I have recived the mail from NOKIA UK PROMOTION that I have won the amount 500000 Pounds. So they demanded for all the personal details including bank a/c number. I send all the details , now they demanding for cost of transfer Rs 24900. Thay told me to contact now Barcklays Bank, London,UK . So is it ok if i will proceed further. Can you please guide me properly. Is is it froad or not ?

i've recieved an sms notification from your co. stating that i have won 365, 000 Pounds and if a have to claim it pls call at this no. if such notification comes up again i'll file a suit against you and your co. so that this does not happen again

Because you have pay first for shipping and other things and than you get this money price from nokia.
I get every day in my mail this . And I believe its froud Fake.

But I want first to see this money check in my hands and than i believe this ! ;)

    I have already paid you the money last month by cheque. You have also recd the amount. the Bank statement shows me that the amount has been paid to you by the Bank.

    Kindly note that If you are not sending the amount or the product with in 7 days you will have face to consequnces of forgery/cheating the consumer and will file a case against you. Your name will be referred to CIBIL after wihich you will not be able to make any further Banks assistance. All these mails will clearly shows that you do not have intention to neither issue the product nor the Money. Since it is a Banking transaction I have the valid proof to file a case against you.And also kindly note that ebay will also blocklist you as seller. You will not be able to sell any products in the ebay. When the ebay has confirmed to you on my address you should have sent to same address. All these are delaying tactics...when i have given a pincode as 600061. You have purposefully noted as 600010. If you are a genuine seller by this time either you should have sent the product or the money. You have failed on both instead you are asking me change the address to buy time. The tracking of DTDC document will be another proof for sending the wrong address.

      Nokia 2700 mobile — Mobile lost

      Hello

      My father Krishnamurthy has lost his Nokia Mobile (Model No.2700) today (22-jan-2010) in the evening around 4.30 p. m .

      Please kindly help us to find his mobile which he bought with his hard earned money and from few months savings.

      We have blocked his phone number with the help of BSNL support. We have the IMEI number.

        Nokia — SOFTWARE PROBLEM?

        I think there is software problem in ring tone sector of this mobile model 1650. when there is use of ringtone there arises a problem like switching off, deleting ring tones automatically. If the company can take care then this problem can be eradicated.

        I dont know why the software of nokia5800 is getting corupted so frequently. I have taken this phone thrice to nokia care and still the problems remain same. Nokia care is saying not to use the internet than why u have given the facility if it is of no use.

        Dear Sir I have purchased 1203-2 Basic Model Mobile 5 Month Back from the 2nd month onwards the mobile itself shout down and boots and hanging is an continuous problem.

        I approached Nokia care centre and they told that they are re load the software.

        I gave my nokia mobile in nokia care ashok nagar branch.I am totally upset with the branch manager who spoke with me. His words are very irresponsible.i gave my mobile for the problem of water-logging.they changed my display reinstalled my software and gave.and the warranty period given to me was one month.after one month my display went toatlly blank and asking for the problem his response is worst.they are not customer friendly.

        I have bought a nokia 2323c last october.Last ,may I had it software upgraded.Every time after that I had to update my phones software once two weeks.For A period I thought it was virus and I stopped using all features through which virus may be affected.Still phone got software complaints.I found that problem is occuring when I am sending group sms.I stopped sending group sms and problem is solved.But that is no cure for the problem.I have found that all 2323c has got this problem .I want a solution

        i have purchased my nokia 5130 on 26th august 2009 and am continously having software problem since then and repaired it 3 times from nokia care and even once send to nokia company from nokia care then also they were not able to repair my handset properly and it stopped working 7th day after coming from company repair.

        Nokia — software availability

        I have bought a nokia c3 hand set in dec 2010 and there is a software problem when i go to the nokia care in hapur then he just putted the older version of the software in my cell
        when i go again to him and say that it is not still working then he said that the software for this particular set is not launched in india and said that he will bring the software very soon
        but after 2 week i have send my set to the nokia care ghaziabad then there 10 days have passed and still they did not given my cell back to me

        Nokia — Handset Software

        I purchaged Nokia 7210 on February 2010 . There is 1 year warrenty . In warrenty period the software damaged about 4 time which is free in service center . Every time i asked about the problem then they told me that it is virus problem. After the Warrenty period the software damaged about 5 time which i had to pay . so till now i have been paid about 1/3 cost of mobile. So i think it is handset manufacturing problem.

        Nokia — PROBLEM IN SOFTWARE

        After updating software version 25.007 on 11th November 2011 , I am unable to open j.peg and xl files on my handset.After complaining to the customer care division of the company many a times , I am not satisfied with their answers.I tried to complain to their Head office in Gurgaon , but to my astonishment , nobody is picking up the phone there.I tried to fax them a letter , but that also did not work , as there was no one to give fax tone.

          Dear Sir,

          Sub:- Complaint against manufacturing defect in Nokia E-71, Grey steel ( IMEI- [protected])

          I Aanchal Gupta R/o Sec 16 A- HIG 605, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad Up 201012, have purchased Nokia E-71 from Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt.Ltd. Shop No, F- 1D, Pacific Mall, Plot No.1, Site-4, Sahibabad, Indus. Area, Ghaziabad 201010, against book No. 030, Invoice No. 1452, Date 17-April-09 for Rs. 19,200/-.

          The said set is having a HANGING FAULT since Day one, I have given my Nokia E-71 several times at your nokia care M/S Gupta Associates, HIG 16, Sec-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad for fault repair on sometime in may or June 09, 22nd July 09, then on 25th March 09, and on 3rd April 10, with the same concern to repair HANGING FAULT.

          EVERYTIME I was assured by the said Nokia care centre Vaishali that the said Set NOKIA E-71 IMEI above mentioned is now “OK” but to my surprise till today the said Nokia E-71 is having the same “HANGING FAULT”.

          Latest I have given my set on 03 April 10 with the same “HANGING FAULT” I received the set on 15 April 10 (two days later the target delivery), with the assurance of Permanent solution that I will not have this problem in future from Nokia care, Ms Hema, incharge of Nokia care vaishali promised me for the permanent solution. How ever to my dismay & surprise the set again hanged on the same day after the delivery of the set by nokia care.

          I am sure that the said set E-71 is having a manufacturing fault/defect which is not yet rectified and can not be rectified in future as well.

          Also as my set is faulty and I am near to my warranty expiration i.e 17 April 2010, I requested them to extend my warranty as the condition of my set is very poor. However nokia denied to do that as they are aware of the condition of my phone E-71.

          So, this I smy humble request that you please replace the faulty/ defected set E-71, with the new set on at early date, as this is a clear case of manufacturing fault/defect, failing which I may be compelled to lodge a complaint with consumer forum.

          I hope to hear appositive reply with a new E-71 set on at earliest from you.

          2. Photocopies of Job Sheet dated 22 July 09,25 March 10 & 03 April 10.
          3. Screenshot of my Hanged phone.



          I have lost my peace of mind after purchasing such a costly E-71 Nokia, while making purchase I only looked for your brand name and reputation, which has totally gone against my satisfaction.

              Sir I am a costomer of nokia 5130c2 which was one of the good qulity mobile phones.After that it was become to good when a philips cousion cover head phone free gift with this phone.But i got a bad head phone i am say to the the shop but no responce from there.Your nokia marketting agent said to me that i will replace ur head phone.After that near about 40 days left but no response from the shop and the marketting agent.Pls take care of my complain as early as possible if it is not possinble then i will take another action.

                I am writing this mail to share my agonizing experience with NOKIA.

                I bought Nokia Smartphone model 5800 on22/05/2009 with IMEI Number [protected] and bought two years additional warranty worth Rs 20,350.00/- (18550+1500) from Hot Spot Janakpuri

                It’s not even a year and the hand set already has been a tremendous pain, I felt cheated and I am suffering because of pathetic and customer annoying service offered by “Net dot” Solutions Wz 200 Bajaj Tower Jail road NCC-113_433527 (In the Name of Mr Sudhir Kohli)
                Please note that my Job Sheet Number is[protected]/100405/113
                I submitted my handset with following malfunctioning-
                • Screen whiteout on low Temperature (Overnight/AC/Cooler)
                • Auto off spontaneously
                • Difficulty in Network accessibility
                • Software hang ups
                • Slower operation
                5th April 2010
                I had handed over the phone at the above Nokia Care centre and was told to come in the evening, I took the contact number of the facility so as to check with them whether my Hand set is ready or not but the bell rang and rang and no one answers when I went to collect the repaired handset to my surprise I was turned back saying that Handset shall be sent to Company as they are not having the Spare parts and asked to wait for a week till Monday 12th April, I again took the contact number of the facility from front desk who assured me that they will call me and inform that My Handset Transceiver is ready. I kept mum and wondered about Nokia Service. I complained about the unanswered calls and took cell contact number which was shared after several pleadings.

                12th April 2010
                I called up and One Ms/Mrs Anjali answered the phone , she made me hold the line and then after taking my job sheet number disconnected the phone, meanwhile I checked the status of repair/delivery on the Namesake online service It said that my hand set is repaired. When I called up again to she told that Handset is not ready and it shall be delivered on Wednesday 14th April 2010 as the display screen is short of stock. I protested that why I am not informed/called about the handset repairing and delivery time, and on my follow up the delivery time is extended, seemingly she dodged me and assured that on 14th April I will be called and I can collect back the repaired handset.

                15th April 2010
                I waited and did not received any call from NCC and at last I went up to this pestering centre only to wait for an hour on the pretext of searching the repaired Handset and when I received the handset it s side lock spring was not working, The sliding lock was not retracting, when I complained about that I was told that it was presented like that, I insisted and asked them to correct it, They corrected the side sliding lock and on my insistence issued me the delivery note which shows that my Handset Display is replaced and the handset has been delivered within 25.27 Hrs

                When I checked the mobile it did not started. What on Earth I did that NOKIA is harassing me.

                Its time when NOKIA SHOULD ADMIT that their services and products in India are a Failure

                The situation is very irritating and please help me out.

                •Have I committed a serious mistake by purchasing a Nokia Phone?
                •Where is my fault?
                •Why am I suffering even after paying the exaggerated amount when the same handset cost was lowered to Rs 14550.00?
                •Is there any end to this abusive Nokia Service centre?
                •Have I paid to use this failed service and product?

                We are not satisfied with this product. We have tried to solve the problem with Nokia Care. We are also not satisfied with the procedure i.e.
                1. Take token number
                2. Wait for our chance
                3. 15 days wasted for Battery
                4. Again we have to wait for 15 -20 days.

                How can you expect to continue our regular work without mobile? Why can’t you issue fresh piece under such circumstances.

                We hereby request you to
                1. Return our money OR
                2. Issue New Piece OR
                3. Issue Lower/Upper version with Refund/Extra Payment.

                    This is Prof P. K. Nanda (retd) professor from NIT Rourkela and currently working a s a professor at department of ECE, ITER, Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar. I procured amobile set of 3120 in Dec (may be 19th) with 3g facility costing Rs7210/ form a shop at bapuji Nagar. Afrer 10 days the audio was out of order. I could find time after one month and went to nokia care and got it repaired. It got disconnected automatically after two weeks and again after a two/three weeks it was up automatically. Now again it is disconnected. I am really fade up with a mobile set. When I contacted the shop owner, they refuse and just tell go to Nokia care.

                    How many time I would visit nokia care and after a year I have to pay again and again and so disgusted because of my hectic schedule. It seems I have to throw this cell and go for a new one wasting time and money within four months.

                    This indeed makes me feel so bad about a company lauding everything.

                    Could you please do something to change the mobile or I have to reject it and go for a new set with a disgruntled and disappointed with Nokia.

                    Pl. let me know. This tarnishes the image of Nokia.

                      I went to buy Nokia Hand set at Big C, one of the Nokia Outlets in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, the sales person should me couple of sets, in which he has shown the model 3120 Classic and insisted me to buy this model, after I purchased, I realized that the sales guy gave me an out dated set, coz I called one of the dealers and found it, still I accepted it.
                      Just 2 days back I had a problem with my hand set, the voice was not working fine, so I took the set to the Nokia care center, they say the problem is with the voice and it needs to be sent to the Delhi for repairs and will take at least 15 days, I told them that my office has moved to Noida and would like to collect it from there, but guys at the center didn't agree.
                      I would be leaving to Nodia in the 3rd week of this month, so as per the customer care guys, I have to wait till I reach there and consult the customer care at Noida, this doesn't sound good, you guys claim that customer satisfaction is your moto and you are there to help customers, now where is your customer services gone, I have to wait till I reach Noida.

                      Nokia 3120 C — Cheating

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchase a Nokia Mobile modal no.3120 classic. I use the mobile from one and half year, but recently i have some problem in my phone. I visited to Nokia customer care at shaide nager(dated 31.3.11), i show my hand to Nokia care set for verification after verification the told that the mother Bord of the hand set is damage . I am very up set because the cost of mother bord is Rs.4500 and my hand set cost is Rs.7000. I switch over to another Nokia care at Ashok nagar and show my mobile to them for physical verification. After the physical verification they told me that softer of your mobile is corrupt and they put new software and my mobile is ok.

                        last year i purchased nokia n79 in the month of october the phone works fine bt on 26 march 2010 i found the screen of my phone goes blank bt all the other things are working fine ,,
                        so i went to nokia care
                        after 2 days they rang me and said they were unable 2 resolve my problem so they are forwading my cell to head office after 10 days they rang me and said ur phone is replaced as it was not repaired , i went their the given me 2nd hand nokia n79 as their was 2 rush so checked basic features like recording , music player etc. and unable 2 look those sctraches but when i saw my phone in my home closely i found lots of scratches
                        and the keys look jammed very hard
                        not working smoothly, as nokia care get closed at 7pm
                        so next day as early i went their and said m nt going 2 accept these phone as it looks really 2nd hand ,they refused 2 accept bt later they accepted and again they called me 2 days before thay r giving me same phone wid change cover whose keys are not working smoothly,,,,and top sliding key is hanged
                        when i asked them ok atleast u replace my old phone hardware and keep keypad and other outer panels same they refused to do so
                        moreover when i talked 2 customer care they said they replace such phones wid the phone which one of their techncian use ,,then i said it means u giving me 2nd hand fone ,, he did'nt replied me and transferred my call to grahak santusti seva
                        all this things are 2 much,,
                        m in a no mood 2 accept old phone
                        and i get frustated to when i visit nokia care
                        please help me
                        no 1 want to tolerate such things wid a product who costs him rs 14,500

                          1. Position:

                          You are appointed to the position of an Engineer and in this capacity, you will report directly to Mr. DAVID ALLEN. This is a permanent term position, and as discussed and agreed with you, your start date in the position will be April 30TH 2010 But your United Kingdom Entry Visa and Working Permit Processing has to commence immediately. This position is in-scope of the ASPA bargaining unit.

                          In this assignment of an Engineer, your key responsibilities will be: Providing all your best for this company and also you will be giving a 1 month industrial and management training.                           2. Salary& Remuneration:

                          Your base salary 3,500 pounds per month after tax & 42,000 pounds per year (less statutorily required deductions). The current salary range for this phase is same.

                            i purchased Nokia 5130 in May,2009. In march my mobile has stopped charging. After repair i got it back around after 2days. Again it got some problem & it has started switching itself off. I went to delhi Nokia care center & they reformated my handset. After few days i got same issue with it in april. I went to Nokia care in laxmi nagar delhi & again they took 2days to repair it. But still problem is same & i again submited my handset for repair. This time i logged a complaint in Nokia care for handset replacement but they are not giving any assurance & my handset is within warranty. I'm worried in May it will complete 1yr & warranty will over than what i'll do in that case? I'm not ready to spend money on this crap handset. I want fresh handset in replacement or either i want money back. They sent me reply email of my complaint & they have clearly mentioned that no assurance of handset replacement. Might they will again repair that old handset & i'm sure it will be temporary fix. I can't compromise this time.

                              I bought a NOKIA 6303 mobile phone on the 7th of November, 2009. Initially it was working properly after sometimes it started malfunctioning, when I dialed and received any call I can’t hear the voice without loudspeaker and mobile gets hot while talking. I went to the NOKIA care center on the 5th April 2010(Noika Care near Triple line , Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad) to lodge a complaint. First, I requested them to get the mobile replaced as it was a faulty device from the company. However, they insisted to get it repaired. after repairing the mobile, problems remain the same They kept the mobile for 1 day and I got it back. I thought the problem to have been solved. But, the same problem cropped up again. Today is 13th April and the same problem started. I had to waste a substantial amount of time for this issue. Due to this, a sum of 600 Rs. has been deducted from salary in order to compensate for the time I lost.

                              I have written this complaint with a sheer hope that you guys can help me out of this. Either I want is to get my mobile replaced or refund my money the amount of 6800 and not repaired further.

                              NOkia N91 mobile phone — speaker problem.

                              I had purchased your mobile n91 but after 2 month i was facing a problem like speeker voice craking, hanging problem, music button not working properly, i have checked with your nokia care at welcome 2 times and at laxmi nagar 1time .but i didn't got response and now 4 months over with this problem remain.and yes this a great experience for me from your nokia org.and if you are not taking care of it now .then i will go the consumer court.because if you people are not resolve my issue then no other way I have.you can contact me at my mobile no is [protected]/[protected].
                              I PURCHSED NOKIA E71 Model one month before, Volume of that mobile is very low & its not increasing nor decreasing at all. i given my mobile nokia care & they commit that all the no will be saved but all messages will be get deleted.

                              When i got my mobile phone back all the no get deleted & they say its mention on the job card. than wht they commited to the customer that the no will be saved. i am really surprised to see the false commitment from NOKIA.

                              Moreover my problem remain same. speaker still not working.

                                I Amit yadav had purchased nokia 5800 in feb 2009.one month phone worked so nicely that i cant say but after that it submitted to nokia care in laxmi nagar for software updation and twice or thrice in a month it went there.some display got damaged they blamed me i had beared the cost of 3500 and got repaired in 3 months time.now and then it requires software update so i cant keep my data.

                                nokia has launched warranty extension when i visited the Gulati communications in bhagat singh place in gole market ,connaught place i was happy as proactively informed me for this service and i had give cash on same day 30 jan 2010 of 565 and return i got a slip signed by nokia representative. they have taken it and said i will receive in a weeks time the certificate.

                                Now due to there fault the phone is out of warranty and they are refunding the monty after 3 months,i complained to nokia CUSTOMER CARE they REALLY APOLOZIGE AND WILL REFUND AS ITS NOT IN THERE POLICY.

                                If some body at there part is not performing his/her responsibility then why i should bear.


                                ITS ALWAYS WE(CUSTOMERS HAVE TO BEAR THE COST AND NOKIA DOESNT HAVE IN THERE POLICY AND THEY APOLOZIGE THATS IT,COMPLAIN CLOSED THIS IS NOKIA'S COMITMENT.

                                    since i bought the nokia n86 8mp its showing signal fluctuation beginning i thought may be i require update of mobile software but after update also the problem is still their,some times the signal cuts of completely where as in other nokia mobiles in the same location gets a signal of 4 to.5,

                                    Nokia N86 — technical faults

                                    i bought a N86 in march '10. within a week videos could not be played, soon the phonebook won't open. after getting it corrected, after a month or so occasionally i couldn't dial numbers. it would correct by switching the phone on, after switching off. presently it won't edit photos and bluetooth connectivity with my handsfree device drops after e few seconds. i'm fed up with the set and want to replace it

                                      I am regular Nokia mobile user. 8 months back I bought Nokia 5800 and from the time I bought it I am having so many complaints about the peice. I have contacted my dealer as well as Nokia center but no one is ready to take my complaint.
                                      Problems I am facing with the peice are:
                                      First it started getting hang when I was using camera and songs. For this I have pdated the software almost 5 6 times. Still I am facing the same problem. Now it became dead. I have given my piece to Nikoa care but they are saying that they can't replace it though it is in warranty period. They are just trying to avaoid their responsibilites.
                                      It's giving me so much of frustration and it's very bad experience with such a reputed company. My piece is still in warranty period and still these people are not ready to replace it. I am not at all happy with the way they are handling my complaints. This will be my last Nokia piece and I am not going to advice anyone to use Nokia products.

                                      Nokia 5800 — MANAFACTURING DEFECT

                                      i have purchased a nokia 5800 xpressmusic during jan 2009 since then i have two time given my phone for service for various problems, i.e:-
                                      1)incoming sound fluctuation &
                                      2)display flickering.
                                      due to these problems in my handset I would like you to replace my instrument.I have also registered a complaint via phone in nokia care[protected] my complain no. is 2-3wlt3n.Your support in this matter will be really helpful
                                      Hi my ph is now almost 3 months old and i wad having a problem that my screen went blank whenever there was a call incomning or outgoing.It was because of the proximity sensors.I went to nokia care recently and now they are saying i dropped the phone and its my fault!!!
                                      they are not covering the phone under warrenty and im really unhappy with the kind of service NOKIA is providing.
                                      I loved my phone wen i Bought it but since the first day its giving me problems and now i simply HATE it!
                                      I do not trust NOkia for anything..
                                      I puchased one NOKIA 5800 handset in May-09 from Big Bazaar. The speaker was defective. Next day, I approached Big Bazaar who obliged me with a replacement. Again the new handset was found to be defective. This time it was the touch screen. The Big Bazaar sales persons were also surprised to notice such manufacturing defects in two brand new handsets. Now Big Bazaar as well as NOKIA is insiting to try a third one. What a brand? They are just making me fool.When contacted the NOKIA customer care, there was very poor response. They even didn't register the complaint. I am surprised whether it is the same NOKIA brand who had earlier earned fame but, now has launched such failed product in the market.

                                      Nokia 5800 — Manufacturing defect

                                      I purchased Nokia 5800 on 22/02/09 from Noida (IMEI- [protected]).
                                      From the date of purchase I am have problem with Instrument, it got hanged in night when I restart it start functioning, poor sound quality, internet no working. I went to Nokia centre Noida and submitted the Instrument to them on 06/04/09 (Job sheet number.[protected]/090406/22). But problem was not solved then second time I went there and they have taken the Instrument again on 13/05/09 (job sheet number.[protected]/090513/150) I got Instrument back on 15th may found the problem is still there I went there centre again submitted the Instrument to them this time they have given me the manual job sheet number on 15/05/09 (job sheet number 102/15/05/2009) and I called to the call centre and complaint about the matter (complaint number 2_40MXF7 on15/05/09) After three or four days I got the Instrument with same problem. Then launched complaint online on 29/05/2009. I got a reply with no positive result I was asked to submit the Instrument again.
                                      For the Fourth time I have submitted the Instrument to Noida centre with the commitment from the centre head that they will send the Instrument to head office for replacement on 04/06/09 (job sheet number[protected]/090604/58). I approached on 10th June and came to know the Instrument is missing in the centre after two hrs I get a call from Noida centre that your Instrument has come after repairing. I have not collected the Instrument from them till date. They are least bothered about the matter after 10 June I mailed the matter twice to nokia but did not get any response. Today I called to nokia call centre launched complaint again (1_[protected] on 19/06/09) got same stereo recorded commitments. I am frustrated now with their commitments.
                                      Sir every time I am losing my data, wasting my time for nothing. It is my request to get in to the matter. I want replacement or my money back because this is their manufacturing defect which they are not excepting.

                                      I bought my Nokia 5800 set in Feb 09 . This is the worst set nokia have ever manufactured, it started giving problem within onetwo months of purchase and the nokia care and customer care are just an eyewash.I have given the handset to nokia care three time with the request to replace the set but each time they return it saying the set has been repaired. I do not understand how the reputed company like nokia can deliver such a defective item in market and after that refused to change it. I certainly will never purchase a nokia product in future nor will advice anyone to do so.
                                      Am facing exactly the same problem. I've even got the handset replaced, but the second hanset also has the same problem.

                                      Nokia 5800 — Defective Instrument

                                      I purchase Nokia 5800 on 10/10/2009 from Kandivali Mumbai. On reaching home i found that on/off switch was not working properly. I contact the store and i was told that they will have to send it to Nokia service center for replacement.

                                      After more than 3 week there is no communication from Nokia service center. If this is situation of Nokia sercive in Mumbai, I can Imagine the condition in smaller town.


                                      If piece is found defective immediately on purchase then compnay should replace the same insted of insisting on replaing.

                                      We do not accept such approch from reputed compnay like Noikia.

                                      My Nokia 5800 Xpress music phone was not swithed on after 20 day’s of purchase. It is now under warrenty, I have given this phone to Nokia Care, Balasore, Orissa.they have taken 24 days to repair, but they have given me a old nokia 5800with different IMEI no. which was not as my 5800.In this phone lot of damages are there with old software version, no free GPS subscription.when I again gave a complain to Nokia care they only updated the software, not given the newer phone.after one day I found that the phone is restating automatically in every 30-45 sec and after 2-3 times of restarting it is switched off. Now after pressing the swith on button it is not switching on similar to first problem.If Nokia care is unable to repair my original phone, they should given me a another new nokia phone as it is under warrenty, but they don’t have a rights to give the older phone which has a lot of problems.Anyhow i want immediately a complete new 5800 model, otherwise I will go for consumer case.

                                      I have buy nokia5800Xpressmusic on 19-11-09. from that day mobile is switched off.afterthat incomming call facility is cut off this set. i show this set two time in nokiacare but problem is not solve.incomming call become direct receive call and phone is cut offafter that memory card is take out from the set and sw on again after sw on memory card insert then incomming call came.i am also want to know that day, free head set scheme is available or not because the dealer is sayiny me that day scheme is not available after 2 days it come.is it true or not
                                      I had very similar and frustrating experience with nokia 5800.
                                      I bought this phone in US during a Business visit 3 months ago.
                                      From the beginning the touch pad became un-operational occasionally. I usually switch off and on the mobile.
                                      However from last few weeks the phone is dead with touch pad. When I gave to nokia care they took some 4 happy days just to say that they cant do anything as they were not able to upgrade the software in the device. What kind of answer is this? And when i insisted on what should I do next, they were referring me a dealer, really really strange? Is that the inability of nokia to service this product ?.
                                      I had a huge hope on nokia and mainly on this model and my whole dream is devastated and my 300 USD is now gone

                                      i had purchased a nokia E72 just a week ago.. i had a problem relating the
                                      silent key not working upto the mark.. i went to nokia customer care centre
                                      they kept the phone for a day or so then they said its a manufacturing fault
                                      in some UI and has to be send to nokia delhi for repair for 10days..... i
                                      just wanted ask nokia is this justified that a person is paying 20k bucks
                                      for buying a cell from such a well reputed company has to face such problems
                                      in the cell... and has to submit his cell to care center in just a week
                                      after buying it... how ridiculous it can be...??
                                      i mean cant they check in the quality of the phone n then introduce it in
                                      the market.. what kinda stuff they r providing to people... charging heavily
                                      n providing crap...this kinda things are not acceptable...
                                      shall i go for some legal action about this or what...??

                                        nokia 7210 supernova — phone not in order

                                        I have given my nokia 7210 to nokia care, saksham services, mayur vihar, phase1, Delhi on 8/6/09 .job sheet no.is 6379. As it was not in order and your engineer marked it as DEAD. I purchased it on 15 jan 09. it is still in warranty period. i have been to the care center several times and try to find out the status of my phone but til date i didnt get the satisfactory reply or my phone back. I called the bangalore office but didnot get through. I am a professional and all my contacts has got blocked wih the phone. Please help me out so that i can get my handset back in working condition ASAP.
                                        I preferred to go with NOKIA as it is a reputed brand but now i m loosing all hopes. Waiting a Fast action from your Side.THANKS..

                                        Nokia 7210c supernova — Malfuntioning even after servicing from an authorized Nokia Care Center Chennai

                                        I bought a Nokia 7210 Supernova mobile from UK. It was working fine from 3 to 4 months then suddenly started showing error message named "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" whenever I try to open music files or radio in spite of more than 1GB free space in my memory card. Then after few weeks the problem expanded where the mobile itself got restarted and finally one day it was not booting at all.

                                        I then took it to Chennai Nokia Care Center at Teynampet on 01/12/2009 and they charged me Rs:847 since any Nokia product bought from outside world will not carry warranty inside India (Mother not caring her Child when she comes from UK to India Since the Child was born in UK and not in India) and there was a some boot IC failure and Software problem. I paid it and I bought as it was working fine.

                                        The next day itself when I got a call I couldn't hear the the speech in handset instead to hear it I must switch on speaker. I immediately made a call to the particular service center and I went there again the problem was rectified with free of cost.

                                        Two months later 09/02/2010, similar problem, showing error message named "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" whenever I try to open music files or radio in spite of more than "2GB" free space in my memory card. now again called to the particular service center they are saying the service warranty is only for a month and I have to pay again Rs:350.

                                        As a customer of more than 5 mobiles of Nokia I am facing lot of service related issues. Please concerned authorities take necessary action over this particular issue and do a favor for me as I am fed up of spending lots of money for a single mobile phone just for service within a year. I probably think that the Nokia mobile would be a Fake product.
