I bought a Nokia N70 mobile in Oct 2006. There was some problem in head set connectivity and I gave to nokia care for repair on 08/09/2007. After several visits and phones I was informed that the set was scrapped and a swap piece would be given. I got my swap piece on 22/10/2007( after 44 days) and as ill luck would have it, the swap piece also went out of order. the complaint was 'NO net work connectivity' When I gave for repair on 14/11/2007 and I was told that the piece was beyond repaid and only to be replacaed. But i am yet to get my replacement piece even after 45 days. I made a complaint to Nokia care over phone on 17/12/2007 and today 19/12/2007 i am informed by complaint department of Nokia care that since N70 equipments are not available, only on 25/12/2007 it will be sent to the concerned nokia care and I can check on 239/12/2007.

I am really pained and purterbed by the quality of after sales service given by a company of high repute and size.
In the circumstances I request you all whether I can insist on issuance of Brand new set as the repaired piece are not up to the mark. My mobile no [protected]

N70 — replacement not received

Bought N70 which got crashed, as it was in the warranty period nokia care center assured to provide the replacement.
Set was handed over on 14th Nov'07. Till date have not received replaced cell.
After interacting with the customer care center they say it pending centraly.

2 month and they say they dont have any replacement piece available with them. Pls tell how long should i wait for my cell.

Ref : Model: N- 70- 1 Music Black, IMIE no. [protected].

Dear Sir,
The above model handset was purchased from M/s. The Mobile Store, authorized dealer of Nokia Products. We are regular customer of nokia and have purchased 2 handsets from the same store. Out of these, one handset Model: N – 70-1, IMIE no. [protected] has stopped working.
We have approached your Nokia care a quite a number of times, which I am mentioning categorically.

1)This handset was purchased on 8th November 2007.

2 )Just within 6 months this handset got completely discharged even after regular charging.

3 )This handset was immediately shown to the dealer (M/s. Mobile Store) on 17th June, 2008.

4 )The dealer took this handset to M/s. Nokia care, Anurag Marketing, Mazenin Floor, Fawara Chowk, C.A.Road, Nagpur, who in turn made a Service Job Sheet No.[protected]/080617/86 on 17th june, 2008.

5 )When contacted for delivery, it was informed that this particular handset has critical hardware problem which cannot be rectified here and will be sent to Delhi head office.

6 )When enquired as to when we will be getting the handset, they expressed their inability to give specific date and informed that this may take days, weeks or even months to rectify the same.

Sir/madam, you will kindly agree this handset is very costly (Rs. 10, 419/-), which was purchased to meet the emergency phone calls and I am left with no mobile with me even after expending so huge amount.
M/s. Nokia has always assured its customer that they have 24 hours customer care and complaints are being attended within 24 hours, which is not happening in my case.
We request you to advise the concerned to take immediate action in this regard to immediately replace the handset with a new one.
Please note that till date we have faced enough embarrassment and have wasted time from running pillar to post to get the handset, but in vain. If we are not getting a new handset as a replacement immediately within a week’s time, we will be forced to lodge a complaint with Consumer forum.
We are confident that M/s. Nokia Care will not give us such botherations of moving to the Consumer forum or Court of law and arrange for immediate replacement.

Nokia N70m — Replacement Delay

My Jobsheet No is [protected].My mobile N70 music edition suffered hanging problem.So, I went to the Nokia Care in Annasalai HCL infinet 12/6/2008 and they asked to collect the mobile after two Days.After two days I collected the mobile and switched it on and found that Memory card is not accepting and I gave a complaint about it in the same Nokia care and they said that they will take it as higher priority and asked me to collect it after two days.I called them and asked whether the mobile is ready for collecting, but they said it cant be repaired so it will bereplaced within 15days.Even after 20days they are saying there was no stalk and delay from the head office so they asked me to call after 10days.Therefore they are asking me wait for more than 30 days. Buying a mobile for 10, 000 and within 5months many problems occured and finally not replacing the mobile in correct mentioned date.if possible please get me the money back or replace it earlier.

N70-1 — DELAYED SERVICE

I OFFERED MY N70 WHICH WAS DEAD WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR TO CITYTEL SERVICES AT P 11 CIT ROAD, SCHEME-L V, MOULALI KOLKATA-700014 ON 14/08/2008. BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE NOT YET DELIVERED MY MOBILE AND WHENEVER HE ASKED HE GAVES NO SATISFACTORY REPLY.NOE WILL YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHEN SHALL I GET BACK MY MOBLIE. AS THE MOBILE IS OUT OF SERVICE WITHIN ONE YEAR OF ONE YEAR WARRANTY YOU PLEASE REPLACE THE SET.I WAN IMMEDIATE REPLY OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST YOU. Nokia N70m — Replacement

on 14/07/08 i had submit my cell 1st time to nokia care. on delivery date it was not working properly same time i submitted it again. on 28/07/08 i received my handset but within 2 day it was not woking.on 06/08/08 i had given my handset to nokia care again they gave me expected date 09/08/08.

when i go to collect my handset om 16/8/08 they told me that they it was an replacement and it takes 1 weak.

from that day they are not telling truth and misguiding me.

[protected] and my handset sr. no. is 12.Please do something for my set.otherwise i shall go to the consumer forum against this matter.

Nokia N-70 — Replacement Request

I purchased the nokia n-70 mobile phone inspite of its cost, keeping in mind the reputation of the company in the market and its assurance of delivering the best for its costmers.but its very unfortunate and sorry to say that now i m repenting my decision of buying this phone.i bought the N-70 with product code 0539267 and serial number [protected] from the nokia priority dealer shop.everything went fine for five month after that it started showing flickering in the screen and after sometime it started showing major problems like the loudspeaker automatically start and the music menu also opened while during incoming and outgoing calls.i submitted my phone in the nokia servicing center Green Park, they returned the phone without any improvements.on submitting the phone again they kept on giving dates and made me keep asking for the phone, but the problem remained unsolved with further addition to the problem now the phone started showing the phone memory as full and now performing any function in the phone became a real headache to me.i have again submitted the phone under job sheet number[protected] and still wonder when i'll be getting the phone.
Being an student i have already wasted a lot of my time on this irrelevant foolish work and have already gone through a lot of mental harrasment, inspite of buying such a costly phone and that too from a renowned company like NOKIA.
i dont want to further waste my time and brain on all this and therefore i want to get it replaced as soon as possible.
if proper attention is not given to my complaint then i will be forced to take judicial action against the company.

My Jobsheet No is[protected]/08120315.(2nd Time) My mobile 3600S sustained Speaker sound problem. Therefore, I went to the Nokia Care at Tinsukia first time for repairing on[protected] and they told that they are unable to open the set, so they have to send it to Guwahati Nokia care. Accordingly they send it on[protected] and on[protected] I again received the set from Nokia care after repairing, but after using 5 Minutes it creates more Problem then before. Immediately on[protected] again I deposit the set at Nikia care Tinsukia. In the mean time I contacted Mr. Himanshu Das at Guwahati over phone about the problem and he told that he will give replacement against the damaged one. But till dated i.e.[protected] I have not received any information from them. I am facing problem not getting the set. Yesterday I paid visit to Nokia care at Tinsukia and asked about the set and on reply they told that it will take again 10 days. I think Nikia care is playing a game with me. I have purchase the set in the Aug, 2008 for Rs.10, 100/- and within 2 months it creates problems. If I get not any reply within 48 Hours and getting no optioned I will go through Court.     Dear Sir,
    In my project work i am using Nokia 6210 model mobile which has an internal Modem built. Also i know Model 6210 responds to AT Commands through hyperterminal. But when i am trying some AT Commands it is not responding. When i tried to Query Modem it is asking me to verify the modem is properly connected. What might be the problem for this?
    Please sort me this issue.

    Nokia 6210 — Headset

    Hi i have broought this phone but there is problem with headset
    the music volume is very low and second and most imp is we cannot change songs with headset which is provided by company its verymuch shameful giving all feature but no music and music without phone is like fish without water

    Nokia 6210 — voda phone back up service

    i have had the miss fortune to have been advised by your staff the nokia 6210,
    within days of receiving it the plastic cheap poorly designed call disconnect area cracked. i called to ask advce and was told as i did not takeout insurance nothing could be done.
    (that plastic area should not crack just by pressing to disconnect a call)
    i was advised to take it to my local voda phone shop in derby and was told by one of your drongos
    ( his atitude was not good at all typical of todays CBA syndrome )
    £40. service charge as i did not have insurance. (not good at all is it)
    i have been with vodaphone14 years but no longer after this.
    the write ups on this phone says its cheap and nasty and this plastic trim on the bottom of the slide
    i is a definate design fault
    i think your back up or staff training is very poor and i do intend to take this matter to consumer rights

    Nokia 6210 — not giving my phone

    i have given my phone for repair to the service centre on[protected] but after 2 months later they are providing me with nokia 7610 which is cheaper than the cost of my original handset for which i have called the service centre as well as the customer care 50 times.
    but they are not giving me satisfactory response and always say that call us after 2 or 3 days.i have also told them for the compensation but they are saying nothing for it.i dont understand what to do now.So,i decided now to take your help.

    Nokia 6210 — Lost telephone in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu

    Lost my telephone on 20 November 2009 imei no [protected]..can I stop using my lost telephone
    You need to give your Bill to Nokia service centre ... they will stop the phone Activation then it will not usefull for him...
    This is common issue my NOKIA 6210 keypad has now cracked just after 11months o[censored]sing it. It started with near number 1 then humber 7 which has actually fallen down now. I can see a crack near the number 1 and 6 looks like it will fall down as well. NOKIA doesnt want to take care of it as they say insurance wont cover it as it was demmaged by myself. I just dont understant how could i demage they keypad so bardly they they keep cracking.

    Nokia 6210 — key pad

    i have a nokia 6210and the contract gos for 24 months but the phone only last for 18 months befor i cant use it , i cant text or use the 0 butten to call , the phone i hade befor 5210 just would not work and sent it back for repairs and never seen it again , knobody could find it or give any help , every nokia phone i have had last for only 12 months or less , iam very unhappy with it , but at the start it is a very good phone but soon starts to go bad , if it lasted 24 months i would get another one but it wont , pklease tell me why this is ilive at 2 fay st ararat vic 3377 , phone no is [protected], please call me and tell me how to get it fixed ,,, thank you steven aston-brien

      I am submit my handset to nokia customer care in sakarpur , delhi for 4times but always the same problem accured next day , then after I,m give my handset for 2 weeks then they gave my handset yesterday , today the same problem will be accured and 1another problem is also attachedwith that low sound .For that I,m come to varun enterprises to say that but there is no hearing of my problem and behave rudely

        I brought N72 phone on 01/10/07 and since then i have given twice that phone for repairing for the same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.

        My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning itself and the same cannot be replaced with a new handset........

        Where is the fault of the customer.....who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product....

        Cant they accept their one fault....and get it replaced...

        m Purchasing Nokia 6233 handset last Month there is miner Problem of display.         I have purchased N95 phone on 27/10/2007 from Hot Spots Pvt Ltd, Lucknow. After 2 months o[censored]sage i started experiencing the handset getting heated automatically and battery getting discharged to minimal level. I approached the nOKIA CARE at Hazratganj in Feb 08 and it was told that it will be repaired. After repairs again after weeks time in 1st week March 08 i used to see that My phone DISPLAY SCREEN is blank and nothing is visible.

        I requested for warranty replacement and since the premier model teh issue being faced in 4 months time, NOKIA should take forward the step to get the handest repelcaed. But no interest for teh premium range of customer also friom NOKIA. This would certainly create a dent in NOKIA reputation.

        I request NOKIA Management to take my request positively and take a step forward for hanset replacement. I am available on [protected]
        I have purchased NOKIA 6500 SLIDE phone on 21st feb 2008,but very soon i found that it's getting discharged in a very short time period. also when i try to connect it with the PC it's screen gets blank & all te keys becomes disabled. this can be again started only by hot rebooting.
        I am very much shocked how's all this happening in such a branded name.

        First i gave my set for repair on 13th march'08 at nokia customer care at residency road where Mr Rehman tempered my phone and cause of which my warranty is void. Then I gave my phone on 14th March'08 at nokia care centre, koramangala, Bangalore. they asked me to collect the set next day. but till date they are extending the time. Moreover cause the phone was tempered the warranty is void and they are asking for Rs 800/- for repairing charges.
        Please let me know what to do.

        I am shocked with the kind of service Shree Communication, Pune provided to me(job sheet no[protected]/080220/56). My set was having some problem from the beginning and few more problems developed eventually so i gave my handset for repairing. they kept my handset for 28 days without repairing and on top of it now my camera is also not working and i have got loads n loads of scratched on the body of my handset. even the back panel of my handset is attached without screws. and when i said that i would be complaining about this issue so they replied by humiliating me. please look forward to this issue or else there will be no point buying such an expensive handset which do not have any support.

        Dear sir,
        I am from Trivandrum & have some problem in nokia model N73 music edition.
        My IMEI no: [protected] & purchased on 18/10/2007. Till that time the mobile is showing complains & I will discribe below.
        1. Camera out of focus,
        2. camera Button complained
        a) Then I sent it to Nokia Care & they sent it to Erenakulam & it return back after 3 weeks with zero complains. After 2 days later these complains come up.
        b) Then I give back to nokia care. after 3 weeks later it returns as only button 5 working with navigation keys.
        c)Then I give back to nokia care. After 1 weeks It returns as button 1 & 4 with navigation keys not working.
        d)Then I give back to nokia care. after 1 weeks it returns as all working.
        e)After 1 month later the phone got complains as
        1) Switchess Off
        2) Hanging
        3) Camera not Working
        4) No Ringtones
        I bought it on oct 2007, and I had used only 3 months max:, all the other time it's on Nokia Care.
        For the last 6 months this is the 5th time it goes to Nokia care so How can I trust using this phone after all the complains had rectified. So please replace the phone so that i can use it further.
        Please do so as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased NOKIA 1325 with Reliance connection two month back. The handset is having very strange problem.If smbody calls me on this mobile it says to the caller that the mobile is switched off however I have never switched off my set.This is not happeninig for all incomming calls but more that 70 % callers have the same comphlaint with my mobile. I want to state that this is my official phone & daily I am loosing my business due to not recieving calls.I have given my phone to NOKIA customer care for ten days but gravity of problem never changed.I have change it's SIM card twice to check weather the problem is with SIM.
        Now I am in fix what to do with this so called hand set, no one is ready to listem properly in customer care.
        If anybody from NOKIA realy cares than please suggest me.

        I purchase a Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 17/10/2007, But the same date phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: Anand and Co. P-161, V.I.P.Road, Scheme VII M, Kolkata-700054(Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. One day I cannot use the phone.

        So, please replace the phone (Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected]) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the Police Station or other places.
        I think you take the dissection immediate.

        The Nokia Customer care is worst cust care in d world.
        But still i dont know why i purchased the N series phone after knowing so many problems in the phones.
        And I regret today for that. I started Nokia with 3315. It was the best phone. I took 8250, 2100, 1110, 1100, 6610i, 6600, 3250, N72.
        I found problems in 2100, 1110, 6600, and in N72.
        Everytime I complaint about anything to nokia with the bills and under warranty period they have only answer that Sir, This is water logging problem. I said i have laminated the phone completely from the very first day how can it be the water logging problem.They said sir water can go from charger port from speaker port. What rubbish. I said that if there could be any water issue atleast I should have knowledge about that and I am sure that I even have not touched the phone with wet hands, How it can be like this? They said sir this is the only reason. And after that the next reply was you need to change keypad which will cost you 950 Rupees 750 rupees or whatever the cost is.
        Even with 2100 I replaed the keypad I got the phone from the executive's hand and checked the problem was same, the keys were not working properly. Wow What a great bluff this is. I have been charged 750 Rs for the replacement of keypad. Now the great answer from their side Sir the problem is now with the PCB of the phone means they want to replace the whole circuit of the phone. Another Bluff. Now you are saying that the problem is with this PCB then why did you told me to replace the keypad and charged me for that. I threw the phone there on the floor and it got cracked kicked it towards the door and came out from there. After that I purchased Sony Ericsson. Wow what a great experience it was. There was no complaint in the phone till the time I had that for 1 year time. Again after that I dont know Why I keep going purchasing Nokia phone.
        The last and worst incident is with N72. The phone's key were not working properly. pressing 3 was displaying 7. pressing c (cancel) was launching Music player and bla vbla. I report the issue to Nokia and the answer was evergreen the same. And this time it was 950 Rs. I asked to show me how it was water damaged. What they did they deassembled the phone showed mw the keypad and said see there are some water signs on your phone's keypad. I touched them and rubbed and said this is the dust only and having a phone for 9 months period in India can cause some dust inside the phone. They said straight foreward Sir You have to replace it. We can not do anything else. I returned with my phone.I did not give the phone for repair. After that phone stopped working atall. There is only one WHITE SCREEN and nothing to display. and now the phone is in the garbage of my house. I am using Sony P1i now. and I am fully satisfied with the phone.

        I have cell phone modeled no. NOKIA-6610 nd its power ic was struct off or not proper working. So we have given the cell to MOBILE PLANET NOKIA CARE CENTRE, PATHANKOT(Pb.) to repair il on[protected]. And they are not giving it nd every time Exicutives working on there are refused to give us. Today[protected], when i went to this shop they refuse to give the cell phone nd said to take any action from any where nd also refusing to giv the cell phone. And i have paid the fee for repairing this as rs. 500 on[protected] to owner of the shop.

        Nokia N73M — Not Getting GPRS on mobile & sudden disconnect line

        I'm a costomer of your BSNL service.
        My complaint is from
        (1)last 1 months i'm not getting GPRS service i even have the setting on my cell then also i'm not getting the service when i called up on BSNL helpline they said that we are doing to solve your problem but i didn't getting my problem solve please do some action.
        (2)My next complaint is that they suddenly dissconnected the line so take some actions now.
        i had purchased nokia 2630 around six months ago. This handset

        is provided with gurantee of one year. it had suddenly got the

        problem of blank display. the screen was totally blank. as it was

        in gurantee period i had taken it to the nokia care center in

        jalgaon dist of maharashtra. They had told that it will have to

        sent to company, and it would take around 25 days to recover.

        as it was in the gurantee period i do not have any issue.

        after the constant follow up with the service center they had told

        me that it has been physical damage. but i just want to know

        basic criteria of physical damage, only bacause of company is

        saying . customer do have to agree without any objection. i also agree that i will pay the cost of repairing the handset though it is

        gurantee period. out of the 6 months i have used the handset the

        Dear Sir,

        I am Gurdeep Singh Anand had purchased a Nokia, N-95 Hand Set which had a complaint of battery back – up, Scroll Button and Display.

        In this regard I hereby inform you that I had visited many times at your service centre. But we not get any satisfactory response from your side. Details of visits are given here under :-

        Visit 1 on dated 12/08/2008, I gave my hand set for repair which had an expected date of 14th August 2008. I went there on 18th August 2008, but it was not repaired and was given date on 19th August 2008.

        Visit 2 on dated 19/08/208, still the handset was not repaired. I took back my hand set as I had to go out of India.

        Visit 3 on dated 21/08/2008, I again re – submitted my hand set which had an expected date of 25th August 2008, I went on 26th August 2008, and same answer I got again. And was given date 28th August 2008. I called up on 28th August and now I am given date 01/09/2008. I just want to know would I get my Phone repaired or not. It is under warranty.

        Nokia care: the last place you would like to give your phone for service

        This is to tell you about the ordeal I went through; or rather I am going through after giving my phone for service at Nokia care. My phone had a simple problem; basically one key (the ‘c’ key) became too sensitive. As my phone is under warranty, I decided to get it serviced at Nokia Care. And my, tat would be the biggest mistake I ever made. I initially submitted my phone to the Nokia Care centre located at Purswalkam, opp. Abhirami Mall, Chennai (Job sheet no. 1975). They said they would return my phone in a three days time. But they took ten days, and when I go to collect my phone, I only come to know, that they have not really repaired my phone. The software of my phone happened to be the same as when I had submitted my phone. The phone worked fine, only for a few hrs. Then the same problem again, and finally the key (the ‘c’ key), stopped working completely.
        I then decided to give my phone to other Nokia care centre, and I submitted my phone to Nokia care, located in Anna Salai, opp. Sathyam Theater. (Also known as Rocky Agencies). I submitted my phone on the 1st of Aug. (job sheet no.[protected]/080801/20). They said they shall return my phone in 7 to 10 days. And finally after 29 days, I go to collect my phone, only to discover that my phone is in a worse state than what it was when I had given it for service. I demand for a replacement as they have spoiled my phone. When I gave them, one key was not working, and they return it to me with four keys not working. The upper plate of the keypad was not functioning properly. The manager over there tells me weird stories. Then he tells me that he will get the phone repaired in a week(s) time. I had no other option, and submitted my phone for service(job sheet no.[protected]/080829/44). And one week is over, and when I call them to collect my phone, I am asked to wait for another 4 to 5 days. Is this a phone is serviced at Nokia Care? Nokia may be a well known brand, but how long can a brand last when it begins to destroy its reputation by putting its customers through such ordeals? This is just my personal experience. When I decided to mail the Nokia care, I came across so many other people who are facing similar problems. I am putting down some extracts from the internet, just to bring to your notice, that Nokia may be a well known brand, but the service is definitely inefficient. If they continue to go on like this, they are on the way to bring down their own reputation.

        I have had the same complain.

        I had an N70M which I bought from the Nokia Priority shop at Maninagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat).My phone was perfectly good for about a year and then unluckily i had to give to the nokia care to format my phone as the memory was full.

        After having done that I started having all sorts of problem with my phone. My screen vanished and I got it repaired for 1500 bucks. Barely a couple of weeks later I experienced the same problem. However their data did not show that I had ever done such repair in the past. I was ready to get it repaired again and bear the expenses.

        I gave the phone at the following address

        The guy charged me 100Rs saying that it was the basic fees they charged which would be deducted from the final amount of the charges.

        After a couple of days they returned my phone back asking me to get it repaired from any roadside shop and that Nokia Care does not solve such problem and refused to return the money they charged initially.

        This is a very serious problem coz if the company named the 4th trusted brand provides such services to its customers then I was better off with my landline.

        This makes it really a problem for me to recommend someone the phone.

        I purchased Nokia N72 from Photomax Gurudwara Road Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 30/07/2007 vide serial no-7513 under IMEI no [protected]. After a period of 6 months I noticed flickering in display. I immediately went to the Nokia Care Center Rama Electronics Talab Tillo Jammu and they advised me to replace the display but the display was out of stock and told me to come after one month as they will get the same from Chandigarh. On next month I again came to them and they replaced the same. But again flickering did not subside. I visited 5to 6 times in the period of next 4 to 5 months with the same complaints but it was all in vain .I lodged a written complaint to the same than they told me that they will send my hand set to Chandigarh. Under job sheet no[protected]/080723/29 dated 23/July 2008 they forwarded my handset to Chandigarh. On 14 of September o8 I got my set back without any improvement so I refused to take the set back and the hand set started hanging this time along with flickering display. They told me as flickering in the display was still in the hand set so they will again send it to Chandigarh for the replacement of the same .It is herby requested kindly replace my hand set at the earliest and the matter may be bring under the notice of the honorable Consumer Court with figures and facts, for the justice. I myself as a reputed doctor by profession wasted my valuable and precious time and faced lots of trouble after purchasing a handset from a reputed Company and from a authorized Nokia Priority Dealer

        I've bought nokia 3600 slide on August 16th 2008 frm E-Zone electronics. Frm the second week only my phone started showing display problems so I immedietely approched the store to ask abt the problem they told me that my use is very rough so my phone is showing such problem. Then they did the formatting of my phone and gave it back to me. But the problem remained on the same place. & now the backlights of the phone suddenely goes off. So I just wanted to ask if they can replace the handset as the warrenty period is still there.         it is really pathetic that lunch is more important to the manager of customer care[mr kumar] than servicing a customer complaint. i bought my cell in feb2008 and it started coming apart soon thereafter. i gave it to the green park service centre on sept 09/08. they refused to give me a standby cell. till date i have no information abt the status of my cell. i had to buy another instrument.i have been a die hard nokia fan but now i have to look for an alternative-the after sales service speaks more abt the company than does the product features.to say i'm disappointed is an understatement. I am ENRAGED to the point of taking the matter to the consumer forum-hope nokia has a suitable explanation for its lapses.

        Nokia their job is only to produce Mobile phones and not to worry about the customers who purchased it. You may have to call their Bangalore telephone no and the girl attending the phone will cooly say that we have go to the Nokia care (customer center). Let their senior officers visit their customer care and have an opinion from the customers visting for various problems, they will understand the real plight of the customers, including the waiting time for repair, the behaviour of the staff besides the complaints they get on their phone. I think none of the Nokia executives use their onw brand otherwise they would haave brought their product much better.

        I visited the Nokia care atleast 3 times to get it rectified to my surprise none of the persons incharge is interested in solving.

        My complaint is 5610 Model battery is not lasting as promised and the panel has come out and small portion of 1 inches plastic panel cost me Rs.2000/- it is totally cheating. If they have seen this blog and replies me they are really genuine otherwise they are not " the Connecting People" as they claim

        I had purchased one nokia 6233 in the month of august 2007 i was happy with this mobile suddenly in the month of july 2008 one problem came in this mobile that problem was like this(this mobile was showing the sign of headset on the screen without attaching the headset). I gone to your service centre that is in Lajpat Nagar (New Delhi) they repaired the set but in the month of august 2008 suddenly i tried to listen a song through my headset then i saw that my headset is not working when i saw the enhancements i found that the headset is deleted from there thats why my headset is not working.then i gone to that service centre again they refused to attend my complaint because my warranty is lapsed before few days when i gone again. i explained them that this is not the fresh complaint this is the previous complaint which is solved in the wrong way but they refused. When i said them to give me in return that you will not attend my comlaint they just given me a print of online warranty in which my online wasranty was expired.after few days i got your customer support number i spoke to your customer support banglore they said your problem will be rectified just go to that same service centre and say them to speak with us but they (service centre peoples) refused to speak with your eecutive.Now i am compaling you second time bur havn't got any reply from your side. If you will not reply me this time then i will go to the cunsumer court because i have a proof against that service centre peoples in my hand that proof is that online warranty printot which they given to me. Because they said that they will re format my mobile when i gone first time to them but in that printout there is not any detail of data uploading. I know what they didi with me they just deleted the headset. and this is the wrong way and one more thing i want to say that murder is murder even the murderer got caught after 2 years of murder.Hoping for your positive reply.

        I had prchased a Nokia 3110 classic from Yamunanagar, haryana on 21/6/08 IMEI No. [protected]. I t developed defects after 2 months and I gave it for repair an the Nokia care centre at Yamunannagar. It refused to carry out repairs under warranty and asked for Rs. 450 which was paid . The pone again developd defects withen one month and again the Nokia Care centre was approached who advised the phone to be unrepairable and refused to accept any responsibility. Nokia is taking its customers for a ride and the socalled warranty is an absolute Sham.

        I have a nokia mobile(6300) i purchased in the last JAN.I found a problem that the head set is not connecting properly. I approached a Nokia care, the man in the customer care said that he required the bill to check out. The next day (20nov) I took the bill, but he booked my phone for service without checking the bill---!
        After one week they informed the phone is ready, for my surprise the left head phone was not at all working (remember before service both H/P where working properly only the problem with the connectivity) Then they made a second booking too

        I, Commandant Francis Paul, working for Indian Coast Guard, under Ministry of Defence, am exclusive Nokia user since 1998. I had changed 5-6 sets since then, all Nokia models. 0n 04 Apr 08, I had purchased a Nokia N70 model (IMEI number is [protected]). I had especially chosen this model for the music edition feature, wherein the two piece hands free (model AD-15 or AD 46) was provided. The whole idea of going for this model was to enable connecting the device to a multi media speaker.
        The original hands-free (model AD-15 or AD 46) provided had gone bad and was replaced by Mr. Hemant (Cell no. [protected]) at M/s Gulati Communications, M-90, Gol Market, Canaught Place, New Delhi, (Phone[protected] with a HS-23 model hands-free in Jul 08. The replacement piece was collected by my staff, who unknowingly received HS-23 model hands-free instead of the original model. Also the piece initially replaced was not a new piece and had plenty of scratches. The same piece was replaced after about two months repeated persuasion on 04 Oct 08. On subsequent discussions with the firm I was given to understand that the replacement model should not have been accepted at the very first stage and that the same cannot be exchanged at this at this stage.
        I later spoke to Customer Care at Bangalore on 22 Oct 08 and I was assured that the HS-43 will be replaced with a hands-free of the original model (model AD-15 or AD 46). However, I would have to re-deposited the HS-43 hands-free with the same firm ie. M/s Gulati Communications and intimate the job order number to Customer Care at Bangalore for suitable replacement with AD-15 or AD-46 model.
        I was in constant liaison with Mr. Hemant for four months and was made aware of the discussion with Customer Care, Bangalore. On every occasion either he or his staff kept on avoiding issuance of job order, under the pretext that his shop was under renovation. Finally, when his shop was activated after renovation in the second week of Feb 09, he has conveniently refused to take up the issue, stating that warranty for accessories is only six month and nothing can be done at this stage.
        With regards to this case I would still like submit the following with regards to the experiences I had with Mr. Hemant from M/s Gulati Communications:
        (a) The firm has been replacing used accessories for customers under warranty.
        (b) The staff and proprietor very rude and delayed response over phone and in person
        (c) Delaying matters beyond warranty limits, wherein the firm is in a position to call themselves helpless due to expiry of warranty.
        (d) Not guiding customers correctly for their betterment.
        (e) Refusing to issue a job order despite being appraised of the outcome of my discussions with Customer Care, Bangalore.

        I purchased Nokia Expressmusic 5310 on 6 Apr08. My problem was that the phone used to hang, failed to respond when i used to press the buttons and the settings used to change on its own. I got my phone repaired in August 08 and was told that there must be some curropt data. I faced the same problem and got my phone repaired again in Nov08 for the same problem(they updated the software each time). Again in Feb 09 i faced the same problem and they once again updated my software...all Nokia care people say is that it is data problem. I spoke to the Area Head of NokiaCare Ahmedabad, Mr. Amit and told him about my problem and his reaction was "so what can I do about it"...I mean the head of Nokiacare is so damm inconsiderate...I fail to understand how can a company like Nokia employ such people who dont know how to keep their customers happy once the sale is done. My phone was still in warrenty then and I wanted to ask him whats to be done if I face the same problem over and over again...I mean i cant keep paying for the repair for the same problem thats been occuring since the time I bought my phone. I was asked to buy a new memory card also and I did buy but nothing solved my problem. .

        I bought nokia 5320(blue) from prakash music centre bhopal on October 2009.i bought it by it after spending considerable money.Only because of my trust in the brand nokia and the day of its use it is giving problem to services.i have bought it from a nokia showroom there.since the day of its use it is giving problem of downloading and when i go to the service centre at sameer music centre there HCL( Nokia) one guy named Sachin Rajpoot([protected]) is asking for 1200 rs. And he promise me to gimme new nokia5320 handset(which is in gaurentee period ) in replace of the old one.but after 1 month he is not at all ready to give a new handset and is asking for more money for the old and damaged handset which he is giving to me by making all false commitment. But sir till date i.e. 20/5/2009 the set hasen't reacher me. i have visited the nokia care thrice during this period and each time the have have some stupid excuse for not giving the instrument. there has been regular conversation with the executives during this period on no.         Why do we purchase a branded product?
        I purchased Nokia 5800, very good phone, with lot of features and spend Rs 18.900/- . And i could have purchased a chinese phone with same features in less then Rs 5000/- . But i went for brand, my mistake.
        On june 5th june 2009 i faced a simple issue with music files which i was not able to import into music player, so i went to Nokia priority where a gentelman tried some hands on my phone, after spending good half an hour he asked me to contact nokia care, It was already 7:00 pm so he asked me to contact nokia care. Very next day i.e on 6th june i went to Nokia care (Shri nath ji comm, shop no - 8, nehru place, karnal ( harayana). First they made me wait for 45 minutes before they could listen to my issue. So i explained the technician about the issue and after trying few things asked me to come after 3 hrs as he needed to download the software, i agreed, i asked him for the jobsheet and he replied that it is issued only if we keep the phone which does not make sence to me, however i didn't have option to fight with him. So as asked by him i went there at 3:00 pm and he again asked me to come back after 1hr 30 min, i told him that its very hot out there and i have to come from distance but i was not able to made him understand this thing, so i had to go there at 4:30 pm the third time . At this time the same guy asked me to explain him the issue i was facing with the phone which shocked me becouse he made me visit three times for the issue and he didn't know the issue.Then i asked him to give me the job card for the same as i wanted to escalate the same thing first he refused after a long discusion he agreed . He removed lamination of the phone for a software issue as he needed few no. which were there on the bill as well. The problem with phone resolved by itself. But this whole incident has made me think, is it wise to spend Rs 14800/- extra on such a brand who don't care about their customers ?

        I bought a New Nokia E63 Phone, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working due to software problem I submit the phone to Nokia care MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36 Guru nanak pura radhu palace raod opp v3s mall laxmi nagar new delhi, on 23th may09 but their the handset return back my mobile. when i got phone i check my phone. phone is not charing.i sumiited my phone on 27th may09. they told me phone not reparied me many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 12 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              After getting a mail from you I had contacted nokia priority again and they told me that my nokia was defective as that piece was getting repaired for the forth time and need to be scraped. The took my handset and replaced it with another one after 2-3 weeks. I was in a hurry as i was leaving for mumbai so i just picked it up and left. Later i realized that the handset given to me was in a very bad shape.It had scratches on body,the camera button on facia was not in proper place and even screen had scratches.

              The day i reached hyderabad I went to nokia priority and meet Mr. Sharma ([protected]) the service centre manager and told him that how can a brand new piece of mine be replaced with such and old one. He told me that i can proceed to any level and complain as he is helpless.He said all these handsets are sent to him from nokia.

              He took back my handset and gave me a job sheet (61481) saying that I would be getting some handset(not promising a new one) by 15th.

              But there is no response from his end.

              I am sick and tired of nokia as this is the 2nd such instance that i am facing with nokia.I had a Nokia 6265 which has gone for repairs more than 4times and has been with nokia for over 3-4 months just for repair and then i was returned a totally scratched and useless handset which had to be repaired again.

              Is this the standards nokia maintains? I want a proper explananition about this or I am proceeding to Consumer court with my complaint. I either want a box packed replacement or my cash refund.

              Please reply me soon or i would be forced to take some serious step.

              Thanks for informing me that nokia is such a substandard product. How can nokia design something so horrible and then wash there hands by saying they cannot do something about it.               Nokia E90 — sick nd tired of complaining about totaly dead NOKIA E90

              I am writing you this letter regarding a complaint that fell on deaf ears in Guwahati ASSAM. On 11th July 2007 I bought a Nokia E90 bearing IMEI no. [protected], battery no.[protected]; 0670519 and charger no.[protected]; 0675606, on dated 23/11/2007, I made my first complain which was not corrected properly. The complain was regarding malfunctioning of the ear piece of the handset and constant switching off on its own and get started after 10 to 15 min . The people at the Nokia care shop said the ear piece was corrected but the other problem couldn’t be corrected and that it should work fine from then on. On the 2nd of September the mobile went complete dead, in Bangalore. I then took the mobile to Nokia care named SAMVRADHI TECHNOLOGY in Bangalore details of which are attached along with this letter. They kept the phone for more than two months, during which I used to go to enquire every 7 days. They only replied saying the phone was in Delhi and that it was being corrected there, only to return it saying it was irreparable.
              After that incident there was so many telephonic conversations regarding this matter but every thing went futile. So, I would like to bring to your notice in to the matter seriously and provide me a solution as soon as possible or else I am bound to take necessary legal action.

              I have Nokia e90. I had purchased this mobile thinking it as the business phone, highly prestigious and of the excellent quality.

              I am afraid to say that its not. I am sure nokia would be knowing about the problems in nokia e90 but to my surprise have not responded to it

              Problems faced by me and many nokia e90 users
              1. The quality of the product in terms of the body is very bad. The body color started coming out in just 4-5 months even after taking due care in terms of carry case, handling, etc

              2. In just 6 Months, i had to replace the speakers as the speakers were giving torn voice (Add Rs 1200 to the cost)

              3. In 1 Year, the battery drain (Adding Rs 1950 to the cost)

              4. In 1.2 years, the microphone inside is dead (I cant speak), No person can listen to my voice (Estimated cost Rs 1200). I have not repaired the same till now

              5. I started using handsfree, In just 1 month, one side of the speakers cant be heard now (Now I cant hear also)

              I hope nothing happens to screen or else I wont be able to see also

              So Gandhiji's Famous Monkeys would be in me (Tomo 02 Oct 09 - Gandhiji's Birthday) and i have to understand gandhiji's gift to me (Dont talk bad, dont hear bad, dont see bad). It means Dont Use Nokia e90

                Nokia N76 — bad response

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have purchased Nokia N76 model mobile but within a year Main LCD & its connector damaged. I went to the Nokia Care Centre for its servicing at Axis Bank Building, Sevoke Road Siliguri. They said me an estimate of Rs. 3000/- but when the set is repaired completely they charged me for Rs. 4800/-. When i asked them for detailed bill they took 2 hours time to prepare bill. Firstly they prepare rough bill in a paper and copied it in main bill. they also said that they changed outer lcd as well as some other parts. i asked them to provide me the damaged parts they denied. i have shown the set first to the other engineer from where i have prchased it and there they said that only Main LCD and connector was damaged but in care center knowingly they cheated the costumer by saying that the other parts also haqve to changed but exactly the parts could not be changed and charged for it too.

                If the care centre itself doing such type of haragement as well as cheating than haw can we believe? Why not they handedover the damaged parts to the costomer as they have paid for it already?

                i hope, necessary action will be taken and inform me to.

                I will provide you the jobsheet and cashmemo provide by the care center later on.

                  Nokia 6300 — Phone not working

                  I bought the nokia 6300 in month of August 2007. After 3 months it started giving problem and its voice become very low. So, I gave it to for repair at Nokia care center Janak puri District Center. I got my phone back in 3 months with a new bill like doccument from them stating that the company has changed the phone and this is new phone. In month of April again it started giving problems its vibrator was not working and it was also not supporting the hand's free. So I have given it again for repair at the same Center with Job Sheet number "[protected]/080526/48." They have given me target date of delivery as 26/06/2008. But until now I did not got my phone back. I am fedup with this such a BIG NAME COMPANY. If there is anybody in this company who listen then plz get my phone back to me. I am planning to go in Consumer Court bcz I have spend so much money for my visit to your Care Center and the service provided by your company. I have my both bill the orignal one as well as the new one and the copies of my job sheet. So give me my phone okay. I am sure about this thing that not even me but everybody who know me will never buy Nokia phone again

                  I had Nokia 6300 handset purchased during Feb 2008. On Sep 04th, I noticed about non detection of memory card inserted in handset and subsequently I handed over the set to Nokia Care (Kausthbh Telecom) Pune Camp. After four days I got msg from care centre that the set doesn't cover warrenty due to physical damage. To avoid complications and to save time, I was agreed to carry out repair on payment which was offered by Noka Care (Kaustubh Telecom). On frequent visits & requests, care centre not repaired the handset and returned on 29 Sept with more damaged mamory card slot stating that handset could not be repaired being beyond their ability.
                  I have to say here if technicians of the care centre are unable to solve any problem handset then why Nokia authorised such agencies. Agency fraudulantely rejecting warrenty of handsets and trying to force custmors to get repaired handsets on payment. Such activities will surely pull down reputation and image of NOKIA Brand.

                  Its just an alert information for the people who go to Nokia care in BTM(Bangalore).I have given my mobile for service in Nokia care center that is in BTM, where Ashok is the manager(Mobile no : [protected]).After the service it was found that those people have removed the Memory card from my mobile.When I went and asked them they I could not get any responsible answer from them and told me "Do whatever you can", the card was there when I gave for service.

                  Please, Please help me in this.I working in a reputed company and its not required for me to lie for such a small component.

                  I bought Nokia 6300 on December 14, 2008 from Sun Teleservices, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi – 110 024. IMEI : [protected]

                  Couple of months back it got a problem of Display Segement Missing. I visited Nokia Care Centre[protected] at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Though they repaired my mobile without any charges, the attitude was pathetic and they did not even listen to my requrest of preserving the data in the cell phone primarily my telephone directory. One of my friend got this problem repaired in the market without loss of memory.

                  With in couple of months of this repair, my mobile has got the same problem again last month. I was wondering why it happened again.

                  I visited Nokia Care Centre, no. of times and details are as follows:

                  July 26 : Sunday : Holiday, how come such an important public center has off on Sunday while whole of Lajpat Nagar market is off on Mondays

                  August 01 : Saturday : Today we are not accepting any new complaints, only deliveries

                  August 05: Wednesday : Timing on board 1030 to 1800 (what a govt. timing for such a professionally managed, customer centric company). However today no body would be available before 1300 hours. Numerous customers standing and cursing Nokia and response of this care center.

                  Requests :
                  How come phone could have Display Segment Missing so frequently
                  These Customer care with 1030 to 1800 hrs timing, Sunday off (when market is Monday off), with a choice not to accept new complaints on Saturdays and changing timings on other days.
                  I have spent more than Rs. 450 on auto rickshaws.
                  Efforts to save telphone directory should be there

                  Nokia 6300 — poor service

                  myself piyush jaiswal 4m nagpur, i have purchased the same above mobile on last mounth near by 26th sept 2009 from nokia dealer or nokia care centre that is p.r.mobile and on third day of the mobile when i have opened it from packet at that time after using a phone afer an 1 or 2 hr. then phone is being error that contact service, while showing that mobile to the nokia care they say that they need to send it to the their head office and you will get your mobile within 30 days.

                  After getting the mobile then the same problem occur after an hour. then also while showing the mobile to the same nokia care centre central avenue nagpur. they again says me that we need to send it to the head office.
                  so up till the date we havent get back my cellphone so kindly arrange us the new cellpone on behalf of that phone for better usefullness.

                    when i push key to open screen,scrambled image appears on the screen before it opens in my brand new nokia N72. Local nokia care dealer has said that its normal and it takes some time to open a particular screen. I feel its a manufacturing defect or some thing wrong with the software of the phone.Please advise and help relieve me of this dissatisfaction of the product.

                        I purchase mobile phone of Nokia, Model N93 (black) (IMEI No. [protected]), from electro world, G-1 (Savitri market), Sec-18, Noida (U.P)-201301 in April 2007 with bill. The mobile was having the problem of frequent hanging and/or some keys just would not work. besides, the zoom of the camera was malfunctioning. The mobile was under warranty and hence deposited with Nokia Care, Sec-2 Noida(U.P)-201301 for repair vide their jobsheet no. [protected] dated 10th Aug 2007. The mobile has been lost by the nokia care (their engineer has certified on the jobsheet) and they tried to handover the old set of somebody else to me which was turned down. They were told to return my original handset. For past 4 months, nobody at nokia care is listening. It seems that I will have to address the problem to consumer protection forum to get back my original set with original warranty enhanced by 4 months or the period of delay due to negligence of nokia care.

                          I had purchased Nokia 3110 classic in July 07. 4 days before I am observing black lines on display because of which I can not see anything on display.
                          When I given to check at the Gallery near Sant Eknath Rang Mandir in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) the dealer refused to attend it under warantee & asked to pay 1900 Rs.                               Since I have changed my handset to your Nokia 6235, I am not able to use R-world Menus. I have Loaded the updated software from your authorised Service Center for 5 Times, but no use. Same problem was informed to my service provider and checked that all R-world services are activated. Earlier I used all these services with other brand handset without any problem. Why I can't use these services with Nokia handset? Now I'm discouraged to use Nokia Handsets. Please help !!!!!!!

                                I had purchased Nokia 6681 on 10/07/2006 at Bangalore.In September 2007 I faced a problem with this set. I could not make or receive calls and there seemed to be a connection error and network drop. As soon as I discovered this problem for the first time I rushed to the nearest Nokia Care Centre- Golden Plaza, Marathalli. On 13/09/2007 I got back the handset saying that the problem was corrected and I paid a sum of Rs 600/- as a charge for the repair (Bill number 458). On the next day, I faced the same problem once again with the handset and I immediately rushed to the same Nokia Care Centre, where they accepted the handset for repair for the second time. On 24/10/2007 I was asked to collect the repaired handset. But unfortunately at the same spot, similar problem occurred with the handset and I being very frustrated, asked for it to be repaired once again. On 3/11/2007 I was called again saying that the handset had been repaired. Unfortunately, once again at the Nokia Care Centre similar problem appeared and I once again returned it with frustration. This time I had been given a new Service Job Sheet with number bearing[protected]/071103/21. Being very irritated with the service, I decide to complaint through Nokia Care line, where I received a complaint number 2-2LRMXL. Since then I repeatedly called the care line every day and I repeatedly got irresponsible answers. No one seemed to help me to get my problem solved. This added to my frustration. Each and Every time I called the Nokia Care line I had to waste almost 8 minutes till a person had received the call and once they receive it, they made me wait ideally for several minutes and sometimes I had become fed up of it and disconnected the call and made fresh call once again. During this period I had visited Head Office at Infantry Road, Bangalore where I had been given false promises of getting my problem solved by Mr Naveen and Mr Ahmed. As a result of the problem not being rectified, it had been once again sent to Golden Plaza Nokia Care Centre. Finally, on 30/11/2007, Mr Roshan at Golden Plaza said that this problem could only be solved by changing the mother board of the handset for which I had to pay 80% of the handsets original price. Mr Roshan had also provided me with a written letter stating the history of the problem along with its unreasonable solution. I have faced enough hardship and mental stress with this handset and I have decided not to pay even a single rupee more for it. I had trusted Nokia for its quality while purchasing the handset. But the result what I got with the product and services is back stabbing. Is your handsets life only one year? I have begun to lose faith at your product and I wonder whether you ‘connect people’ or ‘disconnect people’. Hence, with the faith left in me, I am approaching you for the final time. Kindly look upon the matter and respond to it at the earliest.

                                  I purchased a N 3500 C, the latest version launched by Nokia around diwali. This instrument was peuchaes from Subhiksha. Exactly 16 days from date of purchase, the phone went dead. The sales agent promptly directed me to Nokai Care. It is here I learnt that the Nokia series phones tend to HANG. This is further confirmed with my other Nokia instrument N 93 which was suddenly going dead and restarting at will. It is a SHAME that a Nokia is selling cheap merchandise to the indian public and SUBHIKSHA is parternering such activities.

                                  I have bought Nokia 3500c some 20 days back but there were few problems faced by me in the fresh piece itself. Its alram toen was not ringing and secondly its overall volume was also low.

                                  Nokia — Faulty Nokia Software Updater?

                                  I bought N73 Music Edition in April 2007. I paid a hefty amount of Rs.21, 700 for the hand set for its advance technology which could be updated in due course of time and the need of changing the set would not be felt.

                                  The phone was working perfectly fine till I decided to update it last month from their "Nokia Software Updater" available on their site to enhance its features. During the process the screen went black and now the set was not powering on.

                                  I took it to Nokia Care and cannot describe the pathetic service & unprofessionalism where leave aside calling us & giving the service status of the handset, which is with them since a month, they don't pick up our calls also. A small cloth merchandise would provide better service and look into the complaint more diligently for customer retention.

                                  Nokia support is very prompt in answering the mails with different names but similar content where they keep providing their links on support, customer care & update softwares.

                                  During the process of writing them about the Nokia 'Un'Care Centre, I saw so many mails posted regarding this software which has caused inconvenience to the customers. I even saw mention of this problem in FAQs provided on their site.

                                  Yesterday I got a mail from Nokia Support declaring the handset irreparable and asking us to collect it back from the care centre.
                                  Nokia has washed off its responsibility so easily. I am penalised for no fault of mine. I would seek replacement of my set from Nokia at the earliest. I have written to Nokia Support for the same. I would like to use this prestigious Forum for assistance.

                                  I bought this phone on 1st of march 2009, it was not long before it started giving troubles...whenever i used to click a picture from the camera it used to go in the standby mode, the mobile store people repaired it, but the problem arised again in the same month, they again repaired it.

                                  Im really disgusted by this phone and would like to like to change the model anyday anytime!

                                  I own a Nokia 3500c. Whenever I operate while charging it simply gets switched off & it operates unsatisfactorily for some time. I have formatted it many times and Reinstalled its software from nokia care center still the problem continues. Can anyone help me with this?

                                  Nokia — N3500 Gprs complaint

                                  I have Nokia 3500c mobile from last one year.When i receive internet setting on my mobile it doesn'y save it and shows that only 70 sets allowed and discards it even i have no settings in my mobile and have 5mb of phone memory.If i try making settings manually it shows that memory is full.If anyone has solution then send me on [protected]@gmail.com.                                       I BOUGHT A NOKIA N-72 MOBILE PHONE ON 14 TH NOV 2007.AFTER 5 DAYS (20TH NOV 2007) IT HAS GOT A PROBLEM OF MEMORY LOW IN MUSIC PLAYER.THE MEMORY CARD IS FULL VACANT CELL PHONE MEMORY IS 15 MB VACANT.I GET IOT REPAIRED IN NOKIA CARE CENTRE AFTER THE RETAILER WHERE I BOUGHT THE CELL REJECTED TO RPLACE UT WITH ANEW ONE.THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE VIRUS IT IS SOFT WARE DEFECT IN PHONE IT SELF.AGAIN AFTER 6 DAYS THE PROBLEM REOCCURED AND I GET IT REPAIRED AGAIN.WITH IN TWO WEEKS AFTER BUYING A PRESTIGIOUS PRODUCT I GOT DIFFICULTIES.WASTIG OF MY MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME .I AM A DOCTOR BY PROFFESSION AND I DECIDED IN THE FUTURE NOT TO BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT AGAIN.                                       I bought a Nokia N72 in June 2007 and after around a month it started malfunctioning! The music gallery keeps showing up automatically and hence I am unable to use any other feature of the phone (not even calling and receiving calls). I went to the Nokia Care (in M2K rohini, delhi) and they said there was a problem with the software (some virus) and hence they had to change the software and the company doesn't give any warranty for the software and hence I had to pay for the same. I did pay that time and after changing of the software it worked properly for 2 days and again the same problem. Now again I took it to the Nokia Care (the same one) and now he says the keypad's keys have been shorted and they have to change the module and I have to pay them again. I don't understand what is warranty for if I have to pay them again and again and that too for the same problem. I have also decided never to buy a Nokia product ever again! It sucks big-time. I am a Software Engineer by profession. We also develop products but we support our clients and customers much better!

                                        Nokia Battery Bl - 5c — Replacement not done yet

                                        I had submitted the 26 digit serial no. of the battery through product advisory of nokia.co.in on 18th August 2007. It is more than a month and I am yet to receive the replacement. No customer care telephone number,no email assistance. Waiting for the courier to come!!! Unable to use the phone due to faulty battery. Nokia's Customer Service officers at Ahmedabad are the WORST in the whole world. They don't know how to serve the customers. VERY VERY disappointing to note that the world's leading mobile manufacturer has world's notorious customer service center in India. My sincere advice to buyers of mobile phone: NEVER THINK OF BUYING NOKIA MOBILE PHONE IF YOU WANT BETTER CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                        Even the customer care gave me letter that they cannot replace the battery. There was an advertisement in the local dailies to this effect, even though they are not replacing.

                                        The said SMS was also received on the same day that was on 16.08.07 at 23.02 Hrs. However, it is regret to inform that even after the lapse of more than 8 months there was no communication from your company. In the meantime, efforts were made to contact various service centers of Nokia situated in New Delhi but despite the strenuous efforts the replacement for the battery could not be received. Now I will be shifting from the given address. The present address is N.V.
