[Resolved]  Nokia 701 — motherboard problem in my new mobile

I purchasd Nokia 701 phone 9/12/2011 from Nokia Priority dealer,jamshedpur that phone price is 17799 rs but 1 month after there is some software problem .my bill no is 11566
I gave my Nokia701 Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care for reparing purpose nokia care job sheet no is[protected]/120214/26.but 1 week after that mobile returned me coustemer care member told me that your mobile is ok, but my mobile software is not working properly that time also then a other problem is created my mass memory of that mobile was not showing my mass memory is 8GB .then i further dave him for solving that problem he told me that mobile motherboard is lossed i will repair it.
but my problem is that i dont want to take repair mobile plese give me new mobile set because my set was new and also in warrenty period so plese give me a new set otherwise
i will complain about nokia mobile and nokia coustemer care members in consumer foram
and nokia head office.

plese solve my problem as possible as soon.

Nokia — problem with new nokia N95

i bought nokia N95 from nokia care around 2 weeks back n i m having problem with slider of phone.. it is rocking around its long axis like see-saw (as if slight motion around a point...may be its loose or something).. i consulted a nokia care executive and he says its normal but i dont feel so..what should i do ??

Nokia — my new nokia mobile is not working

i purchase mobile of nokia 2730 after one month when i purchased i get a problem in that like light blinking, hanging, discharge, on off.
i submitted my mobile in nokia service center 5 times but they still not able to repair my mobile or even they r not replacing my mobile

Nokia — new nokia mobile set problem

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased one Nokia 6303i, IMEI No - [protected] set from M/s Mobile World, 4, Birsa Tourist Complex, Main Road, Ranchi on 01.05.2010 invoice no. 9561 dtd. 01.05.2010. Soon after purchase the set started giving trouble, set was shown to the M/s Mobile World and on his advice the set was handed over on 02.09.2010 for replacement /repairing to M/s Nirmal Enterprises, LIA Complex, 2 nd Floor, PP Compound, Ranchi, ( job sheet no.[protected]/1000902/22 ) an authorised NOKIA CARE CENTER. I am really very sorry to state that after lapse of more that 2.5 months I have not received back my hand set. Every time when I contact the NOKIA CARE CENTER they give some excuse and ask me to come later. Such approach and attitude does not reflect the image of Nokia company. In long term such attitude will affect adversely your customer base.
In this context you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.
