    Dear Sir,

    I have recently purchased Nokia E90 on 21 june 08 and today on 21 july 08 its to my suprise that all of a sudden the inner screen is not working and that too the phone hangs a lot of time. The charger is also very unusual it works on some socket and not on all sockets .The IMEI of the phone is [protected].Spending a hefty amount for such a poor quality work is never expected from a company like Nokia. I would request that if my complaint can be checked urgently or if my handset could be changed ASAP without any delay.Would appreciate if i get a quick answer to my complaint.

    Nokia E90 — Phone not working

    I am absolutely disappointed by their services and their Quality
    my phone gets rebot alteast 30 times in a day automatically and your
    nokia care people have no solution to that apart from reloading its
    software.I think that was not acceptable from a brand like Nokia but
    sorry to say that is even worse then thought.

      I purchased on mobile handset 1650 from Microtel mobile centre at virar(w) on 27/04/2008. After 4 days, Its FM gone out of order. So I approached Nokia care centre (Microtel care centre, virar(W). After
      30 days back its get repaired(Appr.Date 30/06/2008).Again 15 days its FM gone faulty ie FM not switchoff even though connected removed. For Switch off FM I have to switch off mobile. So I again
      approached to same Nokia centre but they are not ready to accept their mistake they only told me that water is entered in your mobile.

      I asked him to replace the handset but they are not ready to change the handset.

          Dear sir,

          I have been using Nokia 3230 for more than last 3 years during which the phone required some repair three times. This year in the month of Jan. there was no display in the phone and the phone was got repaired from your noida sector 2 C Care centre.

          The problem arised again and the phone was given agian to your Noida Sector 2 Centre vide Job Sheet No. [protected] on 09-07-08. IMEI No. is [protected].

          On 17-07-08 my phone was returned back without repair and charged Rs. 112/= from me. I was told that the can not be repaired

          I am very sorry to say that that how Nokia can say that the phone can not be repaired. Now, could you please tell me what should I do with this handset.

          IT IS ENTIRELY NOKIA'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT IF THE HANDSET CAN NOT BE REPAIRED IT SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER AFTER ADJUSTING SOME JUSTIFIED AMOUNT.

          Please revert back any solution.

          NOKIA Model No. 3230 — Repairing

          Dear Sir:
          My son - Capt. Rahul Gupta purchased a mobile phone Model No. 3230 on 22th February 2007 from New Chauhan Electronics vide Receipt No. 7703, 109/99 Nehru Nagar, Kanpur - 208012. The phone was having a MENU NOT OPEN PROBLEM LIQUID DAMMAGE as per the job sheet Number[protected]/071213/81 of December 13, 2007 of NOKIA Care, APEX, UGA 12 SOM DUTT PLAZA KANPUR. The status shows that the phone is unserviceable. After contacting them previously they told me that phone set will be sent to Lucknow for further repair and they asked Rs. 500/- for getting further repairing after paying Rs. 110 handling charges to them vide receipe No.15569 dated 13.12.2007. When the set was purchased no where it was told us that please save the set from rain otherwise guarrenty/warrenty will be terminated at once. And if it is true then a set belongs to NOKIA then what is the problem with the company in repairing it. One thing is hurting to a customer when the set was given to NOKIA Care at Kanpur it was working and receiving the message etc only there was problem on the screen due to rain drops went inside the screen. Now it is totaly dead. In such conditions it seems that the set is further damaged by technicians handling the set at different places either in Kanpur or Lucknow. Therefore it would be highly appreciated if you please look into the matter seriously and kindly informe me accordingly at the earliest. The mobile is still with your office at Kanpur and the process too for getting it in working condition. Please I have contacted to MS. GEETA regarding the same on phone no.[protected].           NOKIA-3230,NOKIA — NO GRANTEE OR REPAIR

          DEAR SIR,
          I HAVE PURCHASE A NOKIA-3230 FROM A RETAIL SHOP WITH PURCHASE BILL AND AFTER 4 MONTHS IT STATRED GIVIN ME PROBLEMS .THEN I WENT TO NOKIA CARE AT PATNA AFTER KEEPING IT FOR 1 AND HALF MONTH THEY RETURNED THE SAME WITH MORE PROBLEMS .NOW IT DOSE NOT WORK AT NOT EVEN SWITHING ON, ERLIAR THE MOBILE WAS BETTER . MY GRANTEE WILL EXPAIRE IN THE MONTH OF MARCH. SO KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT STEP SHOULD I TAKE FURTHER.

          nokia model 3230 — still not repaired

          i purchased a nokia model 3230 in june 2007 but in dec 2007 its display was gone. so i deposited it with nokia care vide job sheet no[protected]/071230/7 dt 30/12/2007. i got the swaped set after 25 days but that was not able to recharge so again i deposited with the same place vide job sheet no[protected]/080203/29 dated 03/02/2008. then i again gor a swaped set on 15/02/2008 but this set was very old to use and full of scratch. so i refused to accept and again send it to nokia vide job sheet no[protected]/080215/20 dated 15/02/2008. i am fed up with the nokia product and service as i am suffered from last two months and still wotking without my phone which is ver important to my office projects but nobody is going to help me in nokia.

          nokia/ 3230 — repairing mobile

            Hello

            I bought a Nokia N82 from a Authorised Nokia agent in Hyderabad on Jan 11th 2008.Unfortunately on Feb 25th 2008 I had an issue that my phone gets switched off automatically and I went to a Authorised Nokia Customer care center : -- S S Electronics, Shop no 22, 23, Basement, M G Road, Secunderabad on 25th Feb 2008 and they issued a job sheet with the No :[protected]/080225/60 which they told would be rectified in a week or so.I happen to go there every week and its more than 5months they have not returned my phone and also mention that I would get it next week when ever I visit them.I also called up to the Nokia careline who give me a complete different picture when ever I call them they mention that the Nokia phone has been repaired and in good condition and I can collect it immediately from the mentioned Nokia Customer care center and they have given a job no on phone which is 2-2VX9Q5 and also mentioned that the phone would be replaced with a new piece if the Nokia in Secunderabad fails to give my phone in the mentioned timelimit.I have hardly used this phone for 20days and it costed me 23000 which till date SHAMELESS NOKIA MANAGEMENT has not given me my phone.I kindly request the management of Nokia to atleast respond to this mail and replace my phone or refund me the amount.
            I'm sick and tired of my damn nokia phone, First i bought a 6270, had issues within 4 months, and I take to the nokia service center and the Folks representing Nokia Say i dont have warranty and the warranty was expired even before the invoice date of the mobile phone, and then I had spend another day to walk in to the Priority Nokia dealer from where i purchased, and then the same representative took my phone got it LCd strip , Which took another 3 months, and later the phone did not work for even 2 days, I took the phone back to the same service center, and the representative complaints saying that the issue is with my usage and that i slide the phone hard. and this time i have to pay for it even though the warranty was still on the phone, People Just gave me run around, Im sick and tired of this phone which is lying in a box good and dead for nothing, paid RS 14, 000/- used for less than 4 months. Would have never bought a nokia if i knew the service was so bad. Its time they change the way service works(after sales) like a online survey. So we can directly let them know whats happening. I wish i had my Old 3310 and bought a digital camera instead. :-(
            I have similar experience with Nokia cell. Where can I get Nokia’s top management email id so that I can escalate the issue.

                I had taken N72 nokia mobile from on of the nokia vendor- SILICON TELEPOINT PVT. LTD., 14, CHITARANJAN AVENUE, KOLKATA-700072 on 13.6.2008. Even not a month has been crossed I have to face a problem that the battery of the my mobile started giving very low backup. I had contacted with nearby nokia care(CRAZY INFOVISION 83, GOLAGHATA ROAD KOLKATA) they said that the battery was to be replace and it take about 12 days. But when I go there after 15 days they said it will take another 7-days. They even doesn't given me a backup battery.
                Now I am facing another problem that my mobile can't able to charge any battery in it even if I left it charging whole night and I also not able to connect to internet through this mobile, I had taken my mobile to the nokia care they either there is software problem else it has to be send to headoffice for replacement and it will again taken somedays.
                If any concerning person reading this please give me a solution for this I am very thankfull to him/her for this

                  I have Purchased My Nokia 3110c on 15/02/2008. From last Month it giving problem. Getting restart again & again when insert a memory card. Getting restart again & again when i switch on the mobile. I have scanned the memory card & there is no virus in the memory card. Two times it will restart & third time phone will switched off. Again i have to restart the phone. It will work properly then. Some time it will not even restart for 2 days. Now when i removed memory card it started but showing No service & network is not showinh. But I am totally frustrated. This is some thing to do with the phone it self. I need replacement for the same mobile. Kindly do the need full with in a week.

                  Nokia — Nokia 3110c is creating lots of problem

                  I have a problem with my nokia 3110c model set which i bought 6 months before. The problem started just after bying, the phone switches off and restarts of its own, i have gone through nokia care they have updated the software but the problem still persist, now i dont know what to do the nokia had created a lots of problem regarding to this handset, not only me many customers are in the same complain but they are not coming in front meanwhile nokia can only give reasons to the problem but never solved. I want that u should take strict action against it. Plz i am in hope that u can feel the inconvinence created by nokia to the consumers. Please pay attention to my complain and take actions soon my contact no. [protected]
                  We should work together and claim against nokia
                  I purchased a NOKIA 3110 Classic mobile on[protected]. On[protected] the
                  mobile did not respond, so I contacted with the local Nokia service center Kolkata, Girish Park center. They told me that the mobile have some technical problem. So i deposited my mobile to them, they gave me a receipt of mobile deposit slip and assured me that they repair my mobile within 15 to 20 days.

                  I am requesting you to give me a brand new mobile because the repaired mobile
                  might give some problem in future and i don’t want to take back this repaired mobile.

                  Please do the needful at the earliest possibility.

                  Noika 3110 — Brand new Mobile purchased and not working

                  Sir,

                  Please note that my son Mr. Ashish Sharma, working in Pune has purchased new mobile handset model 3110 from M/s. New Mobile Care Sales and Service, FC Road, Pune on 6.6.2009 for Rs. 4000/-. It is to be noted that the mobile has lost all the functions and can not be even switched ON. My son went to the abvove shopkeeper and requested for the replacement. But the shopkeeper refused to replace it and suggested that the same can be repaired at Nokia Service Centre.

                  Since, it is a new mobile set purchased from reputed manufacturer i.e. Nokia, it is requested to kindly direct the shopkeeper to replace it with an intimation in above regard to undersigned. If proper action is not taken, we may go to consumer court for the redressal.

                    I am having a Cell phone of NOKIA make-model N70, which i have purchased one and half year back. While working on net Nokia Web site, Nokia popup appeared, saying "Update your Phone software". I tried to update the software, but the phone became blank. I have written to NOKIA customer care and got reply suggesting to contact nearest NOKIA customer care. I had contacted to M/S Shreejee enterprises -LG3 B5 Raj Nagar Ghaziabad ( authorised Nokia C Care) and handed over my phane to them.They kept the phone for three day and returned with out repair and charged me Rs.113/-.Again i had written to customer care but they did not care. My phone has been damaged by nokia up date software and further damaged by Nokia care centers.
                    In short I would like to state that NOKIA CARE are cheating their customers and Nokia company is tempting their phone users to get thier sets dameged by phone update softare.Please find below the correspondance:
                    Dear sir,

                    On your advice i have sent my phone to nearest customer care center M/S Shreejee Enterprises LG3, B5 RDC raj nagar Ghaziabad. They kept the phone for two days and returned it to me with out repairing it and charged Rs 113/- as service charges and advised me verbally to send the phone to Noida nokia customer care centre.
                    I am unable to understand what type of services your service centres are providing to customers.
                    My phone was working all right till i have tried to update phone software. I[censored]pdation of software is so dangerous, why Nokia popups are displayed, while connecting the phone to laptop on internet and prompt the user to update the software .why not Nokia strongly suggest that one should not up date the phone software him self and strongly recommend to get it updated through service center.

                    I am unable to understand the intent of Nokia company, to get their sets damaged by updating softwares and harassing their customers .I wont mind loosing my phone, if it would have got damaged by any other reason but by marely updating the software is intolerable to me.
                    I am in terribly sad and seek your appropriate advice on the matter.

                    I have contacted Nokia care line and on his advice sent the cell phone to HCL INFINET LTD- A-78, Sector-2 NOIDA U P. They kept the phone for 6 Days and returned the same with out repairs in the same condition. They have again charged me Rs.112/- as service charges.
                    Now i do not know what to do with my phone.
                    NOKIA people are cheating their customers. My cell phone got damaged while updating software, for which NOKIA flashes massages and prompt customers to update softwares and get the cell phone damaged.

                    NOKIA CARE centers are also cheating customers and not providing any services only charging with out carrying out repairs.


                    I would be filling a complaint in consumer forum for this.

                      Good Day,
                      I submitted my mobile phone (under warranty) for poor tower on 11.06.08, at Nokia care –R.T. Nagar, Bangalore, on vigorous follow-up on 26.06.08 care center given information that your mobile is beyond repairable, hence new mobile will be provide as replacement.
                      On 16.07.08 I collected the so called new mobile phone, inserted SIM & battery found lot of scratches on the screen also found lot of messages in inbox, lot of contact numbers (around 85) in mobile memory. Hence I conformed it is used mobile set.
                      Requested NOKIA Customer care officer / Product care office ‘Not to cheat the customers’ say the actual (I was expecting the repaired mobile). If this continues you may loose bunch of customer at every complaint.

                        bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs & when we press the keypad key there is problem of wrong key pad dialing.we already go to an authorised service center N.R.I. COMMUNICATION, O-9 LAJPAT NAGAR-II NEW DELHI-110024, TEL:[protected],[protected], they charge us 962/- as a sevice charge but we still face the problem, bill is attached. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have brought a nokia set model no.-6500 slider on 1 jan 2008 for Rs.15249/- vide invoice no. DEL/01058/00001/0001 from mobile store ( Aggarwal Mall, pitampura)which is not working properly since very begaining.I have already reported in nokia care (Kohat Enclave ) twice for the same.but no invain.
                          The set has the following problems:

                          a) Display image out of control.
                          b) Ring tone out of control.
                          c) It hangs frequently.
                          d) songs change frequently in mamory card

                          Iam fed up with this phone and your customer care services.It is therefore requested that either you replace this set with a new one or refund my money immediately otherwise i would be forced to take the matter to the count of law for demages, because of this my work is suffering even i wasted too much money because of this set.

                            I bought a Nokia N82 on Jan 11 2008 and on 25 Feb 2008 I had a problem with my N82 and gave it to Nokia Official Customercare(S S Electronics S.D.Road at Paradise) Secunderabad.The following are the Details :--

                            I went numerous times to Nokia care and also called the Nokia National customer care which seperately registered many complaints with the phone complaint no :--2-2VX9Q5 but till date the phone is not available till date and they always ask me to come back after 2 3days everytime I go there and on the national nokia care phone center they say that the phone is already repaired and I can collect it from the Nokia care at S.D Road but when I go there they do not have the phone.Please Please help me I have not used it even for a month.Thank you

                              This is sanjeev i had given my nokia n73 music edition to repair in a nokia service centre which is in rajajinagar i have given it past 3 months back the complaint was the cell was switching off if it use and it was asking for inserting sim even the sim was there in the cell so i have given the cell and told to serive centre about the problem but after 2 months they told the cell will be replaced by new one so even i had finished the proceedure by giving 50 rupees stam paper, address proof, idproof and even a photo actually even 1 month over giving all that information the manager of that service centre is telling that he had sent all documents to main office but there are not having the stock of n73 music edition so if i didnt get my cell back i go to consumer court in short time so please dont test my patiention and get my cell back

                              My complaint regarding of my Head Set.
                              I have purchased my N 73M Phone on 19-Dec07.
                              After some days it was not proper working. I gave it to Nokia Care of Janak puri(Global Communication) on 8-Jan. They had made me fool upto 1 Month say it would be replace but still not. Delivery date was Jan-25 but i received on 25-Feb, which gave me was totally different of N73 head set. I am too upset. do something Positive to me. I said to him write down on my job sheet that you are unable to provide services on time, I wil collect from Head office at OKHLA, He replied (OKHALA VALE TUMHARE LIYE NAHI BATHE HAI) AND (MAI NAHI LIKH KE DUNGA).i m still rounding there. Please Keep Good Employees for services. They do rude behavior with customers Otherwise Close This Care Shop.

                              Nokia — taking long time in repairing

                              I gave one 2626 handset to BALAJI NCC UDUPI on 19 sep for repair .the job sheet no is[protected]/080919/55.they told me that some software problem is there n we'll have to send it to banglore n it will take 15 to20 days .but till now i hav'nt got my set.

                              I must tell here that the company can't harass n tease its customers like this.On the name of free services they feel that they can do whatever way they think.

                              NOKIA/ mobile N-73 — 3 months without repair

                              After 20 days o[censored]se of the new set(N-73), the battery is not getting charged. It is frequently getting hanged and the set has to be formated causing losing of important data.
                              I have given the set for reepair 3 times but the problem could not be rectified. I also not been able to use the set as it is always aith your repair centre.
                              I would request you to kindly look into the matter and I should be suitable compensated for all the worries and tension that your company product has done to me.

                                I had given my mobile 6500s at jail road service centre on 2.7.2008 vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/080702/6 dtd. 2.7.08 alongwith original battery. I had purchase this phone on 24.2.08 (IMEI NO. [protected]). I have not yet received my phone till today i.e 16.7.08 after repeated requests and mails. Now I want to replace this phone and request you to please replace this phone due to manufacturing defect. please inform me on my phone [protected] when can i collect the new phone in lieu of this defected phone. thanks

                                      i am one of the customer of your company. i have bought Nokia 5610 in month of May, 2008 . I heard a lot of about Nokia 5610 ...that's why I have bought this Handset. earlier i was using Sony Erricson Handset and I was very much satisfied with Sony Ericcson service and i think they provide better service than you.
                                      Actually my handset Nokia5610 gets hang frequently, since i have bought this product. when i came to one of your's nokia care, which is located at Preet Vihar (203-B, Aditya Arcade, IInd Floor, Adj. NIIt, Preet Vihar, Delhi -110092) to get upgrade my handset software. One of the representative told to leave the handset for one day. I asked for stand by and he denied to provide that. He told that Nokia Care do not provide stand by. then he sent me to manager of the center (Mr. Arvind Kumar). I got same reply from him and also get reply that he is not able to provide stand by to the customer who's handset is taking more than 20 days to get repaired.
                                      Now this is not my problem that how you are taking care of those customer. I want to know that if i believe Nokia Product so I believe that Nokia will provide me best customer care to make long relation with his company. If i would have known that I will face such problem with your 13000/- handset which is Nokia 5610 i should have not gone for it. and I should have bought Sony Ericcson Mobile which provides better fetures than Nokia as well customer service. Or else I should have bought chinese Handset with same feature or better than Nokia 5610 fetures only in[protected] rs . I have bought Nokia 5610 to receive my important calls and make calls from my handset. not only to listen music. And if your Customer care can not provide stand by for one day than I am sorry to say but i will never suggest to anyone to go for Nokia product.
                                      I have seen one thing in your Nokia Care that Hcl has written " Better Service For Customer" but I think these are only wordings rest is worthless and i am sure it will get impact on your company relationship with customers..
                                      Now I need your reply within 7 days regarding this otherwise for very sure i will have to take other action against your company and it may be consumer forum. And than it will get impact on your company's repo in corporate world.
                                      I hope i will get reply very soon and my handset will be upgraded vis-a-vis stand by for one day.

                                        ihave nokia n-95, 8gb.but it is giving problem.some of the keys are not working .i have shown here at nokia care centre, gulbarga.after two days they told me that they are sending the set to bangalore for repair.

                                        today i asked them, but they have not yet send it till today.they are giving silly reasons that supply was not there, they will send in bulk and so on.

                                        sir i am an engineer and my all work is stopped .i need a standby handset.i request you to provide.i want to know how many days you take to repair it.
