Sir,
I require your help against Nokia. I have purchased a Nokia handset N73 music edition for myself on 9th November, 2007. From day one I am facing problem in it. It restarts every now and then. Firstly I mailed my complaint to Nokia on 12th November as it was Diwali and I had to go out of Mumbai(my home town). They advised me in the reply mail to take it to nearest care centre. Immediately on returning to Mumbai on 22nd Nov,07 I took the handset to the Nokia Care Center, Borivali but since their server was down I had to take it back, then I took on 23, Nov '07(comp no.[protected]/071123/7). They told me it's a software problem, thereafter they returned me the same day
after formating and re-installing the software. But on the same day I found that my problem was not solved and I had to again carry it to care centre on 24th, Nov(comp No.[protected]/071124/24). They again kept it for observation and said it will take 2-3 days. Same day i.e. on 24th Nov, 07, I registered the complaint (No. 2-2MWIW5) With Nokia office at Banglore (ph no.[protected]). Then I came to know that my handset was forwarded to their head office. In between I regularly made calls to inquire about it but got no positive responses. Again on 1st Dec, '07 I gave a call to Nokia to check the status, I was told that I would get my handset not before 10th, Dec '07. Sir, I want you to please take my case as I am facing lot of mental agony even after purchasing a new handset from an authorised dealer. I am a working woman and being left without a phone for last almost a month. I am also a patient of migraine and am suffering a lot due to this problem.
Kindly hear to my plea and solve my problem. I had to spend lot of
money on complaints and travelling to care centre after purchasing an higher end handset for Rs.15000/-.
I would be happy if I get my money back or a new handset in
replacement at the earliest.

Nokia N73 — Sold Faulty Nokia N 73

I have purchased a Nokia N 73 from Mobile stores 6 months back and around 3 months back the mobile got hanged because of some reason and the Nokia Authorised service center and they took 1 month to repair the same. Again after 3 months the same problem occured. I feel i have got a defective piece.

    Sir,

    I bought a Nokia N72 (batch number [protected]) in June 2007 and after around a month it started malfunctioning! The music gallery keeps showing up automatically and hence I am unable to use any other feature of the phone (not even calling and receiving calls). I went to the Nokia Care (in M2K rohini, delhi) and they said there was a problem with the software (some virus) and hence they had to change the software and the company doesn't give any warranty for the software and hence I had to pay for the same. I did pay that time and after changing of the software it worked properly for 2 days and again the same problem. Now again I took it to the Nokia Care (the same one) and now he says the keypad's keys have been shorted and they have to change the module and I have to pay them again. I don't understand what is warranty for if I have to pay them again and again and that too for the same problem. I request you to take relevant action against the Nokia Care center (#15, Manglam Place, Shop No.G8,NN Mall, Adjoining M2K Cineplex, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi-110085) and ensure the replacement of my phone at the earliest!

    Nokia/ Nokia N72 — Poor Quality of set

    I had bought a Nokia N72 just 13 months back. To my utter surprise, one day i found the said set not getting on. Straightaway I went to your Nokia Care Shop at Gariahat where I was told that it is a minor problem and was told to to collect it back within 2/3 days. After a week when I called them up they called me there to tell that, this set is completely a spoiled one and will cost around 4500/-. During my short stay there, i could see the dissatisfaction level amongst customers clearly and lackadiasical attitude was seen in your staffs there.I am at a complete loss to understand how a Nokia set is getting spoiled just after 13 months of purchase. It has given a bitter and disgust feeling and i request you to take up the matter strongly so that my disgust feeling do not get aggravated. For your information I am having 5 Nokia sets within my family members. If i am not getting a response from your side, my disgust feeling will cash in and impact will be bad for your company. Please make me feel the way I feel about Nokia and do the needful at the earliest.

      dear sir,

      i have purchased one new notebook from hcl. from madurai tamilnadu last 18th of oct, 2007.

      i have some problems to get net connection from my moble (gprs) phone which is helpful for me whenever i am out of my home.

      i have contacted the supplier of hcl lap tap computer but even i went to service centre there is no response. i have requested the supplier so many times and even if they see my cell number they are not attending my call.

      really i was upset and it hurt my feelings and heart.
      is this a real customer care sir.i am not a young man i am 55 years old man also.
      even for my age they are not giving some regards to my request.
      i have purchsed from stop and go shop from madurai.

      can you advise the dealer for their irresponsibility sir

      Dear Sir,
      I am U.AROCKIA STEPHEN stay at No.1720, First street, Vasantham Colony, Anna Nagar west, Chennai - 600040 Cell No.[protected]. I purchase one Nokia mobile Model No. 1600 from V.V.K. Shop against their bill no. 260, dt[protected] for Rs.1890/ vide IMEI No [protected] [protected]. Same instrument getting problem on[protected] i.e., Display light is not coming and same instrument given for service to RADIANT telecom ( Nokia care), Annanagar. Same has been returned after 5 days without any rectification by RADIANT and they told that problem is beyond rectification .

      Against, i went to HCL, Nokia care at chennai office on[protected] for repair/ rectification for same problem under jobsheet no. [protected] and i got reply on 21.12.2007 from HCL saying that my phone (dispaly ploblem) is beyond repairs. when i visited at chennai nokia care for pickup my phone they are saying, mobile is not possible for repair and have to meet Mr.Anand, customer care officer. cant understand how that magic happen automatic got non repairable.

      I think chennai people is doing some wrong here. Please soluve the problem and give replacement / return the actual cost.

I made a telephone call to shop regarding complaint but they directed me to lodge complaint with HCL CUSTOMER CARE.       Dear Sir,
      i purchased a nokia handset NOKIA N72 black IMEI no.-[protected] from CLASSIC STATIONERS AND
      GIFT SHOP booth no.-6 nuhon colony market, Ropar vide bill no.-117 dated 15/04/08. After 2 months, the set and the memory card got out of service.The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. I approached the shop from where i bought the nokia set, he refused to solve my problem and advised us to go to the nokia care centre, Ropar. We approached NOKIA CARE CENTRE, ROPAR on 18/08/08. They refreshed the handset but refused to replace the memory card and said that memory card is corrupted.
      Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the memory card at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

      I had purcahsed HCL Beanstalk in 2005 which came along with a pre installed Windows XP Home operating system preinstalled with a Operating system CD. Now that CD has got corrupted. Recently i had to format my system but could not reinstall the operating system due to faulty CD. Is there any way that i can get new Operating system CD for me.       I am Shrikanth stay at Ashok nagar .cell no :[protected] . I had purchased one Nokia mobile Model No. 5310 from Poorvika shop against their bill no. 9688, dt 03-01-09 for Rs.8, 200/ vide IMEI No [protected]-. suddenly the instrument had some problem on 2/2/09 & display got blank.iam shocked not even used that much and why suddenly happened without doing anythg.The next day i dropped to the nearest service point where my office was located & given the instrument to SR TRADING (Nokia Care) Teynampet.the job sheet number[protected]/090203/65, they replied it takes a days two to rectify but iam very clearly mentioned in the comments column that i need a replacement only. It is a brand new piece bought for the new year & why should i want to hold a repaired piece .
      Then i called them on 5/2/09, enquired about my instrument .they replied it is rectified but i ask whether the replacement done or the same instrument is ready.they told it is repaired.i clearly explained i need a replacement only. There is no proper reply & later she told they will get back to me.
      Today atlast after i called and verfied what it is the status, they not even given any call back what they promised me yesterday. very good care they taken.in the telephonic they are not giving proper answer to me, i went directly to that place, where i waited for half n hour to meet One Mr. Anthony Raj (who himself introduced -as a manager) & he explained me that electronic system we cant say when it will go off. He told myne is a small problem and it is rectified. i asked him whether it is a software or hardware problem, first he told it is a software & then it is a hardware problem, he is not perfect in his words also.then i told him clearly i need a replacement, suddenly his words & attitude changed .He replied me you log the complaint to nokia and if they promise i will give the replacement. wherever you like go and complaint about me gohead & nothing will happen, i will see how you will get the replacement he replied.i told him i will sue a complaint against you in the consumer court...

      i request you to see my usage i did in my mobile & i bought that mobile for this new year . i am very much upset of the words of your person spoken to me as well as the problem happened to the mobile too.i need the replacement .so, pls look into this matter as a special case and do the needful. gud n8...

        Sir,

        Re:- Charger replacement of Nokia N-70

        I was shocked to see the poor quality of service meted out to me, despite the known popluarity of nokia
        brand.Till the time i bought the N70, i was of the view nokia is an international brand and buying a product
        from tem would not pose any bigger problem if any thing goes wrong. That was proved wrong, when i found my N70
        charger was not working just 3 months after i bought the set.I have been trying to get the replacement for the
        last one week but to no avail.Whenever i go there(HCL INFINET LTD,NOKIA PROFESSIONAL CENTRE,shop,no5 ,
        AARTHI CHAMBER,ANNA SALAI), i get some lame excuses that either that particular person is not available or system
        is down. You wouldn't believe that the system to log the customer queries is not working since yesterday. At least
        that was the reason i was told by when i asked them to get my charger replaced.I'm still waiting to get my
        query logged in to the support system.i suspect will this we looked upon,before my warranty time expires.

        Nokia , N70 — poor service and quality of nokia products

        i have bought a Nokia N70 on 2 nd oct06 , sent for repair for "FM not working " on 18th sep07 thru job sheet no : 1141thru Phone planet , Chembur < Nokia care .
        I have not recd the phone inspite of my 9 to 10 rounds to service centre , they have no concern for the customers loosing money , valuable time , and being left withouta phone for almost 3 months

          i have purchased nokia N 72 still warranty period 28/07/08, when will be puchase this mobile so its very problem created in this mobile.
          Problem Created details as follows:-

            i have puchase a nokia handset N73 but after some time i feel network problem .
            i approach to nokia care for that.
            they took the product and give me promise the service of product to next day. but i found next day that they handover my handset to company for repair. now i am having my sim card outside ther4efore i am feeling problem to make contact to any person.

              Hi,
              I bought the nokia 7710 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is also expired, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under HCL Ulubari, Guwahati after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is ok . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
              Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

              Unhappy from Service Centre Services.

              I bought Nokia N73 from Shopper's Point, Jodhpur on dt. 02.09.2007 after some time vibration problem was occured and I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre, Jodhpur they send to Jaipur (Rajasthan) on Dt. 08.11.2007 my IMEI No. [protected]. But, till date I am not received my handset back or not even satisfy answer from yourside. I am faching so much problem without my handset after spent huge amount.

              I say to very sorry, about your services as regarding company goodwill. I suggest in my knowing peoples to don't purchases Nokia Handset in future due to your worthless service centre.

              NOKIA/6280 — REPAIR OF NOKIA MOBILE SET-6280

              We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that i purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The upper keys of joystick and volume keys were not functioning,when i went to m/s gayatri incorporation an auth nokia care centre at indore since i am doing a career course at mhow near indore(mp) i was informed that i will not be provided the warranty service since my set is tampered with,it is disheartening to note that when i conveyed to mr vivek that i lost my set two months ago and police has recovered my set after my set imie no was traced by service providers of mp and chhatisgarh. initially he agreed to send my set to bhopal at my expenses however when i checked about my set status, to my horror i was informed that my set will not be repaired and has come back from bhopal .Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price being in army i expect full value for my money and ask you to repair the set at the earliest that too under warranty terms and conditions. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

              nokia mobile 7610 — They taken my mobile for replacement before 2 months ago, i didn't get my mobile till now

              I bought Nokia – 7710 on dated 16th April 2005 IMEI No. [protected] set from M/s A M Sales, 73, Stanley Road, Allahabad – 211002. The cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time. It was deposited in Nokia Hut, 10 S P Marg Civil Lines Allahabad_211001 for hanging problem as per the representative of Nokia Hut it was advised that hanging problem in the mobile set, may be due to the defective battery. That is why they deposited cell’s battery for the replacement of battery it took near about 20 days. They had repair my set several time during period. After warranty period they had charged Rs. 2100/- in three times for rectification. My Mobile set again became defective and it was deposited on 14 September 2007 for repair. But they were unable to repair the mobile set and as per their version that this set is irreparable. I would like to say that please look this matter seriously and make arrangement to replace the above mentioned Nokia 7710 Set or with any equivalent set.

              Nokia 5300 — application not open since a week

              dear sir, i have download a application of portfolio manager on airtel live site. since 1.5 yrs he has work porperly. but last week the application not open in my cell. but i use other cell samsung. the application start on this cell. please solve my problem as soon as possible. i thankful to you.

              Model 5310 Music Edition — Hand Set Automatically Switched offe

              Dear Sir,
              I purchasd NOKIA 5310 on 22nd March 08 and just after a week it starts giving problem of automatically switched off.
              I went to NOKIA service center, Green Park, New Delhi on 2nd and submitt the handset for repair then i collect the handset on 5th of March.
              Again on 8th March same problem.
              Then on 11th i went to service center they waited me up to one hour and say now it is repaired.
              Again on 14th same problem.
              Then again i went to service center and asked why it is giving such problem they waied me up to 40 minutes and say now it is OK please take it.
              I refused to take the handset i told please replaced my handset, i had already wasted so much time.
              They just keep the handset but till today no response.
              Is this is the NOKIA product i am really very sorry about the product quality and the service center.
              I request please replaced my handset immidiately.

              I bought a new 5610 Nokia Express Music HandSet from Croma, Pune. After a day o[censored]sage, it gave me first trouble when the software hangged at the time of call arrival . I went to Croma for repair. They took my handset and returned it after 15 days. Again after 2 days o[censored]sage, the same problem has been occured. This time, I went to Nokia Care (Mahtre Bridge, Pune) and they took my handset and returned it to me after 3 days without scarth gaurd . Within a month of purchase, my handset got repaired twice. But this is not the end. I was thinking to bring it back and talked to nokia itself regarding this problem but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Since yesterday, the phone is getting off continuosly. I am really fed up with this handset and my experience with this handset. Once I asked about a replacement, and the nokia guys told me that it could be replaced only in extreme conditions. I am asking what could be more extreme than this condition? Four problems occurred in a row within two months of purchase. What more they want? A completely broken piece of it?

              Nokia/Nokia 6280 Mobile — Worst Service & No Replacement of Battery

              I have purchased Nokia 6280 on 16/Feb/2007. I had a problem with the Battery Back Up and i submitted the battery on 14/Aug/2007 with Job Sheet No.[protected]/070814/22. As per the promiss, they need to replace the battery on 16/Sep/2007. But till today now I have not recieved my battery.

              When i called to Nokia Customer Care, they are telling you will get the battery and they are not bothered about the Consumer Forum also.

              Nokia 2626 — Monitor off while working (on first day)

              I bought a mobile (NOKIA) for the cost of Rs.2100/- NOKIA 2626 at Mobile NOKIA 2626

              Dear Sir, I shri Anjali Gogoi boght a 5310-XM Nokia Mobile in March2008, whose above mentioned charger stopped functioning. Talked to Shri Himanshu Das, Manager, Assam Circle, who suggested to deposit the charger at "Chetia Info", Tinsukia. Accordingly the charger was deposited on 13.06.2008, where they told to collect the replaced charger after one week. Till date the charger has not been replaced. Shri Himanshu Das (Mob. No. [protected]) not only does not care about complaints of customers but also does not recieve the phone calls.
              Requested for quick settlement of the matter.

              I was informed by your representative that since it's under warranty the phone will be repaired or in case it's unrepairable i will be provided with New Phone.

              I was assured that my problem will be rectified within 20 days, but when i went to Nokia Care Center, they are offering me a used phone however i did not accept it and will not accept it in any condition.

              My concern is to consider my complaint as well as request to provide me either my money back or give me a replacement with new Nokia-6500.

              I don't see any positive response from Nokia then i will not hesitate to file a complaint against nokia in consumer court.

              pls give me the right solution to solve this problem.i am always got belief in nokia but the first time i was disappointed with this.
              I Mr. Hemangkumar Chandulal Patel have purchased Nokia N70 Music edition mobile handset from M/s Ready phone Vadodara, Gujarat on 27.12.07. After that there were some service related issues has arrived in my handset after a month, so I went to the seller and he has attended the complaint. The handset has worked fine for a month and the same problem came up again. The problems were battery over heating, Connectivity, USB connection dropping etc. So, I went back to the seller and he has advised me to go the Nokia Care center rather than attending the problem in house. I got angry upon him and he has clarified that Company reserves the rights for the service. Hence I had convinced myself and went to one of the Nokia care center which is situated in Akota, Vadodara. The executive has clarified that this problem is due to the software i.e. it needs to be updated and for that I have to take back up of my data from phone. The next day I checked on the internet but surprisingly there was not updated software available at nokia.com. So I conclude that I have been cheated by that executive. I went again to him and clarified with him for the same. He asked me to leave the mobile there for repair. But I didn’t want to get it repaired as it was just a three months time. I have waited for another 2-3 months for these problems to be resolved automatically as M/S Ready Phone has explained that such problems happens and are minor. I was exhausted really and went back to Nokia care. Handset was kept by them for repair on 12.06.08. The repaired mobile was received back on 13.06.08 vide Job sheet no.[protected]/080612/77 dated: 12.06.08. The problems were: Connectivity, Drops USB connection, Memory, phone memory related, applications, performance liability failure, battery and handset overheating etc. Then the phone worked fine for another month and the same problems arisen again in the next month with couple of more addition to that i.e. 4 key auto works during calling, music player auto work and loud speaker activated automatically while calling. Again I went to Nokia care for the same and again I have been advised that handset needs a service. Hence I kept the phone with Nokia care on 15.07.08. Received back on 16.07.08 after repair vide job sheet no,[protected]/080715/83 dated: 15.07.08. For your information every time I had lost my data as I could not take back up for the same since the mobile doesn’t connect with my PC. It’s a biggest headache for me to enter the data manually again and again after each service. I don’t understand how many time do I need to service my mobile. I had not spent my valuable money for such problems. For your information the staff in the Nokia care center in Akota is worst. They even don’t know how to talk with the customer. Anyways the story begins now. The problems are not solved till date. Same problems kept coming and I was truly exhausted as my biggest problem is that I do not have time. Once again I went to Nokia care yesterday i.e. on 30.08.08 and surprisingly the result is huge. I had explained my problems to one of the executive from Nokia care and asked clarifications for why these problems are not getting resolved. She had opened my mobile and sent the PCB to one of the technician behind the glass. All of a sudden he said that the glass IC is broken. I said how could it be broken and the reply was that I might have dropped my handset somewhere. I questioned him how it could be?? If this is the case then how come you didn’t explained me since past six month. The lady explained me that she could not take the handset for repairing as the warranty expires after the damage to the handset. I asked how could I drop such a valuable mobile? I know the importance of my mobile. For your information I am using mobile since past ten years and this is my only third handset. I know how to take care of my mobile. I am a working person. I work in office and keep the mobile in my pent pocket through out the day. All my pent are with intact pocket so there is no question for dropping the phone. Well the story ended with the rejection of warranty vide Job sheet no.[protected]/080830/54 dated: 30.08.08. I was not been entertained any time during the conversations up till now. Every time the new stories have been said by the different executives rather than giving the exact reasons. I have pretty clear doubt regarding the quality of the handset or else I can say that I have purchased the damaged piece from the company.
              Hope the case is clear to you. So, my dear friend I want the clarification/justification/rectification for the entire case with your personal attention in the concern matter. Or else any advise from your end will be appreciated. Please advise if need to go to customer Court.

              i totally agree with it. the battery backup is very less. secondly musics of more than 5mb cant't be received via bluetooth & their is no setting with which itcan be saved in memmory card.

I went to the shop and informed them they gave me a duplicate charger instead of replacing and giving me a new nokia charger.

              i want to tell you the trouble i am faceing by purchase new nokia 3600 which i brought before 15 days.after 3-4 days i found a problem of difference of time in recieved messages.               i have bought nokia 3600 3 month back sudeenly screen display goes away and i went to customer care sukhdev nager kotla new delhi they are asking 2250/- from and saying there is no guarantee for this set . i want to ask from nokia if they can give one year guarantee why they promise at the time of buying the phone.

              i'm purchasing my mobile nokia "1650" from PLANET M "JANAK PURI" BRANCH and after 17 days my phone loudspicker is not working, than we complant to same outlet than store guys taken my handset and give me a job sheet against the handset, my mob emei no. [protected] and till 23 jan 2009 they did not give my set and within one month i was visiting more than 15 times to planetm and every time store guys says you come on afer 2-3 days. finaly i received one other nokia 1650 its MFG in 2003 ON 24 jan 2009 after 37 days and i purchase my set in dec 2008, when i asked to PLANET M guys than he told truth

              HE TOLD NOKIA CENTER GUYS MISPLACE THE MY HAND SET AND HE GIVE OLD NOKIA 1650 I THINK NOKIA CENTER GUYS THINK ABOUT ME DAM FOOL

              i had deposited my handset on 19Nov 2008 at "Gee Mobile, 92, 93, 94 Mohinder Chamber Opp DC Office, Jalandhar" due to headphone jack not working.bit till date i have not received my handset back.everytime i call them they give me some flimsy excuse & have not told me about the progress, however they have told that the phone is under replacement but nothing after that.i have lodged my complaint at the Banglore center on 02jan 2009.
              the complaint no is "2-3M20P3" but even now i have'nt got my handset back.please help.the staff at M/S Gee Mobile has not given the correct information & have not given any satisfactory answer.Moreover most of the times these people at Gee Mobile don't answer the phone & whenever they do answer they would put on hold for at least 6 or 7 mins before telling that the courier has not come or electricity is not there or some other lame excuse.

At first I bought the mobile which is a red color I had some problems with keypad and hanging problems and if I play any videos my mobile gets switch off even if I give the correct security code it denies the access and the mobile has network problems. so I gave the mobile to

He serviced the mobile for more than FIVE TIMES all the FIVE times he said the mobile was ok but it got repaired with in one week period of time each time I travelled from manthuranthakam to CHENNAI(anna salai) which is nearly about 170kms up and down.He took one week for servicing the mobile all the FIVE times and he agree to swap the mobile for a brand new one and he asked me to come after a week but he didn’t replace the mobile instead he gave someother OLD MOBILE THAT IS A USED ONE mobile in which the display was broken he said the brand new mobile will come with in three weeks until the time he asked me adjust with this mobile . I went to that showroom after four weeks but the show room was changed to a laptop service centre I asked them they told to visit the nokia care which is opp to sathyam theatre
              Where Mr.gopi the head of the office said that he will repair the old mobile only and he wont offer the new one and I agreed to repair the mobile .They repaired the mobile for more than six times and still the problem in the mobile has not been solved.i have been not receiving a proper response from gopi.And mr.gopi again told me to service the mobile where u have done before but security in the hcl info system wont allow me inside they asked me to visit the above mentioned centre which is opposite to satyam theatre like wise they made me to visit the other service centre(hcl)likewise I have been visiting both the centre’s very often .finally they said that to complain to the company itself and they cant able to do anything.At present I cant able turn my mobile on and the keypad is not working properly can I have a new replacement or not .I want a fresh replacement or atleast to repair the existing one.i never experienced such a bad service from any companys this is the worst experience I had in your service.Every time when I gave the mobile for a service i spent nearly 150rs daily I have wasted so much money in this which not worthfull at all.the staff in the service centres are not giving proper respect everytime I visit they make me to wait for more than four hours and they are not giving any proper response. The days which I used my mobile is very less because it got repaired all the time I have spent 13, 300 rupees on this mobile and I nearly used it for a month or two but I have spent more than 4000rs for travelling to the service centre’s. I am attaching some of the document regarding the assurance of replacement by the service centre and I want you to check on this and give me a solution.and i m not ready to go for that stupid service centre.

              I gave this phone to one of your service centre in Noida but i am not satisfied with services.Nothing is being corrected and there has occurred too many problems. They broke my phone's battery cover, camera light is in on mode.waisting the battery. Incoming, outgoing call problem is still there, so what they charged for?

              I m paripurn jain from Sawai Madhopur ( Rajasthan ).Sir i m usuing BSNL Post paid Connection in Nokia Handset 1208 from purchased Date on 25th August 2008.The cell phone is in warranty period.

I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre in Swai Madhopur, Rajasthan on date 2nd Fed 2009. After 23rd days on date 24th Feb 2009 they said Ur cell phone is OK When i m using my cell phone same day, I was shocked.My problem is not resolve. when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.               It is automatically switching off and automatically deliging programmes. We have approached Tarnaka - Hyderabad Nokia care centre on 23.03.2009, 29.03.2009, 04.04.09 and 07.04.2009.
              Every time they are telling some silly answers and partially rectifying and giving back.
              This is too much and by doing some unfair servicing the nokia care people are sending out.
              The real problem is that the electronic equipment is a failure model and it is my sincere request to all the viewers that ldo not go for NOKIA 3110c model.

              Nokia cdma 6275 — Inferior set was given

              I have bought a new nokia set on 29/03/2009, invoice number[protected].That set already had humididty in it n the shopkeeper did not tell us this. unfortunately i got chichen pox on very next day n I could not check it, but when i used it, it got switched off n never got switched on. I took it to nokia care now they say that it can not be repaired under warrantee and i have to pay Rs.1890.
              Since the hand set was not perfectly ok why they are making me pay that extra amount .

              I would request here to do the justice with me, and get me my money back.

              Nokia — selling the mobile at high price due to shortage

              It is very sad to note that there is no control over the dealers appointed by the company authority in our ahmednagar district as one of the dealer named as Priority nokia shoppee, situated in ahmednagar, when i went to buy nokia mobile three months ago (nokia 7210) there i was told that there is a single peace of this number and its company price is 5, 300 but as the peace is short and unavailable u have to pay Rs.-6, 500 for the same, if you want this cell phone, then i was dissatisfied with the statement made in the authorised show room of nokia and i buy another cell phone of samsung company but i am still in attraction of that model as my other friends have the same and had brought from pune at company price, as i would have buyed from pune but it was late, please advice the same.

The next itself, I found the problem of auto on off which I referred to the shop Vasavi, T Nagar where it was purchased. They guided me to Nokia Care opposite to their showroom - Raksha Impex, T Nagar. They took around 5 days. Soon after 1 day, the problem persist. This time again we referred it to Raksha Impex but the same was returned in same condition. I took it asking for final conclusion but reply was - Sir try using using without memory card. Do not use bluetooth for transfer of data. Use systems for downloading any data. I asked them, why is the feature given in this phone, if software do not support this. Problem is not yet defined and I am suffering badly. I requested for replacement but they insisted for formatting the memory card and reinstalling phone software. I asked them to do so as a final try. Still phone use to restart once in a day at least.
              Sorry to say phone is still not in working condition and I have lost my faith in Raksha Impex, T nagar branch (Nokia care). I am unable to understand how to proceed further. Please help. Need replacement. Can't utilise the service for more than a month. What for Nokia still selling this set?

              hot spot — Service Support

              My name is Priyanko Sinha. I bought a Fly Mobile (Model-Hammer) from Delhi on 25th Oct, 2008 (as I was staying in Delhi) and I have taken the Hot Spot Care Pack to secure my Mobile.

              On 4th of Apr, 2009 the LCD of my mobile got broken and I had submitted my mobile to Hot Spot Store (Address- 334, Jessore Road, Shop No WI, Ground Floor, Near Kalindi, Kolkata – 700089) as I relocated to Kolkata. Job sheet-No 003, Book No-934, Location Code-487, Location-Kolkata (Kalindi).


              1st of all, like to tell you the Store Manager Mr. Ravi [protected](Don’t Know the last name) was so rude and he does not know how to handle customers. He kept me sat for 45 min due to some urgent work he stated but when any new customer is coming to the shop he is attending leaving all his urgent work. Its show that he does not value old customer as he already paid the money to you. Then he attended me and told me that you will get your mobile on 25th Apr, 2009. When I asked him why so long, he told me the part is not available right now. I asked him but in the Service Job Sheet under Terms and Condition for repair it’s written “The customer should take the delivery of the product with in 14 days of written intimation (Step No 9)”. When I asked him it’s written here then why you are delaying so much. He replied “Please take the number of service person who will be repairing your mobile. His name is Mr. Hiren (Don’t know last name) mobile number [protected] (Working at Service Center 29, Girish Park, Viveka Nanda Road Kolkata)”. When I asked Mr. Ravi what was his full name as I wanted to complain about him he told “I will not give you my full name”.

              Then I start calling Mr. Hiren (Service person) from 18th Apr, 2009 to know the status and I came to know still the part was not available and it has not being delivered. My question is “Is the part is coming from abroad as it was taking so much long to get delivered from Delhi?” He has no reply just saying “I know I can understand”. What the hell Mr. Hiren was talking about? What you understand? Its 18 days without a mobile and still he is saying it will take long time.

              I am sorry to inform this is really PATHETIC and this is NOT EXCEPT ABLE from such a Brand Name. Don’t know whether this is going work or not as I am writing so long but like to tell you I a law student and if this continues long I will report this to Consumer Court as my dad is a consumer lawyer then that will be your problem. As your people are saying “it’s not our problem, we are not getting the part”.

              So, please look into this and expecting an answer from you.

              I had purchased new Nokia's Handset 5800 music xpress with above IMEI
              Number in the month of 18 January 2009.It worked fine but aftert one
              month then problem started.When we make or recieve a call the phone
              keypad locksup.In 27 Feb.2009 I gave it to the Authoraized nokia care
              S S Services 96/2, star press building Chunniganj, Kanpur.They kept it
              with them for 20 days after that They Had no Respoance.After that
              Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more or 20
              days more.After two month in 29 apr 2009 they call and sms me that
              your set is ok plz take it.I went Nokia care center that is 4th time
              whnn i went to The center to spoiled my time and money.i again found
              the same issue.When i requested them to replace it, they refused.I
              have never expected such kind of bad service from Nokia.Now I Have no

              Hoping this mail finds you well. Kindly note I have a complain regarding nokia branch, as I bought an E51 handset and after 8 months there was an accident. And when I went to Wady El Neil branch they replaced it with another one with 600LE (which was logic and fair enough).
              But in the same time, when they replaced it to me I was using another handset so I did not try it as I supposed that I am dealing with an honest person representing a multinational company. 5 months later, when I wanted to us it I discovered that the replaced handset is not working and no one can hear me from the other side completely. I went to the same branch again in order to fix it. They toke it and after a day they informed me that the handset cannot be fixed and they had to send it to the main branch. 3 days later, I called in order to check on my device and I was shocked when they told me that the phone is miss used.
              1. How come a professional engineer like the one in the branch did not find it miss used and the other one in the main branch did?
              2. Phone was in perfect condition as I did not use it completely. How can you tell me that the mother board was damaged and this caused that kind of error, while the phone was never used?
              3. Is it my fault that I trusted a respectable company and its representative?
              4. must I doubt you like any other street seller and test every option in the device before leaving the branch to the extend that I have to make the simplest option in the phone; making a phone call!!!

              Dear Sir,
              Thank you for giving assurance for providing best services, but today I feel said to write the story which I faced as under:
              I am a brand Nokia person who is using Mobile phone from almost 10 years. I have always used Nokia models as my handsets. Reason to use is simple that I have never faced any problems with the cell phones earlier. But in last year on 06.02.08. I purchased Nokia N-95 model being it was a hit model, but this time my experience o[censored]sing brand Nokia shattered. In few months after purchase this phone was start troubling, in the month of October it starts giving me a unidentified problem. The problem which I was facing is unique, it says ‘insert sim card’ even after replacing Sim card, then it says ‘card not recognised’. After that it went offline.
              I have changed the Sim card from my service provider ‘Vodafone’ twice in the month of November and February, but the problem still stands. This problem still continued. In the meanwhile the Nokia care centre people were just passing by the time saying it will be done in few days. They updated its software also, as told us.
              Firstly I gave the cell phone to m/s Microness Telecom, authorised Nokia care centre, C-4, Sector 2 Noida in the month of October. The receiving slip which they had issued was not computerised receipt but a manual receipt, which can be cross checked by your company with the dealer. From October to February we had sent the cell phone thrice for repair.
              On 03rd February 2009 (Job sheet no. 1802) we again complained the Nokia Care Centre that why they are not able to sort out the problem (complaint no. 2-3ttp60, this time we asked the dealer to book under computerised receipt of Nokia Care, which was told to us by Nokia call centre). We even discussed that the warranty is going to over on 06th February 09, the dealer told us that extension would be given to us being the problem was persisting since last October. This dealer then denied the warranty factor on 07th March 09.
              They kept the cell phone for over a period of one month with them and after that on 07th march 09 they gave us back the cell phone after repair. Job sheet No.[protected]/090307/58 complaint no. 2-3ttp60.
              But we sent them back same day being the problem still persist. They gave us the cell phone back on 12th March, but again sent back because the problem still stands. Job sheet No. 1389
              On 12th March 2009 again we sent back the cell phone to the dealer, he kept it for 2 days and given the cell phone back on 14th, (Job sheet No. 1389) saying it’s ok now. But the problem still stands.
              On 14th March 2009 we again sent the cell phone to the dealer, this time he said that he will sent the cell phone to Head service station of Nokia, we complained with this Nokia care centre. They kept the cell phone with them till 07th April 09. After keeping the cell phone for a period of over one month the dealer told us that the cell phone is now tempered, hence nothing can be done. Here I get the biggest shock of my life; I can’t believe how my cell phone can get tampered if it’s with the dealer. The dealer then give us the cell phone back, I was in a state of shock.
              We have no other option left but to rush to another Nokia Care Centre 07th April 09 ‘Mannat Telecom, C-10, 1st Floor, Sector 10, Noida. (Job sheet No. 811) He told us that the cell phone will be repaired at a cost between Rs.[protected]; despite clearly told us the phone is tampered. Being I have no other option left other than to pay the money to came out of the depression, I okay it to pay whatsoever be the price for my Nokia Phone. He kept the cell phone with him till today the 05th May 2009, said that some parts are stolen from the cell phone. Now the dead cell phone is with me only, am looking at it and thus writing Nokia about how the authorised dealers of Nokia behave with the customers and tarnish the brand value of Nokia, the largest selling cell phone in India and in the world.
              Request is hereby made that please look into this matter and save my hard earned money and my passion for Nokia, before I break down. I have put a lot of effort and precious time to get my Nokia repaired, which if calculated will worth over few lack till now.
              What need to be done by Nokia?
              1. Please replace my Nokia N 95 with 8 GB with a new Cell phone or a better version.
              2. Please take action against the dealer who took me for a ride since October till now.
              3. Please save the brand loyalty of Nokia- a lovable cell phone.
              Hoping to receive a favourable reply from Nokia soon, I will leave with no other option to go to legal proceedings against the company.

              I had bought a new nokia 2760 on 30th march 2009 from THE MOBILE STORE ARYA NAGAR KANPUR. From very first day I am facing problem with my phone.               i hav an 7610s phone ..i bought tht on the 8th of Nov...the phone was dead in 30 days...on the 10th of Dec i went to the nokia care centre of cochin...they told me tht it will b repaired within a week...after a week when i visited them they said it will take another 2 weeks as they had to replace the part i dint say a word...after 2 weeks when i went again they told me tht the phone cant b repaired it has to b replaced i was still quite ...after 2 weeks they give me a new phone...after 2 weeks of getting a new cell the increasing volume key, auto focus key and the music key stopped functioning ...then after few more weeks the phone was dead again ...i went to the nokia care again and they told me to cum after 2 hrs...after getting the cell u need to sign the delivery reciept i was abt to sign but i thought of checking it again and when i checked the auto focus key was still not working...i told him abt it and he replied tht this part is not available and will take another 10 days...i told him tht i will cum bak after 10 days and he has to fix it ..but its just been 2 days and the keys r again off...i so bloddy pissed tht i feel like calling bad words...its just been 7 months and the phone has so many problems...i want u to do something rite away...i am really really sick and tired of this phone and ur nokia care ppl...i want u to refun my money or replace it...i am using nokia phone from past 10 yrs this is the first time i am experiancing like this...plz plz plz i want u to do something...i live in cochin, kerala.

              I bought a nokia 5610 cel 6 months back, dat cel got heavy problems, so took it nokia care center at TUMKUR (SLAN' communication)... got flashed once it was done improrerly... so took i it after week again... they told us tht it was due to physical damage though it was not...they behaved very rudely...which they alwalys do... again after a month took it again...now this time they gave a new reason for not doing it.. water logged... it wasnt... n told us tht its non warranty n it gonna hare to check n repair... now who's gonna pay after investinting 12500rs... n it would cost 1400 again???? so took it out side shop they too contacted nokia care center... told the same rate.. so i thougth it would b better to dirt repair at nokia care center... so finally at non warranty as per them gave there... so now they have estimated 3500rs saying tht its LCD is gone n no display... now while giving cel was at working condition..but now cel is dead due to improper work... now TUMKUR (SLAN' communication) will pay for that??? they wont try to speak wit costumer proper, wont respond properly... very rude behaviour by evevry1... funny thing is out of 10 costumer 9 wil be having verbal fight wit them every day... come n experience once... so by this plz take some actio againt them or should we stop buying nokia cel???               I am having the same problem with Nokia, my hand set is N73 music edition and in one and a half years the expensive mobile just died and I have to spend a bomb to get it repaired. I have been corresponding with them which has made me even more disgusted by their arrogant attitude and replies. It is very convenient for them to hide behind the veil of warranty period as our legal system does not support the consumer and companies like nokia continue to sell substandard product in countries like INDIA it is sad but true.               I regret a lot to inform you about so many problems in my Nokia 5310 Music X-Press (Red) IMEI NO. - [protected] which I had Purchased on 15/04/2009 for Rs.8700/- form SPICE RETAIL LTD.(HOT SPOT) shop no. 1/9539, Main hanuman Road, pratap pura, Shahdara, Delhi-110032., and I was extra charge for its extanded warranty.

              But it started creating too much problem in its MIC after working well till 02/06/2009. Later I Contacted the dealer for this problem and he assured me to solve it with in one week, So I Submittted it to the show-room for its reparing. But I got it back very late on 19/06/2009 with a new problem in its Music Key Which was not fitted in Panal (Body Loose).

              Again I was asked to submit it on 20/06/2009 and assured that this problem would be rooted-out with in two days. But it has not been given to me so far and due to it, I have been facing not only too much problems but also losing my Precious dealings. It has broken my much belief in Nokia Company and its Products. Since, I have contacted Thousand of times to dealer of the Hot Spot Mobicare, Care line no: 60005566. And got the same replies which are still unbelievable for me. During it, I had to purchase an another phone to save my self from a terrible loss. According to the terms of dealings, I must have been provided a new Phone. But I was not provided.

              Having a deep faith in the Manger of the Nokia Company, I request and hope you to solve this small problem out as soon as possible.

              I hereby inform that i have purchased a NOKIA 5310 ( Xpress Music) handset providing a warranty period of 1 year. But. after 3 month from the date of purchased a meager problem arised regarding the non working of 1, 2, 3 dial key and the joystick. i thereby submitted the handset to the sespective customer care Dibrugarh (Assam) they have provid me the respective JOB NO 18792 they kept it for a period of 10 (ten) days and lateron when I approached them they asked me for another 5 days and ultimately returned the said handset in totally DEAD condition. when i asked them to bring it back in the previous condition. they have simply refused to do it and asked me to replace it with a new circuit charging an amount of Rs 4500/- which is totally unfair on my part.

              I bought the nokia 5310 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok, but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is also There, Just three months are completed from the buying date, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under "Matrix Nokia care center, Ashok nagar, Chennai" after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is ok . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.And the service center people not giving theproper answer to customer. First, please take the nessesary actions on That service center.

              On behalf of all the Nokia Brand Customers in Sriganganagar city i, am sending you this survey report held in sriganganagar(RAJASTHAN) within THREEE DAYS. Many reputed people took part in this Survey and the whole conclusion that we made is that –the condition of “SHINE TELECOM” popularly Known as “SHINE NOKIA CARE CENTER “ is very Disgusting. It is hard to believe that they are just playing with the time, money & instincts of their Customers. Infact this Liscence to Bark on the customers and Harrass them mentally and physically is given by your Own Company.
              These people are taking advantage of being SRIGANGANAGAR(RAJASTHAN) a small city and the only NOKIA CARE CENTER here. Following are some common Problems Faced by the common man living in Sriganganagar, being spreaded by the “SHINE TELECOME” “THE NOKIA CARE CENTER”
              1.No time for a common man.
              2.Keep on discussing their personal talks.
              3.Never pay attention to their customers.
              4.Bark loudly in front of aged persons.
              5.Unaware of new technologies and new versions coming in NOKIA, they must be 12th failed students.
              6.Keep on trying to delay the servicing time like that of dates given by the court unless or until the customer forget, frustrate or may die at their centre.

My NOKIA N73 set was going through some Switching and Sim Placing Hardware Problem, On the same day, I went to SHINE NOKIA CENTER for servicing at 1:30 PM. They told me to come at 4-5 PM on the same day .At 5:00 PM I came to know that they had not even touched the cell. They then called me the next day at 11:00 AM, Still they were Unable to Repair my phone completely. They then given me their VISITING CARD just shown below and told me to call tomorrow

              The next day(on 29th ), I tried every of the No. But not got any Reply, In worry of my Cell I reached SHINE NOKIA CENTER. They just returned my Phone back with no due respect and without any repairing Work. Wasted my Three Days, Time, Money, all...

              It’s a Humble Request From All the Common NOKIA Set Customers Of SRIGANGANAGAR(RAJASTHAN) to take appropriate action against this SHINE NOKIA CENTER.
              Infact the good one Is to REMOVE the NOKIA brand name from SHINE TELECOM. And get rid of it.
              It would Surely be Benifitial not only for the NOKIA customers But also for the NOKIA COMPANY.

                  I gave my mobile NOKIA6270 for service in nokia care in hyderabad. The address is "MOBI QUEST, nokia care ,shop no G-9,ground floor,Elephant House,Ameerpet,Hyderabad". The problem is low sound and slider problem, that fault is rectified for 25 days, and after some days again problem occurs, the problem is automatically restart and asking restricted phone code.i gave my mobile on 22/11/2007, they open the set and there said that one slot is there in the mobile which is connected to display,they said that it is duplicate how it is possible i didnt gave my mobile to repaire any where i gave my mobile for 2 times that to in nokia care in hyderabad same place, there only did that work and there only telling this is duplicate some is changed. how nicely there are saying sir, not only this so many complaints are raise on that branch sir, once my frnds mobile 6600 there gave for ic problem and didnt do that repaire and there spoiled the whole system and there return back again gave that mobile in banglore ang i got repaired. Yhis kind of mistakes are going inthis branch sir , first of all the employees dont know how to treat the customers, 2day the mistake is done for me and next day to some other customers. so please take certain reactions not to repeate again again same like this .......

                    I have purchased a mobile Nokia 6080 on dated:22/04.2007 from Sweet Heart, P-13, CIT Road, scheme VIM, Phoolbagan, Kolkata-700 054 whose teleph no is 23205406 invoice no is 526.
                    After 8 month of purchase i found defect. My defect is recepient not able to hear my reply i rushed to nearest nokia prority care Tele solutions near Eternity Building DN-1 Sector-V phone no[protected] on dt.21.11.2007 they informed me that it is a liquid damage but i confirm it not a case of liquid damage only software defect. Many of my colleage have face the same problem & they changed the software at a free of cost from Nokia care while this TeleSolutions charged me Rs.393/-
                    It is a case of fraud & this Nokia center charging unnecessarily when the set is in guarantee period by saying that it is damaged by liquid.
                    I have decided to take a serious action against Nokia soon & bring to the Notice of the public through Various News papers very soon regarding this issue.
                    This also i will bring to the notice of Mr Sivkumar General Manager Nokia withen a short while.

                    If no action taken against this issue it will be a big issue very soon in India.

                      We would like to bring to your knowledge that we purchased the above noted set recently which is infested with certain technical problems right from the beginning. The memory card data are vanishing automatically and gets hanged frequently. The phone still hangs. We feel you will agree with us with the extreme of our patience.

                          My Nokia N79 is just two weeks and right from the purchase I am facing the problem of Hanging while receiving SMS. My mobile seriel no. [protected] purchase at Vasavi with warranty. I am a Nokia fan and I have used all your products. I took this mobile to alwarpet brach nokia Care and they had done some servicing. The problem still persists. I am totally distisfied wiith your service support.I have a mobile purchased at Rs.18, 000 and still the problem of my mobile is not resolved.

                          Being a renowned and popular brand I expect immediate resolution to my mobile phone problem. I hope Nokia will take suitable steps either to resolve or replace my handset.

                            I had purchased nokia 6300 on 27.05.07 from Hotspots, shop no S-87 Palam Vihar, Gurgaon . Since then the handset is giving me a problem of the screen going blank while talking, the voice is giving an echo . I have got it repaired three times on 4.10.07, 01.11.07 and 07.03.08. Till date I am facing the same problems and every time I am told that the problem is mended.

                            i had been to the nokia care centre in AUNDH (Pune) to get my phone software upgraded...

                            they opened the panel of my cell to check for moisture so that the chip doesnt get damaged while updating. Later they took it for updation and the power failed so they returned it back to me after 10 minutes saying the same... later i found that they had left fingetprints on the screen of the cell phone from inside. i requested them to clean it and i got a reply that they dont have the paper which is used to clean the screen. DISGUSTING. the centre manager was replying this with a smile on his face... After a few days i discovered that they had damaged the fittings of the panel and now are charging me for the replacement of the panel of the phone which is under warranty.
                            Nokia SUCKS... The quality of staff deployed is pathetic...

                            Due to over heating of my battery(BL-4C) of the mobile phone (Nokia 6300) during call (purchased 25th July, 2008), I submit the same on 1st Sept.2008. Till now I have not received the battery from the nokia care centre, although nokia customer care centre( complain no.-2/3FLGN3) told me that they have already delivered the battery. Let me know what can I do in this situation.

                            Nokia 6300 — Battery Charger Defective

                            Puschased NOKIA6300 on 06.07.2008 from BIG BAZAR Lucknow for Rs.7320/- and the original battery charger was found defective on 15.08.2008.Payment of the mobile was made through credit card.Neither BIG BAZAR nor NOKIA CARE CENTRE (B .K & Co. Lucknow) did bother to replace the defective one on the ground that the cash memo does not have the identification no. of the battery charger.The BIG BAZAR Lucknow does not mention any identification no. in the cash memo. I had no option but to buy a new charger on 19.08.2008 from your NOKIA CARE CENTRE ( B.K & Co. Lucknow ) and had to pay Rs. 485/- and undergone lot of mental and physical harrasment. Your above two outlet did not bother to honour the warranty replacement as the defect was brought to their notice within 40 days of purchase. This amounts to defeciency of service and unfair trade practice.

                            May I call upon you to take this as a notice and make good the loss (replacement of battery charger) and also pay Rs.5000/- for harrassment and mental agony which I had to undergo within 10 days failing which I might contemplate legal action in the appropriate court of law.

                            Nokia 6300 — incorrect charges/wrongly charged

                            I am using Vodaphone connection, in the last bill they have charged for net surfing where as your Executive named Mr.Mudit called up & gave the scheme that net surfing & downloading is free with certain site which they are providing.I have been following up with Vodaphone Customer care for reversal of incorrectly applied charges but the story keeps repeating, and no reversal seems to occur.This is quite absurd and illogical .
                            So please let me know how to proceed further on this matter as now I have decided either to revert my bill or to disconnect the number which I have been using for last 6 years.
                            Vodaphone should stop this act of applying incorrect charges to its customers.

                            Nokia 6300 — When we try to plug the MMC back in to the phone after upgrading s/w, it’s asking for Password.

                            I had a problem in my Nokia 6300 mobile, I wen to Nokia Care Center in Trivandrum (Pattom) and the rep over there formatted the phone but not the MMC, as he removed the MMC before formattting the phone. But when we try to plug the MMC back in to the phone, it’s asking for Password. Where in I very clearly remember I didnt put any password when I bought this phone. The problem is I have extremely crucial data in that card. I think its a problem of the phone as I found many people reported the same issue. Please go through the link.

                            I'm the most dissatisfied Nokia Ph user. I purchased Nokia 6300 recently. It was giving the worst battery backup. After 5 days, the phone got switched off and it never worked after that. I have given my phone to Nokia care point and i experienced the worst and terrible service. They have taken my phone for repair and given me a job sheet stating delivery date 10 days hence. They said, they will be sending the ph from bangalore to delhi for repair. This is such an inconvenience. They have not even given me a spare ph to use. I'm forced to go to consumer court to file this sheer recklessness and lack of responsiveness displayed by Nokia.

                            Nokia 6300 — service centre at fault

                            the set was given to nokia service centre(care point,199F,27th cross ,7th 'B'main Ist floor,3rd block above nilgiris,jayanagar bangalore) for speaker related problem on 15/09/09.which was done but after the repair the set was no recognising the memory card on and off,then after 5 days the set stopped recognising the memory card.
                            i took the set back to the same center,initially they told that external memory related issues cant be repaired at all and had to excepted as it is...and as the this was a seperate issue not related to the speaker problem there was nothing they could do.
                            after i insisted to know wat was the problem,they agreed to check only after half an hour of running around and making calls to thier manager/god knows who...for which i had to pay and they gave me a hand written jobsheet compared to the printed jobsheet which was given earlier..
                            next day when i went to know about the hand set they said it would cost Rs.1400/- and 4 days and no gurantee that it would work....when i told them i would wish to meet the manager they told he might be available at 6.30pm which is the closing time..
                            if it is so difficult to meet a nokia service center manager of a small branch,i dont know wat nokia is running....a govt office or pvt company. ..
                            finally they gave the no. the guy told he would come by 10 mins....
                            he then tells me that water had entered and speaker was gone...which was not told or written in the earlier jobsheet..i told the date i gave the set for service first time...he couldnt find that jobsheet(???) but that was the problem??????how many sets do nokia people see per day.....if they are remembering about all the sets to this detail....they are all in wrong place...
                            in addition the manager tells that he has taken a death approval-- which is written over a sheet of some other address of nokia care(y other address because its the left over sheets of the old shop) by the person taking the set for service.
                            when i asked him how can u take a blanket consent like that over a old sheet, he becomes arrogant and tells he can do that since he has extra stock of it....possibly the answer which i would get in govt office with a shamless babu as its head....accidently he was a nokia center manager....
                            i am not worried how nokia people run their bussiness..this might be the nokia culture..i am least bothered...though u may loose customers which nokia seems not to be worried about..
                            but i dont want to pay for no fault of mine....the set was working fine but for the speaker problem.after givig to service and getting back the set a new problem has started...kindly look into the matter and oblige.
                            hope this is also not a eyewash..just hoping somebdody would atleast look into it....

                                    I am writing to you this complaint for your poor and disgusting service of your NOKIA care center at ludhiana. Let me tell you some brief about my story, I purchased a nokia 2300 model mobile set from N K ELECTRONICS (Mata rani chowk ludhiana) on 3rd may 06. after some days the set start giving problem, and I submitted the mobile set to your service center at nokia care MOBILE SUPER MARKET 3073 MALHAR ROAD LUDHIANA. In the month of august, and I received the same mobile after one month i.e august 06 in do not remember the exact dates, and according to your center the mobile is swapped, but with in two days the mobile start giving same problem, I was very frustrated and I again submitted the mobile set to same nokia care center, and they said the problem is in battery, u have to bring battery with you we will check it after that, they I again went to nokia care center with the battery, but the problem remain same, then after two hours they said that I have to submit the mobile again, the software is to be replaced according to them. Then they gave back to me after one week and they said that it is working fine now, but after the very next day the problem remain same, and I submitted the same stupid mobile. In the month of September they had changed the software, the whole set and I don’t know what the other stupid things they have changed in one month , again I submitted the same dam mobile set on 4th October 2006 and the job sheet number sheet number is[protected]/061004/32. and they told me to come after 20 days. After 20 days I received a call on my mobile from that bloody care center from mobile number [protected] a lady with sweet voice had told me that your mobile has arrived please collect your mobile from our center, before 7 o clock evening. Now read carefully the worst thing ever happened with me in my life. When I reached the center they told me very shamelessly that we didn’t call you, when I show the received call section of my mobile then they again shamelessly said that we r sorry. We had called you by mistake. I just want to ask you what the bloody hell that was. Don’t you think that this is the worst and shameful thing ever happened to a person in his/her life. What will you do if you face this kind of situation. If you have the guts just tell me what will you do in this kind of situation. And with lot of frustration I logged a complaint on net but I didn’t receive any response from your side, then I started calling on your toll free number but I didn’t get any response, then I call on your number at Bangalore which is[protected] and I logged a complaint on that number, they gave me my complaint id number which is 2#1M240N and they said call us after 24 hrs we will tell you the exact status of your mobile set. After 24 hrs I talked in your complaint section on same telephone number with the reference of this complaint number. They said your mobile has reached to chandigarh. You can collect your mobile in 2-3 days from same bloody center, but the status remain same. After that I tried again and logged the complaint on same number, then I receive a call from MR. Rajiv from the number [protected] and he asked the whole story and call me again next day and said that your mobile has reached to chandigarh, you can collect your mobile set from ludhiana center and he also gave me a number of the person who is going to collect the phone set from chandigarh the number is [protected]. then I call on that number, and the person said that I am on the way to chandigarh I will call you after receiving, and after one week I am still waiting of his bloody dam call. then I again call on the number [protected] yesterday. To talk with MR. Rajiv, regarding this whole issue. But the gentleman is not available. I don’t know who the hell the lady who receive my phone and said that MR Rajiv is not available, you tell me your problem , then I again tell her the same bloody story on this STD number to her. After hearing my terrible story she said that I will tell you the whole status within 24 hrs. and today evening I call on the same STD number again. This time nor MR Rajiv nor that lady were available. This time a new lady has attended the phone and ask me for my terrible story. I was asking again and again about mr Rajiv and that previous but she was unable to give any satisfactory information. I again asked for any website on which I can contact with the nokia authorities but she is again failed to do so. AT this time I want to tell you that the nokia care centre of ludhiana is about 20 kms away from my home. And I have to travel about 40 kms up down to check the latest status of my bloody dam nokia set. In brief I want to tell you that I have already spent near about 2000 rupees on up and downs to nokia care and the STD calls to Bangalore. Just read carefully that I purchased the hand set which cost me only 2800 rupees. NOW LISTEN CAREFULLY IF THE WORLDWIDE NOKIA MOBILE COMPANY HAVE THE GUTS TO CONFESS THAT THE COMPANY HAS HARASSED ME A LOT, AND THE COMPANY IS WILLING TO PAY THE DUE COMPENSATION TO ME, JUST GIVE ME THE PREVIOUS DETAILS OF SUBMISSION OF MY MOBILE SET TO NOKIA CARE AT LUDHIANA OF LAST THREE MONTHS. I HAVE ONLY ONE DETAIL OF SERVICE JOB SHEET. IF THE COMPANY HAS A LITTLE SHAME LEFT GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF PREVIOUS SERVICE JOB SHEET NUMBER.

                                    Now I don’t want back my mobile set alone I want compensation of the harassment since three months. And I already started telling every one that beware of nokia. But any phone but not nokia and I have started telling every one my story and my experiences with nokia.                                     Nokia Mobile 6681 — Got Cheated by Nokia Care Shop

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I got cheated by one of Nokia Care Shop in Siliguri, India.

                                    On 28th Aug'10 i'd handed over my mobile handset to one Nokia Care Shop in Siliguri for repair in semi-working condition (running ok in offline mode ; it was not accepting any SIM card) and Shop gave me anough assurance that problem will be sorted out and told me to collect my repaired mobile on 04th Sep'10.

                                    But surprisingly they called me up same evening, 28th Aug'10, and told me that my mobile can not be repaired and i shall collect my mobile from the shop on Monday i.e. 30th Aug'10.

                                    I was shocked when i tried to switch it ON as soon as i collected my mobile from shop, it didn't switched on..Shop says it is completely gone..

                                    Now after looking my mobile thoroughly, i found that they've replaced its LCD Screen with one completely spoilt LCD Screen.

                                    ITS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING.

                                      I purchased a Nokia phone a new model big mistake phone kept switching off
                                      Contacted the local Nokia service center at Gympie road Aspley customer service is rubbush they never return emails or it takes them for ever to answer the phone,

                                      Whe the phone was repaired it came back with the screen damaged with marks on it, the phone was less than a month old when they got there hands on it,

                                      what a bunch o[censored]seless people they are i will never buy another Nokia phone ever and i will be leaving message on every message board i can find about this Nokia care center.

                                      Nokia-6300 — FAULTY PHONES from NOKIA

                                      I have a NOKIA 6300, purchassed last year.

                                      My phone was getting heated up, and was hanging. I reached Nokia Care, they upgraded the software, as it was in guarantee period.

                                      But the problem did not resolved and it again started hanging up, during the mean time the warranty period was over.
                                      One day, I found no signal coming in to my phone.

                                      I reached Nokia Care, since the phone was out of warranty, I was charged for the repair.

                                      Since the problem persists during the warranty period only, I should not have been charged for that.
                                      There was some snag in the phone, and the NOKIA was not able to resolve that during warranty period, they just upgraded the software.


                                      After repair, it's camera and earphone was not working.
                                      It was absolutely fine prior to giving the phone to NOKIA CARE.
                                      When I asked they repaired, and told it was a minor fault.

                                      But that worked temporarily, and after two days, when I tried to take some photograph, the phone again hanged up and restarted.

                                      On reaching NOKIA care again, I was shocked to see the RUDE behaviour of the NOKIA people.

                                      They told that they can not repair it.

                                      It is a faulty mobile from the beginning.
                                      While the phone was in warranty period.
                                      The Nokia Care people, tried to provide temporary solution.

                                      I bought the NOKIA product, because of it's brand image, but sorry on the after sale SERVICE of the NOKIA product.

                                      Moreover, the behaviour of the NOKIA CARE personnel is not good.

                                      I have a question,
                                      How I will get that phone rectified ?
                                      After spending so much money, there is no solution.

                                      I have already faced a lot of Problems because of NOKIA.
                                      I will never buy and not recommend any of my friend to buy any NOKIA product, after such experience.

                                      Do you have any solution of this...?????

                                        HI THIS IS KUNAL PRASAD HERE FROM BANGALORE I BOUGHT THIS NOKIA BLUETOOTH HEADSET BH-100 FROM NOKIA PRIORITY AND FROM THAT DAY ITSELF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , WHILE USING THAT HEADSET THE PERSON CAN NOT HEAR IT PROPERLY WAT I AM SAYING , I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TOLD ABOUT THIS PROBLEM BUT THEY STARTED GIVING ME THE REASON THAT IT HAPPEN SOME TIME BUT WHEN I SOWED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT WITH ANOTHER ONE , IN THAT ALSO PROBLEM WAS THERE , LIKE THAT THEY SHOWED ME FIVE HEADSET BUT ALL WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY , THEN THEY TOLD ME TO GO FOR ANOTHER MODEL BUT IT WAS COSTLY , I SAID THEM THIS DOES NOT MAKE THE SENSE , WHY I HAVE TO GO FOR ANOTHER MODEL WHICH IS EXPENSIVE THEY TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT RETURN THE MONEY THATS WHY , NOW I DONT KNOW WAT I HAVE TO DO.
