Sub : Replace my nokia n8 with a new one.



i have the honour to inform you that i had submitted my mobile phone model N8 for service under warranty period to ARYA INFOTECH.81 A, SHYAMA PROSAD MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA-700026.i purchased the nokia N8 on 12/10/10 and then it just kept turning on an off and then it would not start at all, an stop totally working



In view of above, I need to get my phone replaced or my amount with suitable interest rate and compensation;

I wanted to state a complaint aganist Nokia Care centre. Last day abnormal sounds wer hearing from my phone when i activate loud speaker. I went to Nokia Care centre which is nearest to my home, and they told that they cant take my phone as i have serviced it earlier in other Nokia Care centre. I asked them to take it and repair but they wer not willing and finally i decided to go to the Nokia care centre that i have given my phone before. After making me wait for an hour they told that its centre panel is complaint n they dont have stock and asked me to give to the other Nokia care centre near to my home. As directed by them i went there and told the thing and they took the work after making me talk to them for more than an hour. They asked me two hours time to repair it and i went back home. On reaching home they callled me up and said some glue has been put when i gave my phone to the other nokia care centre and told me it will take 25 days to get it rectified. I went back to Nokia care centre and they told that the usage of glue denies my warranty and i talked to the NOKIA number ie.[protected]. And after making me wait for another half an hour they told that they will check again and after some time they came back with my phone with all the complaints rectified. They told they have changed some parts. I lost my trust in NOKIA CARE centres. Here inthis case what is the mistake in my part? I trusted NOKIA and bought my Nokia phone. Is that the mistake i have done? NB: I will be busy from morning 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the evening. maine 20 nov 2010 ko nokia c3 purchase kia tha lekin purchasing date k 10 days baad se usme software problem aane lagi, 3-4 times nokia care centre, aminabad jakar software update krwaya or uske baad 1 time wo delhi centre bhi ja chuka hai bt after that same problem wid my handset .main kam se kam 10 times visit kr chuki hun bt wo problem thk hi nai ho raha hai or jb main last time visit kiya (fonez mobile unlimited, nokia care centre aminabad) unke manager ne kaha agr wohi same probs dobara aati hai to wo replace karwa k denge lekin wo prob dobara aayi to maine unse kaha ki apko replacement krwana hai to unhone kaha "i will see to it' .i thnk maine galti kr di nokia pe trust krke agr koi customer aapke pas 10 times visit kr raha hai wo same probs leke so dat customer is nt fool u hav to take some actions for it... i have paid 5800 rs for nothing plzzzz i want my new nokia c3... plzzzzz sir...
i spent 5800rs on that for buy that cellplz help me out of dat problem or kindly give me replacement of my nokia c3..

when My mobile phone is switch on the phone is showing contact service.
after consult a service center they are saying that your mobile phone has no IMEI no.
and it is non repairable.

I had bought nokia C-6 in Kanpur on march 2011.after sometime i have apriblem with my hanset.cameras are not working .I had contacted local nokia care centeres at SOMDUTT BUILDING & CHUNNIGANJ in Kanpur.First time in somdutt building, they told me that liqid gel found in your set so It will send to headoffice.After 15 days they told that your set can, t repair due to unavilable accessories .second time I went in chunniganj center After one month they will told me that this set may not be repaiared.Itaken my set back & now after 15 days it is not working properly problem of TOUCH SCREEN, SLIDE KEY GAURD, BATTERY BACKUP IS CONSISTING .Please give me the right soluation .

Hello Sir,

I am Mohammed.Tarique residing in a small town Rajgangpur near Rourkela, Orissa. I had bought nokia 500, IMEI-[protected], from Sky Phone, Farwania, Kuwait, Tel no.[protected], Invoice No. 0125 just 10 days ago and I came back to India for forever and leaving Kuwait. Now while I switched on my mobile its display is not coming but mobile is functioning properly even when I pushed locked button display is not coming, when phone calls coming to my mobile then also display is showing blank. When I cosulted with my nearest nokia care Center Rourkela Branch (email address:payoja_rourkelaindia.[protected]@nokiacare, Te:[protected]), They checked and told me it is happen due LCD fault and need to replace new one. And they will charge me RS. 1850/- for LCD because they dont cover International warranty now I am helpless and looking forward to you for further solution. They promise me if Nokia will agree for International warranty cover and an order letter will come from Nokia higher authority then they will must replaced LCD with new one. Now I am looking forward to you for further positive actions. Thanks
