I have been asking for mobile to get replaced for the last one month but getting no response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. Bought E90 recently but seems that the battery drains out faster then the prescribed specifications by Nokia. On requesting one of your customer care center for replacement they insisted on leaving the battery with them for them to replace it meaning that i dump the phone for the period i get a replacement.
