Sir,

I have purchased your product Nokia 5130 Xpress Music (IMEI-[protected]) in 27th of April 2009. Its software got corrupted for over 4 times and updated with new versions of software and thrice sent to IMC for Booting problem. Last time on 23rd march 2010,I handed over my handset at Nokia care simmakkal,Madurai for booting problem and other complaints. I have filed a complaint (Complaint No:[protected] by contacting Nokia customer support and I have demanded for the replacement of the handset. But by 29th march 2010, while the handset returned to Nokia care, the software got updated again and none of my complaints have been cleared. My handset was serviced in the way as worst as it can be. I am fed up with your service and I am not satisfied. I won’t accept the handset till it gets replaced. I think I have wrongly invested in your product. For the past ten years I am using your products but this product dejected me. I have attested the copy of the purchase bill and Job sheet (No:[protected]/100323/18) provided while I have handed over my handset. I request you to take necessary action over my complaints and replace my handset.

      Sir,

      This is to inform you that my Nokia N-97 mobile phone got stolen from Jama masjid, Sector-15, Nerul, Navi Mumbai area, on 2nd April 2010 the EMEI no is [protected]. I have registered the complaint with Nerul Police Station for the same (Reg. no. 1361). and I have also got the sim card blocked from Vodafone.

      I would appriciate if Nokia people could help me in blocking my phone, or if i could get my mobile phone back some how.

      N97 — mobile

      N97 is the worst mobile to use constant freezing, i bought the nokia N97 3 days ago, it started freezing, i approached the I2 service center in Kuwait(your authorized dealers) for repair, and there i faced the worst customer service any one may get, without too much explanation of what i faced, i told the staff there about the problem she said leave the phone for software update and we will call you when its finished, i asked her when do u expect it to finish, her reply was do not expect it before 5 days at least and it may take more, i requested talking to the technisian she said its not possible, i told her give me your headoffice tel to talk to any manager, her reply was i dont know the headoffice number, then after 5 min of discussion with her and another staff they pretended searching for the headoffice telephone and gave it to me, in which this tel. no one replies also . so to end with if a software update needs 5 days at least what if i faced a bigger problem in the telephone do i expect it to stay for 1 month ? moreover your customer service staff must be trained to how to deal with customers as they are the worst staff ever dealt with. please i need your follow up on fixing the mobile as soon as possible, my job/reciept number is 90249 .

        My cell Noikia 5300 was having problem with its keypad.
        I went to noika care at Kotla, New Delhi.
        They informed that keypad has to change and front pannel will be changed. If there is problem with IC due to water then it will also be changed.
        I agreed to all the details and particulars.
        At the time of delivery the front pannel was not changed, Only the glass above the screen was replaced.
        Key pad was also not replaced only IC was changed (according to them)
        The cost of Front pannel Rs. 1250 & Keypad IC Rs 1450.
        My question is if front pannel is changed and key pad is changed then keypad numbers letters embrossed in it wont be worn off.
        Further what action company is going to take against authorised Nokia care, other wise I will file complaint in consumer forum.

        Nokia — the front and keypad are not available

        i had buy a nokia n79 from mobile store at vidhyadhar nagar jaipur
        after buying it start creating problem like software corrupted and hanging problem with in 10 days of buying i had to go to nokia reparing centre but i never get satisfied with their service here i write the complain many time but they never give me feedback for my complain
        let come on main topic after buying my handset display
        ic is not working well and after 15 days of buying my handset display ic stop working i again have to go reparing centre there they tolm me for 7 days but they are not on their commitment and told me that it will take time it have to go delhi and i have to agree because there was no other solution i was very much mentaly physicaly aod ecnomicaly also because they never pick there land line no and i had to go there to ask wheather my handset was reparied or not and like wise they take near about 20 more days
        exactly the mobile take above 1 month to comes in good condition
        then one day i had meet an accident and then it get again damaged i again go to repairing centre but this time
        they take a proper cost for new display but in my handset not only the display and keypad is also get damaged and i had told to manager of sepairing centre tha that i will pay the whole amount of front and keypad
        he told me that u have to order .i have order them

        but the problem is this that the keypad and frnnt ir nnt manufacured till now and i have oder before 4 months

              Dear Sir,
              I purchased a Nokia 5800 music express handset on 3rd December 2009 at the Nokia priority showroom, in panaji Goa. Within 3 months, on 24th march 2009 the handset could not be switched on. So I complained to the Nokia care centre in panaji goa the next day. They informed me that The phone have to be sent to the company for repairs. I waited for almost 10 days. Finally they informed me that the phone could not be repaired and instead company will give you a swap phone. The phone which company have given me is of RED colour, While my Original handset was a BLACK one. I had made a choice of BLACK handset while purchasing the phone. How come the company make a REPLACEMENT of some other colour?
              The replacement given by the manufacturer, i.e. Nokia, was neither in a sealed box, nor it accompanied any documents. How come I ensure about its quality?
              Please Let the company either give me a replacement of handset of the BLACK colour or pay me my entire money back, because whenever a customer makes a choice of a mobile handset, He make his decision keeping in mind the looks of the phone.

              Nokia - Music Express 5800 — Defective piece

              I purchased a Nokia Music Express - 5800 from my regular Nokia Dealer - Galaxy from Thane on 7th April 2009 for Rs.18500/-. I have been using the phone with utmost care. Yesterday morning (11th May 2009) my alarm rang on the phone for 6.00 am as usual. At 7.00 am when i picked the phone to make a call it was dead. I tried charging it, removing the battery and inserting again all was in vain. I informed my dealer and sent it across to him at 1130 am. He sent the same to the Nokia center who says there are some stains of some liquid inside the phone. I went across to the nokia store and they showed me the same. Now I m the only sole person using the phone. My say is that the phone itself was defective before purchasing. Your people say that Nokia has a very strong QC check on all products before putting it in the market.
              I deny this statement.
              In January 2009, I have purchased a Nokia 5310 sealed box. When opened and we inserted the battery for the phone it didn't start. We took it back to the dealer and he accepted that the battery was dead. He replaced it with a new one. Now how did your QC missed this!! When I m telling you that my current Nokia 5800 has not been mishandled then why is my phone not being replaced. Your Nokia service center also accepts that the phone externally is not damaged and it is also difficult for any kind of liquid to seep in through the volume control switch.

              This is an defective piece sold to me and I would like it to be replaced.

              It is very disappointing that a customer has to plead for an instrument which has been purchased and your people are least bothered to treat this problem. It is not your hard earned money, but I know the pinch of spending Rs.18500/.

              I would appreciate if you treat this on an urgent basis.

              Nokia 5800 Music Express handset — Defective handset

              I bought a nokia 5800 on may30th, 09. After bringing the phone in home I found the headset was not working properly.I lodged the same at barrackpore nokia care on jun 1st' 09.After two week they replaced the same.But then it got found that there is actual problem in the handset's connectivity that's why the headset was not working.Again they filed one new jobsheet for my headset and promised the repairing of the same within 3 working days.at the same time one extra job sheet was filed for my PC suite CD as it's was malfunctioned.Then after three days they replied the handset can't be repaired locally and it needs to be sent to nokia headoffice for the repairing and will be repaired within 10 working days.But since then 2 weeks have been past nothing has been done and the nokia care is not being able to answer when it will be repaired actually.
              As I have bought a expensive mobile with all the documents with me, i expect prompt service in time of need.But here I have bought a new mobile for 1 months which i was unable to use properly for a single day.
              I simply want replacement of that defective nokia 5800 handset.How come reputed company like nokia package a product with so many defective parts(handset, headset and PC suite CD) in it? a Really frustrated with the nokia care service.
              I had purchased NOKIA 5800 X.M; IMEI No [protected] dated 11th June 2009 from Nokia Priority Dealer(Sushil Telecom).After about 10 days into using the phone,I started having recurring reboot and hanging problems.I immediately went back to the priority dealer to replace the handset,but they rudely directed me to Nokia care.I then submitted the same to Nokia Care(Dexters Digital Lab) at Rohini - Delhi.
              The phone was purchased at an amount of Rs 18,850/-
              The case reference number is 1-[protected]
              The phone was returned back after a software reinstall.In the Nokia Care centre,after standing in queues for long hours repeatedly for the same problem,i was harassed by the Nokia care staff,who did not even have basic courtesies for solving problem of a newly purchased handset.After the problem recurred,it was again submitted back and was returned by Nokia after 20 days with no changes.This clearly proves the the handset provided by Nokia is defective.
              When demanded for an immediate replacement or refund,Nokia promised to do the same once the phone was submitted again.Accordingly i submitted the phone,but i have not got any refund back from Nokia's side.Inspite of my submitting the phone several times,the problem persists and therefore i want an immediate refund and good riddance from Nokia.
              To sum it all up,three months have passed,and the phone has only been with me for 10 days.
              I request your good self to see into the matter and provide me with immediate refund.

              Nokia 5800 — not working

              My Nokia 5800 Xpress music phone was not swithed on after 20 day’s of purchase. It is now under warrenty ,I have given this phone to Nokia Care, Balasore,Orissa.they have taken 24 days to repair,but they have given me a old nokia 5800with different IMEI no. which was not as my 5800.In this phone lot of damages are there with old software version,no free GPS subscription.when I again gave a complain to Nokia care they only updated the software,not given the newer phone.after one day I found that the phone is restating automatically in every 30-45 sec and after 2-3 times of restarting it is switched off. Now after pressing the swith on button it is not switching on similar to first problem.If Nokia care is unable to repair my original phone,they should given me a another new nokia phone as it is under warrenty,but they don’t have a rights to give the older phone which has a lot of problems.Anyhow i want immediately a complete new 5800 model,otherwise I will go for consumer case.

              nokia 5800 music express — Defective product of Nokia 5800 Music Express - Replacement required.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am really sad to say that I have brought my Nokia 5800 Music Express device less than 90 days back(Exact date of purchase 11/10/2009) I am facing lot of problems which really made me to loose the confidence in Nokia products.

              On 29 Dec 2009 I logged issue with Nokia care centre in Koramangala in Bangalore.(Samvradhi Technologies, A/4, KHB Colony, 5th Block, Kormangala, Bangalore-95) As this care advise I had formatted my memory card twice and lost many important data & paid software’s too.(around Rs, 3500)
              And they took 10 days to fix the problem and I finally got my mobile back on 07/01/2010 evening. As I check my device after receiving from centre I felt it was ok to use, but I’m unable to use the WEB services. I have called my service provider (Airtel) many times and begged them to check the connection settings. The settings are correct & unnecessarily I had troubled them to check the settings more N more times. Finally it was found that it is an handset issue.

              After that again I have submitted my device in same nokia care centre on 9/1/2010 (Job sheet number[protected]/100109/2, Complaint numbers: Complaint numbers: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]). I had called Nokia care numbers many times and I spent lot of my precious time (hour’s together leaving my work) in your centers to get ready but still there is no use at all.
              Finally after 13th Jan 2010 telephone conversation with Mr. Rajiv(Nokia care executive) they have advised that my phone is ready in Nokia centre and it was under the observation of their technical engineer and it is working fine after the repair. When I requested for replacement they assured me like the problem will not repeat again and requested me to accept the device from care center.

              It was told by Nokia executives that my device was repaired in the head office. I collected the device on 15/01/2010. But it was not working and facing same problem. I think playing with customer patience & time is part of Nokia standards & values.

              My issued not stopped anymore. Again I have called Nokia care complained they told me to submit my mobile again. This is the forth time I have submitted my device in nokia centre its completely defected product. They made me to roam around their service centers and spending my money. I don’t have any words to describe about their terrible service. I brought this cell less than 90 days back & submitted for respire 4 times. I have maintained my device in well manner but now these people spoiled it by repairing it again & again.

              I have written formal complaint and sent to
              Post Box No.75, Whitefield Road, Whitefield Post, Bangalore -560066 Karnataka.

              But there is no response from them. I am really fed up of calling care & roaming around the service centers. As per today’s telephone conversation with Nokia careagain I have submitted my device in nokia centre and requested them for replacement. I am struggling from 20 days without my mobile and it’s completely harassment from Nokia.

              Please advise me how to go for it now.

                On 30th March I Contacted Nokia Office On Tel No[protected] To Know The Status Of My Tickets & Arrangements For The Matches.
                My Call Was Transfered To Concrened Office Mr.A Haq Took My Call & Communicated To Me That Ms.Ishpita Couwdhary Is Not Available At The Moment.
                I Left My Cell Nos-[protected] & [protected] With My Queries To Mr.Haq To Communicate To Her
                After Few Minutes I Recieved A Call From[protected] Informing That I Contact Mr.H.Mehta Cell No[protected].
                I Called Up That No & The Concerned Person Told Me That The List Of The Winners Has To Be Sent By The Nokia Or To Contact Thomas Cook In Delhi.
                I Was Shocked By This Communication That Mr.H.Mehta Sits In Bombay.

                On 31st April Again I Called Up Nokia Office On Telephone Nos[protected] & 4833001 & Left My Cell Nos. With Receptionist & Mr.Haq To Communicate To Me About The Match Tickets & Arrangements.

However, to my pleasant surprise, after 3 weeks I got an sms saying that my goodie bag was being sent by courier through Blue Dart and the airway bill number was given to me. True to their word, I got the courier on the exact day they mentioned. And the best part - all the stuff they gave were of top notch quality from Reebok.                       I am the Nokia user since last 5 years and presenty I am having E-75 but due the some key pad problem I gave it for service/maintinance to Nokia Service centre "Aryans Communication, Jaiswal complex, Park Road, Lucknow" on dated 11/08/2010. They said your warranty is expired and you have to extend it by paying Rs.1400/- plus amount which I paid on 09/08/2010 after that he took my mobile on 11/08/2010 and from than onwards I do not receive any communication from them , when I called them today to know the status they said that your handset was giving problem due to the water leakage in it but the same was never happend as I am taking care of my phone very much and if this is true than why they do not tell me on the time when they were take the handset for repair/service (even they can tell me the same after 3-4 days also through phone atleast) that is I am highly disatisfied with Nokia Services and Service as they are doing worst kind of customer service.                       1. i was updating the software on the phone as per the directive from the official nokia site.
                      2. when the download finished, (they have it on record), the phone had switched off.. as per instructions i unpluged it and tried to switch it on. that did not happen. in fact it never switched on.
                      3. i attended to it in goa where it was insinuated that there might be water damage.they then said it could not be repaired! i was called due to my dissatisfaction with their service and there was no follow up.I have the details n it is on their record.

                      4. after an email to their care centre i then went to their centre in chembur and was told that this had to go to ur main service centre in Gurgaon as the software was crashing after loading for only 30%. i was told that the cost would be in the region of 4 to 5 000/-. when i enquired why i had to pay this huge amount it was pointed out that the phone was out of warranty. when i enquired whether thre was n e guarantee that the same would not occur again, i was told that this was not possible to predict and it could occur.in conclusion i had to bear unnecessary expense for no fault of mine.

                      5. i am now told that it is too expensive to repair. i have asked for a quote on the repair as i have the final say, not your service provider HCL tech.


                      Point to note that the entire problem is due to a software glitch and occured after following all the official recomendations.
                      i have visited your official service centres and the phone has never been attended otherwise.
                      there is no guarantee that it will not happen again.
                      this has happened after less that 2 years of purchase.
                      i was never informed that nokia has something called an extended warranty whereby i could have avoided all this hassel.

                      considering the problem and the issues i still maintain that they either replace the piece or compensate me for the same as the above clearly shows a lack of quality with the merchandise sold.not to mention the process of keeping software updated.

                      i expect to hear from their office ( pending october 2010) with a solution at the earliest and not some standard company released letter that is probably sent to every dissatisified customer. and i am not satisfied with your product service.

I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHY IT IS TAKING FOR PHONE TO BE FIXED FOR MORE THEN 6 MONTHS, SPECIALLY I GAVE THE PHONE TO NOKIA CARE TO FIX THE BATTERY CHARGING PROBLEM AND ONE OF THE KEYPADS WEREN'T PROPERLY. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH SCREEN. WHEN I HAD BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THE NOKIA SHOP THEY ASKED ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT IN FULL AND THEN ONLY THEY WOULD HANDOVER THE PHONE TO ME, IT WASN'T LIKE THEY HANDED ME THE PHONE OVER A SPAN OF 6 MONTHS OR THEY HAD ANY INSTALLMENT PLANS OR THEY DIDN'T HANDED ME THE KEYPAD FIRST AND THEN THE FULL SET.

                          I WANT MY PHONE TO BE EXCHANGED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR REFUND ME BACK THE BILL AMOUNT OF RS 34,000 - RS 35,000.

                          YES I HAD WRITTEN ONCE TO THE NOKIA CARE ON 8TH NOV 2010, I GOT A CONFUSING REPLY FROM A CERTAIN MR. PRASHANTH MM, ALL THE HELP HE COULD PROVIDE TO ME WAS " We regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to call our care line from the Nokia Care Centre in order for us to coordinate with the technicians."

                          YES I HAD TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT I AM TRIED AND FED UP WITH THIS WHOLE ISSUE. PLEASE GIVE ME CLOSURE FROM THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM SORRY FOR THE DAY I HAD PICKED NOKIA OVER THE BRANDS AT LEST I HAVE LEARNT MY LESSON FOR FUTURE.

                          I AM TIRED OF RUNNING AROUND TO NOKIA STORE, I AM JUST BEING HARASSED. SO PLEASE HELP.

                              i bought a ad54 n hs45 headphone for my e63 to get great sound....but my phone ddnt delivrd them my sound whn i was talking....when i went to the nokia care they advised me to update the software of my phone it agreed, after that everything is ok but the sound equalizer not workng thru any headphn...but it works thru the speaker...i think there must be some problem occurd the audio plug

                                i bought the Nokia 2330 from M/s Univercell vide UTN:1402353 dt 11/08/2009.The mobile gets switched off automatically within one month of its use. sometimes even when it is working the screen suddenly becomes blank resulting all the stored numbers and datas getting erased. I am proud to inform you that my mobile set has travelled all the way from Chennai to your service center at Noida. Nothing much has been done to repair the set as problems are recurring.Iam lodging this complaint with much expectation as reputed MNC like Noida will do anything and everything to satisfy its customer.

                                I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the Nokia 5310 set which is infested with certain technical problems. The screen vanishes on its own and the mobile gets restarted.The calls get disconnected on their own n sub strange sound starts coming.The phone also hangs.
                                Sir I am a student and I have invested sum of money that is huge for me.I went to the dealer from whom I have purchased the phone but he refused replacement. It has just been 3 days since iI have purchased this phone and it is giving me so many problems.
                                I request you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                                  I have an owner of Nokia 1650. It's IMEI Code is[protected].
                                  The problem is: I can't open it's ring tone folder. When I try it, the hand set will ask the security code. I entered normally 12345 and the hand set accepted the code. But, the problem is, the phone is not ringing when the time of incoming calls. I can't adjust the ring tones also.

                                    i had gone to nokia costumer care in sec-22 on lasr friday because of some problem in my handset they told me that my battery is down know i have to buy a new one .i then bought a new battery (not from them) but still my problem is not solved i again took the mobile to them they and now they are saying that the actuall problem is in the motherboard of the cell and it will cost me arround 1900RS .Now what should i do ,i dont want to pay them again as i have already paid 1800 rs for the battery.Please help???
