Dear Sir,
With reference to the subject and reference noted above, I would like to inform you that on[protected], your employee Mr. Amitbhai talked with me by his cell No.[protected] through conference along with Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot. According to conversation I had with Mr. Amitbhai and Mr. Paragbhai, I informed him regarding fault of my mobile instrument from the date of purchase. Upon such complaint, Mr. Amitbha instructed me to handover this mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot, who will give me new mobile instrument at the earliest.
According to instructions, I have handed over my mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot on the same day i. e. on[protected] and Mr. Paragbhai has, of course, given me mobile instrument Nokia 1600 for temporary arrangement but, in Nokia 1600, there is no facility of GPRS (Internet). Without GPRS, I am suffering financial loss.
I regret to inform you that since date of purchase of mobile instrument N-73ME, I am not satisfied as it was defective piece and therefore, on and off, I had visited Phonezone, Rajkot, for such complaint. Ultimately, after lapsing of two months, Mr. Paragbhai agreed with my complaint and according to conversation I had with Mr. Amitbhai as well as with Mr. Paragbhai, I have handed over my defective mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai to change the same but till today, I have not received new mobile instrument of N-73Music and as stated above, without GPRS, I am suffering financial loss. Therefore, Once again I request you to look into the matter and give my N-73ME at the earliest to prevent my financial loss.

Nokia 6275 CDMA — New Mobile Set of one month is in a position of repairing
Respected Sir,I had purchesed a Nokia 6275 CDMA handset of RSN no-RNKMQI396096 on 11/12/2008 and soon afer one month suddenly it stopped detecting the UIM card(reliance sim).when i visited the nearest nokia care they kept the phone with them(Job Sheet No.[protected]/090121/42) telling that it has a problem with the chipset board and it will take a long time to repair...now think someone purchesed a set worth Rs.9000 for a mental satisfaction that he had got the best one now the result is in front of him...Now every one knows that as it is manufactured by NOKIA its each and every electronics part can be repaired by them or it can be replaced, but why i'll go for it? It is not their duty to replace the faulty one with a new set as i was purchesed just one month ago?
Hope my problem can be understood, expecting a genuine justice from your side not repeating the earlier words again!!!
