Dear Sir,
with due respect, i AKASH PUSHKAR presently studying in an engineering college of roorkee - a third electronics student.
yesterday, i went to nokia care in name of :KAPIL ENTERPRISES,CIVIL-LINES ROORKEE,.for my nokia phone .they diagonised my phone and sait that it is a case of liquid -logged.so ,we can't cover it under warranty.i told them to give me in written so that i can escalate the case. they denied it.
i called to nokia customer careline. they said that go to service centre , we will not share anything with you.
i asked them that i need proper explanation of water logging as in my best knoledge, there is no such thing.
they call it their policy where no one can get satisfaction in trouble. i am a student and literate and i know that how to use my cell phone.i asked them that is there any special nokia phone for cold areas like dehradun, roorkee ,. you can't treat all sets with same policy.if it is moisture in my phone , it may be due to their mistake as i have already given my set to them and or may due to the atmospheric conditions.
i ask you that where is my fault
please take it seriously, i request you.

Nokia handset no 3110 — Many
Hi,I have bought Nokia 3110 on 11th Feb 2008 from Subhiksha, Faridabad. From the very first month it is creating issues. i have submitted this to nokia care 4 times. Jobsheets nos are as follows:-
1.[protected]/080229/22 on 29th Feb Due to No Bluetooth Connection
2.[protected]/080404/25 on 4th April. Due to data could not be saved in Phone.
3.[protected]/080726/30 on 26th July 2008. Due to Non Incoming Audio
4.[protected]/080726/31 on 26th July. Due to Data can not be saved.
Its vary shameful for you that during this 6 months i have many problems with your new handset. Please erase these this or issue me a new handset. even its hands free wre is also not working.
We are totally fed up with Nokia. you has a brand name in the market. so please keeping that fact in mind do the needful for us.
