[Resolved]  Nokia — FAKE NOKIA MOBILES AT SANGEETHA

Hi,
I am writing this post to caution all of the people who want to buy mobiles from sangeetha mobile stores.
I went to buy a Nokia 5320 Music Xpress phone on 04-Jan-2009(Sunday) at about 8.30pm at sangeetha mobiles @ Indiranagar, Bangalore. This mobile costs around Rs. 11, 100/- in Nokia Priority Shop. In sangeetha mobiles, they offered it for Rs. 11, 350/- with some kind of Insurance. Actually, the main reason why I came here was for the sake of insurance. There was absolutely no question of bargaining. So, I thought I`ll spend around 200-300 extra for insurance. I asked him to Bill.
So, nicely and innocently those sales guys packed my mobile. I paid my bill using my father`s credit card. I simply happened to check the IMEI number of my handset and that which is printed on my Bill. To my shock, both these numbers were Different. I was completely tensed and felt cheated. Really, Tears came out of my eyes as I am purchasing this phone with my first salary. I went to cashier and asked him for a explanation. He is asking me "Why are you bothered about IMEI number on the bill?" I immediately warned all the customers there and we opened the box.
You won't believe, it was clearly a duplicate Chinese make phone that doesn`t have an IMEI number when we press *#06#. I`ll tell you, SANGEETHA MOBILES ARE RUNNING A FAKE MOBILE PHONE RACKET. ALL THIER PHONES AND SEALS ARE TAMPERED. I threw the bill on his face and cancelled my credit card transaction. Please, Please, Please, don't buy Mobiles from re-sellers such as Sangeetha, Univercell, Mobile Stores, Subhiska, Hot-Spot. Just shell out 200-300 Rs extra and buy it from Original Nokia Priority Dealers. All these offers of insurance are just gimmicks. I hope my experience will teach you people a lesson and save money and time. I don't want to disclose my name or identity as I spoke the truth.

Ali, when you are saying all these stories, why cant you fix the issues that this person is having who gave the below details.

Explaining and talking to the customer does not provide confidence, fix the issues on spot.

hi ...i have buyed an nokia 5130 mobile in sangeetha mobile show room ...within one month my mobile was theft in bus...i have already paid insurance for my mobile...now i have financial problem, so i cant go for new mobile ...so i decided to claim insurance for mobile..so i went to showroom and asked, they said to give some proofs den i submitted every proofs and den they are saying me to sent every detail to banglore ...this s not my job to do...i have to complaint ur manager or owner... show room in keelkatalai at chennai ...pls call me and give good response...i hope u ll help me thank u

All those who write nonsense about sangeetha Mobiles without disclosing their identity are coward.It may be the same person writing numerous times harping on the same useless issue which he himself know that it is not correct. It is because he would not have even visited any showrooms he may be front for someone or even a cheap competitor.Sangeetha need not responds to all the fake mails.Any genuine customer who has real grievance he should approach HO with his complaints or even write to the concerned mobile company about the fake issue.It is useless and only who has nothing to do with mobiles writes these fake mails.
It is not correct to write that everything is wrong in sangeetha. I had a good experience while shopping with sangeetha.

Nokia — insurance not settled

i claimed for insurance long back my case is not settled so for.latest i spoke to i/c of tamilnadu.i purchased from sangeetha moble kilkattalai chennai-600117.3 months completed kindly do clear my insurance claim.the case is well known to dilip at bangalore and i/c of sangeetha mobile kilkattalai branch.
don't purchase in any sangeetha mobile shop they are frod the costumer
my nokia n8 mobil was theft in a village . wat should i do now ? with insurance policy wat should i apply ? FIR should be taken from that villag or from the city from wher i bought ? police people saying no fir required for mobiles but insurance people saying its necesay...do u replace new hand set if FIR was submitted to u ? will u repalce for normal theft or any violent theft only ? plz do need ful

I want to bring out a similar experience which i had with sangeetha mobile store, I bought a c2 mobile on the 22nd of october, in around three days of purchasing my battery would not get charged and would get switched off, i went to the show room, after which they opened a new sealed Nokia c2 pack and replaced my cell battery with it, and in agin two days the same issue happened and got the battery replaced for the second time, and at last i was not able to switch on my mobile at all.
I went to them for replacement for which they disagreed saying that it is not covered under their policy, and asked me to go to a nokia showroom and re-install the software, I blased those guys and finally they agreed to provide me insurance.
Claiming issurance is another tedious process, We need to go to jayanagar get an estimation letter and then submit it at JC road office, and the timings to submit the insurance is from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM and on Monday to Friday, only the concerned person should go and submit the docs, i had to take one day off from my office just to submit them. Now it has almost been around 3 months and i am still fighting for my mobile to be replaced.
sir the fellows in sangeetha are too rude wen we return to ask any information. but at the time of selling they beg.
