I have Nokia 7210 Supernova Mobile while hearing songs in Music Player inside Setting Option there is option of Equalizer but this is not opening when ever I want to open this option it shows me the message of operation failed So please tell me what is the problem in my mobile & by which way i can solve this problem I am waiting for your response as soon as possible.
We have the same problem regarding a Nokia 7210 supernova on "operation failed" both video and music player...please help me how to fix the problem???

nokia mobile (supernova) — damage the part of Sim card
my mobile in a warranty I lost my bill alsowhen i insert Sim card that time this part was break
then i go to Nokia care center
they told me this damage we will not accept call customer care
then i call customer care officer told me 48 hour we get back you
they are not responding now pls help me what can i du now?
