I bought T-Mobile in Chicago USA , but now I want to use my mobile in INDIA.I had called the T-Mobile customer care today. They gave me the unlock code for my mobile nokia 5300.I entered the unlock code and it said " sim was not restricted " instead of "sim 'is' not restricted".
Does this mean that my mobile was already unlocked. I remember I tried it once in USA also after asking T-Mobile...

The brand new Nokia 2310 Mobile phone bought was found to be faulty & did not work. Nokia Care does not want to replace the unit which could not be operated at all, but insist on repairing it, which is not acceptable. Such a reputed company supplying poor quality product in Indian markets is shocking!

In my project work i am using Nokia 6210 model mobile which has an internal Modem built. Also i know Model 6210 responds to AT Commands through hyperterminal. But when i am trying some AT Commands it is not responding. When i tried to Query Modem it is asking me to verify the modem is properly connected. What might be the problem for this?

I am submit my handset to nokia customer care in sakarpur , delhi for 4times but always the same problem accured next day , then after I,m give my handset for 2 weeks then they gave my handset yesterday , today the same problem will be accured and 1another problem is also attachedwith that low sound .For that I,m come to varun enterprises to say that but there is no hearing of my problem and behave rudely...

I brought N72 phone on 01/10/07 and since then i have given twice that phone for repairing for the same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.

My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning itself and the same cannot be replaced...
