i bought nokia n73 ME on nov 14 th, my headset HS -16 & cablewas not working properely, , so i went to nokia care (rayal service) in pondicherry and gave the haedset on jan 12th..they said my headset has yo be replaced along with cable. so i gave it for replacement..so i went after a month and enquired abt it, , they cooly said they received only headset and not the cable, , so they said me to come after 10 more days, , they didnt even responded for wat i asked, , , they turned their face and started talking with other person as if iam talking with the walls over there, , , really one of the worst ever service i ever seen...i even complained it to nokia email service, , they are asking me questions for 5 days after that they called me to tell the details of my headset and cable, , ,
and lastly its going to be 2 months they are saying me to cal the customer service and get the details...
really a wrosttttttttttt ever service from nokia...

    Sub: Replacement of Nokia 6131 with Nokia 6300 and subsequent snags…MISLEADING STATEMENT ABOUT N-6131 REPLACEMENT & SNAG IN THE SWAPPED N6300 SET

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a Nokia 6131 on 12.08.2006. Subsequently, I dictated many technical problems with the set like auto-dialing to many numbers (not even there on my phone book), very low audio/hearing output, faulty battery etc.

    I got the set repaired through Nokia’s Vashi dealer, who took around more than 45 days to deliver it back. But, when I thought of re-using it in second week of June 2007, I found the set being completely useless, as none of the key buttons was working. Owing to hectic schedule, I could able to give the set for further repairing to the same dealer on July 8, 2007, which the dealer. I demanded a replacement of the set owing to the defects in the set. And finally, Nokia delivered a set (Claiming to be a brand new N6131) on October 15, 2007 at 5.10 pm.

    Problems didn’t end there. The so-called replaced set was with even more defects, and was found to be the old one with only a new cabinet, which was confirmed while conducting the ELS at Nokia’s authorized service centre (M/S Foneman, Andheri East, Mumbai). The set was consuming a fully charged battery within 1 hour & the navigation key was not functioning promptly. The set was replaced by a N6300 (again claimed as brand new one) through M/S Foneman.

    But the problems continued. For the second time I was cheated by Nokia and its authorized service centres like M/s HCL Infinity & Foneman. The N6300 set was getting blank at anytime like during a call, while taking images or even while doing some navigation in phone-book, gallery etc. The screen stays completely white for some seconds, and then icons begin to appear one after another. Again, the volume for incoming/outgoing calls are so low (even if set at maximum 10 points), that the other person in the line can't hear me properly and vice versa.

    I was frustrated. I gave a Legal Notice via email to Mrs. Dipti of Nokia Mumbai, [protected], marking a copy to its Finland office. Following the Notice she called ne back to my office number and assured to provide BRAND NEW SET UNDER HER DIRECT SUPERVISION. THOUGH I DEMANDED A BOX PACK FOR SAFE ACCOUNTABILTY OF NEWNESS, (WHICH SHE AGREED FIRST), I WAS REPLACED WITH A LOOSE N6300 (ONLY HANDSET) THROUGH M/S FONEMAN ON 10.03.2008.

    For your information, I clearly communicated that I was ready to pay amount for the battery head phone and other peripherals (if any) although I have seldom used the old ones very sparingly, while accepting a Box Pack. Though the people at M/s Foneman orally assured me that the N6300 set (swapped on 10.03.2008), was a new one with extended warranty till 22.06.2008, I want to know whether they are right? I had been cheated twice and I don’t want to be cheated for the third time.

    Please suggest me some ways to these problems. I just want to confirm the newness of the set and the accuracy with regard to the extended warranty period.

    He has been duped by the authorised officials of Nokia, Mumbai. The poor chap needs some written assurance with regard to the newness and the extended warranty for the swapped set.
    What??? cheated by the Nokia officials. Ya, I know and heard that the Nokia people claim to be very professional. What is their problem in saying the truth. Mr. Asim I am sorry to hear this. Please wait & watch the effects of your complaint, otherwise you can move to appropriate legal forum.
    Move to the court. Your problem is unique in nature...you should teach them a lesson. Need address of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum? Here it goes...

      I got reference of your site while I was searching for websites that trace lost / theft mobiles.

      I have experienced a very bad incidence on 6th Mar 2008. I was walking on the main street talking on my mobile phone, then all of sudden an unknown person came towards me, snatched my mobile and ran away. I was completely shocked, stunted and very helpless. It is very difficult for me to believe that somebody can have so much guts to do this.

      I have filed an FIR in the police station. I want your help to trace my mobile. I have got a much easier option to forget that mobile and buy a new one but I want the culprit to be severely punished. This situation created by him has mentally troubled me a lot.

      Please help me, plzzzzz. Treat this as urgent.

        Nokia 3230 — Not able to use Data Trasfer(Bluetooth) system on my Mobile

        Hi,

        I have taken cell of model 3230, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use Bluetooth it is suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software.Because of this i am loosing all my contacts and when i try to get the data through bluetooth i never get the data, some times no enough memory like this...please give me a proper solution to this product.i have completed 1 year product purchase date.so please help me in this regard for not loosing my contacts else replace me with new mobile.

        Nokia 3230 handset — Repeated problems of Noika 3230

        Dear Sir,
        I have Nokia 3230 handset in Jan 2007.
        This set was having the problem od hanging & restarting,so I visited customer care in Gurgaon,they upgrade the software and returned back the set.After 1 week,I observed the same problem again.So I visited again & the same happens this time too.i visited Nokia care for 10-12 times & finally ,they replaced the set in August 2007.And the set working well for 4-5 months.
        But now after 4-5 months,this set also hangs & restarts,so I visited Nokia care on 12 Jan 08,they upgrade the set and I think they might be some problem and I ignored it and think to see it in trial withoput using Memory Card,Bluetooth etc and only use the set in calls nothing else.
        But after 10-15 days I seen the problem again and now I am shocked what to do.I talked to nokia care,they suggest me to go once again.Hence I visited again Nokia care on 23 feb 2008 and they do the same.And now I am facing the same problem.
        And again they are asking me to submit the set.But I am really fed up of visiting Nokia care.Please let me know what should I do to solve the problem.Now I am thinking to through the set away because I can not visit again & again to waste my time.

        Two maonths back I have purchased new Nokia-3110 Mobile, which is repeatedly gets reset after loading of 1GB Memory card. Inspite of Company's specification of supporting of 1GB Memory the same problem is accuring. Two times I have contacted Noikia Care, Gandhinagar and even after loading new software by them the said problem is accuring.

        While going at Nokia Care, I found atleast 9 to 10 mobiles having same problem in same model. Looking to the serious problem, Company is requested to pull back all model NOKIA-3110C immediately, so that customer's faith in Nokia can be maintained.

        Nokia 6233 — swapping of handset

        i purchase the handset on july 2007, 4-5 times i have been visit the care centres for the different problems.the handset has already been swaped three times all the time they gave damaged, very poor condition set campare to my oldone.

        recently problem of low incoming audio again occur i visit to accom service gwalior centre they refuse to submit the handset and blame that no.on its ic's are missed by your mistake though i dont know how the handset is open.atlast they totally refuse that they will not cover it in warranty you have to pay ruppes 1500 for this then only it can be repaired.

        so i go to another centre progressive care they submit the phone
        and send it to L3 cetre they again swap the handset but the body of the hand set is old and sticker having the IMEI no. paste from another handset local glue is spred all over the d-cove r of the phone .so i donot accept this phone please register a complaint to this company and try to release a new hand set to me thanking you.

        "Pathetic" is a very soft word to describe the Nokia Care, An E 50 bought from Subikhsa Hyderabad on 30th May 2008, problems started in the very first week, I finally decided to get it checked, since it was in warranty, I was prompted to visit a Nokia Care centre, in this case it was SS Electronics near Paradise in Secunderabad. I was told to call in the afternoon, went there personally as the phone number was always engaged, I was told rather rudely by the Person that the phone has been sent to the company and it will take minimum of ten days, I got real "pissed" and asked for return of the phone, the gentleman promptly returned the phone, which on checking turned out was not even switching "ON" forget recieving or outgoing calls.
        I gave it back, just to be told that they will get back to me, now am waiting, applied for a landline connection simultaneously, as I feel traditional modes of communication are always the most reliable...
        I am being told that the repair will take 15 days minimum for resolution...
        I would happily campaign against the Nokia products from now on, Now that I have seen the kind of customer service...Or is it service??? How can you call it a service, its a dis-service...Am absolutely frustated with the lead time for the said repairs...

Hotel Jeevan Plaza, 22 no. phatak, Patiala. They gave it back to me on 28th, April 08 after repair & I was told that the set is functioning properly. But I found that same problem was still persisted in the handset.

        On 2nd May, 2008 I again visited same nokia care center (job sheet no[protected]/080502/19 ), where I was assured that set will be sent to Delhi for swaping & it will take 10- 15 days. But againthe repaired set was returned to me on June 9, 2008 (after one month nine days ) with an assurance that now the set was perfectly all right.         But to my utter surprise, the problem was still the same, again . I gave it back once again ( third time with the same problem ) on 10 th June, 2008 to the same nokia care center (job sheet no[protected]/080610/45 ). But till today after one and half month I have not received the handset. Visiting nokia care has become a part of my routine life, but every time they are making new excuses, worthless assurances which do not mean any thing.

        Yesterday I visited to them, now they are saying that we have sent the set to Delhi, but we are unable to trace the status.

        In four months I kept the (defaultd) set with me only for three days . Except three days all the time of four months it remained in your nokia care . I would like to ask you, that is it the quality of nokia & what services you are providing . What is the meaning of nokia care . Have you ever checked that what the people in yours nokia care centres are doing. Simply they are making the people fool. Have you ever checked your nokia care centers how many people are quarling to them daily. Would you like to know what they say to their customers that we are getting 100-150 handsets daily for repair & we are not able to repair all the sets .         I am using nokia N76, but the paint of the phone has peeled off.The inner white part has come out.It looks very bad. Inspite of handling it with care cant stop the paint from peeling off automatically because I know this is the drawback of this phone.         I am Ravinder Pal Singh. I am giving my feedback here because i didn't find any contact of higher authority to whomm i can send my complaint regarding Nokia's Services.
        I had purchased Nokia's Handset-6233 with above IMEI Number in the month of APRIL.
        I worked fine for about two weeks that the after then problem started. All the keys stopped functioning. I gave it to NRI COMMUNICATION (NOKIA'S CUSTMER CARE) in NEW DELHI. They kept it with them for 20 days. After thery rectified it, i agin found the same issue on the day when i recived it for the first time from NOIA CARE. The very Next day, i again gave it to NOKIA CARE(NRI COMMUNICATION). This time they kept it with them for 25 days. They returned it to me after rectifying it. On the very same day when i recieved it for the second time, i agaoin found the same issue. When i requested them to replace it, they refused. I have again given it to NOKIA CARE(NRI COMMUNICATION) and they said that it will again take 20 days atleast.
        I have become very much frustrated as i am not able to do anything without my Phone.
        Tommorrow, i am going to file a case against NOKIA in CONSUMER COURT and then we will see there whether you replace my handset or not

        About Nokia customer care i might fell short of words and even if i use all negative adjective about customer care center executives they are rude, cunning, arrogant etc I will felt short of words. they are not bothered about customer's money and time they don't even think before saying come again to collect your handset as they have not repaired it yet again i am telling my experience about Nokia i am a student i bought 5310 nokia by my pocket money and just after few days i started facing problem with the set and some times i am not even able to receive and make calls and gradually this problem started getting severe then i approached to customer care center and they said call after 2days and they didn't give proper date and time so that i can collect the handset, i went to their centre they said come in the evening delivery has not come from Nokia then next day said they said work is in progress wait for 10 minutes which became 30 min and a insulting behavior as good service which like a reward from NOKIA for purchasing that handset i went their after 2 days thanks to god phone was repaired but my setting were changed even the default theme due to which i bought the phone was removed before asking me encrypted song are not playing as their key is removed or some other thing had happened and when asked to change that theme they said come in the evening it's waste of time money mental assassination i am patient of high blood pressure it might create bp problem for me and the person at NOKIA CARE, GUPTA ASSOCIATES VAISHALI is so rude and arrogant and simply says do what ever you can and go where ever you can go. buying this hand set is like i have paid money and bought a trouble.

        The charger of the mobile stopped functioning within a month time and the same was informed to shop owner as well as your customer care centre at shop no 19-20, Ist Floor, Opposite Laxmi Mandir cinema, Tonk road, Jaipur

        In response to my complaint care centre officers said that there is some noise /sound is hearable from the charger and it has been damaged due to falling and he will not attend this complaint and this do not covers under warranty.

        I told them several times that there was no such case of falling of charger and even there is no scratch /mark over it, but in spite of my repeated request they have not taken any action .Thereafter I requested them to give in writing that it will not been attended even if it is under warranty period .They refused for the same also.

        I would request you to take necessary action in this regard.

        i bought a nokia 6233 set in Dec 2007.On12 th August 2008 it showed blank display.incoming 7 outgoings were ok.i gave it for repair on the same day i.e on 12th august 2008 to Jharsuguda, Orissa Customer Care.They commited me to repair it within two days i.e by 14th August 2008.I went on 14th but the people concerned commited me to give it after 7 days.Then I went after 7 Days.then dmanded another 7 days.This is continuing till now.The most frustrating thing is that when asked about the status they have no data and they are not giving any satisfactory answers.Then i called Kolkata Customer Care because they had said me that they had sent it to Kolkata.The customer care people lodged a complain and felt sorry .The complain no was 2_3bO5QR.a ray of hope for getting my cell grew in my heart.But that was for only a day or two.The customer care executive had commited me to call back me after three days.But no call came.I dont know what to do now?Isn't it really frustrating .for a mere blank display they have already taken 1 month time but no care has been taken from their side.Can I get my cell back !!!If yes then when & what is the status now ???????????????/

        I gave my cell phone(nokia-5200) in Nokia care and when they returned it to me my memory card was missing from it

        I gave it in A-78 Nokia care Sec-2 Noida(near to India Oil Building)

        Please solve this issue as early as possible

        It was really paethetic experience i had in Nokia care over there.

        Nokia 5200 — not able to repair

        I have bought Nokia 5200 in 24-Dec-2007 . On one rainy day some water entered into the mobile. (I was driving the vehicle).
        After reaching home, when i checked the mobile it is not working. Since it is under warranty, I have taken to nokia care center, and after 2 days they informed that, it will not come under warranty as some fluid entered into the mobile. when I asked for do the service for payment, they have quoted as Rs.800 plus taxes. But after 4 days they returned the mobile saying that it is irrepairable. The cost of mobile at the time of purchase is Rs.5600/-.

        How to repair the mobile?.

        nokia 6070 — nokia refusing to repair cellphone under warranty

        I had purchased Nokia 6070 phone on March 08, It was working fine till november when its ON-OFF switch stopped functioning. I gave my handset for repair in Nokia Care but I have been told that handset cann't be repaired under warranty instead I have to get it repaired with my expense only.

        My phone is under warranty cover of 1 year but still Nokia care has failed to give me proper logic of why my phone is not repaireable under warranty.

        My handset is neither waterlogged nor liquid damaged nor tampered which are the three conditions under which Nokia can refuse me warranty cover.

        I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Phone Model N 3110 on March 19th ' 2008. Now my phones loud speakers and camera are not working. Yesterday I have shown phone to Nokia service centre (Power Links) in my home city Thiruvananthapuram. They are telling it will take 10 days time to repaire, because they want to send the phone to Delhi factory for repaire. I asked them to save the datas from my phone and send for repair. But the service center man is denying to save the datas and telling that there is no facility to keep your data here, "you take the phone to somewere else".           Hello Sir,
          My name is Srijanee Sen Sharma and I am from Kolkata.I had purchased a Nokia N72 on 9th October'07.Within 3 months, the headset was not working, and the memory card was also non functional.I went to the Nokia customer care center and lodged a complaint on 9th January'08.They took away the faulty headset and the memory card, gave me, two different job sheets and asked me to come back 15days later for the headset and around 1 month later for the memory card.
          Its 2 months since then, I've been calling the nokia customer care every day(The complain numbers are:1-1uul5n and 2-2uul5n for the memory card and the headset respectively) and also visiting the care center every other day for getting back my stuff, but to no avail...
          I am frustrated to the limit, and don't know what to do next.
          I want to sue Nokia for all the harrassments.
          Please let me know the next course of action.

          I have submited my handsfree on date 18Sept 2007 for replacement. At nokia care told mre that it was replaced under 15-20 days.At last time i go nokia care on date 15/16 Oct 2007 and they told me that it take one week more.
          So the problem is that, why a replacement take this much time.
          They not have to repair this.Only replacement has to be occur.

          I had brought N-72 model Nokia on 25/9/2007 vide bill no, INV/941/pht1 from SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES LTD. C-32, SECTOR 18 NOIDA-201301.           I bought a nokia e51 on April 23rd, which started having a display problem in two months, i went to the nokia care center in mulund w, after a month they said they could not correct the problem so they replaced the handset with e63,but without any accessories.             I purchased my Nokia 3110 Classic handset & a 1GB Memory card from Maxwell in Borivali Indraprasth on Sept. 01,2007.
            My mobile is switches On/Off continuosly. After I format my memory card it stops happening like this. This also happens when I change my theme, Update my Music library or change my Profile.
            I took my mobile to a Nokia Care center,Borivali. The concerned people in first place seem to be too rude. Then they told me that my memory card has to be formatted which by that time I had already done more then 10-15 times. I told them the scenario, they then told me that my memory card is not compatible with the Nokia 3110 classic handset. I hand tried my memory card with many phones & those were working very fine. Now tired by all this I learnt from some where that the nokia firmware has to be updated which will solve the problem. I did the same & there is no result.My cell continues to behave in same way. This has become very annoying all the Nokia 3110 Classic users. I am tired of all this problems being faced by me. I urge Nokia to either solve my problem or chnage my handset with a different one. has Nokia got a solution for it ! !

            Nokia3110 c is the worst phone I had used till now. I have a nokia3110c and i had installed an 1GB micro SD (SanDisk) in it. But the phone restarts every time the music library is updated or any theme is applied.. And this goes on for hours and hours... the phone switches off on its own and restarts automatically.. Nokia Customer Care also don't know the solution. They say not to use 1GB and to use 512MB. But the phone supports 2GB... why should one use 512MB???? Nokia should pay attention to this problem.. And this problem is not only for Nokia3110c, it is also seen in Nokia3120, Nokia5220Xpress-music, and many others...
            First of all dont format the memory card so many times.
            And it supports 1GB memory(very well).
            and must strict to one theme it is better to avoid many problems dont change themes again nd again.
            Try to load songs in MP3 format it was the best.
            I have the solution for switching on/off problem. Already i have gave the solution.plz check in comments.

            3. Install the application
            4. Please check your phone's battery is fully charged
            5. Connect your phone via USB on your PC
            6. Connect your PC on the internet or the updating will fail
            7. Exit all aplications you are using (MSN, Anti-Virus...)
            8. Start the application (Nokia Software Updater)
            9. Follow the steps.

            ATTENTION DO NOT REMOVE THE USB DUIRING THE UPDATE IT COULD MAKE DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE

            Hi, I am facing also two problem in Nokia 3110c.

            1) Profile changing automatically in Nokia 3110c from General to Silent mode or vise versa.
            2) When some time profile change automatically I have seen device automatically typing # ( Hash). Its continue and generating a beep in device until or unless I am not pressing some device button. But after pressing some button, sometime my whole device gets hanging and its not working until/unless I am not restarting devices. Due to generating beep in my device my battery is getting discharged.

              Sir / Madam,

              I (Mr. Armaan Shafique Hazarika) purchased one of the hugely popular products of your reputed Company [Nokia N73-5 (R-132)IMIE NUMBER [protected]] on 8th Jan, 2008 from Dibrugarh (Assam, India). But to my utter disappointment it has been showing a problem in its video/audio section which I was not aware of at the time of purchase.

              The recorded video files when played do not run smoothly but run with jerks. The matter was reported to Nokia Care Service Centre here in Dibrugarh. The transreceiver was checked twice and Software updated thereby. (Copy of the Job Sheet with number obtained). But the problem was not solved. The Service Centre has confirmed that the solution to the problem is beyond their capabilities. (Copy of the acknowledgement obtained). It was further added that it might take around 30 days for the handset to be sent to Gauhati (Assam, India) for further investigation and this sounds very inconvenient to me for a new handset purchased hardly two months back.

              By virtue of Warranty Coverage, I now through this E-Mail would like to bring the matter to your notice for necessary action from your end at the earliest.

                Sir/ Madam,

                I was purchased a nokia Instrument 3230 (ESN / IMEI NO. [protected], PRODUCT CODE[protected] month earlier. It was off due to water fall on it. I was carrying it to your authorized service center at Gayatri Incorporation 103. 4, 5 MZ Yaswant Plaza opp. Railway Station Indore. Were is was checked for fault vide job No.[protected]/080108/132 and say us to come back after 2 days.( Without any remark)
                After @ days they return us the Instrument without repairing and told us that the IC is not functioning and we are unable to repair because company not provide us the IC .and told us that You may take it into the local shop for repairing .
                When i was bring the to another shop and opened it by Technician in front of me and my friend i was shocked to know that the Main Display board was changed and the shielding plate and LCD ring not found in it. Also the Display connector base is dismantling from the PCB.

                I was again go back to service center and talk to service person for above reason, He refused us to correct the thing and misbehave with me and also owner not responding properly and say that this is daily practice that the customer fight here. when i was took the matter to nearest police station were service center person agree to replace the part but when we go back to service center he was refuse us to do so.
                I was made a complaint against the service center.

                Kindly look in to the matter and talk appropriate action as soon as possible. Other vice I am free to case on service center in customer care.

                  Nokia — MEMORY CARD REPLACEMENT PROBLEM

                  I bought a NOKIA N70 on [protected] ,I found that the 1gb memory card provided with that was faulty so i gave it for replacement on[protected] at nokia care 101,DB ROAD ,RS PURAM, COIMBATORE ,TAMILNADU ,INDIA. They said it will take abt 10 days to get my replacement but when i called after 10 days they say it will take more time because there is no stock of memory card,Now who's fault is that not having a stock of memory cards? till date i did not get my memory card, definitely there is no care at nokia care. I mailed to the customer service many times but did get any reply. I even called nokia care line ,they said me to give a week's time but still no use .can any tell me how to proceed further?

                  Nokia N-73 — Non replacement of Memory card

                  sir,
                  i have purchased N-73 from Plus business machines, kalyan on 8.4.2008, the memory card of 2GB has been corrupted with in 15 days, my mobile has been formated by nokia care centre 3 times than it is noticed that the memory card was corrupted, i have the memory card to Nokia care centre of plus business machines vide job sheet no 516 dated 10.5.2008 for replacement of memory card . A period of more than 12 days are over but i have not received the same. As i have to go on tour without memory card there is no use of my N-73.
                  It is there fore requested to kindly arrange for replacement of 2GB minisd card immediately.

                    Respected Complaints Board, this is to bring to your kind notice that the executives working with Nokia HCL care center HCL CARE CENTER Sector-22 CHANDIGARH are not attended my complant of len of n95 8gb, i brought this handset on 21.nov.07 and within a week len of the handset gets dirty from inside,i go to nokia care center sec-22 and show my problem to them, they told me to come on 22.feb.08 and said they did not have this model's hardware yet. when i go there on 22.feb.08 they told me to come after a week, and so on. but they did not solve my problem yet. i am facing big problem while taking a snap or a vedio clip,there is a like fog in snaps due to lens problem. please sirmadam help me and do neccessary action to solve my problem.

                    nokia is a well known company and its name is known as a given good customer care quality, but sir this is not happened with me;this type of service realy a black sport on the nokia's name. i brought this costly handset n95 8gb but still not treated well, this is realy a very shamfull act for nokia and nokia care centers.

                      This is to share my Experience while shopping at stores run and operated by your organization where as I had visited NOKIA priority dealer at Rajouri Garden New Delhi on 29.10.2009.


                      Which was a unpleasant experience to me and was surprised by the way customer service is practiced in your Exclusive brand out let,


                      To start with, your staff is least interested in Servicing the consumers shopping in your store I regret and feel unjustified shopping at your store hence decided not to shop again in NOKIA where the brand stands for its flawless quality and standards of service being provided anywhere in the world which is absolute opposite to the what is being provided and Practiced by NOKIA in the country


                      Even after my repeated request to Executive at store asking to assist me & I had to look for myself where as the sales executives was not literate enough to communicate in articulate manner and responded in a manner which made me reach up to you and express my concern to you as well as to bring your attention towards the kind of Service being provided in a BRAND outlet , Customers coming to buy NOKIA are premium guest and they expect to be treated with courtesy making them feel they are wanted and WE VALUE YOU….which is missing in the stores .


                      Where as they are Face of the BRAND and the Organization which reflects the way they are being trained towards best Practices in retail as retail in India has come a long way and substandard retail is not accepted by customers buying /spending amount in Exclusive brand out let ,


                      Entire sales staff was not interested in servicing or selling , as my experience will like to share few inputs if possible kindly consider in stores as no other customers of yours is lost and passes message o[censored]npleasant shopping experience through word of mouth and HR must focus on best practices as per global standards & Brand and pleasing experience as the organization is retailing global brand and consumers expect world class service and atmosphere in your stores.


                      FACE-TO-FACE SERVICE is important showing customers you respect them by immediately dropping other activities the instant they approach. Move ahead to service them in your store so they never have to wait for arrival, Smile and greet customers as they enter, giving them your full attention. This makes them feel welcome, acknowledges their presence and convinces them they've made the right decision to visit your store (Which is missing in stores, I had made my purchases even after having unpleasant experience)


                      No offer of assistance and no eagerness to serve by asking a short but sincere question? “How can I help you” Executive has to be true, customers can detect demeanour without ever seeing physically as customer can "see" it in executives voice. Please provide customers want to hear a cheerful greeting, in return for visiting the store and an offer of assistance. "Speaking in a calm tone is required by customers as Sarcasm, exasperation and monotone voice tones is being experienced in your Brand outlets , look forward to show respect for customers' time and truly give them wonderful shopping experience .



                      Please find the screen shot from your website taken today morning (you can see the time below) but I was surprised that on repeated request No offer was given to me & I have been following this Advertisment on TV very regularly. But the sales staff said “NO THIS OFFER WAS TILL DIWALI ONLY” – NOW I FEEL MYSELF CHEATED.



                      More over he offered be a headphone set which was worth Rs. 2290/- @ Rs. 500/- as I had bought Nokia 5800 Express Music worth Rs. 13500/-. But I could see It was clearly written “FREE WITH NOKIA 5800 EXPRESS MUSIC” but he refused to give me Free.

                      It is a real point of concern & this type of Experience has shaken by loyalty of last 10 years towards NOKIA.

                      Nokia Mobile Phone — Cheating in Guarantee

                      dear sir,
                      I have purchased a Nokia Mobile set (Model No. 5220/Product Code-CM-3120) vide Invoice No.[protected] from Infiniti Retail Ltd. (CROMA), (Pacific Mall) Ghaziabad on 21/06/2009. As per invoice the guarantee of set is upto one year(i.e. upto 20/06/2010) from the purchase and two years extended warranty (vide extended warranty code WE - 2079) and charged approx. Rs. 500.00 for extended warranty.

                      Today i feel some problem in my set and contacted to Authorised Nokia Service Centre (M/s MAA Communication) for repairing. After completion of formalities, they informed that your guarantee period will be expired in the Feb.2010 and their is no extended warranty.

                        I bought my NOKIA-2505 CDMA phone in Nov,2007.After 15 days this mobile starts switching off automatically.I complaint it to the Shop keeper from where I bought my mobile.But they refused to replace it and send me to Nokia service center.and from that moment till now my mobile goes to NOKIA Service center 4 times and it still have the same problem.Please tell me what should I do now.I faced so much difficulty to go again and again to service center as I am a working lady.

                        Nokia — switching off

                        When any button is pressed it gets switch off, board to be checked
                        I have purchased the above set during july, 08. It started giving problem sometime during the month of November, 08. I gave the handset on 18.12.08 to the nearest service center i.e SS Electronics, Secunderabad. They have checked the set and informed me that it would take two days for repair. After
                        two day when I contacted them over telephone for my set, they informed me that it could not be repaired
                        by them and same has been sent to Chennai to their factory. After 10 days I approached them again for
                        my handset, they told me that it has not come from Chennai. After making number of calls on 3/1/09
                        they have informed me that the set has come from Chennai after necessary repairs and it can be collected. I went to their service centre to collect the same and checked the handset by putting the
                        sim and battery. The handset still giving the same problem and when I asked them about the complaint,
                        they made me sit for 1 hr and informed that the set should be sent once again to Chennai for repairs.
                        This is situation in the NOKIA service centre. I feel that they are very irresponsible with the customers.
                        I also observed the customers, they are also facing the same problem. Once we are used to cellphone,
                        communication has become difficult. Now I do not have the handset for almost 20 days. I do not know
                        where to complaint. It is very difficult for middle class person like me to forego an amount of Rs. 3000/-
                        (cost of the handset) and go for new handset. After seeing this message atleast NOKIA will take some
                        action and do the needful.

                        The above set is under warranty and I expect the set to be repaired to my satisfaction. If it is beyond
                        repairs, I expect the replacement immediately.

                            I have recently bought a Nokia 5610 Express Music mobile phone.
                            For your information, I had been using the nokia sets from last 5 years.
                            This is the first time that I am facing this issue.

                            Isssue:- This phone is having a very low battery back up. Even if I am not listening any music and also not making any calls then also the battery hardly works for 1.5 days(approx.).
                            And if I listen some music on it, then it hardly works for 1 to 2 hours.

                            As compare to my past experience with Nokia sets, this phone is not having that much battery back up.

                            My question is, with such a low battery back up what is the need of putting this set in the market with the name as "Express Music".

                            Please look into this issue, or else give me some suggestion.

                            Nokia — only 14 days old 5610 , display gone

                            First time i had switched to nokia, due to high reputition of the company, i bought a nokia 5610 for 14500 bucks and after 2 weeks of the purchase , my phone`s display was gone(the phone has a tft display) . The worst part is after sitting in the service centre for about 2 hrs,, i was told that my phone will have to be taken to the nokia lucknow service centre as it cannot be repaired/replaced through the kanpur service centre(apex, nokia care,somdutt plaza). i was asked for a period of two weeks,, after 2 weeks when i enquired about the phone, i got a very rude reply from the nokia care guy that my phone hasnt come yet, and he is not sure till when it will come,, he told me they will call me if my phone comes back from lucknow, and then he banged the phone by refusing to reply my further questions. Now 20 days have passed and i dont know where my phone is,, i have lost all my contacts, i am not provided even with a back up cell, so i had to spend another 2000 bucks to get another phone , till i get a reply from the service centre. Now i acn only cry for that days, when i was planning to buy an airtel blackburry, and instead i bought this phone. Please help me with the info, what can be done . Thank you

                            i've been using 5610 for about 3 months now, it gives good backup, 1 full day while working on all operations texting, calls, music n goes to 2 days if i won't listen to music. you can't expect much more than this with multimedia phones.
                            i agree with the complaint . i am using nokia since 2003, every handset i used had very good battery backup . but this 5610 have very low battery backup . just 1 day of backup in maximum .. i wonder ho nokia mentioned 22 hrs continuous play with phone .while battery goes off after mere 6-12 hrs .. very bad product from nokia ..nothing is great except its look ...

                            i would advise u to search for the address of consumer court of kanpur on internet and file an application over there. it is free.
                            then they will call u 2-3 times . and u will get proper decision.
                            trust me consumer court helps a lot and u dont need a lawyer over there.. its easy n u can do it all by urself..

                            I am agree with the complain. Battery backup is extremely low compare to other nokia phones. It may be bcz of the lights which constantly blinking. whatever is the reason but complain is true. Phone is good but i[censored] want good battery backup, dont go for this phone at all.

                              i purchased Nokia 6500 Classic from Nokia Priority, Trivandrum, on 28th Jan 2008. Since then i have been having problems. First the phone used to get stuck, when i took it to nokia care they said that they have an upgraded version and loaded that.
                              Now the phone gets stuck and the charger is not working. Please help me to replace the phone with a different model.

                                I have puchased a nokia 3110c model on 8/10/07.
                                after 2 months , i faced a problem with on-off switch. i pay a visit at Nokia care . they charged me 150 rs. for on-off switch ,
                                they say their is no warranty of switch. after that swith was not working properly .i go to nokia care in faridkot (punjab). when i gave my mobile thier is only on-off switch fault , mobile is in working condition . they tell me your mobile's display ic is damaged .mobile will forward to Chandigarh for swaping .then date is 25-01-08. today i recive my mobile ater 35 days . they gave me a mobile which is already used 21 hours , they say me it is a fresh piece .

                                  Dear Nokia Mobile Handset Consumer,

                                  Bought a Nokia 5610I new handset in December 2007 end and hardly after one month of purchase panel of Mobile handset broke of. Not only mobile panel broke also there is a technical fault in the handset, the software get hang while you talk and phone automatically gets switched off while I am talking.

                                  Mobile is bought from The Mobile Store ( Virgin and Essar Group) vide bill number AP/01134/00001/ 3734 dated 23 December in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad.

                                  With the complaint couple of visits were made to The Mobile Store in Hyderabad but there was no assistance provided by The Mobile Store office and team.

                                  After the disappointment, I went in person to Mobile Customer Care office in Panjagutta (Opp Central Mall) with the complaint of the Nokia 5610I, but the same reply from there they are of no help to me in terms of proper advise and guidance so that complaint can be registered and take this forward for appropriate action to resolve the issue and satisfy customer who bought Nokia 5610I expensive model ( which is actually not worth buying).....

                                  Even after this also, continuous follow made up with Nokia Customer care office today (i.e.01 March 08) and met Nokia team and I was forwarded to Nokia Dealer in Himayat Nagar, Hyederabad. While I went to the Nokia Priority dealer after advised by Nokia office, Nokia Priority dealer owner confirmed me there were lots of complaint for the henadset in subject. And the worst part is what Nokia P Dealer confirmed me that the service for this handset is not possible as spare part (5610I front panel Music Slider Key) for the same in not even available with Nokia Company.

                                  This is very unfortunate and reveals pathetic service and planning strategy of Nokia Company wherein the product is launched in the market with OBSOLETE Qulaity and no spare and services available in the market.

                                  Since then I am running from pillar to poll and no assistance from Nokia either of offices and team.

                                  This is tough time for me also as I have no alternate handset available to remain in touch with my own people.

                                  Via this source and feedback I would like address this serious issue to Nokia team to assist harrased customer(s) like me who spend their hard money for their world renowned brand and produts which is an unfortunate that Quality is not mantained.

                                  I look forward to the support and reply from Nokia team to take my proceedings further.

                                  Nokia Company must look into such incidents and must assist customer so that customer should not be HARASSED
                                  I bought a nokia 5610i, in just two months it started having an "ON and OFF" problem, cant even do much with it now because it is totaly blank, though i can receive and make calls, i just cant do what i really wanted it for; texting and browsing the net.It is a very nice fone phone with NO quality.

                                  Myself SANKALP PANDYA {FROM AGRA}, I have a Nokia mobile Model No [ 5610i]. I brought it from one of your Nokia Priority at AGRA, last year 2008 sep. After 5 months of purchase the HEADFONE of my mobile stopped working suddenly.As in Guarantee I went to NOKIA CARE AT [ SANJAY PLACE,AGRA] & inform them about my complain[HEADPHONE].He told that –“ Mr. sankalp you don’t have to worry because your phone is under guarantee & the HEADFONE WILL BE REPLACED SOON,BCZ, THIS TIME WE ARE OUT OF STOCK” . I return back & went again after 2 weak, they again said the same words-“out of stock” better come after ONE MONTH. I said ok & return back. I third time went to them 32 days after & got the same reason again, this time I told them to “KINDLY WRITE MY COMPLAIN & GIVE ME RECEIVING” but they said that –“Mr.Sankalp this is not a matter of written complain, your will be change when stock come ,its just a matter of Mutual understanding nothing else so you don’t worry about that”. I again came back. After one an a half month I went again & again they are out of stock. But the SHOCK is about to come dear Nokia, I went 19th time to them & said the same but finally in the month of September- October 09 they said ,{Can you believe }that- “Mr. SANKALP, YOU ARE OUT OF GURANTEE & NOW YOU HAVE TO PAID”.I was speechless. When I said about MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING they said that-“Mr.Sankap THIS IS NOT THE MATTER OF MUTALUNDERSTANDING, YOUR GURANTEE IS OVER & NOW PAY FOR IT . Now NOKIA can you please tell me WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can you believe that I myself went their MORE THAN 24 TIMES WITHIN 7 MONTHS .Obviously the guarantee will be over in those 7 months, but it is not my fault because I went their when mine set is under guarantee & they passed the time. Really it hurt my believe.
                                  They Didn’t wrote my Complain & finally they said that nothing can happen now, I don’t know your procedure of written but as a customer of yours is this my fault to have Nokia phone, My mother have Nokia, my father have Nokia, Only my brother have sony, so as a believe in your company is this ok for your customer care to do this with the customers?
                                  I hurt but as a hope I write you, tell me what should I do? They have stock but why should I pay.

                                  I received The letter from your side DATED 4-11-09 by Shamshad Begam Nokia Care, It says that I SUBMIT MY HEADSET TO YOU, but dear I went to your custmercare at SANJAY PLACE AGRA, their I met Mr. RAKESH[care center manager]& he told me that its not possible for him to take my headphone, even I show him your letter by Shamshad Begam, HE FINALY TOLD MY THAT IF [SHAMSHAD BEGHAM] SEND AN INDIVIDIUAL EMAIL TO HIS MAIL ID THAT IS [[protected]@nokiacareindia.com] containing the order to kindly submit my headphone. only then he will submit my headphone.

                                  SO DEAR SHAMSHAD BEGHAM I HEARTLY REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY SEND SN URGENT EMAIL TO HIM & ORDER HIM TO SUBMIT MY HEADPHONE & PLS KINDLY SOLV EMY MATTER.

                                    I bought NOKIA 2630 as on Feb 17, 2008 from "The Mobile Store". The same day I started facing hanging problem. I went to NOKIA care after two days and they replaced the software, but that also didn't resolve the issue. Then NOKIA asked me to deposite the device in service center and I did the same. I got the same on Mar 3, 2008 almost after ten days, but still the problem is there. They are again asking me to deposite the device. They are not agreeing to issue new device with difference money. Please look into this issue.

                                      We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. I had problem with joy stick and left hand top button and right hand top button’s have given for the rectification of the problem, but there are taken 10 days to rectified the problem. But again with in ten minutes I had faced the same problem.
                                      That problem was not solved and I send for the same problem found another problem with hand set also hang automatically.Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price. I have given for the rectification of the problem,but there are taken 10 days to rectified the problem.after 10days they rectified problem.
                                      Now I have different Problem while attending the call or making the call all the files got opened and the call gets disconnected with my mobile .i have given for the rectification of the problem they told 15days for rectification the problem .They serviced the mobile and again with in sec Iam facing the same Problem and I am not satisfied with the mobile & I requested for replacement they have agreed and now they are not making me the replacement but to handing over the same instrument.

                                      If no Serious Action is taken from any one I want my complete Money back, and i would prefer taking other mobile.

                                      I guess Since Nokia has a name it doesnt bothers what are customers problem.
