?

                        I am sure my next phone is not a Nokia and communicate the same to my reference groups.

                        NOKIA N-73 Mobile Set — Replacement of defective Mobile Set

                        Sir,
                        Nokia N-73 HS-62 [protected] mobile set was purchased by me vide Bill No. 5842, Dated 22-02-08. This phone is not working satisfactorily since its purchase. The battery of this set is getting discharged very fast and all of a sudden. The problems of call disconnection and distorted voice were also there. NOKIA CARE Centre, SCO 2901-02, Sector-22 C, Chandigarh was approached various times as listed below, but the problem could not be solved:

                        NOKIA- N73 — 3.2 megapixel Camera & Battery

                        I have purchased Nokia-N73 Music edition in Janaury 2008 and in April 08 just after 3 months 3.2megapixel camera was not working and went to Nokia Service Centre, Alkapuri/ Vadodara as advised by Seller they opened the set and closed and it started working and again from June 08 it is not working. Again when i went to Nokia Service Centre, Alkapuri, / Vadodara they opened and said Service charges will be Rs. 450/-and if any replacement is required they will intimate after checking in two days .When i asked about Warranty they said it is not applicable. Now from Aug 08 Battery is not charging regularly. It is showing Charging and signal is passing but battery is not getting charged.

                        Please let me know what comes under Warranty and to do now...

                        i purchased a nokia mobile on 8/8/8from a nokia shop at noida. from starting the mobile was working properly but after sometimes it occured a major problem.my moblie suddenly switchedoff and losted their software .                         Nokia — Frustrated with nokia set same problem arising again and again

                        NOKIA / E 71 — Rude Behavior and Creating wrong fault on Mobile.

                        Hi All,

                        I am really concern about the service given by NOKIA Care centres.They are playing with the time of their customers getting spoiling the Brand name of Nokia .

                        I am facing the problem (Keypad and Speaker in Mobile is not Working properly) with my Mobile phone (E 71) and executives are not ready to listen about the complaint and wasting my time.They are only making Job Sheet and forwarding to their customer.No work is done on this and I am roaming round and round with no Solution.

                        My Mobile is in Warranty and from few days I had given my Nokia Hand set to Nokia care center in West patel Nagar, New Delhi and till date their is no solution for it.

                        They don’t know the importance of the time, specially how to deal with the girl customer. My sister was sitting and waiting since 1 hour and they were busy attending their friends and relatives who came afterwards as they are very important to them. When my sister oppose the situation they came with aggression behaviour on the phone and make the phone faulty in such a manner that they started charging the money from her . However, customers waiting since long are not treated equally but friends and relatives are and creating a fault with the phone which was never occured.

                        I am wasting my time, money going to that center and still no success.No body is ready to listen to me and sometime they are so rude that they dont even think that they are talking to customer or Slave.

                        Nokia E 71 — Fault in Phone

                        Dear Sir/ Madam

                        This is regarding the phone which was given at Nokia Service centre NRI Communications, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 4th February, 2009 and till date we have not received the phone back. I am personally going there everyday to check the status but every day they ask for another 2-3 days more. Its really becoming a mental torture for me and if nothing happens i will file a complaint in the consumer court and take Nokia to the court for the same.

                        Please be aware that brand like LG, SONY...and others are giving much better customer service, a faster responsible service respone I must say. Please check the faults in your company's manufactured handsets they are just result of irresponsible customer dealing and service.Customers are also becoming prone to STRESS because of the POOREST customer service at NOKIA CARE. Customers won't tolerate this for long...its(customers temper) like kerosene oil... its cool but once it will catch fire it will burn off the brand NOKIA from INDIA atleast..so awaken and act now or get FIRED later..choice is yours NIPL !!

                        Its quite disgraceful on your part to add on the problems of customers.
                        Just to make a handsome amount of bill your people can go to any limits from arguing to customers to create new problems with the cell phone which makes it a must for the customer to give the item for repair again and again.
                        Please have some control on your employees and stress more on customer satisfaction not on customers humiliation.
                        I dont even expect you people to solve my problem, just wanted to tell whats going on there.

                        I had purchased the Model 2600 c-2 (IMEI [protected]) on 31st May 2008 from SACHIN ELECTRONICS INDORE.



                        After almost three months of purchase (08/09/2008) cell was started problem of automatically switched off and deleting Applications and Datas in it for this I went immidietly to Nokia Care service station named Gayatri Incorporation (103-4-5, Mz floor, yeshwant plaza, Opp Railway station, near Chotigwaltoli Police Station, INDORE-1)

                        They had checked it & told me to take the cell after three days, when i visited on the given date they told me that your piece is having severe problem cant be rectified here it has to be send to Delhi & company will change it without any extra cost. They committed to give cell in 15 days but they gave me the changed cell after 40 days on 18th oct'08 (IMEI-[protected]).



                        The Changed Cell was worked properly for approx 5 months and on 19 th March 09 it started creating problem of Automatically deleting of Applications and Stored Datas, Again I went to Gayatri Incorporations (NOKIA CARE) & i have showed them the problem also told them to check it properly but they just install software and said me the phone is not having any other problem.



                        After the same problem is persist again on 1st Aug '09, i visited again & discuss about the problem with the Manager Mr. Vivek but he had not taken the problem seriously and just ready to install software with installation charges of Rs 100, I told him that problem is arising again and again so please check and rectify it but he has no interest in my talk and just installed Software again and i had been paid Rs 100 for this.



                        Now having so much harassment, again same problem came in phone on 19th Aug' 09 and again i went there, this time they took phone for again installation of software but in evening when i was reached there to took my cell they said me that chip is having some peoblem and the minimum charges should be of 1200 Rs and returned me 100 Rs which taken on 1st Aug '09 for installation of software.



                        This is really disgusting, I am facing this problem just because of Negligance of Gayatri Incorporation, as if they recognise the problem in time then it will cant be happen which Happens today.



                        Already I am very upset by the behaviour of the Nokia care centre members and manager, and also mentally harrassed and cheated.

                        I just want your support to look into the matter and do favour for me otherwise I have to go to Consumer forum to take action against a Company and Customer care centre.

                        After almost three months of purchase (08/09/2008) cell was started problem of automatically switched off and deleting Applications and Datas in it for this I went immidietly to Nokia Care service station named Gayatri Incorporation (103-4-5, Mz floor, yeshwant plaza, Opp Railway station, near Chotigwaltoli Police Station, INDORE-1)

                        They had checked it & told me to take the cell after three days, when i visited on the given date they told me that your piece is having severe problem cant be rectified here it has to be send to Delhi & company will change it without any extra cost. They committed to give cell in 15 days but they gave me the changed cell after 40 days on 18th oct'08 (IMEI-[protected]).



                        The Changed Cell was worked properly for approx 5 months and on 19 th March 09 it started creating problem of Automatically deleting of Applications and Stored Datas, Again I went to Gayatri Incorporations (NOKIA CARE) & i have showed them the problem also told them to check it properly but they just install software and said me the phone is not having any other problem.



                        After the same problem is persist again on 1st Aug '09, i visited again & discuss about the problem with the Manager Mr. Vivek but he had not taken the problem seriously and just ready to install software with installation charges of Rs 100, I told him that problem is arising again and again so please check and rectify it but he has no interest in my talk and just installed Software again and i had been paid Rs 100 for this.



                        Now having so much harassment, again same problem came in phone on 19th Aug' 09 and again i went there, this time they took phone for again installation of software but in evening when i was reached there to took my cell they said me that chip is having some peoblem and the minimum charges should be of 1200 Rs and returned me 100 Rs which taken on 1st Aug '09 for installation of software.



                        This is really disgusting, I am facing this problem just because of Negligance of Gayatri Incorporation, as if they recognise the problem in time then it will cant be happen which Happens today.



                        Already I am very upset by the behaviour of the Nokia care centre members and manager, and also mentally harrassed and cheated.

                        I just want your support to look into the matter and do favour for me otherwise I have to go to Consumer forum to take action against a Company and Customer care centre.

                        My Mobile Handset N71 carrying a IMEI [protected] has been stolen from my Home . Appreciate if i can trace the same if the same is in use by someone .

                        It is more importanat for me to find out the theif.
                        sir i've purched nokia N-81 product code-0570891, ESN/IMEI number-[protected] on[protected] from one of the shope of bhilai.i used it only for two-three monthes i had a problem in june the 4 key number was not coming when ever it is used and sometime it was coming by itself without tuching the phone.so i gave it in nokia service center they said i'll get in july i got on time but same problem was there on same date the take again and gave me assurance this time it would be solved i got it in next month august same problem was there again service center take it they took one more month said same thin again i got my cell after one month in septermber but this time also the same problem was there again they have taken my phone and given me time in octuber with assurence as earlyer they have said to me.
                        i want my phone should be change my nokia and i should be given compensation for the problem which i've been facing for last five monthes.
                        pls take action in this regard.

                        I strongly agree to the view point about NOKIA not caring for its customers and also not looking into the compliants of high budget mobiles complaints. Had purchased a Nokia N96 mobile from Chroma mumbai which costed me Rs 34000 after the sales person convinced me from buying an apple i touch saying that Nokia is a better phone. This purchase was made in Dec 2008. Recently the phone started to give me some problems and the same was given to the Nokia care centre in Goa - Margao. They said that theres some slight water entry which is completely dried up type and could have been condensation. But they say that Nokia doesnt cover for such damages. The problem that i face is the kepypad not being fully fucntional. So I asked him hw much would it costs ad he told me that it would be 600 rs which was even though ok but he couldnt give a guarantee and kept n saying that it could be more and he doesnt know after changing this part what else other damage mught be there...I think Nokia is taking is cheating the public and doesnt care for high budget customers or anyone else too. I regret now for having bought a Nokia phone and would advise future would be customers after having read my plight to stay away from such companies who are not serious in treating customers with respect and not give any value for the money of the product purchased.

                        I feel Nokia India is a big fraud and fool people in buying extended warranty with hidden clause

                        I gave my 5 months old e-71 for keypad problems at the nokis care- hindustan park centre- kolkata on 20th oct and thereafter was called more than 3times to collect the instrument inspite of the target delivery date showing 26th oct as well as the nokia web site clearly indicating that the instrument was ready to be collected.
                        The cust care as well as the collection dept was most irresponsible and lacked/ pretended any knowledge of the repair status of the instrument...

                        finally i did get it day defore yesterday albeit with an altogether new problem i/e the original key pad is now in working condition but another key has stopped functioning...

                        i protest on the bad service and responce from above mentioned store and seek urg clarification/ solution to the problem as i am hesitating to give my cel phone to that centre again lest i am made to wait endlessly

                        earlier this year, in march i purchase a new NOKIA N-73 handset for my father. it still in warranty period. It having problems after 6 months. when i complain this to the Shopkeeper he refuse the problem and says you repair it once to any other shop. but thats not the truth. when i bring it to the customer care they once take it in the warranty period, but after some time they says the handset is already is already opens, and soldering is done on the mother-board. but i didn't check this handset anywhere else. So i want to claim the shopkeeper that he sell me the older/repaired handset while i pay for the new and fresh piece. so i want the replacement.

                          I have procured Nokia N72 handset from Croma Crome mall ,Pune solapur road pune 13 and hanset having a problem of Battery back up.Battery charging loosing within a very short period and also it is not showing battery full charge even connected more than five hours for charging.
                          We have procured Nokia for as reliable and branded trouble free handset. But it seems different image of Nokia.
                          Pl. look into matter and replace battery.

                            I took my cell Phone to a service center located in Gurgaon because the display on it, is not good. Whenever i restart the my Cell Phone it doesn't work. The display turns upside down, like we are looking at a mirrored image.
                            I asked the guy in the front desk to look at it, he looked at it and said that the there are some connectors missing, and it is being accidentally damaged. He asked to pay money even the phone is in one year manufacturer warranty.
                            I told the guy it is an intermittent issue, he said that it can never work, until it gets repaired and asked me to pay about 4 thousand rupees.
                            I went home restarted the cell Phone, it started working fine.
                            Now if i turn it off and then restart it, it will go back to the mirrored image display.

                            I m N-70 cell phone user. i purchased this set from one authorised delear in hazratgang lucknow in may2007.
                            since purchase i m facing lot of problem like overheating, battery discharges within 10 mint automatically or dischrages within4-5 hours withoput using set. no battery back up. it get extensive heating while chating only for 3-4 mint.

                            One fine morning, my phone stopped responding completely and after a nervous attempt to make it work, i switched off the handset and tried to switch it on again.. but did that happen ? (NO network bar and liquid damage ) !on 09/09/08 and he is repair same day on charge 1250 rs.and give 1 month gurantee also but after sme days problem is repeat and i will go for repeat job.

                            nokia care centre (microword msd lf-2 mansarover complex opp.habibganj rly.station bhopal )immediately and waited for 2 HOURS for my turn after which i had to shove aside several desperate shoulders anxiously awaiting their turn.The executive there responded with a bored voice and noted down my complaint without trying to listen a single word apart from what he wanted to hear! you believe that ? but i was already worried and tired with all the waiting so i quietly listened to her and gave in my phone for repair with a promise that it was a minor fault and would be fixed in 1hours.

                            I went back to collect my phone after 1 hours.but mr vinod (mob.technician) was verry angree and threethin to me and give me a challenge no budy (companey parsan) repair my mobile with his permission in bhopal.and he is give me my cell phone.The service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything .

                            Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have

                            NOKIA / Mobile N70 — Repeated desplay problem in warranty period

                            I bought new NOKIA N70 handset on 17/10/08 from dealer S.H.Mumtazuddin, at 4 Radha Bazar Kolkata 700 001. on 11th, July '08 I found there is no desplay on the screen and became white. I ve given at NOKIA Care -Infotel Service, 26/2 Hindustan Park, Gariahat, Kolkata 700029, Tel No[protected] but no body picks up phone) vide Job sheet No.[protected]/080712/36 dt 12.07.08
                            I ve been told that due to moisture and chemical diposition the failure has occured for which i explaind if moisture is getting inside due to humid climate in kolkta it is not my faultlrather it could be NOKIA design fault, but they have charged Rs2269.00 which includes new display price and even service charge within one year warrenty period! since I can not manage with out this official mobile & very urgently required at all time as usuall I paid and collected the set. Next day morning on 16th the same problem started, there is no display . I again rushed & explained that this time it is with your new display so there might be a chance my original display was OK, there could be other reason to be proparly dedected by your engineers, they said that they have again changed the Display for the 2nd tiem but (FOC). To day morning 17th I found again the same problem for the 3rd time & totally fedup. I foun d most of the visiting customers are fedup with the service and product. Thre is really no warrenty of NOKIA product and who ever buyes NOKIA N 70 it is a blunder. Be careful before buying any thing from NOKIA.

                            I was bought one Nokia set model no 6265 on dated 25/04/2007 .The Above Set has been Security Locked in warranty period. I have been visited your Care/Service centre no[protected], JOB no 107.they told me that Set have some software Issues and need to send it CHENNAI for repairing (we has been already sent few set with same problem) when we will get it back we will send your set after and they keep it.)When I visit above center he told till it’s not return from Chennai 2 -3 times I visited same centre .Lastly after 3 months when I asked to return my set they return without Repair. Due to your service /care center activity my warranty is lapsed. Again I visited your another service center code no[protected] job code no 0404 dated 07/08/2008.In between I called Nokia care complaint no 2-3 TYK30303838, they told you will get your Set within 15 days. But un fortunate 2nd times it was not repaired. they informed me board is bent and return me back.
                            So I decide to direct contact with nokia service centre CHENNAI Job No[protected]. and complaint again Nokia care no 2-5 FCURZ, they replied your set is now repaired and you will get it in next 15 days . Still my set was not repaired. when I called and asked they informed (service centre guys ) Board point have some problem . I think your Service Center are not justify my mobile set problem or they don’t want to repair. I am a handi caped.

                            Finally I want Answer from your Side in written .So please look all details and feel my problem because its too late and if you will not Do any help according this.I will move consumer court and for that you people will fully responsible for that.

                            I am Neeraj Yadav R/O Rewari (Haryana) I am a valuable customer of your esteemed company (NOKIA) and like your products too much. At present I am holding five set in Nokia sets of premium range. These sets I am holding for last 4-5 years and I was fully satisfied with your product and service, but for the last five months one in Nokia new hand set N-91 troubled me a lot. I took that particular set to Nokia care Green park (Delhi) and deposit that set at the centre for repair. Nokia care centre took three month to repair that set which is ultimately irritating.
                            After one month the same defect occurred and again I went to the Nokia care centre Rewari (Haryana) I deposited the handset for repair. Now more then 90 days passed they are unable to repair the handset and I am send a lot of mail to your executive (Mr.Tarun, Mr.Malkiyat Singh, Mr.Bharat) not a single mail reply from your executive. During handling the set they have made scratches on the set's body and also damaged the panel. Now they are telling me that they will change the top & side panel if I open the battery cover the lock come in my hand so I tell you my set is damaged from you Nokia care. Which is ultimately spoils the original look of the handset. Since I have paid the full amount and the set is within the warranty period. I send you the pictures of my handset which one is damaged by your Nokia care.Mr.Ashish Bali and Mr Malkiyat say that we can give you secondhand set so i ask sir why i take this second hand set my hand set damaged by Nokia care.

                            It is therefore requested to consider my case and pass the instructions to the concerned department/individual to issue me a new hand set. Your kind consideration will keep my faith maintained to words your esteemed company. I am waiting for your positive response from your side.

This is inform you that from the very fist day it is giving problem to me. Even change is also not working properly. It seems that you have provided me a defective set. It was also given to your service centre at South Ex kotla Nokia care centre Job sheet No:[protected]/090501/12 dated 1.05.09. This is the second time the set is been given for repair. I have made requested for replacement but service centre wants to send the set to Bangalore. I have invested sum of 10500/- on such a brand which has reputation in the global market.                             Nokia N-70 — Grievances

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have purchased Nokia N-70 (IMEI-[protected]) from S. R. Collection, Meerut (UP) in Aug 2007. Since then I am facing problem, while using the set. Whenever I used to make calls from my cell it starts opening other options such as contacts, gallery, speaker etc. I took my cell to the shop where I had purchased it he asked me to carry it to. The same day I went to Nokia Care Centre (Begum Pul, Meerut) and they returned me my cell same time, I don’t know what they did with my Cell. After a week I went to Noida, as I got a job there. The problem of my cell starts continuing there also. I again went to the shop from where I purchased my cell he again refused to help me and send me to Nokia Care centre. They again did something and gave me my Cell same time. Since 2007 when I purchased my cell I am suffering from grievances being cause to me by Nokia care centre. As usual today, i.e. 09/09/09, I went to Nextel (Authorised Nokia Care Centre, Meerut I told them my grievances that my cell is not working properly it is opening other option while I make a call, they told me that we have to check the phone and we will tell you what is the original problem is. I asked them whether they take charges for that or not, they told me that there is no charge for checking. They took my cell and checked it and told me that the software of my cell has to reinstall as it is not working. I asked them is it due to my carelessness and even told them that it creating problem since I have purchased it from shopkeeper, even I told them that I have went to Nokia Care Centre several time for the same problem, but they have not rectified the problem in my Cell. They told me that this is not of because of you, some cell creates problem due to software. I asked from them about the estimate. They told me that “your cell is out of warranty hence now you have to pay the bill”. I asked them to return my Cell and told them I will take it to the shop from where I have purchased the Cell. They asked me to pay Rs. 100/- against estimation charges. I refused to pay and said “When I have asked to you, you told me that there are no charges for checking, then why you are taking Rs. 100/- from me”. They told me that whenever you come to us for the same problem we will deduct the charges took from you for checking. Now my mobile is showing only white screen nothing is appearing on the screen, but its making calls and I am able to receive the calls. But without screen display I am unable to see anything.
                            I just want to know what my fault is. I have purchased Nokia N-70 because Nokia is a big brand and famous for its quality. Why the Nokia care centre has not rectify my problem genuinely so that I should not suffer from grievances as I am suffering from past 2 years.                             I Suresh Narayankar bought a Nokia 5233 handset from a retailer situated at L.B.S Marg Bhandup and the handset started giving me problems from day 2 itself when approached retailer he advice me to go to Nokia care hence I did. On visiting I had a complaint of my handset and concerned person saw the handset and did the usual procedure to which he concluded that this is not a normal problem and had to be solved at head quarters bought the handset on 12th February 2010 and handed over to service center on 19th February to which they gave me a target date as 3rd March 2010 and till yet I haven’t got the handset when asked the concern person they replied to me as it is a major problem and said it will take more time. As to my knowledge Nokia is a MNC company and I expect a good service from you. Attaching cell information below.
                            I hope you would understand my problem and solve it to the Quickest as the handset started giving me problem within 7 days I demand a replacement and hope that Nokia would look into this matter. Already I have faced enough problems from Nokia care by having to visit them frequently.
                            I hope Nokia co-operate with me as my friend who had brought Sony Ericsson handset got it replaced and I hope that Nokia too is a good company like Sony. Or else I would have to take other actions.

                            I took my cell Phone to a service center located in m2k rohini because the display on it, is not worked. Whenever i restart the my Cell Phone it doesn't work. The display turns upside down, like we are looking at a mirrored image.
                            I asked the guy in the front desk to look at it, he looked at it and said that the there are UV part want change, for He asked to pay money even the phone is in one year manufacturer warranty.
                            I told the guy it is an intermittent issue, he said that it can never work, until it gets repaired and asked me to pay about 4 thousand rupees.
                            I went please repair my phone free of cost because body part it mirror brokerage this line...

But I found the packet empty without the battery. And nobody has taken any acknowledgement from us against giving this packet to us and in fact we found this packet in open condition.


                                Sir I really feel sorry, if the battery in question is lost in the Post. I humbly request you to make an enquiry and find how valuable things in the speed post as this can be found missing, as postal department is a trusted and century old Government machinery, rendering commendable services throughout. It is not the cost of the battery that worries me but the reliability of the department is at stake and stand questioned.

                                I request your dear self to make an enquiry into the matter and please see that such incidents are not repeated as well as what happened to my battery.

                                Please let me know the action taken in this regard.

                                I am a social worker attached to a reputed NGO who works in the development sector in South India and I work in its head quarters in Bangalore. I had been working with many foreign nationals and always proud and boastful of my Country and the truthfulness of my countrymen. But incidents of such grieve us and are painful always.

                                I have bought a mobile from Sangeetha stores Chennai(Gandhi Road). After opening the box i am seeing battery is missing.While purschasing i talked to them to check.Still i am getting a phone without battery. What is the use of giving insurance when they themselves are thieves.


                                SANGEETHA IS A USELESS STORE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE.

                                  The purchase was effected with the promise from the Store through advertisement promos and also through free gift coupons that:

                                  a) A Rs.5000 gift can be obtained through a scratch card offer- Through which a "Family Holiday Package" had resulted and

                                  b) Another free Reebok gift coupon voucher worth MRP Rs.2490 (Redeemable against only 3D Runner Shoe[protected], Voucher No: 237577, which is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Date of Issue was printed as March 22,2007 and the shopkeeper wrote on pen as 07/09/2007, which was my mobile purchase date and the same was issued to me.

                                  After purchase, immediately i had visited several Reebok showrooms in chennai to redeem the Reebok gift voucher. I was finally made to understand that the coupon can only be redeemed at R.R.Associates, New No.91, Uthamar Gandhi Salai, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034, Phones: 64552455, 28203332 for chennai.

                                  I visited the store then and I was told that the stock of the same is NOT available and that it would take 15 days or so for the same to arrive. From then on, I had visited this store atleast 5 or 6 times and I was given the similar response.

                                  I finally visited the R.R.Associates store on 27th Jan 2008 asking for the same at around 9 PM. I was attended by Mr.Jilani who was not kind to me and was giving irresponsible answers that I should go and ask "The mobile store" personnel only about this as the stock is not being supplied with the shoe model. He further said that the scheme was discontinued. When I requested him to give me the same in writing so that I could take it up with "the mobile store" personnel, the same was denied and Mr.Jilani was giving rude answers. He was telling me to avoid quoting his or his shopkeeper's name to any personnel at Mobile store too and he is not to be brought in to the picture at all as it does not concern him or his shop. I informed him that the response was not satisfactory to a customer and for a customer the coupon being issued by The Mobile store and counter signed by Reebok is what matters and any non-compliance is a gross mistake of Reebok and Essar. I was then attended by Mr.Jude of the same showroom who wrote his name on a Visiting card and asked me to go to "The mobile store" and asked them to get in touch with him. After the altercation, I had left the showroom.

                                  I then visited "The mobile store" Anna nagar showroom on 29/1/2008 at around 4 pm along with my colleague Mr.Brajesh Singh Rawat. We were attended by Mr.Rajesh, at the cash counter. We explained the problem to him and he then spoke to his store manager Mr.Sudhakar, who had gone out of office and we were told that he would come back within half an hour. He started giving us irresponsible answers about the same and was not giving us any acceptable attention. He was very unpleasant in dealing with the situation of customer complaint. With great reluctance, Mr.Rajesh connected us to Mr.Sudhakar and he also denied to give us the contact numbers of Mr.Kishore and Mr.Hariharan. After waiting for a while, we demanded the contact phone numbers of his higher ups namely Mr.Kishore and Mr.Hariharan (Area Sales Manager), but the same was denied to us. Neither was the shopkeepers were helping us on the same. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes and asking for a solution, we had to walk out of the store with frustration. The following are the aspects on which we doubted the power of the consumer in this country.

                                  a) We do not understand what was the motive behind Mr.Rajesh and Mr.Sudhakar not giving us access to his higher ups in resolving the issue. The behaviour of all the customer service executives (sales staff) was substandard and not expected of from such a group like Essar.

                                  b) The way we are being lured to purchase items by way of offers and later not helping in arranging the stocks accordingly in order to keep up the PROMISES made to the customer

                                  c) Why should the customer be made a fool by such offers and finally not being serviced with dignity, respect and honour for making a purchase at their esteemed store. The customer has to finally grieve about the whole transaction and just leave. This is a mere case of CHEATING A CUSTOMER

                                  d) If The mobile store has issued such coupons, it is also responsible for joint co-ordination with Reebok to check on the stocks and to complete the promises made to its customers. The customer must not in any way be made a FOOL for keeping such confidence in ESSAR Group company and making a purchase.

                                  Since My coupon is still valid upto 07/03/08 , I feel empowered as a consumer in this country , I demand Essar Telecom Retail Limited's The Mobile Store to arrange my due of Reebok shoes size 8 UK to be delivered at my home address and contact details as mentioned on my Invoice immediately. I would also want to be compensated for my visits to these showrooms duely. I have made around 5 to 6 visits to Nungambakkam Reebok showroom and once to The mobile Store showroom.

                                  I hope that the recipient of this complaint would act on the same immediately and give me a positive response within the next 24 hours.

                                    Its a matter of sheer shame for Nokia that the service centers you have set-up in the town for solving the customer's problems are actually robbing your loyal customers. Thanks a lot to you all at Nokia for a wonderful gift to your customers. All that i am going to share with you people is an eye-opener for you and am hoping that you will certainly take some corrective action in matter. I had purchased the Nokia-N70 Music. This handset had some problem in booting so i took it up to Nokia service centre in East Delhi, Preet Vihar, on 14/01/08 wherein i was asked to deposit my handset with the Nokia care center. I was supposed to get this handset back on 19/01/08 but i didnot get anu communication from the said service centre so i called them up on the other day. I was told that my hanset has got some major problem because of which it can not be repaired so the Nokia is replacing the said faulty handset. Now when i reached the Nokia service centre to pick up the handset i got a shock of my life, the people placed at the service centre gave me somebody elses handset stating that this is a new handset which has come from Banglore as a replacement of my handset. But when i checked the handset, to my utmost surprise this was an old handset of some other customer as ther are lot of picture saved in a Gallery and lot of numbers are saved in the Phone Book too. When i asked the gentle men available at the service center that why on the earth is he misguiding me by saying that the handset is new and has come from Banglore as a replcement from the Nokia, he didnot had any answers rather he started shouting back on me and asked me to take a walk either without the handset or acxcept the one which he ios offering me. So, i have received this handset and am asking you people to pls intervene into the matter and get it sorted out asap. I can be reached at [protected].

                                        ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I GAVE MY NOKIA N91 TO NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE (SHOP NO.5 ARTHI CHAMBERS 189, ANNA SALAI, CHENNAI.) THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM SO DECIDED TO REPLACE IT FOR ME. HAVE BEEN WAITTING EVER SINCE. I AM AN UNFORTUNATE CUSTOMER OF NOKIA, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE WORSE CRIME ON EARTH. NOKIA IS THE WORST BRAND EVER TO HIT THE FACE OF EARTH. NOKIA IS RUN BY THIEVES AND ROBBERS. THEY ALSO HAVE THIS SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR TOTURING THEIR CUSTOMERS LEGALLY.
