I bought a New Nokia 2630 Phone on 18 Sep 2007 from KWALITY Cmmunicatin,Mandoli

Road, Shadara, Delhi-110032. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working

properly(Display and Rebooting problem) and also I am without a phone for almost a month,

which is a basic need for life.

I submit the phone to Nokia Care HCL Infinit Service Centre,Sector-2 Noida on 12th

Oct07 but their the handset is not repaired. I submit three times 12th-Oct'07, 18th-Oct'07

and 31st-Oct'07.

Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have

other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am

unable to Contact anyone and wise versa.

I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through

internet, I also visited to Service Centre six times in 20 days to check the status of my

report. My jobsheet number is [protected](18th-Oct'07),[protected](31st-Oct'07) given by Nokia

care.

Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.

Nokia 5300 — for my mobile

Dear Sir/Mam
I bought a New Nokia 5300 Phone on 14 Feb 2008 from ajay comunication faridabad. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care Modcad communication faridabad 19 th june 08 but their the handset is not repaired. I submit two times 19th-june08, and 21st-july' 08. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa. I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre six times in 20 days to check the status of my report.     Bought E90 recently but seems that the battery drains out faster then the prescribed specifications by Nokia. On requesting one of your customer care center for replacement they insisted on leaving the battery with them for them to replace it meaning that i dump the phone for the period i get a replacement.

    This is highly unreasonable and unacceptable behaviour from the world leader in mobile phones market and may i request immediate replacement of the battery.

    Nokia — Defective battery

    i have purchases a N70 Nokia Mobile on 25.10.2007. the battaery back up is very poor. after phone charging phone is automatically close. what i can do to replce the battaery
    I mobile has defected BL-5C battery which is not replaced by company yet. I lodged complaint 1 month back.

    Nokia E90 — problem in flashing sms from 9885695646

    Inspite of repeated intimations no action taken to activate the sms flashing service from mobile number [protected] as the sms were not flashed since 20days. In addition to this I have no idea about the reson why the sms service was deactivated . Hence I request you please do the needful in activating the flashing of sms from [protected].Thanking you

      Thank for your mail, we regret to inform you that after doing lot of expenses on correspondence and wasting our time, now you tell us to collect same instrument, we don’t have any interest to take back the same instrument. Better you return back amount or give us credit note of same value then we will take another instrument.

      I have purchased a nokia mobile no. 3230 IME-[protected] for Rs. 9996 dated 20.06.2006-Invoice No.750 from Anupam Stationary Superstore Pvt Ltd (Borivali).

      We regret to inform you that within 4 days mobile stopped working, I had submitted the mobile to your Service center on 24th June 2006, Job Sheet No. 189_343506/060624/15 at Service Telecom Malad. We got back 8th July 2006.

      After few days worked, again mobile had stopped functioning on 13th July 2006 and it was submitted to your service center on 13th July 2006 job sheet no. [protected] at HCL Infonet Ltd(Andheri) .They told us mobile is defected and we had got the replacement on 3rd Aug 2006.


      But again we regret to inform you that mobile again stopped working on 10th Aug 2006 and it was submitted to your Service Center on 10th Aug 2006 Job sheet no.[protected] at HCL Infotech Ltd (Andheri) and they told us to take delivery after repairing of handset but we have no words to express our metal stress , while communicating with your authorized dealer , many time we communicate and enquired about getting delivery of our handset , but he done false promises then we went personally that time after a long argument, he given us in writing that to take delivery in one week i.e on 24.01.07 but no use still we have not yet received the mobile. We can submitted all complaint documents to you also.

      Now we are not interested in getting the mobile back . I had very unexpected and bad experience with Nokia Mobile and It has caused lot of mental harassment and exploitation of Consumer rights then also I request Nokia to give me my Money back with interest or I will be forced to take legal actions and applied to Consumer Court and take help of Press and Media to show harassment of Consumer by Reputed company and ask proper judgement.       I had purcshased Nokia N-72 on 10/08/07 from Vardhaman Communications, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad-500 029 with IME No: [protected]. After using exactly 10 days, it started hangning and processing is very slow. So, I have given my mobile to Nokia Care Center at Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 24/08/07. After 5 days when I went to care center, they told me the set was scrapped, u will get a new handset within 15 days. After 15 days I made to phone call to the Care Center, they told me to come on 20/09/07 and then on 20/09/07 they made a call to me due to some delay we are not in a position to give u hand set today, u come on 28/09/07, and finally on 28/09/07 when to went to the Care center they are repeating the same thing. I talk to the manager over then by name Mr. Sharma, he immediately told me to wait for 5 minutes and later he is given me a hand set that is looking like used for many days. I asked him this is looking like used for many days and he is very irresponsive saying I want to take it or not, if not its your choice and saying what ever u want to do u can do, but this is the hand set they the authorised people have given me to give.


      The reason for writing this mail is instead of 3 delays and 35 days u people are not in a position to give me the hand set.

      What I want is replace the new hand set to me or give the price money back with two working days, that is by end of this month. If not I am going to file a case on consumer court on 02/10/07 and report to the media people about the situation at the Care Center going on at Panjagutta, Hyderabad.

      Nokia Mobile 3230 — service is not given

      i went to nokia care center at bharatpur at rajasthan and after checking the my mobile nokia 3230 they said that it did not repaired because its internal circuit is break but i never opened the my mobile outside and never it is droped and what is the mean of waranty if they are not repairing it and the way of talking is too much abusing and according the nokia service policies they give not service if the mobile is repaired outside or it is damaged due to water but both the cases are not in my case so please take the action what is needed

        I bought Nokia 6708 in Jan 2007 and the mobile always had the "blue screen" problem.

        I gave it for service in P.Orr & Sons which runs Nokia customer care in Tambaram, Chennai on 08Sep07.

        Job sheet no:[protected]/070908/29

        They gave it back after 3 weeks with mobile panel smashed and with all scratches on the touch panel.

        I was so angry that I returned and asked for a panel change.

        It was sent to Nokia "Head" office where they found that it cannot be repaired in chennai and sent it to Nokia Delhi.

        It has been 3 months now, still there is no sign of my mobile.

        And the company is not ready to extend the warranty because of the delay caused by them.

        I lodged a formal complaint with Nokia customer center and there is no proper response.

        Nokia boasts of excellent customer care by replacing faulty batteries, but is it really so? Can someone look at this?

        Nokia 6708 — Mobile Lost

        Hello,

        I have lost my mobile phone Nokia 6708 yesterday. IMEI: [protected] bought from Ezone Koramangala. I have approached Service provider and equipment manufacturer for blocking handset and they said they do not take care of that. Service Provider has already blocked and replaced SIM. Please help me by blocking this handset.

          i m abhishek jain, a student
          i had purchased a Nokia 5200 on 28th June '07, from vapi.(IMEI no. being [protected])
          subsequently i discovered that the radio function was not working
          i deposited my handset with Nokia care center...on 8th of Aug '07.
          job sheet no. being[protected]/070803/37
          after a period of a month i got a swap handset on 8th Sept '07.(IMEI no. being [protected])
          but on inspecting it i found somedata inside it (photos, songs,phonebook entries etc.. )
          i confirmed with the care center, they told me i was not bound to accept the handset,
          so i returned the handset to the care center,on the same date.

          initially i was assured that the handset will be returned to me on 20th sept 07.
          but after a couple of days there was a theft at the nokia care and it was alleged that
          my handset was also stolen...
          meanwhile i had a reqular follow up with the "nokia careline" the answers given to me
          were vauge and absured... they kept on telling me that they are unable to get a update on my case.
          however then i was informed that i will get my handset on 20th oct '07. but still till date i ve not got my handset.
          also the care center has denied from providing me with the "EXCHANGE NOTE" which is supposed to be the only
          legal proof that the handset given to me is under the authority of the NOKIA Corp.

          i plead to you to help me with my case. either to get my handset or repudiate the whole transaction of purchase.
          furhter to see that i get my exchange note incase i get the handset...

          also i ll like to help me with one of the policy of nokia corp.
          the warranty on the handset that i ll get is going remain the same as it was for the
          handset that i had originally purchased. however the handset was in the possession of the nokia for more than 2 months

          please help me to take a legal remedy

            I am Ramjee Pallela, working as a Senior Researcher in Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad. I have purchased NOKIA 3230 mobile (S.no: [protected]) at Habsiguda Branch of PCH Zone, on[protected].
            Since my mobile handset is giving hanging problems while incoming and outgoing call are on and also double call charges for outgoing calls when I spoke for a period of 55 to 59 seconds; I have given it for the service at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No: [protected]), panjagutta junction on[protected] and after a 5 days gap, I have received it back, as the technical people certified that my mobile is repaired.
            Again the problem persists and recently I have given my mobile handset for the Nokia Care people again (Job sheet No: [protected]). After a weekdays gap, I am called (by HCL) for my handset at Nokia service and delivery of Handsets (Topaz Building) but I told the Nokia Care people, that the case may be same. Then, based on my clear explanation of rare problem like this, they advised me to come on Thursday[protected] for a SWAP. As I have experienced previously for the swap (with new original handsets) of my scientist’s mobile handsets, I was in the impression that Nokia will provide New 3230 mobile in the place of my damaged ones. When I went to Nokia Care on the said date (Thursday), they have asked me to collect my handset first from the Topaz building and hey are going to change the handset. When I collected my Handset from the servicing people and asked the concerned people at NOKIA Care, they took my handset (S.no: [protected]) and given another mobile (3230: S.no; [protected]) with damaged scratchy panel, told that was the mobile with changed Motehrboard. And also told that SWAP means the mobile replacement by an old mobile with changed motherboard. As I was not guided previously about this and also abide by the Nokia, I have done the same at least by believing NOKIA, but since then it is giving the hell problem of switching off once for every half an hr and as I suffered so much as it is asking through a display of “Invalid Sim card or Sim card registration failed” for many times.
            Then, the very next day[protected], I rushed all the way from my laboratory and explained my pain out of the given mobile usage and got a word by the concerned person that they will give new handset. Yesterday, I want to NOKIA and the scene is same and asked me to take another mobile handset, which is also an OLD ones. I refused to take it and asked about the new ones and at least my original mobile handset, which was given to NOKIA that is 100 times better than any other old handset. It is very surprised that they don’t know where my handset went… this is the panic situation of mine, who wasted my valuable research TIME than my spent money (towards fuel) and my energy; I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange a new mobile handset for my 3230 mobile, as it is under warranty considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand.                   Hello,

                  I purchased nokia 6300 on 5th september and then got a display problem on 13th. Went to nokia in green park , delhi met manager amit sharma and told him. Asked him to replace the handset. He did not and i was forced to get it repaired. The whole display was changed and since then i got lining problems and hang problems. I went to the dealer and again to nokia , they wrote that if possible for dealer , then can get my handset replaced.

                  Then i met nokia Delhi encharge , name amit mobile number [protected] , called him for two weeks , he said that he is putting up an e.mail but nothing happened. He never took my call.Then i wrote a complaint to nokia on internet. This is the secong time i am writing a complaint on internet. I got a call from nokai headqarters in nokia from mrs mohini saying that they saw my issue , will replace my handset with a new one . After three weeks they said that me to go to south ex outlet . went there , met the manager Mr inder and they were giving me second hand used handset.now when i noida they don't pickup the phone.

                  i m radhika i has also buy a handset N76 from hot shop green park oppsite to indianoil buliding. on very next day my handfree is not working that was change by the hot shop outlet but that was the day when my problem get started from that faithfull day till now my handset visit 5 times to nokia care center name INTOUCH CARE which was in c.r. park now shifted to tuglakabad extn. 3 time for poor outgoing and poor incoming audio quality. but problem is still same.

                  than one of my friend said me to go lajpath nagar nokia center. than i goen their NRI COMMUNICATION and told them that this my problem i want pls send my phone to nokia direct they says ok pls submit this phone and give me first jobsheet but they did't send the phone to nokia and repair my phone. again when i go their to collect my phone they said that is ok now pls cheack it but my phone did't get start again they cheaked again and said ur phone battery is dead, i told him to change the battary but they said u submit this battery with bill we will send this to nokia and it will be back after 15 days now they had give me my 2 jobsheet. i have all 5 jobsheet no. and photocopy of them i m planing to go consumer court.

                  now my phone is with me without battery.

                  this is real face of leading cell phone company NOKIA.

                    I have problem in my celphone since I purchased the phone 3230 from a shop in R K Puram , New Delhi. I could not even use it for even a single. This is the second time that I have submitted my phone to service center in South Ex nokia care, New Delhi. It has been 20 days that the phone is with nokia and whenever I try to speak to them they simply say not status availabe. The customer care number [protected] also not helpful. I have called them more than 25 times to get my phone back. The last time they service center replied me to wait until the phone gets swapped.                     I bought a new phone Nokia Lumia 620 (IMEI -[protected]) last month.I used the phone hardly for 3 days and the phone starts hanging.I tried to reset the battery and touch screen got cracked.I am shocked that Nokia is selling such a inferior product in which the glass just broke due to little pressure of the thumb.

                          I had bought a Nokia N70 music adition mobile phone (IMEI Number-[protected]) on 22 December 2006 from "The Hello Station" Nokia priority dealer in Laxmi Nagar, cost of Rs. 17,499 (Bill Number-4692). In the month of August 2007 I had some problem with my mobile, as its keypad was not working. Hence, I had given it to Nokia Care (Noida centre, sector 2) in the same month. Job sheet number for the same is 194280, that was in the name of my friend Lalit, who had given it for servicing on my behalf. On 16 August 2007 he went to Nokia care to collect the mobile. They told him that it could not get repaired due to technical problem, it would be getting replaced. They asked for battery and memory card to be handed over for replacement purpose. On the same date they gave him my mobile and closed the case in their records. On 25 August Lalit visited to them and handed over the mobile along with memory card, battery and zerox copy retail invoice for replacement purpose. They gave him a handwritten manual sheet as their software was not working at the moment and told to come after one month. Unfortunately I had lost this manual sheet. As per time given I visited to them on 8 October 2007 to collect my mobile, they asked me the job sheet number that I did not have. I had given my old Job sheet number to Praveen. He told me old service request status that mobile had been handed over and case had been closed. I argued about it, he told me come the day after tomorrow, as he would check it in their manual records. Hence, I again visited to them on 10 October 2007. Praveen denied check it. I met to his senior Jatin and Nishu. Nishu was looking least bothered about my problem, he kept the zerox copy retail invoice and told me to come after 1 week. I know, they will do nothing for it, they all are only making me fool. I am very desperate. HCL Nokia Care Team is just a bunch or jokers running a Freak Show.

                          i purchased a nokia handset NOKIA N72 black IMEI no.-[protected] from CLASSIC STATIONERS AND
                          GIFT SHOP booth no.-6 nuhon colony market, Ropar vide bill no.-117 dated 15/04/08. After 2 months, the set and the memory card got out of service.The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. I approached the shop from where i bought the nokia set, he refused to solve my problem and advised us to go to the nokia care centre, Ropar. We approached NOKIA CARE CENTRE, ROPAR on 18/08/08. They refreshed the handset but refused to replace the memory card and said that memory card is corrupted.
                          Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the memory card at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                          I had give my mobile at nokia care, hanse plaza, Ghaziabad on 3 jan 2009 for repairing camera, which is not properly work. My phone is under warranty period. i recieve my phone after 20 days and knew that camera is still not working and DISPLAY of my phone is mal-functioning. Then my phone goes two time again to delhi head office but still the problem is same. I am very tensed about the behaviour of employee in nokia care and still my phone is in service center.                           Is this is the service of the largest mobile selling company???

                          I had purchased my Nokia 7610s (GSM) in January 2009 from Hotspot, Model Town Jalandhar (Punjab), and from the beginning it is giving problem. Hotspot people directed me to go to Nokia Care Center. Now I had gone to Mobile Clinic, Nokia Care Centre, Shop No 4, Green Mart Complex, Basant Chowk Near Dera Sat Kartar, Jalandhar, Punjab INDIA. I had given my phone on 15th May and they had told me to collect it in the evening. The technical problems in the phone are
                          1. The keypad light is not coming while typing any message, any number or any alphabet.
                          2. The message timing is not correct. For example if I send the message at 12.00 in the afternoon then the sending time comes 2.00am and the date is also wrong. The receiving time is also wrong.
                          This problem is coming from the first day when I purchased the mobile. I tried to correct it by myself thru setting but there are no such setting. The Nokia Care center in Jalandhar had told us that this is a software error. They kept the phone for one day on 15th May 2009 and delivered back without repairing the error. And they stamped the receipt as delivered. I checked the phone there only It was again not repaired. So they took it back at the same time and told me that we are sending your phone to head office in Noida. They said we cant repair the fault. If they cant hten how can they stamp the receipt as delivered? What is the use of having Nokia Care Centers in local cities? If they are not capable to repair the phone and deliver it without repairing & without checking, then what is the use of purchasing Nokia phones and opening Nokia care centers.
                          Now they are telling that my phone will come after 10 to 12 days. How can I do my work without phone for so many days?
                          I need my phone to be replaced. I dont want to get harrassed again and again.

                          I am fully agree with the irresponsible behaviour of the people sitting at Nokia Centers. Their service are not up to the mark and you will end up visiting Nokia centers n no.of time becoz they are bunch of frauds sitting there and making fool of the people coming for authentic service.

                          Just 4 months back I gave my Nokia N-72 for display blank repairing problem. They charged me Rs 1850/- and just after 2 days I realised that after 2 hr full battery of the phone is getting vanished.
                          and display was also sometime going blurred.

                          I took my phone to the center again and had a word with center manager they said cell has got some IC problem which will charge you Rs 4500/-.
                          I literally fought with them but then all in vain. Then one day I saw the feedback and complaints for Nokia Care centers and I realised that this is their business.
                          I thought of going to Consumer Protection Cell and sending a legal notice to them.
                          But then all this will take a good time which I am not available with.
                          Lastly I had sell my set.

                          Nokia Center is a bunch of cheaters.
                          I have deposit my 3110-C on 11.07.09 at Patiala nokiacare. My JS[protected]/090711/31 dt. 11.07.09 and your office shows the status " Closed/repaired" but mobile set has not been received at Patiala till date. Please tell about my mobile immediately.

                          the executive told me that flash light needs to get changed and UI(user interface)...they charged me rs2800 for that, i agreed nd submitted my phone...nd then they jst keep on postponding the delivery date...they calld me nd gave me the date to come and collect the phone bt they were unable to repair it, nd they just have 1 excuse, that"the particular component dint come yet"... the customer service is ridiculous. nd after going to the centre thrice, i gave up nd took my phone back as heard the feedback by the users sitting there for hours nd visited the centre for more than 25-30 times nd more than 3 months...the engineers there keep swaping the components from 1 phone to other as per their needs...nd guess what after taking the phone the same evening the display went off...nd i showd the phone to some one else nd i found that there were only 3 screws out of 6...nd it was handled very carelessly nd roughly...now im unable to use my phone now...the customer service like this will lose all the reputation which NOKIA have earned in so many years...i feel sorry for NOKIA..soon it will be on the 4th or 5th positon instead of 1st...

                          Nokia care is full of stupids and .I once go to Esplaned Nokia Care in kolkata, to repair my set... My warenty was over.They demanded 500 rupees for a small problem also said they will give my set after 3 days. I just take my set from there and I reapir it with 15o rupees within one hour...So persons of nokia care is totally , and frustated...

                            This is Saurabh mathur. I bought a Nokia N70 Music Edition series which was of cost of 14500 from a dealer of Nokia. During the Warranty period, the headset of my mobile N70 (Music Edition) was not functioning properly the day we bought this mobile. i made a several oral complaint which generaly a customer do to the dealer of Nokia named 'Varun Communication' located in Amroha (J.P.NaGAR) u.p. India but no satisfactory response we received from his part. After several visit made by us to Varun communication he told us that your headset will send to Company contact to the distributor of company situated in Moradabad in the name of 'Rajiv Sons' Nokia care center. we went to rajiv sons which was around 40 km far from our city and told him the problem with our headset. He kept our full headset (AD-41) by his representative Miss Priya on dated 07.07.2007 by providing a job sheet No. 25029 and promised that u will received it on 12.07.2007 but when we went on giving date they did not provide us the new headset and said that come on after 4 days. Is it a good service? Today life is so fast and for getting better services we go for mobile we are investing a huge amount in Nokia for purchasing n-series. Good the distributor of nokia have no value of their promises. Company is appointing that distributors who does not know the value of commitment. I am facing so much problem without headset as i am a legal professional and can not hold my mobile every time. I received a number of call in a day so without headset this mobile is useless for me.

                            Nokia N70 — very poor response of nokia customer care

                            I have purchased Nokia N70 phone few months ago & after few days it was hanged, interference in video recording, memory card got corrupted. i had gone to the customer care for 6 to 7 times but still my phone is not working properly and still having interference in video recording and having corrupted memory card. I am very frostrated with nokia's customer care response. i can not understand how to complaint to the direct in the nokia company so the customer care people are taking benefit of it.

                            Nokia — Poor response from Nokia Care

                            Hi, I am CP Dwivedi. I was using model no. 3230 of Nokia. The network of the same was not working. As I approached to Nokia Care, Sanjay Gandhi Puram, Lucknow, the attitude however has worsen the things. The problem told was neither entertained nor any interest was shown for it's resolution. An insisted option provided to me was to go for a costlier handset. The occurence of defect however differs from person to person at Nokia Care.
                            I was also insisted that the hanset should be repaired at my own cost from some other service provider.

                            On the above ground, I am bound to think about the parameters set for serving the customers creating such a pathetic state of affairs.

                            i have deposited my phone at nokia care centre in jamshedpur.the details of the centre is gurunanak agancies, landmark tower, 52, thakur bari road, aam bagaan, sakchi, jsr-06.my phone had a major problem.it is mentioned in the job sheet (job sheet number[protected]/080819/29) and i was told that my problem would be solved in maximum of 15 days.the product code is 0539276 and warranty reference number is APAINY[protected].ASC number is 310_343506.i have deposited my phone on 19th of august 2008.and till today have not got any positive response from their side.its very disappointing to see such a poor service of nokia care centre.it is just spoiling the goodwill of the company.the phone is urgently needed.please look into the matter.
                            I Agree to what Ashutosh has said.The company is just spoiling their goodwill.i think company should compensate Ashutosh by giving him a New phone soon.I think thats the only way company can save their goodwill..

                            Nokia — very poor customer care services

                            I gave my Nokia 2760 for battery back up problem at vaishali, ghaziabad vare centre. they told me to come after 5 days when i came after 5 days they returned my set with 1 more problem og charging when again i gave them my phone back they said it will be replaced. but its already more than a month they have done nothing and just passing the time by saying tomorrow then again tomorrow. but that tomorrow never came.
                            I am really upset why i purchased this set.

                            Nokia — Discount to dealers

                            Sir i am a retailer of cellphones in south delhi.I am not complaining its just that when u started giving dicounts to cellphone dealers, i appreciated your step and was very happy earlier as profit margins in cellphones are not good as it used to be, but bcoz big companies get higher discounts they are selling phones to customers less than the dealer price bcoz of which our customers are going to them.

                            You should not stop giving discounts but need to have check against these big companies bcoz of which small retailers are largerly affected.

                            We had bought a nokia 2505 black mobile from True Value shop Tripunithura.We had given it for service in Poovath International, 4th floor, Kurian Towers, opp saritha Theatre, Banerji Road, Cochin-18, Ernakulam on 7th March 2009.Their target delivery rate was on 21st March.The current problem is that we face is that we have not received our mobile and whenever we call their customer care they say that it is in delhi, madras etc.They also give us a very poor response.It is almost now 2 months yet they say they have no idea on when they can give the mobile.We had a postpaid connection of Tata indicom and till date we are being compelled to pay the rental.Hope you would take the necessary actions.

                            i've purchased a n70 music series phone in the year 2008, 8th feb, from the january 2009 my set's head set & usb slot didn't work properly.though i've compromised with it. but from the month of may it fully stopped working, so my question is that though NOKIA IS A REPUTED COMPANY its product is fully cheap in working, i'm fully dissatisfied with nokia's working capability . its service centers are also poor in doing their work. i've bitter experience of its behaviour as well as it's working capability, i've submitted my n70 set 1of its service center situated in barrackpore, WEST BENGAL, i'm unable to contact with them as they have only 1 working phone and other is damaged, still only 1phone every time told that THE USER IS BUSY PLZ CALL AGAIN LATER.so my ques is that WHEN ""THE LATER TIME"" WILL COME.so i suggested people to not to buy nokia set as their quality as well as service & longivity are very poor in NATURE. i don't know they correct their NATURE or not.

                              I took from Bangalore last month(September-07)

                              From last two weeks three time it is heated to a high temperature by sudden descharging the battery. I really fed up with confusion what was the real problem.                                 I went there on 17th Morning to receive my handset. When I cheeked the handset the handset was not at all repaired, and I was given some old handset, which was having those same problems, after waiting for these many days and I am getting a bad handset that in a bad condition,





                                The problems I was facing was

                                1>Blank Display

                                2>Fading Display

                                3>Does not show MMC & Data

                                4>Camera Shows multi colour in white Page

                                    I had purchased my Nokia N95 Phone in Plum Colour bearing Serial (IMEI) No. [protected] from M/s. Record Shoppee (Matunga, Mumbai) 19/04/2007. Somewhere in the month of May' 2007 or so my Phone Started to Run Low on Power. On going to my Dealer I was directed to go to M/s. Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. (Your Authorised Care Centre) at Lower Parel, Mumbai. There I was told that there was some Software problem, and after Updating my Phone's Software, the problem would be resolved. But after the Software upgradition when I started to use my phone after a month or two, there were various new problems, i.e. my phone started to give a weak Bluetooth connectivity, the camera images were not clear, it started to hang / quit from some applications, also it started to reboot itself. Again on approaching M/s. Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. (Lower Parel) on 20/09/2007, I was told that there was some minor Softwtare problem, and that it would be solved in 4 days, and then I could take my phone from there. But up till the 1st of October' 2007 even after repeated follow-up, I was not given any status of my phone's repairs, and on 3rd September' 2007 on contacting Brightpoint I was informed that my phone had been sent to M/s. Nokia (Delhi) to be Swapped with a Brand New Phone within a week, as the problem was beyond repairs from them. But till date I have not received my phone, nor have I received any update from Brightpoint. On my personal visit to Brightpoint on 08/10/2007, again I was informed that it will take a minimum of 10 days to receive my phone, as they had not received the stock from M/s. Nokia (Delhi). The Staff at M/s. Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. (Lower Parel) are very rude and non-co-operative. Now they are telling me that I may receive a refurbished Phone from M/s. Nokia (Delhi). To be very honest I am very much annoyed and dissatisfied with the services, and would like to bring to kind notice that such non professionalism is spoiling the Brand name of "Nokia". I have already gone through such situation for the repairs of my Nokia 6265, and would not like it to be repeated. I would also like to bring to your notice that the phones given as swapped which are supposed to be new handsets in case of warranty replacement are usually used handsets which are in a very unacceptable condition i.e., their panels are full of scratches, their body below the panel is covered with dust and other foreign body. M/s. Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. (Lower Parel) when approached for a similar warranty replacement for my phone Model No. Nokia 6265 CDMA told me that these replacements are sent by M/s. Nokia (Delhi) itself. But on requesting they refused to give me any such thing in writing and they told me that I had to accept whatever they give me as replacement and further tell me to refer to their Terms and Conditions given behind their Job Sheet. The Staff at M/s. Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. (Lower Parel) do not even have the courtesy to pick up the telephone on contacting them for getting the Job Status on their given Telephone Nos. i.e., [(022) �?�¢?? 6660 2760 /1 /2 /3, 6660 7525], even if the pick up the Phone they Rudely disconnect the call without even bothering to answer the call. I just don�?�¢??t understand that why should one compromise to take a Handset that has been already been used by someone after swapping the Handset that one has Legally Purchased by Paying its due amount to the Dealer. After all its is the looks, features, and above all the brand for which one pays such big amount (in my case Rs. 34,000/- for my Nokia N95-1).

                                    yes, i had the same problem with the customer care .I sent them my mobile Nokia 2630 which is under warrenty and i had purchased it on 19th may 2008 .i have already shown it to poone sky link nokia care center chinchwad, but its now working at all ..Then i sent it to bright point parel ..and they return it back to me without any explaination .I tried to call them several times but their phones are all busy ..i am really frustrated with this mobile and i don't know where to go with this .

                                    Nokia Brightpoint took $301.74 out of my checking account 10-16-09 and I had never heard of them until today. I have not ordered from them. I have not received anything from them. And yesterday they were able to go into my checking account and take out $300. Tried to call but it is after hours for them. I will call Monday and see what's going on.
                                    I have a complaint against Nokia Care( Vashi Telecom) which is located in Vashi, navi mumbai. I paid Rs 6000/- to change the slider and screen. After 4 months the problem started again and again i had to pay Rs 3000/-. The faulty part which they gave me back was an old one, it had all the scratches and they took Rs 6000/- for the old part which went faulty again in 4 months. What a rubbish service center Nokia has made. They are good in mobile phones but not in service. I think Samsung is much more better than this. Next time i am going to buy a Samsung Mobile phone. I am really pissed off with the service of Vashi Telecom, an authorized Nokia service center, i don't know why Nokia has made it an authorized service center.

                                    They charge money for replacing the faulty part with an old part that too by taking an hefty amount of Rs. 6000/-.

                                      I bought nokia 2310 and after two days when i made check the radio fm of my phone i found very unorthodox problem. the problem is when i switch on the fm, i found there is automatic increase in the volume of fm and when i touch the button of my cell to decrease the volume, the volume automatically comes in its normal stage. Aare! this is very pathetic and when i gone to nokia gallery with my problem, they said there is a software problem and take our customer care no. they will solve it and i taken the number and the next day when i made call, the reply is check the number you have dialled. this is the very poor service i found from nokia.

                                      So please sir it is a request please check my problem and show me the way to clear this.

                                        I bought a Nokia 73 Music edition on 18th march 2007 referring IMEI No :- [protected] HOT SPOT, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi which cost me Rs. 21,662 including taxes with 1 year warranty. But after duration of 2 days I find that my mobile phone is automatically shutting down, showing blank screen then the 4th day on Wednesday I went to Noika care preet vihar branch, with lot of efforts and manipulation I forced Ajay pandey (Manager) to talk to the HOT SPOT retailer in order to replace the handset and he did talk But according to the retailer they replace the handset within 48hour after purchasing of handset so they denied then I showed my handset to the executives of preet vihar branch what they did they put off my memory card and did format my phone memory then did switch on. I didn’t submit my handset that time because it was working fine, after 24 hour it’s show the same problem For which I have complaint 6 times to the Nokia care center & also as per their direction I have submitted my mobile 6 times in Nokia care center, first 2 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Preet Vihar, Delhi) & 4 times I Submitted my handset to (HCL infinet Nokia care, Sector-2, Noida) to fix the bug permanently, after depositing 5 time my handset in Nokia care I found so many errors like system error , phone start-up failed contact the retailer, blank screen, mobile screen shutting down, camera bad image, hanging problem, poor voice quality.

                                        The Nokia preet vihar branch told me whenever I visit to preet vihar branch to format the memory card before putting it in handset & I did format my memory card twice from the retailer where I purchased the handset but the problem remain same after formatting the memory card I put it in my handset then It shows my memory card is corrupted then I moved to the second branch of preet vihar which is situated in sector-2, Noida according the sector-2 branch they told the fault is in memory card we can’t replace this memory card because this is Duplicate then I using my handset without memory card but the problem remain same. Neither both of the branches neither sort out the handset problem nor replace the memory card. Whenever I visit to the Nokia care every time they saying the memory card of this phone N73m is Duplicate which I received from the retailer. When I asked to the retailer, he showed me another packed seal N73m memory card and the card is same. I received memory card of Mini SD 2GB and its mention on memory card, according to both of the branch the Nokia with silver colour should be mention on memory card. When I talked to the helpline no.[protected] of Nokia they told me it’s not necessary that every nokia memory having Nokia mention and also say’s that how do we identify the memory card, you have and submit in Nokia care if they deny to submit then call from the Nokia center we do talk to the executive why they saying the memory card is duplicate, when I visited to the sec-2 branch of Nokia care there is the manager named Kundan I showed him the card and he says it’s duplicate then I dialed Nokia helpline no.[protected] and told Kundan to talk to the helpline no. but he refused to talk to the helpline no. this happens so many times, there is also another manager named Jatin dhingra which is recently transferred in another branch in Sector-8 Noida, according to jatin he says I know these type of memory card is coming in market we can’t says it duplicate or original one, we can replace this memory card only if we received the mail from Finland. I continuously talking to Nokia customer care[protected] so many times but still I am facing the same problem & nobody paying their attention for this problem & still my mobile is in Nokia care Center as well. For this I wastage lot of money, lot of time, lot of tension.

                                        If this is the kind of Customer Services Nokia provides to its loyal customer, I am unable to understand what levels of Customer-satisfaction, they are aiming to achieve. Why should anybody buy an authorized Nokia Set if we are not getting adequate services???

                                        I brought a nokia n73 music edition 2 weeks back... During the first one week the phone functioned well and now its having a terrible problem...!!! The camera gets activated by itself while i surf through the phone contents and stuffs and so i have to exit the camera pressing exit (the camera lens cover is closed when this happens)... Now its frequent and I'm going mad and dont know what to do!!! Why does the camera on by itself without me pressing its realted keys..!!! Whats wrong??? Can this be solved?? What should i do??? Can anyone please mail me regarding the matter!!
                                        my n73 back camera is not working, when i slide the shutter it shows nothing but a a blank screen, can somebody help me

                                        Respected sir, this is abhishek chachan, a nokia consumer from Muzaffarpur(Bihar).I had purchased a nokia N73m cell phone on 25/03/2007.I got problem in my cell phone from the very beginning & so i got service of my cell phone from Nokia Care Muzaffarpur nearly 10 times.Two times it had been sent to Kolkata.Finally, the status is that my cell phone has been send to Kolkata for replacement via Nokia Care, Muzaffarpur by Job sheet no.[protected]/08/03/08/78, dated 8th March 2008.

                                        Since today i.e.21/04/2008 i hadn't received my cell phone.Kindly mail me the status of my cell phone.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is to bring your attention towards nokia care center of jail road.My N73 m mobile phone has sum problem regarding its display, sound and camera flash.I gave my phone to nokia care and told them the problem. after about they gave my phone back with all feature dead. i have already paid around Rs 3000 for it, i gave my phone back to dem asking them to replace in wat condition it was before.again afer long time they neither gave my phone back nor they are picking up their phone.
                                        please pay attention over it otherwise i will have go to consumer court.

                                        I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 620 IMEL NO. [protected] from Spice Hot Spot, G5 and G4A, District Center Janak Puri, N. Delhi 110058 on 21.05.2013 against retail invoice no. 16769.
                                        The hand set just gone dead last night and I took it to Nokia Care, Net Dot, Authorized center, A5/1, First Floor, Tilak Nagar, Opp Police Station, New Delhi-110018, who refused to repair it under guarantee/ warantee as they claim there is moisture ingress in the hand set. Please note that the set has not faced any liquid drop or coverage at any time in last six months it is in my possession. In view of the above, I request corporate response on respecting the guarantee/ warrantee as I view, this situation to be best a design defect that hand set in normal usage has attracted moisture ingress and needs repairs/ replacement.
