I have bought a 6300 from Saudia Arabia 1/1/2008, last month it stop working .I tried to change the so many bataries, but this does not solve the problem .I went to I2, Ring & Ria, they told me that they are not covering it .
Iam wonderring is it not a NOKIA product and should be covered every where in the wrold.

Dear sir,
Kindly bring to you knowledge I have purchased my mobile on the month of april, 2008 . The set is infested with technical problems ie. hang and restart. Then I went to Green park nokia centre in New Delhi. They submit my set and loaded new software and said ok. but the problem is same. I had submitted my set four times. but my set has same problem. since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price. The service of that customare centre was very ruduly. they don't their work properly and timely. so what can i do ?

I have purchased NOKIA 3110c mobile at your the mobile store, Vijayawada yesterday (06/sep/2008) in the evening. Later on i found that the screen are flickering while the mobile has a light movement. The screen showing horizantal bars like water claves. Today morning i have visited to the dealer once again about this complaint. Mr.Teja at your store said that the nokia company making the 3110c mobiles as it was. My colegue Dr. Ravi Kumar purached the same handset one week back and it has no similar complaint. i told the same to Mr.Teja. He said that Visit nokia care and get certificate from the technical people as he can not prove that the handset is not defective. Today is sunday the nokia care is not avialable.

As he sold a brand new manufactring deffective handset, the mobile store need to replace the mobile. but he is saying to visit nokia care and all. As a customer i feel that why should i get certificate from nokia care, please solve this issue with replacement of another handset as i purshased this mobile a few hours back.

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 6085 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care in hyderabad amerpet branch. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. blank lcd.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

i had given my set for repair at a.m. telecom pvt ltd authourised nokia service centre for repair on
[protected]. i was recieved a call from the company service centre on 25 -08-08.informing my set is ready when i went to take my delivery i was being handed over a set which was not mine not in working condition which i did not accept i told that i will get my set back on 5-09-08. i was issued a fresh job sheet
when i went to take my delivery today they are saying that it will take another 20 to 25 day for my set to arrive

why should i suffer .kindly help me

myself varun s. sontakke had perchased a nokia 5310 express music mobilephone on 08/05/08.and warranty period is of 6 months i.e. upto 08/11/08.
the problem is that its vidio quality is not as per 2 megapixel power also its image capturing quality is not satisfactory.and mobile cost 9000/-Rs.

so please replace my phone with new same model with no problems.

I purchased Nokia N70-1(N-70 M) in on 2nd August 2007 in From a Nokia dealer in Secunderabad. It worked well for about 8 months after that it use to blink/switch off sometimes in the middle of talk. However it was still working. In July 2008, it suddenly stopped with mobile not getting started at all. On 1st of August 2008, gave this mobile for repair to Nokia Care Center in Secunderabad. They took 25 days to deliver me back the mobile with the same problem. With an 2 hrs of taking the delivering and operationalizing it, it again stopped. I gave it back on 26th August to Nokia Care with a hope that they will repair it properly and give me back. So far there is no repair. On enquiry from their Nikia careline where I launched the complaint (No:2-3 AWGRC), I learnt that the set will bedelivered on 13 Sept 2008. I asked the specific date for the NOkia Care Center Secunderabad people do not care to lift the phone. They even do not bother to call the customer to inform the status of the repair. Customer has to evry time go there personally and come back empty handed. This is really a big harassment to customers. Nokia Care should care for the customers. It appears that Nokia Care are really is a Nokia No-Care centers. I hope my mobile set is delivered on 13th as promised with requisite and proper repair.

My self Ravi Gupta, I have purchased N72 GSM mobile set on 31-Jan-2008 from the shop name "CELL SHOPPEE", Tin no-"[protected]", after sometime mobile set started giving me many problems so I deposited the set to NOKIA CARE named as"Fonz Unlimited", Address "Rabia mansion B N Verma road opp Attalika complex Aminabad Lucknow". I deposited NOKIA N72 on 30-June-2008 at 15:25 hrs, Job Sheet No-"[protected]/080630/90" and they called me for the delivery of the set on 31-July-2008 and on this date they again requested us to come on 13-Aug-2008 and again they asked me to come on 18-Aug-2008 and again they called me on next day on 19-Aug-2008 on this date I arrived at NOKIA CARE around 13:00 hrs and they asked us to sit in their waiting room for half an hour and they delivered the set on same date and they started the set and after 15 minutes set was unable to boot up and they told me to wait for 15 minutes for updating the software of the set and they told me it is the problem of "FLASH IC" so it was not booting up and they also took the receiving on the same Job Sheet No-"[protected]/080630/90" and they didn't delivered the set and they didn't issued the fresh job sheet so that’s why we are not able to get the correct status of the set from the head office. We also called your NOKIA CARE head office at 17:26 hrs on 19-Aug-2008 and they lodged the complaint against this complaint number-"2-3A00DZ"and they asked us to call up after 48 hrs and we called them on 23-Aug-2008 around 17:00 hrs and they gave us the previous Challan number-"SHP39670" which was despatched on 14-Aug-2008 and this was the response of the set which was delivered to us on 19-Aug-2008 and this was the problem which we were facing regarding the updation of the set due to the carelessness of NOKIA CARE "FONZ UNLIMITED, Aminabad Lucknow".


They Kept the set for 66 days and this much warranty period was lapsed due to their carelessness and who will be held responsible for this type of inconvenience and till now they are having the set and if we will not get the response of the status of the set caused to us and in Future terms will not trust NOKIA at all.
After this I am adding on some words that i got the set replaced and this time intentionaly they gave me the new not working set and they gave me the set on 2nd september 2008 and within forthnight its display gone bad and the battery was showing not charging on next day when i reach to nokia care they took the set and told me to come on the 5th September 2008 and they will try to give me the mobile.I beg you to please change the set and give me the new one because if the new mobile had stoped working than why not in future it will stop working.

I had purchased a Nokia Handset 3600 Slider (IMEI [protected]) with Bill No. 6336 dated 27/07/2008 from Bombay Photo Sales - Chandigarh and the same instrument was dead and submitted to Nokia Care centre (GSM Solutions-Ropar) dated 30/07/2008 with Job Sheet No. 21434506/08/0731/15 and till today i.e. 04/09/2008 the same instrument is not repaired or replaced from Nokia.

New Instrument getting dead within 3 days of purchase, Nokia need to replace the instrument and the way of talking of the customer care represntative and the Nokia Care centre people.

I have complaint regarding the issue of dead instrument to Nokia dated 30/07/2008 with Complaint No. 2-38545V.

i have purchased my mobile on 12-12-07 from haridwar. suddenly it stop working on 25-06-08. i reached to the nokia service center, they asked me that i'll get my mobile back with in 10 days. but till today i.e. till 04-09-08 i have not get back my set back. when i call nokia care center they cannot give any satisfactory answer to me. they call me there everyday there as service center is too far from my house, it is not possible for me to reach everyday there. but when i reached there they said that you will get your mobile tomorrow. i m getting tired to run everythere from last 2 months. they said that they give me an exchange unit (SWAP). they called me on 02-09-08, when i reached there on 02-09-08 i found that exchange unit cannot worked. it is automatically switches off. please tell me if replaced set is creating so much problem than what i's guarantee that it work properly in future. don't irritate me or force me to move to customer forum or to take any legal action against company.

Hi,

I bought N73M in Feb 2008 and have submitted it in Nokia Care on 30 July 08 for repair with problem being " Got hanged and was not getting started after that".
Nokia care engineers took one complete month for checking the problem(Such a shameful thing for the engineers working for Nokia) and after that they approved of giving a replacement as it was not getting repaired and is still in the warranty period.
Even after that 1 month have passed and i have not recieved replacement. Nokia care people are again and again posponing the delivery of the cell by making promises of the delivery of the phn week by week.
I am totally fed up with the Services provided by Nokia Care as it has been complete 2 months that i am without any phn. and if my problem will not be taken care by Nokia now within 2 days, i have no other option instead of filing complaint in Consumer Court of India.
Sorry to say this that the services provided by Nokia Care are the worst among any cell phn operator company and is reducing the faith of the customers in nokia.

I have bought the phone on 23rd Jun-08 & I have the original Retail Invoice with me. After two months o[censored]sage, the battery is zero. From day one after buying the phone, I have been facing poor battery life.
When I have reported this to the dealership/Nokia Care, they have declined to give any warranty on the same quoting the reason that the usage was poor. I have been using mobile phones since last 6 years & know how to handle such products very well.
I suspect that I have been given used second hand battery with brand new mobile by Nokia Dealership.

While complain at Vasai Railway Police station they didn't take it serious matter they told me to bring affidavit for the same, then they write complain.

I have purchased the above cell from SUBHIKSHA MOBILES, N0 1 - A - WARNERS ROAD, CONTONEMENT, TRICHY 620001. on 24.07.2008 and the bill is on a preprinted stationary with out tax receipt and phone number. He dis played a NOKIA selling agent authorised by NOKIA. Does this so? Is he an authorised agency at Trichy, As the btterey not withstanding charges for half an hour and also there is no memory I have approached the shop keeper. He said that I have to contact the servicing agent. I told him that with in a month of purchase (used for few hours) how this is happening that too for a branded company .Hence I need a replacement. He refused to give a new one also he asked me to approch the service centre for repair who is in the next door. I went to him for clarification Whether the above repairs are there? He confirmed that. I asked him that Can you give it in return? He refused to give. The seller Who was with me refused to give me this in return. Now at this juncture What shall I do ? The seller told me that once in 10000 pieces this sort of problem will come, for that we cant do any thing. If the coplaint is given with in 24 hrs it will be replaced otherwise no.

Now from the derivatives of the seller whenever we buy a cell immediately after purchase we have to go to the service provider and check whether the cell is properly functioning or not? Then only we have to leave the spot. Does this is expected out of NOKIA. Hence I need your suggestion and for replacemnt. If I am not getting a suitable reply I may have to approach the responsible agencies to seek justice.

I am using Nokia6780 with idea network from past one year and everythin is workin fine, but recently when i changed my network from idea to airtel outgoing is not there. I mean i am not able to make calls from my mobile.but i am able to receive calls and even i am able to receive and send sms.The only problem is i am not able to make callsIi am gettin reply"call disconnected".

so fianlly my cell is workin fine with idea and vodafone networks, but the problem is with airtel and cellone networks.

I bought a New Nokia 5610d Phone, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Navigation key, Volume key, key pad) and also I am without a phone for past 30 days, which is a basic need for life.

I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . With reference to the subject and reference noted above, I would like to inform you that on[protected], your employee Mr. Amitbhai talked with me by his cell No.[protected] through conference along with Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot. According to conversation I had with Mr. Amitbhai and Mr. Paragbhai, I informed him regarding fault of my mobile instrument from the date of purchase. Upon such complaint, Mr. Amitbha instructed me to handover this mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot, who will give me new mobile instrument at the earliest.

According to instructions, I have handed over my mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai of Phonezone, Rajkot on the same day i. e. on[protected] and Mr. Paragbhai has, of course, given me mobile instrument Nokia 1600 for temporary arrangement but, in Nokia 1600, there is no facility of GPRS (Internet). Without GPRS, I am suffering financial loss.

I regret to inform you that since date of purchase of mobile instrument N-73ME, I am not satisfied as it was defective piece and therefore, on and off, I had visited Phonezone, Rajkot, for such complaint. Ultimately, after lapsing of two months, Mr. Paragbhai agreed with my complaint and according to conversation I had with Mr. Amitbhai as well as with Mr. Paragbhai, I have handed over my defective mobile instrument to Mr. Paragbhai to change the same but till today, I have not received new mobile instrument of N-73Music and as stated above, without GPRS, I am suffering financial loss. Therefore, Once again I request you to look into the matter and give my N-73ME at the earliest to prevent my financial loss.

i purchased a nokia handset NOKIA N72 black IMEI no.-[protected] from CLASSIC STATIONERS AND
GIFT SHOP booth no.-6 nuhon colony market, Ropar vide bill no.-117 dated 15/04/08. After 2 months, the set and the memory card got out of service.The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. I approached the shop from where i bought the nokia set, he refused to solve my problem and advised us to go to the nokia care centre, Ropar. We approached NOKIA CARE CENTRE, ROPAR on 18/08/08. They refreshed the handset but refused to replace the memory card and said that memory card is corrupted.
Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the memory card at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
