i wish to raise one complaint against mobile store of hot spot, i recently (10 April 2010) purchase one bluetooh ( Nokia Bluetooth Headset - BH 106) from hotspot store (SPICE RETAIL LTD.,Shop No.151,Huda shopping Complex,Sector 31-32,Gurgaon - 122001,Haryana). My Bill Invoice Number is[protected] and i was charged RS 1300 (INR) from my debit card. here the matter is when i was checking the item (Nokia Bluetooth), At that time store employees delivered me information that you can purchase any item from here either we will replace it or we will refund you amount. your employee (ATUL GULIA, Employee ID 00131) told me that this bluetooth device can connected with any mobile device without complete checking that device compatible with my business phone or not he sold to me. after few minutes i found that bluetooth device not compatible with my mobile phone, when i asked for description Mr Atul Guliya,Manish and two other employees not in position to define the problem,when i asked for i don't wish to purchase that particular item they offered me to replace with other item which is with Rs 700(INR) cost, i denied for the same because i was told fatel error information. after i refused for transaction they told me you are in home where you can pick and drop anything and threatening me, i asked for guest feedback book they denied and told me that we are the boss if you wish to pass any massage you can deliver to us no body will listen as a eye witness i have contact details of shopkeepers,2 customer, my brother as well.
after all this bad incident i hurt a lot, and i wish to raise this issue to management as well as administration of Hotspot stores, i denied for my money, i was delivered wrong information,wrong product without checking, misbehavior with guest/customer, they are not employees they all behaving like uneducated persons.i requested for support from management side as well as to have refund for my money.mobile care officials support demanded.

nokia 7210 supernova — phone not in order
I have given my nokia 7210 to nokia care, saksham services, mayur vihar, phase1, Delhi on 8/6/09 .job sheet no.is 6379. As it was not in order and your engineer marked it as DEAD. I purchased it on 15 jan 09. it is still in warranty period. i have been to the care center several times and try to find out the status of my phone but til date i didnt get the satisfactory reply or my phone back. I called the bangalore office but didnot get through. I am a professional and all my contacts has got blocked wih the phone. Please help me out so that i can get my handset back in working condition ASAP.I preferred to go with NOKIA as it is a reputed brand but now i m loosing all hopes. Waiting a Fast action from your Side.THANKS..
