[Resolved] Nokia 6300 — LOW BATTERY BACK UP
I am Dr.L.Ravikumar, from Trivandrum, Kerala, India.I am sending this mail for your information and kind follow up, which i think nokia company must act urgently.
I have purchased a mobile phone Nokia 6300(IMEI:[protected]) on 7th August 2008 from TWINS MOBILE COMMUNICATION, Capital tower Statue, Trivandrum, Kerala paying Rupees 7352/- (Rupees Seven thousand three hundred and fifty two) vide bill number 3325 dated 7th AUGUST 2008.As per instruction i charged the phone and am using the same with great disappointment.I could get charge for battery only for half a day.
I am using mobile phone for the last so many years and it is an unavoidable part of my life and profession.This new mobile phone is giving me so much trouble as after recharging it i can use it only for half a day and after that it is getting swithed off.So many clients of mine and my superior officilals are of angry with me thinking that i am switching off the phone unnecessarily and this affects my job.
It is stated in your catalogue that this phone will be providing battery back up for 3.5 talking hours.I have personally contacted the mobile phone shop and they changed the battery yesterday and the above said situation continues which is causing me a lot hardship to me.I again contacted the mobile shop today, but they told me that they are hepless and this type of mobile phone is having such so many complaints and the company will be staing so many things in their catalogue and all are not true or rather false.
Such type of statements from a dealer of NOKIA is not at all fair, which forced me to purchase a MOTOROLA handset.I was a regular user of NOKIA for the last 10 years.
I request your goodself to look in to the matter urgently
