BATTERY NO.[protected]:0670565There was a complaint in this mobile that the mobile get switched off after a white flash. this prob occured js after 5 months of purchasing... please find attested job sheets......with 3 dates...n take any action....rep on my id...m wating...

Nokia 7210 C — Repair of Nokia Set in Waranty Period

Dear Sir,

I submitted my Nokia mobile phone model 7210 C (Supernova) ESN No [protected] and product no 0581686 for service in warranty to Signature Communications,B-100A,SouthCity-Gurgaon.Signature_ggnnokiacareindia.com) on 24th Aug’09 reporting minor contact problems, with returnable date 8th Sep’09. Job sheet No is[protected]/090824/1 I have bought the mobile set as on dated 11th July’09. I am following up on them after returnable date by giving numerous calls after new date by date given by them, as on 16th Sep’09 they give me this number[protected]. But when I call on this number no proper response given by them.

I am really frustrated to hear this answer from company. But sorry to say that the service which you provided to the customers is really pathetic…What I am planning to do is buy cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definitely this time.

I unable to tell you what problem I am facing……………

Nokia 7210c — Replace mobile phone

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchase a Nokia 7210 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 27/06/2009, After 2 month phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: MOBILE CLINIC, F-7 AMAR PLAZA,OPP. DAULAT BAAG ,AJMER (Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. after 08 sep.09 I can not use my phone. They not doing repaired. I don't know that where is my phone now.

So, please replace the phone (Nokia 7210 IMEI No. [protected]) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the court or other places. But still now they can't give me my phone so what I do now? Job Set No:[protected]/090908/45

Nokia 7210c — no response in dealer &nokia care

i was buy a 7210c mobile from 21/10/2009. after 3 days the mobile get fault the radia not on. i will cntact that mobile store (manikandan mobile store pondy) they told this sowftware prablom you nokia care. that nokia care persontold this is mobile fault i will sent my ho it will take more then 15 days. now want free replacement please help me ,they persons not response me.nokia care jbsheetno:[protected]/091026/17

Nokia 7210c — Misbehavior of Service Center

Sir,
I have purchased a mobile model Nokia 7210c. The set has occurred power problems after some time, it was not switching on. So, I went to Nokia Service Center (Arora Communications) in my city. They deposited my set and issued Service Job Sheet (no.[protected]/091218/10) on 18 Dec. 2009 with NCC no. 284_433527. But after some time they said my set is out of warranty, while it was not true. They returned my set after so many rounds (in no of months) of Service Center while warranty of set was over.
Pls. look into the matter and do the needful.

this is vikram rao from mandar rajasthan i am marking this mail regarding my complain of software deletion of nokia 7210c supernova i have purchased this handset on march 2008 on starting 3-4 month the mobile was quite well in use but after that the mobile working was not well i have under gone software updation 3 times under warranty period and three times after warranty period ( paying RS 300 each time)

whenever i am communicating to your costumer care team, every time i am getting different answer from different person overall i am not satisfied with that particular each communication with your costumer care service center.

even on the date 09/02/2012 i have called to your costumer care center thrice, last i have talked with your costumer care executive with I D number 1-[protected] but that person on the line was refusing me to even register my complain regarding my handset, so kindly be helpful for me and change my mobile handset or give my money back

waiting for your immediate reply or i have to take some help from consumer court because i will not going for software updation again or i need this mobile to be changed
