I am right now in parwanoo of himachal pradesh in roaming . i am and my phone and sim from bangalore.here in parwanoo i am not getting service please could you start my service from any other operator. if i am selecting any other operator it is telling sim card registration failed. Plaese be fast because i am not getting any call from others nither i am able call any boudy.This is my second mail to you.

I have puchased a bsnl sim card under the plan vennala plus few days ago.(may be on aug 12/11) .I have purchased it in kotabommali, srikakulam(dist), Andhra Pradesh.PIN CODE:532195.my mobile number is [protected].when i questioned the seller, he informed that it was activated on Aug 13th, 12 noon.But, actually the sim was not activated.please try to solve my problem as fast as possible.further i am informing you that the mobile i bought was good in condition.I checked it by inserting another sim card in it and it worked.But the sim i have acquired is not registered.please solve the problem as soon as possible.

    I have some very sensitive information on my mobile. I want to track / trace and recover the said mobile connection along with data.

    The importance of the data stored is that I am having some important records and passwords in that mobile. The details of the mobile are as under :

THE SAME HAS BEEN LOST IN SECTOR 10, PANCHKULA ON 05.10.2008 AT 10.00 P.M. THE FIR WITH THE POLICE STATION, SECTOR 10, PANCHKULA HAS BEEN LODGED VIDE DD NO. 13 DT. 07.10.2008. THE HANDSET WAS PURCHASED VIDE CASH MEMO NO. NCS-16268 DT. 23.01.2008 FROM ANMOL WATCHES & ELECTRONICS (P), LTD., SECTOR 22B, CHANDIGARH - THE NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER.

      Good day sir,

      I have bought this hand set from Dahisar, Mumbai $00 068 on dated 23/08/2008 from S.S. Traders. I notice that i cannot answer the call unless i change over to loud speaker.

      First i gave it to above dealer to repair it. He repaired from NOKIA CARE> Few days back i had same problem my husband had be to NOKIA CARE for same problem to repair it, which again operating is same mode ie only on loud speaker.

      I asked for replacement and i was badly treated by NOKIA CARE for replacement. Answer from them is once product is sold we will repair it only. If the instrument is faulty is it buyer's fault? Or if this is NOKIA's policy to repair faulty set and sell it to market then you must print it on cover of phone that "if set is faulty then we will not replace it but we will repair it till the warranty period and then customer has to pay.

      I have already send message to Nokia Quality but they fail to answer my mail. I hope that you will do the needful to get me new set.

      3120 nokia set — Nokia 3120 abruptly stopped

      dear Sir,
      I had already made complaint of my set on 27.11.08 which was pruchased on 31/10/08 and sequently I had given reminder also but till date I had not received reply to my complaint. I am constraint to approach conusmer court at the cost and risk of the company. This is for your information .
      I am too facing the same problem for Nokia 3120C and i have already given my handset to the service centre 5 times. Please see complaint posted by me on the same subject

      I PURCHASED NOKIA MOBILE HANDSET MODEL NO-3120-1C ON 10.02.2009. .
      THE PROBLEM WITH THIS SET IS THAT WHILE TALIKNG, SUDDENLY THE EAR PIECE STOPS FUNCTIONING AND I CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING. I HAVE TO SWITHCH OFF THE MOBILE, TAKE OUT THE BATTERY, AGAIN REINSTALL THE BATTEERY AND THEN ONLY THE HAND SET STARTS FUNCTIONING. I HAVE SHOWN THE SAME TO NOKIA SERVICE SENTRE ALSO BUT OF NO AVAIL. MY SISTER WHO STAYS AT KOLKATA ALSO HAS SIMILAR HANDSET AND SHE IS ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. HENCE I SUPPOSE THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH YOUR THIS PARTICULAR MODEL NO. AND YOU SHOULD THEREFORE CALL IT BACK. KINDLY ARRANGE TO REPLACE MY HANDSET AND LET ME HAVE YOUR REPLY IMMEDIATELY.

          I m really having a very bad experience about ur costumer care people i m a saliereid person can u believe 8 times i have gone to your east patel nagar nokia care center the head there is really a disgusting person Mr. dinesh([protected]) every time he laugh's when i go there and not giving any positive response then when i call to know the response he swithcheoff his mobile .
          I dont know what to do i want my cell replaced other wise i m too much torchered now i will go to the consumer court u people r there to help us or torture us tell me.

              Hi, I have place an order throught online from dhgate.com, the seller has sent the product throught EMS, he gave the following tracking # EB[protected]CN, when i am tracking the number it say the status as follows. (Your item was handed over to Customs(REPUBLIC OF INDIA MUMBAI PAR[protected]:53:00 from then there were no updated in the status. I did not receive the product till now. please help me. what to do. thanks and regards.

                WHENEVR I START MY 7710, I SEE NOKIA WRITTEN ON MY CELL, HOWEVER IT STAYS ON MY CELL AS IT IS NO FURTHER PROCEEDING THE BOOTING OF THE CELL...
                I HAVE GIVEN MY CELL TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE AT PUNE AND IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT SOFTWARE HAS TO BE UPGRADED AS THE CELL HANGS AND IT WOULD BE SEND TO MAIN SERVICE CENTRE LOCATED AT SWAR GATE PUNE
                LATER IT WAS TOLD THAT THE CELL IS SEND TO COMPANY AND I WAS WAITING FOR THE CELL DAILY, I HAVE GIVEN A SINGLE CALL TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE DAILY

                HOWEVER AFTER 25 DAYS AFTER CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP I GOT THE INFORMATION THAT MY CELL IS STILL IN PUNE AND IT HAS TO BE SEND TO NOKIA COMPANY.
                I GAVE A NOD TO SEND MY CELL TO NOKIA COMPANY FOR REPAIR AND IT WAS PROMISED TO ME THAT CELL WILL BE RETURNED TO ME ON 14/01/2007
                HOWEVER IT IS NEVER BEEN RETURNED TO ME TILL DATE ..
                NOW NOKIA CARE IS NOT REVERTING ME, , , , , I DONT HAVE ANY CLUE WHERE IS MY CELL...

                  Last month Sep' 2008, I purchased a new Nokia 6275 CDMA phone from one of the showrooms at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Within 1 week the problem started and it was like the phone was getting heated automatically and battery goes down and switcheds off. First i went to the show room, he said its non of his business, goto Nokia service centre at Ameerpet (worst service centre). I went there, they kept my mobile for 5 days, and said software has been upgraded and problem is solved. After couple of days again the problem started. My personal advice is DONT TRUST NOKIA AND THEIR SERVICE CENTRE...

                  i purchased nokia2505 cdma with reliance connection from reliance world nallakunta in month may 2008.after one week the problem started even after full charge the battery goes down automatically and within not more than 2 hour without any use the mobile is switched off.but i got a solutiobn for that whenever i have to talk just plugg in and i can talk.but after 2 months a new problem started one of the ok button of key pad stopped working therefore now i can not check inbox but i thinked that mobile is mainly for calling so i managed without it.but again now the new problem started the screen becomes in visible .but even then i m using my mobile u will be thinking how ?
                  hi frndz . i buy nokia 6275. after 2 months my phone goes off suddenly and restart. this problem tkes placa when i send some from bluetooth and from when i call to any one my phone hangs up.. i have to take out battery. and when i watch videos on ma mobile after some minutes my phone restart... i have show my phone to nokia care also .. but they said there is software problem ... but my phone is stillin old condition...

                      Hello,
                      I wish to tell u about the worst service given by the NOKIA service center(SATYAM ELECTRONICS).I am really frustated by thier absurd behaviour towards customers.I have given my cell 6300 for change of front panel and of date after three weeks they tell me that its not there and handed a broken display set to me.
                      I request the concerned authority incharge to have a look in to the matter other wise i feel with many cells in the market NOKIA will loose it customer base.
                      My Nokia Mobile set No. 2600 classic was malfunctioning. On 17.08.2009 I contacted the nearest Nokia Service cum sales counter viz. Nokia Priority Dealer located at K-1/39, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi-19. After examining the set, it was explained to me that the set has 'display problem'. On my request, a job sheet was prepared and the set was retained by the centre. It was explained to me that if the set is repaired, it would cost me about Rs. 900/- or more and if it is irreparable, as per procedure, I have to pay Rs. 110/- towards service charges as the set has crossed the warranty period. I was asked to contact them in the evening same day. when I contacted them in the evening, I was told the the set is not ready. This continued for about a week. When I contacted again after ten days I was told that the set is in irreparable condition and I was asked to collect the set after paying Rs. 110/-, which I did. Thereafter, I contacted one local mobile repair shop in my locality, to my utter surprise, the set was repaired in perfect condition for Rs.475/-.within 15 minutes. It was also told by the engineer that the set has never been opened and has remained untouched. The above situation has compelled me lodge this complaint as to how strange are the ways of these service centres and how the genuine customers are duped of the normal service facilities.

                      It is therefore, requested that the matter may kindly be looked into in order to avoid harrassment to the customers and necessary action may be taken against the above mentioned dealer, and I may be duly compensated for the undue harassment caused to me and for duping me of Rs. 110/- with false and frivolous assurances.

                        sir, it is very sad to write that the battery of my cell phone which is marked as NOKIA is in the nokia phone got detorated in the deshaped manner which is expected in the local phone or the chinese . it has depressed me to see the condition of the reputed battery which is branded as NOKIA. the detail ofg the battery is as NOKIA BL -5B 3.7 B. the saddestm part of my end is that it has not spoiled the name of the battery but spoiled the phone set by defaceing. since i got the deep affection i got the set repared and purchased the new batery but the things has hurted me personnaly so i mentanioned in black and white to you . you are requested to look in the matter personally so to avoid any mis conception to the brand and last not least to the brand name.

                          This set was given for repair with ESN/IMEI Number [protected] to M/s Modcad Communications, Faridabad on 14.06.2008. They repaired it after about Two months time and took Rs.970.00 for repair. The set functions fully but it eats up battery in almost four Hrs time. Even after putting new battery no improvement noticed. I have been showing it at the above repair Centre only to listen dont get it repaired for it is not safe for the set.
                          I am failing to understand why nokia sets can not be repaired after their two years time even if they are kept with great carte. In this way all your advertisments about connecting people irritates me.
                          I humbly request if your products becomes beyond repairs in two years kindly don't put them in the market.
                          Kindly let me know whether set can be repaired or not.

                            Sir,

                            I have purchased a brand new Nokia N82 black edition on 21/07/2008 from "Hotspots retails Pvt. Ltd Lajpat Nagar – II, Near Central Market, New Delhi – 110024". But ever since I bought this I was facing repeated problems from the handset and it was getting hanged every alternate minute and I could not use the handset. I contacted Hotspot Lajapat Nagar – II and they refused to help me and asked me to contact Nokia care. So I submitted my handset to Nokia Care, Noida. The job sheet number and the details are attached to this email. I submitted them one and half months ago and they promised me to deliver the same within 7 days. But when I went there after 7 days they keep on extending the time. Finally after a few days I became so frustrated that I informed Nokia from their helpline number and they promised me to deliver the handset by 20th September, 2008 against complaint number 2- 3BTWV5. But they failed again and informed me that my handset is going to get replaced. And as it was going to be replaced they cannot promise me a date when I will get the handset. Thus I again talked with Nokia and when I told them that I was going to inform the consumer forum they assured me that they are going to look into this matter personally. Within two hours after this conversation I got a message from HCL that my handset is ready and it is available for delivery since 24th September, 2008. But I was shocked when I went to collect my handset. They replaced t he handset with a different colour. Now they are giving me a SILVER colour and not BLACK colour. Also the phone looks pretty much old with loads of scratches and damages. Now the 19, 800 INR phone looks like a 2, 000 INR phone. Now Nokia care is asking me to accept that as they are going to close their operation from 30th September, 2008 and after this they cannot give me any assurance for my handset. I am mailing you the terms and condition of their job sheet. Their nothing is mentioned that they don't have any liability of colour or scratches. Now I want to ask when I spent so much on buying a costly handset why should I compromise with an old worn out outdated broken piece of different colour handset. I spoke with Nokia care executive Ashwini on 26th September, 2008 at 6.30 PM where she literally threatens me that I should accept the handset or else I will never get another one same. Details of my handset are as follows:- IME No. :- [protected] Job sheet No.:- [protected] Now I would request you to please help me as neither HCL, Nokia, nor Hotspot is helping me and I feel completely at a lost from all sides after spending 19, 800 INR.                             I have a very bad experience with you guys...I have a nokia 6300 handset and it has a very unique problem which no one can even expect. My unique nokia handset is only working with Idea sim card, whenever I use any other sim like sim of Airtel or Vodafone it will stop working and show the message of Sim card registration failed.

                              My nokia 5610 xpress music ( IMEI no - [protected] ) was having problems of restarting itself while using GPRS or music player etc. and of blinking once or twice or more while playing games. These problems appeared with in 15 days of purchase ( Date of purchase[protected] I submitted the phone to the nokia care ( Capital Electronics, Ultadanga ) three times and on each occassion the phone was sent to LEVEL 3 care. So the total period of submission was more than one and half months. But it was on the third time, when the LEVEL 3 technicians surrendered to the problem and decided to replace the phone as according to them it was not repairable. It was replaced on 15 - 09 - 08 by Capital Electronics. My new IMEI no is - [protected]

                              I was told by the nokia care personalle over phone ( [protected] ; toll free no ) and also by the nokia care manager at the time of delivery, that from now on I will not face any knid of problem again as the replaced handset is a "PERFECT" set. But this perfect set too has the SAME PROBLEMS as of previous one. I contacted nokia care and they again asked me to submit the phone.
                              Did I buy the 12000 bucks phone just to keep in the nokia care????
                              I then decided to give a notice to the NODAL or ZONAL officer of nokia before complaining you. So, I contacted nokia care on phone where they failed to give the required details over phone rather told me to email them.
                              I emailed them too but the reply was same for submitting the phone and denial of disclosing the contact details of their higher authority. They told me to post or fax my complain to

                              Its really paining to write such complaint against top most brand in Mobile like Noika. today I bought a New Mobile Nokia 1650 from Mobile store located in Shahdra, Durga Puri, East Delhi. but its hight of harrasment that its Speaker is not giving the good or satisfactory sound. Let me know what else can be done in such scenerio, should I go to consumer court along with mobile and invoice or they will revert me back through your effort.

                              I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 7 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
                              I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
                              I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
                              I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE..
                              Let me explain the problem..
                              " I purchases a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET - 6500s - from one of your vendor "vinayaka telecom at gumla (jharkhand). on july 15, 2008. after 2 month it starts to give ploblem (like sliding ploblem, network ploblem, sound ploblem and camera is going on stand by mode). then i took the mobile to the vendor where i bought, they redirected me to NOKIA CARE at poddar telecom ranchi. i went to nokia care ranchi (hariom tawar) on 24 november 2008 my (Job Sheet Number:[protected]/081124/31).
                              At first they checked it and told it was a Software Problem . they took the mobile and ask me to come after one week. after some days i got a call from your nokia care that - "SIR YOUR HANDSET'S REPAIRING COST WILL BE RS 1500 IF YOU WISH TO REPAIR THEN PLEASE TELL" the i enquired about the warranty on it, the they replied it has the warranty but your "HANDSET PROBLEM IS NOT UNDER ANY WARRANTY IF YOU WISH THEN WE WILL REPAIRED IT." then i told the to repair but after some days i have got a massege from your nokia care center, " DEAR SIR, YOUR HANDSET NOT REPAIRED PLEASE COLLECT FROM NOKIA CARE, HARIOM TAWAR FROM NUMBER [protected] ON DATE[protected] Then I got annoyed and lost my control and went to the deler VINYAKA TELECOM GUMLA. he said i will enquired about it. after that i went to vinayaka telecom and nokia care many times but i didnot get any solution they always told - "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING." only i have wasted my time and money over it. i felt very guilty to be a nokia customer because of very raugh behave and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). (because i am a doctor by proffession at gumla which is 100km away from ranchi and it takes 3hours to cover the distance).
                              because of mannerless behaviour and irresponsibility of both vinyaka telecom and nokia care (poddar telecom). i send a legal to the nokia care but there is no responce from your center.

                              See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but... I lost all the Hopes and confidence that they will give my mobile ... Already four month of my warranty gone in service centre and I don't you please give Warranty and Guarantees of your products... I hardly used the mobile for less than 2 months only... but I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia...Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience...Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...

                              Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local magazines and media. And I going to forward this mail to all the over web and also to all of my colleagues.
                              And finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the Brand name"...

                              bought a nokia 5800 2 months back, the display gets dark and unusable. I ve to click the camera couple of times before being able to use it. Went to d care centre they told at bhubaneswar that i ve to submit the cell to them nd wait for 45 days, they will try to correct it. Getting a phone worth 20k nd getting such responce is making me think to buy htc next time.

                              I have a nokia 5800 exp music prchased in the month of Feb, 2009.The IMEI number is [protected].I had issues with the hanset since the day it was purchased.It use tio hang and the touch was very slow, i.e. we need to click on same two to three times atleast.
                              I got the software upgraded for the same at nokia cre santacruz.Post that the issue was resolved for a period of 10-15 days.Once this was resolved again it started and also on unlocking the phone the screen used to go blank or had stips on same for 1 min or until you unlock same continuosly for 2-3 times.
                              At noki care they said to take it to Head office Pheonix mills, Lower Parel.I went there to find the store is closed and moved to Todays Communications, Lower Parel.
                              I gave my handset on 7th May and was promised delevery time of 9th. I called them up to find that it would take long and they will call back once the peice is ready, but in vain.
                              I got no response from them and than I put a complaint with nokia online. I received the feedback to my mail with the complain no also stating that the issue will be resolved.
                              I got my peice on 18th May, just to find that no issue was resolved and they just upgraded the software once again. I was shocked to see this kind of customer service and service after sales.
                              My handset screen is gone for a toss and also there are marks on my scren from inside that are visible, which were never there before.
                              The reference number given by nokia is 12273.
                              I wnt my piece replaced as I have always had a nokia piece and have never gone through this kind of troble that I face with this handset.Please get a resolution to this as nokia care neither the onlinenokia is willing to respond dispite all the mails marked post complaints.

                              In this race of cheap china Screen touch mobiles I was having a great expectation from nokia 5800 as it is cost effective and ofcourse carring a Good brand too.But I am feeling very sorry to inform you that I am having a very bad experience with Nokia 5800 which I had Purchased on 23.7.09. Just after a few days of purchase i.e on 20.8.2009 I faced a problem related to it's screen touch facility i.e it stopped working after that I went to Nokia care on 22.8.2009 for reparing they said that by updating the software it will start working but it didn't. Then I submited the handset on 25.8.09. But when I get my handset back today .No Change --the same problem exists.Again they are asking me to give them time for that. I had never expected that for NOKIA My single paise will go in vain but it happned, and this time it is not just the single paise rather it is Rs16, 500. Now after this happening I am loosing my faith on nokia which I was having very badly & which I was Used to share with My friends. I think in this kind of case where the customer have used the product merely for 1 month & faced this kind of prblem you should consider to Replace the set instead of irritating the customer by asking him time after time for repair.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  Sir i had some technical problem in my cell.so i visited Goregaon West Nokia care center.
                                  He checked the cell and removed some of it problem but created some more problems like not working
                                  of 2-3 keys. when i asked them to rectify the problem they said me to waith for 1 month becoz the joystic
                                  was not available that time.

                                  After 1 month i called up them and confirmed if there are sufficent stock of joystic. they said we hav sufficient.

                                  Even when i reached there they are saying we have. when they checked the warrantty date of the set which was going to expire in next 10 days.

                                  I am also getting the error unable to connect when i try to access m.youtube.com on my N73 Music Express handset.

                                  I am also facing this problem for long time. I took my cell to Nokia Care, they updated the software version of the phone then it was fine for 4-5 months but again facing the same problem..
                                  Do we need to update software version after every 4-5 months? If YES, then

                                  I was updating my software of nokia n 73 through net with nokia updater, when the whole data got download the phne got switch off, i took out the data cable but there was written not to take out the data cable but with mistake i done that and after a second i attached the data cable again during that period thephone was switched off then there was written on screen 15 min leftfor update but the same was not getting completed so i took the data cable out again and after that the phone is not getting on so tell me how to get it okay

                                  Nokia — phone switches off automatically

                                  I bought nokia 6700 slide a week back and within seven days it started getting switched off automatically .

                                  During the call itself it gets switched off .Moreover while shootin a video within two min it got switched off .Went to dealer and they say tht as per contract the mobile cant be replaced.
                                  I am very disappointed with the fact that nokia now completely forgot the fact so called customer service.
                                  The nokia care centre also wont give your mobile within the time they promise.
                                  Please please please do not buy this handset infact don go for nokia phones itself they SUCK
                                  Hi Friends I Also Faced the same problem, i just flashed my phone, it working OK now... :-)
                                  Apparently the problem has not been solved so I am a bit skeptic abot any actions being taken.
                                  I own a nokia N73 ME which I bought on 16/5/2009.
                                  The phone ran fine initially but when I startrd downloading themes from the net and/or using bluetooth, the problems began to appear;
                                  1. Automatically switching off 4-5 times a day
                                  2. After diling a few numbers, I have to manually feed the digits to call someone. I cannot directlyselect the number to call, press the green button to initiate the call.
                                  3. Sometimes slow operation even though the memory is free.

                                    i have given my mobile nokia 3110 classic on 22nd of august and person at
                                    nokia care centre UNIVERSAL
                                    2, [censored]AVAMDAN COMPLEX,
                                    OPP.BHAVANA FLAT,
                                    COLLEGE ROAD,
                                    NADIAD.
                                    HE SAID IT WILL BE REPAIRED IN 20 DAYS AS THERE IS PROBLEM IN IC WE WILL SEND IT TO DELHI SO I AGREED.
                                    THEN STARTED MANY VISITS OF CARE CENTRE SOME TIMES THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE A WEEK OR MORE
                                    SOME TIMES THEY SAY YOUR PHONE IS TAMPERED BUT I HAVE NEVER REPAIRED OR EVEN OPENED IT BY PRIVATES MOBILE REPAIRES
                                    NOW THEY IT WAS BY MISTAKE AND IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME
                                    I DONT KNOW ANY WAY HOW I CAN GET MY MOBILE BACK

                                      Sub : Replacement of phone / exchange to some other model / refund of money

                                      I have been a Nokia fan and literally an ambassador for Nokia phones since over a decade now, however this time I have an issue that is forcing me away from continuing to remain one.

                                      Further to my discussion with Vinayak at Nokia Careline, this is with reference to a Nokia Phone that I recently purchased, details as follows :

                                      Purchase Date : 28th September 2008

                                      On using the phone for one day, I realise the following issues with the phone :

                                      There is a constant problem with the earphone and loudspeaker as irrespective of whatever volume I keep the phone on, there is major difficulty in listening to the person on the other side - The voice echoes and there is zero clarity. There is a strange sort of a disturbance (the voice of people around you) that you hear. As a result of this, I have had to face a lot of embarrassment (while speaking to my boss and other senior people in the company by asking them to repeat things at least thrice before I can understand them)
                                      The phone is inordinately slow in sending messages and otherwise also

                                      The lower model of this phone - Nokia 3110 Classic was much better in terms of Speed and clarity in the earphone and the loudspeaker.

                                      I demand a replacement / exchange for another model (if this problem is there with this model number) / refund of my money

                                      Await a positive revert at the earliest

                                        Your kind attention is invited regarding complaint of new mobile Model No.2600C-2 dated 16.06.2008. (ESN/IMEI No.[protected])

                                        We have purchased mobile Model No.2600C-2 dated 16.06.2008 from Paragon, 23 Inside Udiyapole, opp.hotel ambay Palace – Udaipur (Rajasthan), mobile no.[protected], authorized nokia dealer.

                                        After few days, we came to know that the facility of Bluetooth was not working, we made complained for the same to the above authorized nokia shop, they refer to the Nokia Service center for the same.

                                        We booked complaint on 26.07.2008 at Rama Telecom, 41-42, First Floor, Opp JMB, Oswal Complex, Sarang Marg, Surajpol, Udaipur (Rajasthan) –, Land Line No.[protected] Contact Person – Mr.Gurpreet) Nokia Service Center, they given Job sheet No. NIL dated 26.07.2008.

                                        Again they given another Job sheet No.[protected]/080729/17 dated 29.07.2008 and its targeted delivery date was 13.08.2008 and informed that they will send this to Jaipur for repair because it was not reparable at there end.

                                        Problem remain the same when we went on 14.08.2008, we asked if the mobile is not repairable then kindly provide us new mobile handset because the condition of our newly purchased mobile was so much worst, not repairable as per nokia service persons, the cover was changed & it was looking like very old mobile .On the same day they given another their Job Sheet No.2720 dated 14.08.2008

                                        This is with continuation to my complaint dated 17.08.2008, the position remain the same, the thing is that 4 days back we had received call from your Udaipue Nokia center that collect your new mobile set, when we callected the same & check the Blutooth then its OK but at home when we check its camera then its not working, again we went to your Udaipur Nokia center & inform regarding camera problem, your technical persons had also checked & try to resolve the problem for 1 & 1/2 hrs but unable to rectify the error & inform that we have to send this hand set to our compnay for repair again.

                                        I can't understand that what is going on with Nokia Mobile, we are suffering since last 4 & 1/2 months & its also creating a problem, tension & our wastage of time & follup with your nokia centers .

                                        Your Udaipur Nokia persons has also told us that we have to write stong mail to the company for this defective Mobile sets & customer dissaticfaction.

                                        Last time i am requesting you that, Kindly arrange to take necessary action to replace the defective mobile with new handset, other wise i will complaint to consumer court for the same.

                                        This handset was purchased by me from Wave Telecom Centre, B-10 Model Town- II, Delhi- 110 009.

                                        After few days, I came to know that the facility of INCOMING & OUTGOING was not working, and I approached to Wave Telecom Centre, Model town, Delhi to set right the problem. After checking the mobile, then the shop owner told me that you go to Durga Communication, Nokia Customer Care Centre, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-9 and booked a complaint on 14/11/2008 vide Service Job Sheet no. 5645.

                                        On a thorough examination they had informed me that this will send to the company for repair because it was not reparable at there end.

                                        An elapse of one month they said they can’t repair the phone unless otherwise I pay a sum of Rs.1100/- for extra charges. Due to this reason, I have collected this mobile from the USTOMER CARE and again approached to the shop – Wave Telecom Centre, Model Town for getting it repaired without cost but they said they can’t do nothing in this subject.

                                        I can't understand as to why they are not repairing this new handset during Warranty period going on with Nokia Mobile, we are suffering since last 4 months & its also creating a problem, tension & our wastage of time & follow-up with your NOKIA CENTRE.

                                        As this problem is a manufacturing defect, I request you to kindly arrange to take necessary action for replacement of the defective mobile with a new handset within a fortnight period, other wise I will be compelled to lodge my complaint with consumer court for suitable action or otherwise initiate legal step.

                                        An early reply will be highly appreciated

                                        Sub: Complaint regarding problems with N 81 mobile.We hav purchased this N81 few months back.Initially for about 4 months we had no problems with our set but a few weeks back this mobile has all of a sudden stopped working, therez no display, no sound, no light, not getting charged.
                                        When i complained the store owner, he informed me that he will have to send it to delhi for repairing cannot be done here at hyderabad.He also stated that it will cost me 4000 rupess as i will have to bear the charges of sending this mobile to delhi to the nokia care center.I do not understand as to what measure i shd take up, as already i had shelled out so much amount over this set and yet again i m being asked to shell out rupees 4000 to get it repaired.Why is nokia company not making sure that its nokia care centres shd b present at evry city, and specially hyd...these centres at hyd are not in a position to diagnose the problems wth my n81 set.Authorities pay attention to my complain or i will move a step ahead and complain to the consumer forum..Take action immediately and let me knw as to what do i need to do wth this dumb set..I will wait for ur email in this regard.
