I owned a N80 nokia Mobile. One month back i have problem with N80 mobile key not functioning , System halt , Mobile Speaker not workin [ No Audio from receiving end]. I made repair and Nokia Care Faridabad asked me 3700 Rs as repairing charges. Now i m facing the same problem after One month. But they are not taking my mobile as Repeat Job and they are saying it is PAID job.
Last month when I paid Rs. 3700 they did not tell me the details of fault and they gave me receipt only on DEMAND. Receipt seems to be FORGED as it says N80 Mobile Repair Rs. 3700 no breakup is present in Receipt. To whomsoever it may concern please look into it

my phone is NOKIA N80 and my battery is BL-5B. I'm just curious why my battery is very easy to drain. i have already bought two new batteries but the problem is still there. all i want is to know if what will be the number that i will type on my phone to know the solution of the problem or just give me the solution as soon as possible please.thank you. I'm waiting for your positive response.
I own a N80 mobile and i am also facing the same problem of battery drain.I purchased an additional battery to maintain my mobile for a period of 24 hrs a day.Later i found that the problem arises when any of the features remian open /on ( eg blutooth, camera, etc.) i found out a way to increase nettery back up.
keep press on menu key for two seconds.a popup menu will appear displaying active applications.Switch of all items except stand by.You will get more battery backup."THE THUMBRULE IS THAT MAKE SURE THAT ALL APPLICATIONS ARE KEPT OFF WHEN NOT NEEDED"
I am sabastian varghese purchase nokia 5233 on 30th july from mobile shop Mr.Rajiv s shop situated inside the LITTLTWORLD MALL on first floor. On first august there was a problem (in the bottom there was a line always appear in the screen. I contacted on the same day with all the fittings to the shop. they refuse to change the piece. they say that tghey will repair the mobie and wait for five days. Is it the correct way ? Nokia / Mobile N80 — Camera

Purchased Nokia N8 AB10K bearing IMEI No. [protected] ON[protected] from Samarth Lifestyle Retailing, New Delhi as per bill No. 1079.

On Jan 10, 2012 wrote to Nokia about complaint which they acknowledged through Service Request no. 1-[protected]. But till date no reply / clarification from Nokia side.

Background:
On 21 Dec 2011 gave the above mentioned set for repairing at Nokia Care, Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar as its camera became defective. Next day I was informed that as camera can’t be repaired so it has to be sent to Gurgaon HO.
Around 4th Jan got a call that as camera could not be repaired so HQ has sent a new Nokia N8 as its replacement.

I need few points to be clarified from your side:

1.New N8 bearing IMEI No. [protected] was handed over to me without any ownership paper. When I asked for the paper they said its online. How I will prove my ownership without any paper? So please provide it.

2.Earlier phone model was N8 AB10K. This one seems different. If true then why earlier model was not given.

3.All contact numbers, photos & videos gone with the old phone. At the time of handing over old phone I asked whether the phone will be formatted, the person said that no, it will not be formatted as problem is in camera not in software. Can I get my data back?

Looking forward for reply as soon as possible as already Nokia has taken more than enough time to reply in writing.

    I agree with the complaints because I am encountering almost similar quality issues whether is product or service.

    I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA N70 MUSIC - [protected] FROM PRIYA COMMUNICATION, GURGAON ON 03/05/2007. WITHIN TWO MONTHS I WAS GETTING PROBLEM IN MY SET. I HAD SUBMITTED THE SAME TO NOKIA CARE WITH JOB SHHET NUMBER[protected]/070515/120 DATED 15/05/2007. THE PROBLEM WAS " BATTERY BACKUP LOW AND HANDSET HEAT UP BACK COVER, DATA CAN'T BE SAVED". THE SET WAS MADE FINE AND DELIVERED TO ME. NOW AGAIN SOME PROBLEM (DISPLAY PROBLEM+BATTERY BACKUP+BATTERY OVER HEATING) HAS ARISEN. I HAD SUBMITTED MY SET VIDE JOB SHEET NO. [protected] DATED 13/11/2007. YOUR COSTUMER CARE PERSONNEL HAD INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS SOME TEMPERING IN THE SET. IT HAD ALREADY BEEN INFORMED THAT THE SET HAD ALREADY BEEN REPAIRED BY NOKIA CARE. THE SAME HAD BEEN E-MAILED ON 16/11/2007. TODAY WHEN I TALKED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PORSENNEL, IT WAS ADVISED THAT I SHOULD PURCHASE ANOTHER SET AND THIS SET CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I WANT TO STATE THAT THE SET IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD AND IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED I WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.     I have purchased Nokia 3110 classic model cell last month. But, in this model cell of my handset Camera visual is not clear and ringing tone is very low sound. What can I do. Please tell me to rectify my problem. I am residing Chennai at Vadapalani.

    I am residing Chennai at Vadapalani. I have purchased Nokia 3110 classic ( [protected]) last month but to get picture from Camera and video is not clear but tune sound is very low. I am really dissatisfied with Nokia Products. I may also mention that Nokia has already started losing its customers as Quality standards are not maintained by NOKIA. Please send me reply to my email how to rectify my problem, since it was purchased 20 days before.
    i am from pune and i had a problem with my nokia 6300 mobile that it was not getting switched on... i showed it to nokia care centre here in aundh area... they told me to come after 2 days... but just the next day they called and told that the problem cannot be solved and told me to show it somewhere outside... really a very harsh and irresponsible behaviour.
    and when i showed my mobile to outside repairing shops, they told me thet these nokia people has done something wrong with the display as well as with the simcard server chip... and because of this additional problem created by nokia centre.. i have to pay[protected] rs for repairing...
    i want nokia to reply me back and to take some action agaisnt such kind of irrational behaviour by care centres...and also tell me why this problem occured that suddenly the mobile gone dead...

      Myself Abhishek Garg, Three months back i have purchased nokia cdma 6275. But from day one the set was creatig too uch problem in the starting i thought that it was just a minor problem so i submited the set at nokia care center ghaziabad and after that till now three job sheets has bee prepred but no results are there third tie also the handset create same problem but nokia service center didnt take any action to change it with new one but i want a new handset so i sue case in consumer court against nokia.If you can do anything please contact me as soon as you can before i handle it to my lawyer.

      But very bad service and beyond my expectation.

      i purchased nokia n 70 from new age electronics jain nagar main road abohar/punjab and as i work in bathinda/punjab i had a problem in my hand set as it was not gettig recharged i gave it to m/s hindtel communications bathinda punjab they above said nokia care centre is having my hand set since 5/3/2007 and till date hasent given me the hand set saying they are trying to repair it for your reference the job sheet no is[protected]/070305/6 and the set is n70 target delivery time was 8/3/2007 imei number is [protected] kindly do some thing regarding such behaviour of nokia people

      I have worked with Tigaksha Metallics Pvt. Ltd., Shoghi, Shimla company as IT Administrator from 18/07/2005 to 09/03/2007. My ex-gratia for the period beginning from 18/07/2005 to 09/03/2007 has not been released so far. i have been given four five reminder but company not given singal reply also.

        pls highlight that don't give mobile to nokia care for repair even if it is under warranty



        I Have purchased the nokia Handset N 70.I forgotton the lock code.i went to nokia care centre at my home town fazilka,their executive asked me that it will take 15 minutes to reset the lock code. he connected to website to upload the latest software,but after upload my mobile become dead,then he asked me to send this mobile to abohar care centre,and asked me to come next day but next day he asked me that we will send the mobile to chandigarh because there is some problem in hardware,it is noticeable thing if there is any hardware problem how the mobile was wo/king till then,so after that i went to mukatsar nokia care (Tarun Enterprises) which is 60 km far from my town,they also cheked the mobile and asked to send this to chandigarh and he said it will take 7 to 10 days to repair,i hand over the mobile to them on 26 sep 07,after that when i contact the customer care no 30303838 they register my complaint and asked me to take status after 2 days, i again call on 30303838 after 2 days they asked me to take set from care centere on 10 oct 07.when i went to tarun enterprises on 10 oct 07 they said your set is still under repair and status is pending.he told me that we send your mobile on 05 oct 07 to chandigarh and also told that we went every saturday to chandigarh to send and receive mobiles for repair they don't use any courier service for quick resolution of customer.it is also noticeable that the company like nokia has that much slow service,there is no time limit,after that i contact 30303838,they replied that take the satus after 2 days, i again call after 2 days thay replied your set is now not repairable and we sacked your mobile and we will replace it with new mobile and take your new mobile from tarun enterprises on 25th of oct 07,In between i called so many times to Tarun enterprises they always replied that your complaint is pending and they don't have any information that when i will receive my mobile.they asked me to contact on customer care,they always asked me to wait till next saturday then again next saturday,on 25th oct i called on 30303838 they replied that call tommorrow to take status, i called on 26 oct they replied that your mobile is despached on 23th oct 07 and it is delivered on tarun enterprises on 25 of oct 07 so now you can receive the mob fron tarun enterprises. I went there but same position they asked your complaint is pending and don't have any status. then i called in 30303838, they replied me that i checked your status and now you receive your mobile on 30 oct 07 from tarun enterprises.but i went there but handset was not there,then i call on 30303838 they asked to check on 8th nov 07 i again do mail to nokia care but they only replied check from nokia care for status. I again went there on 8th nov 07 they asked check on 11 nov 07,i again call nokia care they asked call on 12 nov 07 again i call on 12 nov 07 they replied call tommorrow,again i call on 14 nov 07 they replied your handset is on tarun enterprises and take your mobile from there,i again went there on 17 nov 07 they replied same your handset is not here and complaint is pending and check another day mean next saturday,then again i call nokia care they also replied check after one week, and today they asked new thing that we will replace your mobile will secondhand refurbished mobile not with the new mobile, I think there is not any responsible staff, every person give diffrent statement, nokia also give the online status of repair of your handset, I tried so many times but always see the message that your handset is not ready check another day,in between i sent 15 e-mail to nokia but i received only computer genrated replies that we will check your complaint and will contact you immidiately,but till now i didn't receive any reply from website.now i asked nokia to give my mobile back, i will repair it from market, there are so many geneuise mobile engineers in the market i think only nokia don't have these people,i didn't understand the style of service of nokia they are really harrasing me,i think they have lost my mobile eathier in transportation or somewhere else,because they don't have the exact status,they don't have even a single responsible person who can give you solid reply.i can't understand how this company is going on,i will suggest the people that never give mobile to nokia care for repair even if it is under warranty,repair it from market even you have to spend rs 2000 service charges,because they didn't give mobile back, because when i asked tarun enterprises to give my mobile back without any repair he asked when we deposit your mobile to chandigarh they don't return your mobile.now pls. help me .......

        This is very bad experience with nokia. NOKIA INDIA is very poor in services, NOKIA INDIA's personells are also shameless. They have no idea of working. Even the Country manager is cheater & cheapes man.
        Dont buy nokia product.

          Hi,

          i have this nokia battery BL-5C,which seems to have swollen from the middle, overheating and is not storing charge for longer than 1hr.
          The battery is made in China, Hallmark no.-[protected],
          battery number[protected]M[protected].

          request you to please replace the battery.

          my NOKIA E50 battery no BL-5C 970 mAH 3.7 V identification no[protected]A20546727 has experienced swelling in the middle. the casing of mobile cant be closed properly when battery is inserted. furthermore the rubber on top switch off/on button has also been removed.

              I bought a New Nokia 6300 Phone on may 2007 from Tilak Nagar , Delhi. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Rebooting , charger jack loose , somtimes not vibrate) and also I am without a phone for almost 21 days, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care HCL Infinit Service Centre, preet vihar on 26th Oct 07 but their the handset is not repaired.The set is hardly 5 months old and you people at service center are not able to identify the problem and they are taking more than 10 days to convey the status Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa. I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre to check the status of my report. My jobsheet number is [protected] (26th-Oct'07) , SERIALNUMBER: [protected] , CONTACT NAME : MR. KHUSHAL given by Nokia care. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month. The return date of my phone is 10/11/2007 which is in jobsheet than 16/11/2007 and till date there is no response of nokia centre or they dont pick up the phone whole day on any of the 5 given nos.,we could get them after much difficulty) and they keep on increasing the time period to collect the mob.last time .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked ,she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set

              hi, my name is deepak, i gave my n73 nokia cell phone at sector 2 noida (nokia customer care) because keypad was not working properly on 17/11/2008 and they told me u can take it back on 20/11/08 but i went there on 22/11/08 then they gave my cell back and it was not getting power on .then they didn't appologise and gave my job sheet back and told me that come on 24th we'll give ur cell back to you.

              Plesae look in to the matter :

              1.I bought this Nokia 7610s as on 3rd march' 09 which was not working properly ans as directed by store people i used same for 7 days and return to them with the same complaint.

              2. I just want to know that when i have complained about the same in start then why i have to compromise for repair, i don't think so that it's good on service part from a prestegious company like you.

              Please look in to the matter and do revert me with reasonable revert.

              I purchase Nokia 5800 from reputed shop in kandivali Mumbai on 10/10/2009. Next day i found that there was problem with on/off switch. I approch shop and I was told that they have to send this mobile to service center for repair. After more than 3 qweeks there is no replay from Nokia service centre Mumbai.



              If this is the condition of Nokia service in city like Mumbai, then I can imagine what must be situation in smaller town.


              You are requested to look into my complain and immedicate action will be highly appriciated.

              Nokia — to replacement of cell phone

              I bought a nokia phone 5130-c on 17 october 2009 IMEI no.[protected] from bansal watch company kalka with bill no.1444
              After few days phone had complaint of battery backup problem and hang up problem.
              I submitted my phone to nokia care sector-7 panchkula on following dates:-
              1.job sheet no.[protected]/100214/17 dated 14feb 2010
              2.job sheet no.[protected]/100406/36 dated 6april 2010
              3.job sheet no.[protected]/100615/17 dated 15june2010
              but the complaints of the phone was not resovled till date.

              I again went to nokia centre sector-7 panchkula but they did not entertain my complaint.
              Now I want my phone to be replaced because the problm of battery back up and hang up problem is not resolved by the nokia care center from february 14 till date.

                I have purchased Nokia N70 last year and within 6 months it started giving network problem. I approached Nokia care at Ludhiana and my phone was sent to chandigarh nokia center and after a0 days i received my phone back and when i checked it in the nokia care itself i found there is no network and the problem was not resolved. Again on the same day they prepared another job sheet for the same problem and within next 10 days i recived the set back. the problem was resolved but after 20 days again the problem arised and i submitted it again to nokia care ludhiana. After 10 days i received my set back but again within a month the problem was arised. As i approached the nokia care again it was told to me that your phone warranty is over. I purchased the set in August 2006 and it was informed to me by nokia care that your warranty expires in july itself. Out of one yaer warranty it was just eleven months. I repaired my set from some outside repairing centre and i spent nearly 800 rupees for reapir and now it is working well. That means free services is not given properly to the customers. I spend nearly 1800 rupees for approaching nokia service centre at ludhiana, that means that all gone waste.

He said "you contact to our nokia care center at nanded". I contact to care centre but he not response to me and my problem. Still my problem is as it is.

                    To whomsoever it may concern,
                    I Recently bought a Nokia E62 from "Mobile Store" located in Sion (Mumbai) on 1st October 2007. Now one Month down the line, the phone has started hanging and the keypad is Completely Jammed. i just repaired the same by spending Rs1250 at Nokia care and one day past the phone again is in the same condition.

                    I had enough of these issues, i request you to change my mobile phone. or else kindly giv me back the money value utilized.

                    Nokia E62 — Defective Nokia E62 and consumer harassment

                    I bought a Nokia E62 from Nokia in New Delhi in January 2008.
                    After using the phone for a week I realised that it was defective.
                    The phone would switch off and sometimes restart while I would be talking.
                    When I gave the phone to Nokia Care - Mend Square Bangalore; I was told that was due to a virus.
                    I left the phone with the Service Center and when I recd. it after a few days, I discovered that the problem still persisted.

                    I returned the phone and this time I was assured that the problem would be solved.
                    One week later I got my phone, the problem still persisted.(Second time)

                    This time I was told that they had checked it thoroughly and they did not believe that the problem was there.
                    So I gave them the phone again. The Service Centre guy used the phone for a few days but refused to admit that the phone was defective.

                    4-5 days later, I had to call the person myself and keep the phone on hold for 25 mins. until the phone restarted itself.


                    Finally Nokia admitted to the problem, but I was only issued the same Jobsheet after the second. They would not generate new jobsheets after the second one. (third time)

                    Meanwhile, in between I had been sending Nokia Care various requets to follow up on this issue but everytime teh same email thankign me for calign Nokia Service came.
                    No questions were answered, no problem was resolved. I threated them that if either I was not given a new phone or if my money I was not refunded, I would go to the consumer court. But this failed to get their attention.

                    After 10 more days I got my phone back. After using it for few hours I realized that the problem still persisted!!! (fourth time!!)

                    Nokia refused to acknowledge the defect, then refused to replace the phone, did not issue seperate jobsheets each time, and failed to repair the phone after my having given it four times..
                    By this time Nokia had kept my phone longer than I had. No substitute phone was given ever.Yet they refused to replace it.

                    Finally after many phone calls and emails, they agreed to replace it. I was finally relieved that my efforts to get the phone replaced were paying off.
                    I got another handset after a few days but to my disappointment I was told that they had replaced the transceiver but the out case was the old one.
                    Disappointed, yet relieved I accepted it and went home. On reaching home I realized that this phone had been used before and in fact it had many phone numbers and smses.(fifth time)

                    From the smses I figured out to whom the phone belonged and called that person.
                    To my greatest surprise I found that the person had given his phone for repair at the Nokia Care BTM Centre.
                    I was given that person's phone with his personal data without even repairing it!!!
                    The "7" key on the keypad does not work. The phone hangs on several occasions.
                    My phone was Brand new when I found the problem and gave it to Nokia; I have been given a used, defective phone with some one else's personal information still stored on it.
                    When the other person went to the Service Centre, he was given my original phone with all my personal data still on it.

                    This amounts to cheating and data theft on Nokia's part.
                    Right now my problem is still in status-quo, I am forced to use the defective phone. Nokia emailed me saying that they would replace the phone after 10 days, but I am still to hear from them.
                    Nokia wants me to submit the phone to them but I still have not done that as this is the only proof I have against them.

                    No jobsheets were issued. The replaced phoen has different IMEI number and no new bill was issued for that IMEI, Nokia said that their database has been updated and that is sufficient.

                    Till date, the manager of Nokia Care Center (Mend Square) Mr. Hari Kumar does not pick up my call. If I call from an anonymous number, he responds by saying that the phone will be ready soon.

                    Please donot go to Mend Square for your Nokia woes, Mr. Hari talks very courteously but uses decious tactics.
                    My phone is still not repaired infatc I have bene given a phone with a much more serious problem.
                    I am going ahead and lodging a complaint against them in the consumer court.

                    I would request the consumer court to take serious action action Nokia India for malpractices. Thousands of consumers are suffering because of Nokia's terrible service.

                    Nokia E62 — delay in repair

                    MY newly bough E62 nokia phone did not display anything. I gave it for repair to SR Trading, nokia care in channai. these guys have billed me close to 3000 ruppes and not giving me th phone..reason: they are yet to get the replacement part.

                    Nokia E62 — Liquid in Handset

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    This is with reference to the E62, USB not responding and Bluetooth modem not connecting to PC & Internet. I have given the phone at Pune, Nokia WE Care. I was told it would have to be sent to L3 location, Mumbai, however now i was informed the phone was sent to Bangalore.

                    The service centre has confirmed the water in the phone, would like you to send me the video footage of the phone when the phone was opened and also please confirm the mode of transportation through which the phone was sent from Pune to Bangalore, as to what are the chances that the phone never got wet in the transition.

                    Also please confirm the phone was working and getting connected to Internet through Infra-red and directly if incase i have to browse the internet on phone.

                    Please send the details at the earliest so that i can decide as to what should i do with the phone?
                    And also would like to inform you that with this experience all i can say is you have lost a customer who is using the Nokia handset since 2002, 8250 was the first handset purchased for Rs.15000/- and then 7610 purchased for Rs.28000/-

                    Now in future i would not be purchasing any more Nokia Phone and would also be selling of my Nokia N95(8GB), 6300, 1110i, and would think about taking this paper weight E62 mobile (as I would not pay for getting the same repaired when the handset is under warranty).

                    I'm having the same problem with E-62, I purchased it from mobile store chennai last year end and it started showing problems just after 3 months. some keys are behaving like anything, it started with the 'W' Key. if i press 'W' its appearing in displayas '89P+'. Amost all keys agradually started having same problem and totally messed up. I gave it nokia customer Care and they told the same thin, Oil like liquid inside the phone and they serviced and gave me back. for 2months it worked fine and again now the same problem is starting. I don know what to do. Some other friends in my company who purchased the E62 at the same time is having this problem. Will i get my phone replaced?. I'm fed up with NOKIA. No more nokia.

                    Nokia E62 is not syncing up using MFE and I have been running to Nokia Care Center for about six months spending time, effort and money without success.

                        I had bought a Nokia 2760 mobile handset from "THE MOBILESTORE", New Friends Colony, New Delhi on 23.10.2007. From there I came to Ranchi where I reside and work. On 07.11.2007 the handset developed a problem. Most of the time either it does not switch on or if it switches on, in 5 seconds after that it switches off. I took it to Nokia Customer Care Centre in Ranchi on 12.11.2007. They called me on 13.11.2007 evening and said that they were unable to diagnose the problem and that they will try once more and in case of failure, they will send the set to Kolkata where it will take at least one month to repair and send back to Ranchi. I request you to kindly follow up. My second request is that since the handset developed problems in just 15 days after the purchase, if possible my handset should be replaced with a new one.                         Defects in Mobile Phones in India have become on a drastically high scale. Me and my friend did a survey of 309 phones in Mumbai in this regard and found some shcoking results. You can check out the results on the following websites:

                          I purchased nokia n72 5D plum color, imei no [protected] on 29th june, 2007 from thakur complex, kandivali (e) shop name "The King" The display started flicering vigourously, the network was very poor and the speaker was very bad. i gave it for repair alongwith my memory card. when it was returned to me after repair, after a very long wait, the color was black & white, all my contacts were gone and the memory card missing. i was shocked but the shop keeper refused to take up my matter. i demand for a replacement of my cell and not get repaired again, failing which i would complaint to the consumer forum, thane.

                          Nokia N-72 — Display of mobile is not working

                          I have purchased Nokia-N72 from Nokia dealer TOP-10 M/s. Top Collection, Nokia Mobile shop, Shop no. A/3 , Super Shopping Centre, Andheri (W), Mumbai through Bill No.- 2629 dated 15/07/2007.
                          For the last 2 months the mobile screen blinks & it has turned white & now nothing is visible in it.
                          We have shown it to the dealer & he say it will be replaced @cost of Rs. 1700/- The purchased the mobile for Rs. 9700/-, with the trust on the brand name NOKIA. At this cost other mobile handset with better features were available. And now additional expenditure on the display.I dont know what to do now & what will be the reliability of the newly replaced display of N-72.                             Hi,
                            I am a very loyal customer of Nokia Mobiles and have been using for almost 6 years. I am very much happy with the models of all Nokia Phones, infact to such extent I insist all my friends and family to use Nokia. I have almost 4 nokia handsets used by family (am using a Nokia N93i).
                            The problem with my Nokia N93i handset started 6-7 months. More than the handsets, Nokia Customer Care i.e priority Nokia Care are a big problem. Had a tough time with your Nokia Care dealers stationed in Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Anyways that problem is sorted out after much negotiation with your staff over there after 6 months. Last heard that office is closed.

                            I have another handset i.e Nokia 6670 used by my mother. The problem with the handset is any incoming calls, number or name is not flashed in the screen. Naturally I had to visit one Nokia Care (Talktel) which is at Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I went there yesterday i.e 12/11/07 taking a break from my office hours. They asked me to come in the evening and the said problem would be rectified. However when I went there in the evening, they asked me to come the next day i.e 13/11/07 with the condition to give a call before coming. So I gave a call to your people and was assured that the problem is rectified. I asked repeatedly if the problem was solved or not so that I dont have to lose my time to which they replied in positive. Being office hours so I asked one of my staff to fetch the handset from there. My staff went there and collected the handset and duly paid the said amount of Rs169. Checking the handset I found that the problem was not solved. After waiting for almost 2 days, being assured that the problem would be solved and then not being solved had made me annoyed. I gave a call to inquire about this, one Mr. Manoj is saying that you should check your handset problem before leaving. I had to explain the whole problem again as I had never interacted with him. He then asked me personally to visit him at Talktel. Again I had to leave during office hours as I had to any how get the handset repaired. Waited for an hour or so, they escalated me to another Nokia Care stationed at Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

                            My question is when you don't have the right equipments then why do you give false commitments to customers. Why do you have to ask us to visit another Nokia Care? Why are you sitting there when you can't get a jobe done. How many times do I have to leave my office during business hours and do the followups?

                            Thinking of the earlier experience and this one, I was compelled to right this feedback. My request to you is pls look into this matter as not only me there might be several customers who have suffered like me. I too work in a service industry and also know what Customer Agony and Delight is. Pls look into the matter ASAP.

[protected] Within two months I noticed a complaint that my set was on Camera Standby mode, which was immediately notified to the dealer (Nokia Priority) who attended to my complaint I was given a set with new EMI bearing No. [protected]. After 2 months.

                              After using it for 4 months, again for the second time the same problem persisted, for which I had to approach the dealer and handed over the set on 28.8.2007 for rectification. After 2 months I was told that the set cannot be repaired and hence I was given another EMI bearing NO. [protected].

                              Immediately the very next day there was the same problem where the set was again handed over to the dealer.

                              Looking to the above repetition complaints, I would like to demand for New Model set of Nokia of the same price at today’s market price.

                              Hope the matter is clear, and expect your good self to look in this matter and sort out the issue at the earliest failing which the matter will taken seriously.

                              nokia 6280 — Phone doesn't work at all

                              Dear Team

                              I hv always stuck to Nokia since the years i hv started using mobile service. I bought this piece - 6280 at 17000 and within 9 months i had problems with the phone and had to get it repaired. But soon after getting it repaired the phone completely went dead one day by when the warranty had expired (to get it repaired the service center took some 15 -20 days). ANd to have it repaired, the repair center is asking for 4500.

                              I am still not able to part with the phone and expect Nokia to do something abt it atleast since i hv been such a ardent fan of nokia pieces.

                              Hi,

                              I gave my mobile NOKIA 6280 to V.S.Communications, 5 & 6 Aditya mansion, Opp New Kapra Municipal Office, Kamala Nagar, ECIL, Secunderabad. on 01/Sep/2009 at 13:43.

                              My mobile had a display problem for the first time, there was no concern with the set before. They gave my hand set on 28/Sep/2009 telling that they have fixed the problem, but after getting the mobile back home I have connected for charging and suddenly the screen went blank. I called them next day and they told it is common. With in not much of time I had to give it back to them as the DISPLAY PROBLEM RECURRED.

                              I gave my mobile back to them on 6/Oct/2009 at 13:09, till date the concern is not fixed and they are not giving me proper answer. Apart from this, when I went to take my mobile back, they told that this concern will be fixed by any NOKIA TECHNICIAN. When they told this, I asked them to give my mobile back, for my SHOCK ! THEY GAVE A MOBILE WITH THE DIFFERENT PANEL. The sliding part of the mobile has been replaced by a different panel.

                              Please, look into this concern and help me to get this concern get fixed at he earliest.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have purchased NOKIA 6070 model on 29/03/07. From the purchasing date this piece is giving trouble in low speech volume, low incoming and outgoing volume.
                                On 15/09/07 it was referred to Nokia Care, M/S Gayatri Incorporation, Yashwant Plaza, Indore, with the above troubles, Nokia Care staff did not rectify such troubles then on 05/11/07 I went to your Nokia Care ( above mentioned address ) at 14.30 Hrs. having customer S/No. 78 and service table No 4. Your Nokia Care centre Indore, in-charge Mr. Vivek did not give proper response and refused to rectify such troubles. He behaved very harshly and told “ This Model 6070 has the low volume and we cannot solve this trouble. You should have checked the piece at the time of purchasing for such problems. “
                                The behaviour of Nokia care in-charge should be very polite in spite of Mr. Vivek’s rough behaviour. Such types of Nokia care personals are damaging your reputation and values.
                                I am very disappointed with the behaviour of Nokia Care, Indore in-charge Mr. Vivek.
                                Kindly do needful if the volume of Nokia 6070 is originally very low then why are you selling this Model nationwide. The statement of Nokia Care in-charge, Indore is showing the poor manufacturing parameters of Nokia 6070.
                                Pl give me detailed information and action taken against Mr. Vivek, Nokia Care in-charge Indore also what can I do for my Nokia 6070 piece ? The piece is under warranty and your service centres neither rectifying the trouble nor took the piece for repair.

                                    I bought above set about 15 months back with Reliance connection. After 7-8 months form the purchase date, I am facing difficulty in down load some ring tone. Once I contact at service centre situated 1, Chandani Chowk, Kolkata (India). They told me some hypothecated answered that there may be some problem with sofatware which is required for ring tone and return us the set. Recently since 1 month, I am fade up with the set a problem of “CALL DROP” both (incoming & outgoing). On advice from Reliance service provider once again I went to the above Nokia service center. This time they told me that the set has networking software problem for that you have to pay Rs. 1480/- and leave the set for 7-8 days.
                                    Sir, I purchased the above set with your renowned name and after rejected Samsung, LG, Motorola and Reliance sets with assumption of long life of set and best performance. The cost of other manufacturer’s sets of same profile was much less in comparison to Nokia ., but I buy the above set with assumption of quality product. Sir, this is electronics’ item, some time there may be problem. With this assumption, I request you to kindly consider my request and change the Set with new set to safeguard my faith on “NOKIA”

                                        had purchased a Nokia 5500 Handset on 12th August 2007. After a use of 1 month the handset's keypad peeled off. That was fine. But within 15 days ahead the mobile range went off and the phone was out o[censored]se.
                                        I submitted the handset to the Nokia Customer Care. They assured me i shall get it back in 1 week, But they returned to me after 25 days. After getting the handset it started giving me the problem immediately the second day. Now again the handset is with the service station. I am fadeup of this. Can anyone please suggest me a way? All my money has wasted. I would also like to appeal to everyone please stop purchasing Nokia handsets as they have give a pathetic customer service...

                                        I had purchased Model no. 6030 Hand set of Nokia. This hand set was purchased from Univercell, Velachery, Chennai - 600042 vide their invoice no. P.Vel/3474 dated 02.12.2006. The Hand set Sl. no is [protected]. The ring tone of hand set stopped working after 2-3 months o[censored]se. Since the Hand set was used out of Chennai, I could give it repair only on 20.11.2007 at Nokia Care, HCL Infinet Ltd, 189, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600002. Again the same ring tone problem resurfaced on 12.11.2008.I was told today in the above Nokia Care that since the warranty period is over, this can be repaired at a cost of approximately Rs. 1,000/-. The received call duration is 50.42 hours and dialled call duration is 33.30 Hours of this hand set.

                                        Taking nokia reputation i purchased one Nokia E 66 handset to be gifted to my wife on 11 october 2008 and its price was Rs. 20, 000 that time. i puchased this hanset from Nokia priority dealer PARK NETWORK PVT. LTD. in Sec 18, Noida having Bill no. 4018 and IMEI No. [protected]. This phone started developing some camera problem and i submitted this handset with Nokia Care HOTLINE COMMUNICATIONS at Karol Bagh, New Delhion 26 march 2009. According to them my hanset was replaced with a new one E 66 on 4th April 2009.

                                        The new E66 had IMEI no [protected]. Afrer 2 days the new handset again has the same camera problem. How can a new cellphone have a same problem and the condition does not looked new to me.

                                        Again today on 17 april 2009 i had submitted the handset with the same Nokia Care at Karol Bagh new delhi. My job sheet number is[protected]/090417/4

                                        Both the handsets were having the same problem and i dont think they were replaced.

                                        Today i got a call from the same Nokia Care and they told me that they had received a swap E 66 and it is having sum problem, so it has to be send back.

                                        Nokia is such a big comapny and the quality with they provide for a Rs. 20, 000 phone is very bad.

                                        My complaint number is 2-3XY6M3

                                        this is the third time my handset is being sent back to nokia and these people dont rectify the problem.

                                        I have purchased this handset for Rs. 20, 000 and i have got the bill proving the same. Kindly see if i can get my money back since this company has lost its quality.
                                        I have a nokia n 81 which i have purchased on 16th nov 2008 and now the handset is not working properly so i have to give my cell phone to nokia care for 15 days which i have done and after 15 the phone was repaired and worked fine for 20 days and now it giving the same complain.
                                        I have purchased Nokia 5520 Handset and I am facing problem in this handset from the day one I have repurchased it. It has not completed 6 month and I have visited Nokia care center N number of time. I have submitted the cell phone at nokia care center vashi (Mumbai) complaining that it is a faulty handset and I want the replacement against it. But now again nokia care center people are saying, we will get it repair and return it to you. All the time these people use to sent it to their Head Office for 12-15 days and after that handset works for hardly 2 days and again the same problem comes. I have been again given 20 days time for repair from nokia care center. I don't want this to be repair. I just want to replace the handset or return the money back to me. I have spoken to the Nokia customer service supervisor and they are also not providing clear status of the complaint .

                                        Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
                                        I HAVE A NEW NOKIA N 95 HANDSET ON 28 JUNE. AFTER USING IT FOR FEW DAYS I FOUND OUT THAT ITS LOUDSPEAKER VOLUME ON RADIO IS TOO LOW.WHN I REPORTED IT TO NOKIA CARE THEY TOLD ME AFTER CHECKING IT IT HASCGOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND I HAVE TO SUBMIT IT FOR REPAIR FOR 10 DAYS.WHEN I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT CITING THE REASON THAT THE FAULT IS DUE TO THE COMPANY ONLY AND THEY SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF IT AND REPLACE IT THEY SIMPLY REFUSED AND MISBEHAVED.AFTER THE ARGUMENT I SUBMITTED THAT SET.AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN I REACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR RECEIVING MY SET, THEY ASKED ME TO COME ON 23 OF JULY.ON 23 JULY THEY RETURNED MY SET WITHOUT DOING ANY JOB ON IT.NO PROBLEM WAS SOLVED AND ON COMPLAINING THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHIG.I RECEIVED THE SET AND COMMENTED"NO JOB DONE" AT THE COMMENT COLUMN AND SIGNATURED IT.AFTER USING IT FEW MINUTES I FOUND THAT ALONG WITH THE OLD PROBLEMS SOME NEW PROBLEMS HABVE CROPPED UP IN IT WHICH WAS DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE SERVICE CENTRE.ON REPORTING IT THEY AGAIN TOOK MY SET FOR 10 DAYS BY ISSUING A DUPLICATE JOB SHEET WITH THE SAME JOB SHEET NO. AND ASKED ME TO RECEIVE THE SET ON 4 AUGUST.I WANT TO KNOW HOW COULD I PUT UP A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM IN NEW DELHI AND WHETHER I HAVE A STAND AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR THEIR BEHAVIOUR.

                                        i am having a camera problem in my handset my mobile is in the garanteed period so i though that i should gave it to nokia care so i decided to give i leave my handset for 15 days when i again came back they asked me for the sim card and battry

                                        when i make it on i see the camera there is no change i say to the worker he said wait for 1 hour
                                        when he came back he said that we have to keep it for next 15 days then i said that ok
                                        when i again came there again same probleme
                                        I purchased Nokia E63, but when i'm trying to install any application or theme then there is one error is coming "certified error please contact application supplier" so im not able to use any new application in my handset,

                                        I had purchased NOKIA handset 5130c -2 model handset for Rs6000 during March 2009, but it was having the problem of Transreceiver, Flickering and signal drops effects.So it was taken to Nokia care and submitted for the repair and jobsheet was done.After 15 days the mobile was collected and still the problem exists and again resubmitted then also the same story.

                                        So like this I ws made to subit the mobile for the six times and still the problem is not solved. All the jobsheets were there with me.So I request you to take an action on NOKIA and I demand for a new Handset.

                                        Kindly provide us a better solution through Forum.
                                        I will be very thankful if the handset is replaced with a new one.
                                        I had purchased a Nokia handset (Model:7230) on 30th May, 2010. It has had software related issues since one month of its purchase. It has been sent to the Delhi office thrice now for repairs and yet, the handset is giving me the same problem. it is within warranty and i would like it to be replaced.
                                        I purchased a new nokia E5 mobile phone from mobile store, sion on 24/10/10. from the moment i purchased the cellular, i started having problems like automatic restart and one day it completely went off. I coudnt switch on the phone even after inserting another SIM card. So i went to mobile store and they said that the software needs to be upgraded and sent the phone to a service center in dadar. After more than one week, they say that the phone couldnt be repaired and hence it is being send to delhi. Iam not sure if' i'll get the cell phone back. So how much time should i wait before filing the case in the consumer court?

                                        Dear Sir, During the year, I had purchased Nokia - 5235 from your dealer (Croma Retail, Malad west, Mumbai - 64). Warranty reference no. is GLBINY[protected]. Product code is 059B716 and ESN / IMEI no is [protected].

                                        Within 2 months of purchase, i started experiencing touchscreen relating problem and the same was repaired by nokia care centre.,. viz., sarvesh telecom, Malad (East), Mumbai - 97. NCC no.[protected]. I had to deposit my handset for around 3-4 days and all the data were erased.

                                        Now, on 24.12.2010 i had again experienced problem relating to non-charging of handset and the mobile was completely off. The nokia care centre (Sarvesh Telecom) had kept the instrument under observation for 2 days and were not able to detect the fault and hence decided to send it to Nokia Head office at Delhi. Jobsheet dated 24.12.2010 and no is[protected]/101224/44. I was told that fault is major and it will take around 7-10 days of time to repair it and again all the data would be erased. Finally, the mobile (post repair) was handed over to me on 11.01.2011 (i.e. after 18 days). I had also requested nokia to provide me with the details of problem encountered in my handset that was repaired. However, Nokia has not yet provided the said information to me.

                                        Based on the above, the following is clearly evident :

                                        1. that the instrument itself is defective. Within the warranty period, the instrument had problem not once but twice. It can reasonably be assumed that if a device is fault twice during warranty period, it may again be faulty.
                                        2. Even if the instrument is returned to me (post repair), there is no assurance from Nokia’s side that the instrument wont get any problem later on. Hence, the problem continues.
                                        3. I have lost all the data stored in the device twice which has created considerable loss (both financial as well as personal) to me. It has also created significant amount of mental harassment to me. In monetary terms, the loss could be quantified to the extend of more than Rs. 5 lakhs.
                                        4. I was not able to enjoy the warranty period fully, as the device had to be deposited for repair for a total period of more than 25 days.

                                        In view of the above, i request you to kindly arrange to replace the device (nokia 5235) with a new device and compensate me for the loss incurred by me.

                                        Nokia Care — non completion of mobile repairs in over 15 days

                                        i had given my nokia n97 mobile for repairs on 11th September 2011.On the day of submission of the mobile the official at the counter told me that it will be returned in 3 days after she analyzed the fault in it. Not receiving any call on the 3rd day I called them up to check and the said that it has few more fault that they are unable to detect and I kept calling them and the kept postponing it says it will be done tomorrow on 26th they said they detected the problem and due to unavailability of spares they will do the repair on 27 and return it on 28 that's today positively. Today when i called to check the status they said that we are shortage in technicians today and the repair is not done so come tomorrow.I had called them almost every day as i needed the mobile urgently every time they said there is a server problem or please wait we'll call you in 5 min they never return the calls nor do they give fixed date for return.
                                        sir please look into the matter and help me.

                                        I have given my Mobile by Dec 2nd. They looked into it and told that they had find the problem with the mobile and it's cost would be Rs.5485..

                                        Yesterday Dec 28 by 6.15 PM, I went there and asked for the mobile. They asked to wait for 10mins and I keep on waiting still 8.15 PM. One by one the staffs has been leaving and am the last customer who is still waiting for the mobile.. At last by 8.15, they told that the problem was not still resolved and asked me to come by tommorow (Dec 29). This is very worst service. So please look into it and have a good one..

                                        I purchased a NOKIA ASHA 311 on 24-Aug-2012 and from day one it started giving problems like power off / hang etc. I waited for a while and then went to your soo called Nokia Care, I really dont understand why are they called so when they cannot help.

                                        Finally gave my cell to the Nokia care people on 4th sept-2012 instead of replacing it they said they will get it repaired and will give it back to me on 10th sept-2012. But what I really cannot understand is If there is a manufacturing error involved then why will my phone be repaired and NOT EXCHANGED. On 15th I got a call from Nokia saying your phone has been repaired and you can collect it from the service center and when I said I want it to be replaced. So then what I hear from you guys is that, either I take the phone or you guys will get it delivered. Is this the same way how you deal with customers.

                                        Repeated mails have been done from my other ID about the phone getting replaced, rather than addressing to my question you guys replay saying kindly pick your phone from our center. Is this the same way how a customer is harassed.

                                        I purchased the phone for my personal usage not for the Nokia care guys to use it for 15 days and then give it back, then I think you guys should do one thing. First you should use each and every phone and then give it to the consumers.

                                        I being in media what should I say about NOKIA as a company in one place I get promoters from Windows promoting LUMIA and in another place I get a defective cell phone.

                                        Waiting for a quick revert from you guys as I m not going to collect my phone from your service centre because I cannot use a phone which has a defect from day one.

                                        I've been using Nokia N97 (32GB) from last 3 yrs. I purchased it on Oct 2009. Phone was working fine but from last one year am facing lot of issues. Phone getting hanged & it has 32Gb inbuilt memory but still it says Phone memory full. Whenever I tried to install latest software it says its not compatible and there is no latest OS available for the phone because they have stopped the stock of N97 phones.

                                        Its not our mistake if they've stopped selling it. I can't use latest software, can't download anything, can't browse and other problems too. Handset is in good condition but of no use, its only used for receiving & answering calls. I've tried giving complaint on Twitter but no reply yet. I need justice. Want ans from NOKIA.

                                        I have purchased Nokia XL from www.snapdeal.com on[protected]:01:14. And the received the product on 18th august 2014. The product is not up to the mark. I am facing lots of issue with this handset. The issues are:
                                        1. Incoming and Outgoing voice call issue, that means the call gets connected but both the persons are not audible to each other.
                                        2. The signal drops every now and then.
                                        3. The Camera gets hang every time.
                                        4. The phone suddenly on its own goes on loudspeaker during a call even if the loudspeaker button is not selected, This is the most embarrassing happened to me 2-3 times when I was sitting in a training hall with 150 people!!!
                                        5. The phone on its own gets switch off and starts again even when the battery is full.
                                        6. Some of the applications gets hang.
                                        I have told about these issues to snapdeal.com after 10 days so they said according to there policy they can refund only if the there is some issue within 7 days. Then I decided to go to Nokia Care, Hadapsar, Pune. I showed them the handset and they send it to Nokia Factory for around 10-12 days to resolve all the issues. After I received my handset not a single issue was solved all the problems where still there. I went to Nokia Care again and told them but no improvement. Then I finally went for the 3rd time to Nokia Care, Hadapsar, Pune and requested them to replace/refund me, but they said they will again send it to Nokia factory. I submitted my phone once again for the third time to Nokia care on 6th Oct 2014 and I received it back on 4th Nov 2014, But I found that not even a Single issue was resolved. I emailed to Nokia complain dept about the same they told me to use the handset for about a week and if still the problem is there we will look into it. But problem was still there so I again submitted my phone on 8 Nov 2014 and even the branch manager at Nokia care Hadapsar tested my phone and concluded that the issues were not yet resolved. They asked me to submit the phone and assured that it will be replaced but to my surprise I got a call from Nokia Care on 17 Nov that your device is repaired kindly collect the same. I asked them that unless and until they are not going to tell me what was the issue and what have they done I am not going to accept this phone and I need replacement but they are not ready to listen to me. For arranging a call with Nokia guys also I need to mail them 10-12 times &quot;CALL ME!!&quot; then these guys calls me back. I am very much fed up of submitting and collecting the faulty handset from Nokia !!. Everytime I have to take half day leave for this handset. Please help me to get my refund. I don;t even want the replacement for this I need only refund as I bought this phone in August and have not used it error free even a single day.
