Dear Sir,

with due respect, i AKASH PUSHKAR presently studying in an engineering college of roorkee - a third electronics student.

yesterday, i went to nokia care in name of :KAPIL ENTERPRISES,CIVIL-LINES ROORKEE,.for my nokia phone .they diagonised my phone and sait that it is a case of liquid -logged.so ,we can't cover it under warranty.i told them to give me in written so that i can escalate the case. they denied it.

i called to nokia customer careline. they said that go to service centre , we will not share anything with you.
i asked them that i need proper explanation of water logging as in my best knoledge, there is no such thing.
they call it their policy where no one can get satisfaction in trouble. i am a student and literate and i know that how to use my cell phone.i asked them that is there any special nokia phone for cold areas like dehradun, roorkee ,. you can't treat all sets with same policy.if it is moisture in my phone , it may be due to their mistake as i have already given my set to them and or may due to the atmospheric conditions.

i ask you that where is my fault
please take it seriously, i request you.

    Nokia handset no 3110 — Many

    Hi,
    I have bought Nokia 3110 on 11th Feb 2008 from Subhiksha, Faridabad. From the very first month it is creating issues. i have submitted this to nokia care 4 times. Jobsheets nos are as follows:-
    1.[protected]/080229/22 on 29th Feb Due to No Bluetooth Connection

    2.[protected]/080404/25 on 4th April. Due to data could not be saved in Phone.

    3.[protected]/080726/30 on 26th July 2008. Due to Non Incoming Audio

    4.[protected]/080726/31 on 26th July. Due to Data can not be saved.

    Its vary shameful for you that during this 6 months i have many problems with your new handset. Please erase these this or issue me a new handset. even its hands free wre is also not working.
    We are totally fed up with Nokia. you has a brand name in the market. so please keeping that fact in mind do the needful for us.

    Nokia 3110 Handset — No response from Nokia care to repair handset

    Dear Sir,
    My Nokia 3110 handset is not working since dt. 16th Jan-2011. It displays contact service message only. I carried it to Nokia care ,R.P.road , Jalna for repair. Nokia care service person checked it & told me that it is not repairable now. Pl. help me to resolve the issue as earliest.

      i have recieved a sms stating that my mobile number has won $350,000 pounds in the in the ongoing UK nokia promo, for claims i need to call[protected].
      i donot live in the uk and i donot even own a nokia phone. i think this is a scam and should be investigated

      i have received a call from delhi, , the person was saying that he today mornig only came from UK for giving my prize, , that is 3, 65, 000 pounds and 2 nokia mobile phone... which was worn in Nokia Uk Promo...on his 142 anniversay ...that person called me from new delhi no. that is [protected] and he was talkng in uk language but i gess he is an indian person but talking in uk language.. he told me to deposite 22, 600/- to in STATE BANK OF INDIA. A/C No. [protected]. on th name of Manoj.. his pan card no is AW0PM2546B... I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS AN INDIAN PERSON NAME WHERE AM GOING TO DEPOSITE he told me that this is His Agent account no... and he was forcing me to deposite as soon as possible to his account...he told me that he will be living to katmandu to by monday for same prize distribution...

      plz help me for this wether this is scam of true..

      I too received a call from the same guy from the same number. I didn't act suspicious, but I told him I wasn't in India and that he will have to wait as he had no other alternative. He was puzzled and kept the phone down. I asked him for his identity and proof that he was authentic and he had no answer. I guess these guys should be taken to task. If at all we manage to meet him in person make sure you have the necessary backup in place.
      It is a fake email/sms from a scammer. Google, Yahoo, Rediff etc dont run such lotteries. You can receive such an email/sms named from anyone and you may even get a link to some fake lottery or lucky draw website. But its all a part of the scam to take your credit card number or charge you in some way or force you to send them a payment. Once they receive the payment its impossible to track down. By the way I would suggest you do not use gmail as it keeps all the data from its users though its deleted and it could be used against you anywhere. Be careful where you give out your personal info next time.

        I purchased mobile set on 7.11.2009. Memory capacity as displayed in the set is 6.8 MB against 17MB displayed in friend's Nokia 6303classic mobile set. The show room staff could not give convincing reply for query made in person on 02.12.2009. The answer is confusing. I was told that if memory capacity increased the set will develop problems and I may not be able to use it properly. Please be kind enough to clarify the doubt and do the needful.

        i m facing d same problem_____________ actually my phone memory space varies automatically without being installing any application___ furthur my phone restarts automatically when i go through my recorded video or also during capturing a video____ plz anybody help watz exactly d problem is!!!
        I was downloading stuff from phone to computer and suddenly the screen of the fun came off, just a background light on, but nothing else, plain.
        I disconnected the USB cable from the phone and the phone was still the same.
        I pressed the buttom to turn it off but it didn't work, didn't do anything.
        So, to turn it completely off I took the battery off.
        Once I put it back, it never turned on again.
        The phone has only 2 months since I bought it in Spain, through the official Nokia website.
        Could you please help me?
        I can't believe that with only 2 months life the phone doesn't work anymore !!

            I given my mobile Nokia N73 having small display problem, without cheaking any thing they told it will cost Rs2.250 to change the display,but withour doing any thing they taken the money ,two times same problem repeated,then i shown to another Nokia care ,they told taht i got cheated they didn't change any thing in retun they spoiled the hand set without technical knowldge. again i given the hand set to said agency,they told traht some other problem and i again need to pay money but they are not sure of rectifying. i contact nokia help line their response also negligent,ref no:1-[protected]

                  I am using nokia 9300 since 2 years. Now i am getting some problems in my mobile. keypads are not working properly. i went to nokia service centre. they told to replace with new keypad strip this is old model we dont have the spare parts of nokia 9300 like that. Please let me know where can i get this spares (Keypad strip nokia 9300).

                      I purchased one Nokia BL-5C battery for my mobile handset 6600 on 05.08.2009. But the said battery has been giving trouble since purchasing. The battery de-links from suppling power to mobile hand-set very often(some times after 2hours, 5hours etc.) resulting intermittently switched off of the mobil set. The trouble is giving too while the same is put to different Nokia sets. I complained to the shop from where I purchased, M/s LIMTON private Limited, 13 & 14 B B D Bag, Kolkata-700 001 on 30.11.2009 but the people of M/s LIMTON did not pay any attention of my problems since they were ready to pay only 5 minutes to watch the problems. I explained the problem elaborately and requested to keep hold the battery for at least hours togather, but got no result. Ultimately I returned without getting any result. My request is, how do I get the problem resolved?

                      Nokia — Nokia BL-5C faulty battery

                      I had registered online in Nokia's online battery replacement form many months ago. Till now the irresponsible management of Nokia has not sent the battery to me. They say that the battery has been sent. So, where is it now?

                      sir as you know that some time ago some of the nokia phone betttery were found faulty mine was one of them so as directed by nokia help center i submitted my bettry no. on nokia site and they assured me that my new bettery will be supplied by currier very soon.
                      but sir after two months i cant get my bttry so i went to the nokia costomer care center in bikaner ganpati plaza. they told me that the online bettry replacement service was paused by the company and now i have to complain again to cos. care. so i complained again but they did not gave me any complain nos..
                      sir after one months i asked them if my bettery arrived but they said whenever bettery come they will inform. but sir till today i can't get my bettry replaced.

                      i own nokia n 70 phone ,in which i received bl 5c defective battery which i checked and confirmed on nokia web site. Foe replacement of battery i filled request form on nokia web site also called customer care nearly six times
                      everytime customer care assured me the about getting replacement of batterry in 15 days

                      Recently ( a week back) I have purchased a Nokia set. The problem is even after charging the battery as per their direction it is not getting charged normally and getting out immediately. I have taken this to their service centre but the way they react is something funny, simply to avoid the customer. My suggestion is that do not buy Nokia sets in future as their reputation has gone.
                      I want to aware Kolkata people of not taking any mobile phones or accessories from M/s LIMTON private Limited, 13 & 14 B B D Bag, Kolkata-700 001 as my mobile phone 5130 and 5220 both got poor battery backup problem since when i buy. I asked Mr Sanjeev Chopra the owner of the shop to replace the battery as it was within 2days of purchase but they illtreated with me and ask me to go to service centre.But the service centre unable to help me out and ask me to go to limton for change battery. Now i do not get any solution and this shop not only cheated me but also cheated few of our known people by selling faulty phones. Will there be any remedy for those victimized customers? How long Mr Chopra will decieve the customers? I am waiting for the answer.

                          SIR,
                          i have purchased nokia 5130 last year in dec-2008.

                          since then i have been facing few problems in my handset::

                          * it does hang very often.
                          * the contacts stored are not displayed, or get hidden automatically.
                          but while dialing that particular no. the name on that is displayed .
                          but still phonebook denies the existence of such a name.

                          with this problem i have visited few times to ur nokia care at rudrapur.
                          they just update the software ,it woks for few days but then again the same problem persists.
                          i have updated the software few times,but it seems a continuous process.which is not possible for me to go to your nokia care every month.

                          hence you are requested to kindly rectify my problem permanently or change my handset at the earliest.and maintain our faith in your company.

                          My name is Naveen Kumar I own Nokia 5220 (Xpress Music). Some times people at the other end complain there is low voice from my end. Just because its under warrenty, I went to NOKIA care Gurgaon (near Rajiv Nagar). To my surprise for the first time in my life I have seen such executives sitting at customer care they only knows to turn around things. who ever go there will only have the feeling that they rather go to some private service centre to get their mobile repaired by paying money.Same thing happened with me also one service engineer opened my mobile and started telling me that water has gone inside . I told him clearly that its not possible because I use my mobile very carefully and also I make very sure not carry my mobile in my pockets while it rains... Then he told water means no need of water even moisture,,, I asked him its not even winter then how do you expect moisture inside.. All these kind of stories he told me and I left the place with out telling any thing because by that time I understood that they are sitting there only to do some time passing ,,, never to help...MY ONLY CONCERN IS HOW COULD HE DECIDE THAT ITS MAL FUNCTIONING even when he didnt even care to test it.

                          Hi,
                          I bought the nokia 5130 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is on, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under at ahmedabad after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to your dealer has open mobile,so company has no response me . Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
                          Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I would like to bring to your notice that I have bought NOKIA LUMIA 710 Black color on 21st March'2012
                          IMEI-- [protected] and since then I've been facing problem with the handset as it is not working properly.

                          The very next day of my purchase I've submitted this handset to your service centre and
                          since then we've been visiting your service centre regularly. They have also exchanged
                          my phone with another handset on 16th April'2012. but the handset which i received had some scratched for which
                          I've complained but did not got any positive feedback.But then again the problem was not sorted
                          out and now since this is the fourth time when I had submitted the handset with your service center,
                          as no one yet has understood the real cause behind the problem. still my handset is with N R I communication,
                          O-9, first floor, Lajpat Nagar , Part - 2, New Delhi-110024. My job sheet no.[protected] / 120730 / 109. submitted on 30th July'2012

                          I've spent 14,400 on the same and I am not at all satisfied with the product.
                          Kindly come out with a permanent solution to my genuine problem as soon as possible.
                          Looking forward for your prompt solution and action, otherwise I will left with no option but
                          to approach to consumer court for my legal right.

                            sir i have n78 which is under warrenty. now my phone was hanging and restarting in oct 09 so i got it formated in nokia borivali. when i received my phone its keypad was slitely loose when i complained.they told me to wait for 1 hr and their officials said it is now perfect and fine. but one month later my left side ringer was showing problem and when i once again gave it to them they said that your keypad has been sticked by glue and we will not take it as a warrenty and you have to pay 1550 rs for changing its module.when i said that it is being opened by your guys onlyand last time i complained about it also and when i showed them jobsheet of that they said that still i will have to pay re 1550 as it will be taken as non warrenty mobile. please help

                            Nokia N78 — Repair taking more than 45days

                            I bought a nokia N78 mobile on 24th november 2008 billing wz done on my brothers name, i used nokia software updater to update my mobile and the phone went dead, on 25th november it was sent to nokia care, they replaced me with another set on 3rd january 2009, which was found defected, and was sent again for repair on the same day, i registered complaint in nokia customer care, and they said that i will recieve my phone on 20th jan 2009 on the same nokia care centre where it was submitted, today on 20th when i visited the nokia care centre, they said the phone is still in head office and it will probably take 10 days more.

                            i am experiencing recurring problems with my n78 model hand set. the zoom button doesn't work properly. i cant get the balance message from the service provider also. if i switch off and on, both problem is solved for few hours.then again the same problem. i have submitted the device to customer care 3, 4 times. but the fact is that, the problem arises frequently. the warranty will expire within 1 month. so if the problem arises again i cant claim the service warranty. i request you to swap the device.

                              I bought a nokia 7210 the last year...and now m facing serius problems with it.
                              For the last two months its battery was losing charge faster than normal. very often it was getting hanged or switched off... and while switching on the mobile sometimes a white screen was being displayed.
                              Then the musicplayer in it was also not working.
                              And even more worse..when on 15th feb 2010, , suddenly my phone got switched off on its own and when i switched it on, i found that all my personal settings, messages, calendar notes, recordings(saved on phon memory)...all are lost totally. Even the graphics and tones that i got along with purchase which were in-built in the phone memory are also lost...
                              And the worst thing which is concerning me the most now is...my phone memory was actualy 26mb(appx)...which now has reduced to only 11mb(appx).
                              I hve gone to a nokia care where they said hve to pay them Rs.200 for some software updation for which they will give me a 1 month warranty only. Also they said that if i dont update the software in a regular manner, i have to face such problems.
                              My family is using nokia for the last 7yrs(almost). Even we influence our friends and relatives to buy nokia phone only..but i have to face such problems!!! its really distressing..
                              i have already made complaints in the nokia complaint section...but there were no response...
                              i hope u will see to this problem as soon as possible, at least.

                                I have bought a Nokia Mobile(Model 6300-[protected]) Last Sep-2008. Still it is under warranty Peroid .In it I meet many problem. I encounter a problem in that mobile, and i approached nokia care centre. I notice a very poor response from nokia care centre. When i gave for the first time for service, they didnt solved the problem in my mobile and i got without any service.Then i took time and again gave it to nokia care centre,Adyar, Chennai on[protected].Job sheet No:1252. Still, i didnt get back my mobile and when i tried to contact them, they are simply dragging, by extending the delivery date. Till date, im not aware what is happening there. The people over there are irresponsible and didnt even care for the customers. These type of behaviour by nokia care centre will let down the nokia customers. Those service people are not capable of handling customers. This complaint will try to highlight the irresponsible service man and the sufferers like me. Kindly do the needful and improve your service.

                                Nokia 6300 — Problem with the display

                                Dear Sir,
                                I bought this set of mine Nokia 6300 IEMI No. [protected] on 18th October 2007. The set has problem in its diplay screen I went for the Nokia Care and they directed me to wait for a month. They have sent it to the company, which is making me suffer a lot. I am unable to make contacts and has hampered my work. I want it to get replaced as the product is under the Guarantee/ Warrantee period.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have purchased a mobile model 6300 in Dec'2008. I have got problem on LCD which on black spot mark last week. After 5- 7 days it became Staright line . I have lodged complaint No[protected]/091029/1 on dated 29.10.09. In the same time mean to say that the hand set in Warranty period ,there are no external damage. But Service Center told that This work will be done in chargable basis .

                                I request you, Please consider my case we are using 6 nos Nokia Brand mobile in our family last 8 years. For the goodwill the customer, Please reapir / replaced necessory spares as earliest possible.
