Nokia 6270 — Extra Charged

Respected Sir/Madam,

Sir/Madam my Name is Deepak Sharma R/o Railway Road Rohtak - 124001 (Haryana) holding a Credit Card of HDFC Bank Through which I ordered for two item one was in june (that was a neckless) and secound was a NOKIA 6270 Mobile Phone Through order No.[protected] Sir both items i received at Time.
But when I Received My Credit Card Statement you Charged me for another item worth Rs. 1290/- (EMI OF RS. 215/-) for which i can't give you any order and nor i received it sir a am not able to pay these extra money. sir now i want that you remove these charges on me.

Please do the needfull as earliest

Nokia — Extra Charge For Using credit Card

I went to Nokia Shoroom in Saltlake, Sector-2, Kolkata at City Centre. I bought a Mobile Handset Nokia-6300 from Nokia Showroom.They have cgarged Rs50 extra for using credit card.
This is illegal.
When I told them I would complain they told me that is not a problem for them.

Nokia 6270 — Unnecessary Charges

Dear Sir,
I am Anuj, i would like to launch a complaint against to your particular 'Nokia Care Center', which is situated at
Nokia Care Centre
Delhi-Gargh Road,
Hapur(Ghaziabad)
Pin-245101.
I had repaired a Nokia-6270 mobile at that centre, and that time they charged Unnecessary Bill Amount for Service, And i asked about the charges they did not replied clearly and they used "Abused Langauge", So i am completely Dissatisfied with that service.
Please look in to the matter and do the needful action against them, Otherwise my next option is to register complaint in "CONSUMER FORUM" under "Consumer Protection Act 1986".

SUB: REPLACE MY HANDSET DUE TO PROGRAMMING ERROR

I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. HELP ME TO MAKE D.O THAN I CAN REPLACE MY HANDSET WHICH IS NOT WORKING INTIALLY I HAVE PURCHASE THIS HANDSET JUST BEFORE 15 DAYS AND SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING OF MY PHONE HAS ERROR AS PER NOKIA CARE.
