We had purchased a Nokia Mode.6275 vide cash memo number cash 2334 dated 11.9.2007 from M/s. Indira Switch, 14-15, Indira Plaza, Hawa Sarak,Jaipur. Charger of above phone stopped functioning and we were advised by your dealer to deliver this unfunctional charger to your office for repair/replacement. Your office accepted this charger vide job sheet no.[protected]/07 1023/49 dated 23.10.2007 and asked that they shall get back to us on hearing from their principal.



We requested your office to deliver a service charger till we get our charger repaired/replaced but your office refused to give us a service charger.



We received a call from your office on 3/11/2007 at 6.30 p.m. stating that our purchase is beyond six months as such charger can not be replaced. We told them that we had purchased the mobile alongwith charger on 11/9/2007 and how came six months have lapsed but they didn’t listened to us and asked us to visit office on 5/11/2007 to take the back the unfunctional charger.

We visited your office on 5/11/2007 to our utmost surprise your office has replaced our bill of Indira Switch by a bill of Rajesh Sales and another dealer with a date of April’2007.



We warned your office that your actions are attracting misappropriation and criminal breech of trust punishable under IPC on this your office asked us to sign the service job sheet with a remark that we are satisfied the job carried out. We put our remark on the job sheet that you have replaced our charger after 13 days and harassed that our bill is over six months and signed the same. On this incharge of your office asked us to cut this remark we refused to cut this remark on this your staff man handled us and tried to snatch the service job sheet and refused to replace the charger.



Is this the way Nokia Service dealers behaves with the customer and indulge in Criminal Activities like misappropriation, criminal breech of trust and man handling of customers.

Thereafter, we visited your dealer Indira Switch on 5/11/2007 who too contacted your office over phone to resolve the problem but your office refused to accede their request too.

    Next day of buying Nokia 6080 mobile Phone , i was saw some problems in In & Outgoing Calls , then I also goes to Nokia Care Center , Green Park,Near Uphar Cinema , New Delhi After 16 days they replaced My Nokia 6080 Cell Phone to New Nokia 6080, after promising that in this you never be disturb, but after 3 days same problems
    comes with this Set. I really too tired because I havn't extra time for going always for it discusting matter.

    Now , I am a Customer who bought your Product because i belive on it , but like that problems brings tiredness infront of your Name.

    So, I have a request Please do someting for me, If this set have a problem so , please replace it with another set in same cost. Otherwise I think to go

    Nokia mobile phone set ,model 6080 — poor service of nokia

    I am mneesha bhatia living in lucknow. I have one nokia set model no 6080. There are so many probles in my set - connectivity, No IR connection, Enhancement connectivity, charging battery back up. I copmlained for all tese problems in Aryans communication on 2 june 08. Now today is 19 July 08. every time they told that your set will be replaced after 15 to 20 days. Till date their response is same.
    i was saw some problems in In & Outgoing Calls, then I also goes to PLANET M NEAR KINGSWAYCAMP SHOP NO 30A MY PHONE REPAIR BUT PROBLEM WAS 1 WAEKS THE SAME PROBLEM

      hello sir/madam
      i own a mpbile called Nokia with model no.N73 . i got the problem called "phone start-up problem. pls contact retailer".
      i gave it to the nokia care for service(authorised service dealer).
      they kept it for one week.
      after one week they are saying we cant do it.
      i bought the moble last year in Dubai.
      now im in india.
      what can i do now.
      pls give me a solution for my mobile.

        NOKIA BL-56,[protected]N[protected] through internet on 15 aug 2007 but till date no follow. Be regrets.Hope to get a new battery soon at the folloing address.

          WE HAVE SUBMITED OUR NOKIA 6275 - MOBILE AT SERVICES CENTRE - IN FIRST TIME WHEN WE HAVE SUBMITED THE SET IN REPAIR CENTER - I.E NOKIA CARE - WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR HANDSET AFTER - 8 MONTHS AND ASA I REACHED HOME I FOUND MY SET IS HAVING SAME PROBLEM - AND TILL DATE I FELT THEY HAVE NOT EVEN OPENNED THE SET AND DONE ANY CORRECTION - WHEN I COMPLAINED IN NOKIA SERVCE AT G-26 , LOWER ROUND FLOOR , SOUTH EXTENSION PART 1 - NEW DELHI - 110049 AT NOKIA CARE THEY HAVE AGAIN GIVEN ME A JOB SHEET HAVING A NUMBER OF[protected]/071024/52 -DTD 24/10/2007

          SIR,
          5 months back We took this Nokia 6275 set but now I am not able to receive a call and display is also not coming.
          I gave the set to Nokia repair center, but they kept for 3 days and returned telling that iT CANNOT BE REPAIRED
          I called relainance customer care they gave me one address in malleshwaram, we went there they told software problem, the set has to go to chennai for repair and accessories from chennai should come to repair this.
          Pls tell me the solution

            I deposited the my Nokia cell phone (Model No.6280) to Nokia Care HCL Infinit Service Centre,Sector-2 Noida on 08th Oct 07 (Jobsheet no.[protected]) for repair but it is yet to be repaired/replaced. I am without a phone for a month, which is a basic need of life now a days.

            I was asked by Customer Care Center Noida that mobile will be replaced but did not get any response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. I just want the final solution and update that when would I get my mobile replace(as said by nokia care).

            I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No3110) on 27th april 2008. It has a warranty for one year.

            Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

            amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

            the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

            I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

            and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.

            I have purchased Nokia mobile N-85. i faced a lot of problems in my handsets such as bad image of camera in low light and auto ring tone change so i gave it to nokia care center within seven days of purchase date and they gave me a swap mobile with my N-85 after 40 days
            But i phased all problems in new swap mobile and i gave it to nokia care again and they talking that it will take 20 days for repair .
            Now i spent 50 days with out mobile now i want my mobile swaped again without any problem

            I had purchased a 3500C Nokia Mobile on 30.03.08 from Mobile stores, Indore .After 5-6 days i found following problems:-
            1. Horizontel lines appears if mobile shake the lines appeared at photo capturing.
            2. Display Screen Heat.
            3. Less battery backup.
            4. Poor quality of sound with speaker.
            The mobile stores refer to contact Nokia care in first instance 2 engineers said that set is ok. Then i shon the problem to Care incharge.After a long discussion he agreed and sent the set to HCL Bhopal. After 10 days set was came with a remark tat the "All functions are OK".Again discussed with Care incharge he convinienced and have a words with bhopal care incharge.The HCL bhopal sent a replacement .repalced set was having same problem Local care incharge had changed its display then first problem was ractified rest were comprmised by in that duration my new set was with care apporx 25 days. Again on 03.01.09 i reported Ringer problem. The Ringer was changed but problem was not ractified than again set was sent to HCL Bhopal 21.01.09 .It was again informed me for repalcement.Today i received the repalced set and found again following problems:-

            Rest problem has to be observed.

            Today i have come to know the said mobile is not repalced it has been swaped for your knowledge updation i am giving the defination given to meby nokia care
            "We would like you to be informed that when the service centre decides to swap a phone, it is subject to the availability of stocks. Kindly be informed that a swap phone (working unit) is arranged from a service stock and not from the sales stock. A swap phone is a working unit and may have reengineered components of your previous mobile phone. Also the swap would have warranty from the date of purchase of the original handset.'"

            It means the set is old and reassembled with the help of other unreparable set.I have already written to them that the set has manufacturing defect but noboday is accepting it. I am fully dis-satisfy with the services and solutions provided by Nokia .I had requested them to Replace with another model

            I am trying to lodge the complaint against them for refund the moeny with interest and compensation on A/c of tension and harrasment beared by me such a long time.

            I will suggest you everybody not to purchase 3500C model.

              Myself Govind and my mobile nokia 6255 is having problem, I have given to Brightpoint nokia Service center, Phonix Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai-13 on 23rd Aug'2006 and my job sheet No. is MUM0001897 dt 09/09/06, they said it will take 10 days to repair. I can not leave without my mobile, pl instruct your service provider to give stand alone set against the defected set temporary so that my work should not hampered.

              I have Mobile Nokia set of 3510 (i). I had purchased one Nokia battery from Nokia Care Jabalpur on 30.10.06 which is numbered BLC-2 (3.6 V) JSR 0906 made in Hungary. The dealer told me that it was manufactured in the year 2006. He gave me the warranty of six months in written bill. Recently I checked the battery and found that it is made on date 09.01.2002. I paid Rs. 750/- for the battery. I feel that the Nokia care has cheated me. He signed on the battery and marked the date 30.10.06 manually in ink. When I contacted the firm he told me, “I am unable to help you. You may lodge my complaint in Nokia Company”. The address of the Nokia Care is as under:

              my nokia 6600 battery is not charging properly

              Can i get it replaced?.
              Sir,
              I have a NOKIA handset model 1255, I had given my handset
              for service due to some problem which makes it reboot every
              now and then.

              I had given the phone to one of the authorised NOKIA
              service centre "RAKSHA IMPEX, #20,Prince tower,First floor,
              purasawalkam,chennai,TN,India".

              The phone was given to this above said service centre
              on 08th sep 2007 and the delivery date given to me was 28th sep 2007.
              As i gave my phone they had followed a proper procedure of having
              a visual check of my phone and its other parts and that is how the
              working staff had said that the phone was under warranty and it can be
              repaired and i had got a job sheet (No.[protected]/070908/18) for the same.

              After few days, the staff of RAKSHA IMPEX had contacted me and
              informed that they could not recover the fault and hence they have to
              send it to the head office of NOKIA company. I agreed and asked
              them to proceed.

              After routine visits and phone calls to RAKSHA IMPEX, i had got
              my phone back only after 2 months and that too in the same faulty condition
              as it was given. When asked the reason for not repairing the phone , they
              had said that the inner board had been tampered,so they cant do anything.

              When i argued with them asking about what they did the day when i
              gave my phone for service and before printing the job sheet they were giving
              irrelevant response and also there was a drama there because Mr.Srinivasan,
              a working staff of RAKSHA IMPEX had used very unmannered abusive slang towards me.

              They had taken my phone and checked it thoroughly in and out
              for any such damage the day i had given my phone itself.
              That is what they said was visual check after which they had printed a job sheet
              for this phone saying it was under warranty and had given me.

              I never even gave that phone anywhere outside for service as my warranty
              was still remaining and the phone was in working condition when i gave for service.
              They had spoiled my phone and had blamed it on the phone's condition itself.
              If the actual reason was that my handset's board was tampered then
              they wouldn't hav taken 2 months to return it to me, they could have identified on
              the day i had given it for service that is when they had a visual check.
              Or atleast they would have come to know about this problem when they had contacted me
              for informing that they are sending my phone to the head office.

              The staff of RAKSHA IMPEX Mr.Srinivasan had used such aggresive language
              and said "DO WHATEVER YOU CAN,I DONT GIVE A DAMN" and threw the mobile on the desk
              and asked me to leave and enquire in the NOKIA head office. Before leaving
              I had even got his signature on the job sheet for this complaint which i am giving now.

              They had spoiled my phone and now they are unable to repair, so that
              is why they say that the phone is tampered.They had given me the address of NOKIA
              head office i.e. it was in MOUNT ROAD,chennai.
              When i reached there , the head of the staffs had said that they dont service any
              CDMA phones here. So again here RAKSHA IMPEX had bluffed to me to escape from any
              further argument.

              Such irresponsible staffs working there for NOKIA in RAKSHA IMPEX, are not only
              spoiling the customers phone but as well as spoiling the high fame of the company
              NOKIA and its quality service.

              Please help me with this problem i am facing with NOKIA phone and the working
              team of NOKIA . There are many people who are facing such problems as i do now but
              they dont take time to bring it in notice of higher authorities. But am doing it so
              for my benifit as well as to improvise on NOKIA's services.

              I hope there is an immediate response atleast after am sending the complaint
              and i get some solution for this problem. Please do the needful and oblige.

              I am Anil Sadashivan from Nagpur. On 1/08/2007 UNFORTUNATELY i purchased a nokia handset in which i ve a RELAINCE connection.Anyhow the handset was running properly till last month.


              But Last month some of the keypads were not working. And BELIEVING in NOKIA CARE i went to repair my handset on 8 DEC 2007 (the most unfortunate day in my life).

              The torture begins now :

              On 17 dec 2007 (the target date as per nokia care) i rang on[protected] almost 12 to 13 times even after which i didnt get a satisfied reply.Then I myself went to nokia care at 11 am.
              The person overthere asked me to come after half an hour as if the only job remaining for me in world is wait in nokia care)
              So i waited for about anhour then agained returned to unfortunate counter. This time they took my job sheet after some 15 to 20 minutes the person came and told me that my mobile will another one month to get repaired.Then after some requests he finally agreed to giv the mobile on 22 dec 2007.
              now today when i went went to nokia care i still didnt get a answer.

              now the one question which i need the answer is

              DOES MY HANDSET REALLY EXISTS??

              One of my freind who also went through this torture told me put my complaint in this complaints board.But the number of complaints which i am seeing here i honestly think that this complaint will also not work. but waiting with some hope that i will get some ANSWER....

              After purchasing of above said Mobile, I face problem within 7 days from the date of purchase. The problems are -

              1. Many times when call is incoming or outgoing mobile screen was hanged and blank and then menu screen appear and call also disconnected its happen any time not a fixed also same problem occuring when u go submenus.

              i submitted device nokia care center bright point at lower parel at 05/01/08
              one days after they told me that ur mobile is ready when i am called him then i collect my device from there after one days after i facing same problem then i called nokia care help line no 30303838 they take my complain and give me comalin no . two days later i have called there they told me that u can collect ur
              18/01/08 then i call bright point he said that the device is ready u can collect ur device.
              i have already submitted device three time earliar but i am facing same problem i said him that u change my device
              but feedback is negative. right now what should i do

              If i call Nokia customer care they say to me call after 48 Hours we will get back to you and if i will after 48 Hours they will say we are looking on this. Today i have spoken to them they are saying that you will get handset on 21/01/2008 but i am not sure about that becuse from past 15/09/2007 they are saying samething.

              Even in website also there is no link to contact senior people and in customer care while giving automted feed back customer care cutting the phone.

After repair ye set 23.10.2007 ko mujhe mila, parantu problem wahi ki wahi rehi, tab maine turant Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Nokia Care, Allahabad jiska mobile no. Tab unhone kaha ki is set ko dubara de dijiye, phir hamne bola ki mujhe ek standby me set dijiye to main ye set aapko de doon, unhone kaha ki humlog standby mein set nahi de payenge, unhone hi kaha ki aap jab doosra set intezam ker lijiye taki aapka kaam nahi ruke. To maine kaha ki thik hain jab mere pass doosre set ki vyasth ho jayegi to main de doonga ye November ki baat hain. Kal yani 25.02.2008 ko jab Nokia Care, Narain Automobile gaya to unhone khol ker dekha ki usme ek pench nahi hain aur plate ki jali nahi hain. Unhone is set ko lene se mana ker diya.

              Aapko main bata doon ki Main bhi ek Computer Dealer hoon, mujhe phi pata hain ki under warranty mein kaha se kaam karana hota hain. Unhone kaha ki ye set agar main bhejta hoon to Lucknow service centre wale accept nahi karenge.

              Ye bataye ki ismein meri kaha fault hain, Jabki sara kaam maine service centre ke through kaam karwa reha hoon. Agar service centre wale hi aise kaam karenge to customer ka vishwas hi uth jayega service centre se.

              Ab aap hi bataye ki main kya karu. Main waise hi set dubara wapas le aaya hoon. Nokia 6300 ko main ab dustbeen mein dal diya. Ab mera Nokia 6300 se tang aa gaya hoon, ab bhavishya mein bhool ker bhi Nokia ka koi set purchase nahi karunga.

              after few days fron the date of purchasing the display of the phone goes to b blank or sumtimes dotted. my hanset is never falled dowm from me ... when i go to nokia care at "CRYSTAL CHOWK AMRITSAR " Where VIMAL SAREEN is the head of the centre. i go to them and show the problems.. they said to leave it for 2-3 days .. after 3 days i got the handset . i came home the problem again occurs... next day i again went for nokia care and tell the problem . they again said to leave the hsndset . as they are going to send this at HEAD OFFICE at CHANDIGARH .. they gave me the job sheet . i went after 15 days .. the set was full of scratches as i hv given with full lamination. i was totaly shoked. but i was crazy for that i iam getting set .so i brought it at home .next day handset creats again same problem with addition of one more problem that is auto disconneced of network...
              i again went to nokia care and tell all the problems which my handset is creating...they again said to leave the handset to them.. after 4 days i went back . but again the problem is not solved but again with one more new problem that is" display light are very bright near from joystick key ... as look like that water is fallen on the screen.. again i submit that to them ..

              this time my hanset creats these prolems which are following:

              1) resart automaticaly.
              2) hanging.
              3) auto disconnected of network.( during call poor network catches)
              4) display blank after hanging.
              5) display lights glow...

              i said to replce the set ... they said ok ..
              but after 21 days i went to nokia they gave me again that set(my previousfaulted set). and said to me that it is newone. with previous body... but when i check life timer and serial no through dailing *#92702689# and *#06#. it was my previous hanset they have just changed my emei no. sticker.. they are making me fool. when i shw all this they were shoked ..

              My nokia phone is working a lot of problems. i brought a nokia 5130 on dated 17 oct 2009. After 2 days it gives many problems. its music player and display is working not properlly. the songs was jumping and display show blank. when i called somebody the voice was not clear. I have given three times to Nokia care center at sector 35 Chandigarh. but still is not working properly. First time Nokia care center told me it has software problem then 2nd and 3rd time say hardware problem but its proplem not solve. Plz help me about this problem If there is no positive reply, I will be moving either to the consumer courts and suggest the people don't buy nokia's mobile.

              Nokia — battery not given by the service centre due to misplacing of receipts

              i m having nokia 97 mini nearabout six month old my batery was creating problem and it was on guarntee/warrenty period, i contacted noikia care centre ashok vihar near satyawati college nearabout holi , a receipts has been given to me for it and was asked to come after 15 days but in the mean time my receipts was misplaced after 15 days i asked them to give me the replaced batery but the nokia care centre refused to give me that bateery in the absense of the receipts i the reason they mentioned to me that how they know that it was your battery i sugges them that u can check it with your records, but the same time they refused to me and they told me that they dont have any records of the battery , this is very surprising to me how can it be possible that they dont have an alternate records of the received the battery, in the same time the owner of the nokia care centre misbehave with me and said jo karna hai wo kar lo hum battery nahi denge. the employees of the care centre know me very much because before some day i got my nokia mini from that shop, and they charge me 9500/- rs. for it.. this is very shoking to me that they even dont know how to behave with the customers... my name is sanjeet and resi. in 5/345 trilok puri, delhi 91 my no. is [protected]

              Nokia — Harassment and Frustration

              Hi, This is Piyush Jain, I had purchased a Nokia E5 in the month of Feb’11, IMI num- [protected].

              I have been facing technical issue in this handset for last 2 months, it is getting switch off again and again automatically. THE PHONE IS UNDER Warrantee period.

              Firstly, I visited Ashok Vihar Nokia care center to get it checked, there they kept my mobile for 10 days, but nothing happened.

              Then one fine morning, i visited Shalimar Bagh Nokia care, they charged INR 500 and fixed the issue, however in the same evening mobile has started showing its previous error. hence I had to visit the center again, they taken my mobile, promising that they will send my mobile to Nokia Main care center for deep review. It has been 15 days, issue occurring in my mobile is still not fix..

              I am frustrated by visiting Nokia care centers again and again..

              Pls look into the matter ASAP.

                I have Been Complaining for last 4 months.The customer care from Banglore only gives nice & sweet answers which makes customers happy for few days
                NOKIA Is An Undisputed Leader In Down To Earth Customer-Care Service. It Only Phones The Customer That They Are Looking Over The Matter And Are Supposed To Rectify The Same Within 48 Hours.Any One Who Calls Them, The Same Answer Is Given.

                I bought my nokia N72 at june '07 end.
                However the headphones of the same stopped functioning in a month's time.So I immediately visited Nokia care in Mulund(w) Mumbai 400080.
                They gave me the replacement after a month , which again went out of order within three weeks .Again I went back to the service station and got the replacement after another month , but they were found faulty .So far I have not received the replacement.
                I am totally frustrated with this and waiting for my headphones eagerly.

                This is regarding my Nokia 6300, bought on 30th Oct'07. from Vodaphone centre at Chembur for 8725 Rs. 15 days later it started to behave erratically, its handsfree wasnt working which i got replacement, and there was no back up battery, the battery wud finish in one day. I went the Nokia care centre at Chembur. My handset was in good condition when i gave them, i warned them to take care of it as it was a new piece. 1o days later i was called to take the delivery, When i saw my mobile i was shocked coz my piece looked worn out with a lot of scraches behind. I refused to take the delivery and they took it back saying it wud be rectified and to give it back.                 I have purchased a N-76 nokia mobile on 7.1.08.From the very beginning I have noticed that there is a manufacturing defect,i.e,every time after I restart my handset I have to again reset the date and time of my handset. But after delivery I found that the handset was not repaired.I spoke to them,unfortunately except one person none could tell me any remedy.That person told me to come after 15.2.08 as the required software not out of supply.According I went there and again submitted my handset to them on 21.2.08.It was supposed to delivered on 26.2.08.But they failed to deliver on that day and asked me to come on 1.3.08.On 1.3.08 they informed me that my handset was not repaired.Without checking they told me that my auto upgrade was not in my handset and it required to be upgrade.But in my handset auto upgrade function is present.Without checking how can they say this?

The earpiece was not working.I gave it for replacement at NetDot solutions,WZ 200,Bajaj Tower,Near Santoshi Mata Mandir,Jail Road,New Delhi.The job sheet no. earlier was [protected]7091734. But they wrote a wrong no. for the earpiece.I was not aware that there is a no. for that,I knew only about my set.It was their responsibility.After about 23 days,they gave me a black earpiece with white connector.Moreover the earpiece was not of same model(mine was HS44) but of low quality(HS 43).I returned the earpiece back and again gave it for replacement,complaint no. [protected]7100977. After abt 20 days,i went again but they again returned me with same as before.I returned them back to make the change but nothing has happened yet. I had made complaint to Nokia care,Bangalore also, but to no avail.

                  I bought my nokia N72 at june '07 end.
                  However the headphones of the same stopped functioning in a month's time.So I immediately visited Nokia care in mulund(w) mumbai 400080.
                  They gave me the replacement after a month , which again went out of order within three weeks .Again I went back to the service station and got the replacement after another month , but they were found faulty .So far I have not received the replacement.
                  I am totally frustrated with this and waiting for my headphones eagerly.

                    am an individual businessman, using cell for more than 6 years & till date i have not used any other set apart from Nokia.
                    on 24/11/06, i have purchased 6681 set from Cell Time (nokia priority dealer), Shimoga (Karnataka) vide Invoice No.7088 for Rs.11,790/-.
                    But within a span of 5 months i got swap set through Exchange Note Job No.BAN0109929 dt. 14th June 2007 from Brightpoint, Bangalore for the reason that the set could not be repaired. but again i got problem with the set and have handed over to the above shop vide service job sheet no.[protected]/070816/11 dt. 16th aug.2007. i was surprised when i heard that the above swap set was returned to the dealer from bangalore service office stating that "outside serviced, heavy flux" with a caption "RWR", but when i argued that how can i give the set to service outside when i am having warranty, they again sent the set to bangalore service center & till now i have not received the set. this has forced me to buy another new cell from my pocket (that too nokia set), but now i am confused with the below points:
                    a. swap set means new set or serviced one (since my old set was full black, i got swap set which is not full black).
                    b. if the swap set was new one, then why they have mentioned RWR for the swap set when i returned it the second time.

                    I bought my Nokia mobile (model no.5300 express music) from RS Communication Nokia Priority dealer , Krishna Tower, Jail Road,Fancy Bazar, Guwahati on 24.1.07, the invoice no. of which is13379.The details of the mobile are the followings:

                    On 05.03.07, I deposited the mobile in Nokia care(HCL) Garima Grand, B. Baruah Rd. Guwahati because of speaker problem, the job-sheet no. of which is [protected]. The fault was duly repaired and I took possession of the mobile. Next I had to deposit the mobile in Bright Point(P) Ltd. Nokia Care Center,G-201 Office Tower, City Center, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, due to defective software and automatic switch off etc., the job-sheet no. of which is KOL 0128857. Here also, the problems were repaired and I took possession of the mobile.
                    When my mobile started showing problem again, I took it again to Bright Point (P) Ltd. Nokia Care , where I got to know that the servicing center is no more operative and asked me to take it to any Nokia Care or HCL, and assuring me that there would be no problem because of the fact that they were an authorized Servicing Center . Then I took the mobile to Nokia Care Center (HCL) Sakespeare Sarani, due to occurrences of black lines in the display and bad networking. After a through examination and checking that the mobile and its problems fall within the Warranty Ambit, they took the mobile in their custody and issued a job sheet bearing the No.[protected], with the return date of 12/11/07. On the assigned date, I was informed that they could not repair the mobile because it was tempered with.
                    I was totally shell shocked because I have never given it for any unauthorized repair because it was well within the Warranty Period. So, if these people are claiming of tempering, then it must have been tempered in the so called AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE.
                    I sincerely hope that you would take care this issue at the earliest as I am facing huge difficulties because of the absence of the mobile and kindly inform me about the developments in this regard .

                    we have recently visited your nokia care center addressed:ashish electronic 565/5,cemtary road,fountain chowk,ludhiana for reparing our nokia cell phone and we have been treated very badly. Your executive named MISS/MRS.POONAM have no manners at all and she don't know how to deal with their customer...actually reparing had taken some more time than there routine closing time and they have switch off all their fans and ac's inspite noticing that we are sitting right at there place..moreover when we request her to please switch on the fans atleast! she started fighting with us and when we said that we'll complaint about her to their higher authorities she very attitudely said that,"YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT"...and she do not switch on the fans..sir we have been using your services from last 10-15 years..we do not have such a desperate behaviour at all...you know very well sir that nowadays we have such a dyanamic and competative environment only a mere negligence can shift the customer preferences to any other company..from this experience we will think atleast 10 times before using your service....

                      I am using Nokia Hand Set for a long time and quite satisfied with the performacne of the set. I bought a new set on 27.05.2007, the product code is UPNO2865 and description of good is Nokia 2865 Uin-Pro for Rs.6650/-. On 28th October 2007 the set suddenly not working and I gave to repair on 3.11.2007 at Nokia Service Centre at Pondy Bazar, Near Pondy Bazar Post Office, Chennai. They are taking very long time to check the fault and they ask me to come on 10th November 2007. I am practising Chartered Accountant and the mobile is very vital for my profession. I request you to kindly intervine and replace the set as I have bought only 5 months back.

                        I have been asking for mobile to get replaced for the last one month but getting no response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. I just want the final solution and update that when would I get my mobile replace(as said by nokia care). otherwise i need to find some other way this is the final reminder that I'm putting on onwards that I need to visit consumer court or will take the help of RTI.

                        I had given my Nokia mobile to Nokia Care in Koramangala, Bangalore 2 months back, and suddenly in the last 2 -3 weeks, the people at the center started behaving strangely.. They claimed that my mobile had been despatched to me already, and my complaint is closed. When I threatened them of dire consequence, they mentioned that the mobile had been stolen, and they would replace it. 2 days back, they gave another mobile as replacement, but the mobile was damaged, and was in disrepair.. When I again threatened, I would go to the consumer court, they asked me to come again, and they would repair the phone and give me..

                        On enquiring around, I suspect there is a scam going around.. I understand that some of these Care centers have started to claim lost phones, as there is a significant value for second hand phones in the market.. So, the centers may be claiming lost phones, and selling them in grey market at much higher price than they would get by fixing the problem.. and throwing up their hands, and doing robbery in broad daylight...

                        Customers going to Nokia care centers BEWARE : Please keep your original job sheets with you at all time, and make sure your mobile IMEI is safely recorded, and keep all bills handy. Also, if possible, avoid going to the Care centers, and probably use trusted people to handle the jobs for you. At the rate of 10000 + Rs, scamming like this, and stealing mobile phones in the name of NOKIA is a great idea.. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach Nokia senior management in India.. If somebody is watching this post, please make sure that the scamsters are punished, and not allowed to get away with daylight robbery... Nokia's brand image in India is in danger..

                        At the time of purchasing the phone from your dealer, I have purchased MEMORY CARD for that.

                        PROBLEM :
                        Phone restarts automatically when I try to copy any music files into the MEMORY CARD.
                        Not only the music file, theme files also.
                        I didn’t try with other files.

                        I bought a Nokia 6600 though I was an employee of competitor company hoping to own a world class mobile. I have been proved wrong by Nokia, though till now all my other decisons have gone in my favor. The main problem with the phone is, it does not connect with laptop thru bluetooth hence, not able to use the phone as modem though I have a GPRS connection. Also, many a times, the party on the other side can't hear what I talk though all other parameter viz., signal etc are correct. This has put me in lot of difficulty and loss of face and few prospective jobs too. Shame on Nokia
                        Nokia Care Center at New Tippasandra Road (Indiranagar), Bangalore is pathetic. Just a black mark on Nokia's name. No professionalism in their approach. I have been made to slog like hell since a month. They just test your patience. The response I got from the nokia care... totally spoiled my mobile and moreover, aggravated the problem. Its a great regret to find, the Nokia technician at this center are unskilled and uneducated.

I bought Nokia 5610 express music in dec. and in ten months my mobile was in Nokia care for more than 2 months. its so frustrating.The service provided by nokia is hopeless. I had given my mobile( it was not charging) on August 16th and till today i didnt get my set back. I had given my mobile in Nokia care BTM layout. Evrytime i go nokia care people say some stories and ask me to come after some days and it keeps repeating.I am so frustrated that i am planning to file a complaint in Consumer court against Nokia care.First time i was given Mobile target delivery date as 30th august, 2008. when i went on that day i was told to come after 2 days. When again i went they gave my mobile back, same way as i had given them( without rectifying the problem-So disgusting, Is it kind of joke going on). Finally they gave me another day after shouting on 14th september.                         Dear Nokia customers this is very very pain to experience the WORST kind of service providing to the customers by a NOKIA, don't ever purchase nokia devices on believing of proper service support from nokia to the customers. THEY ARE THE CHETERS IN THE MOBIL MARKET AND THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER TRAINED TECHNETIONS. HERE LET ME TELL MY STORIE.
                        I had a set model 5800 xpress music and it was under warranty and after 9 months in my hand-set screen though was malfunctioning past from 2 months but it was working few times and finally i had been to nokia care at Indiaranagar near CMH road, there i requested for job sheet and i received after 45 minutes and finally my job sheet number was[protected]/110131/37. and they took my device in to the inspection room and after 30 minutes one lady came back with my set and informed my screen though is damaged. so for which i told them it is under warranty please get it done, so they informed me THIS IS NOT COVRED UNDER WARRANTY as such the internal component is damaged. so hear i questioned them how it could be damaged since not even once my set i have droop down to the floor so again i requested them let me have a look of that damaged one GUYS HERE IS THE IMPORTANT POINT TO BE NOTED. THEN THE LADY CAME WITH MY DEVICE AND SHOWN ME. THE THING LIKE IT IS NOT DAMAGED COMPOUNENT RATHER THERE STUPIT TECHENES WHILE DIMANTALING MY DEVICE THEY HAVE NOT PROPERLY REMOVED AND A SMALL STIPPER WIRE (FLAT WIRE) WHICH CONNECTED TO THE SCREEN WAS CUT BY NOKIA TECNATIONS. And to re-conform i requested them to assemble my device and let me check for at least malfunction on my screen. but unfortunately it havent worked and it is conformed to me the exact problem with the device was VIRUS attacked to my Mobil rather to my screen defective (as per my friend wordings and he is in to same field for about 10 years) just before hand-overing my set to service it was working as a malfunction but now the nokia service team has made my set as a baby toy.                         This is Suman from Bangalore i have purchased the Nokia N900 Hand set in india from the day of purchase i am facing different software and hardware problems some how nokia care is rectifying after every repair a month after again problem is accounted, like this i have given to nokia care with the problem of Battery Backup problem, the problem is battery is getting discharged with in an hour and they delayed the delivery almost one month and finally when i come for delivery they are trying to give some other used hand set that is not mine and now they have reported that while servicing the hand set they have damaged the mother board so they are replacing with another hand set while delivering this hand set the hand set have software problems and what ever they replacing the mobile is used by some one which have different IMEI number i don't no weather that is from Stolen which means under Red Mark under service providers and if i use that i may face problems and they said they only do like that with out any warranty and with out any confirmation is this the way nokia proceeds their customers so i have told them i am not going to accept it and mailing this to Support Services and if i get positive feed back from your end i feel happy other wise i have to complaint in consumer court.

                        So please reply me as soon as possible otherwise i am going to consumer court and file a complaint.

                          I have nokia mobile ,which has a mobil BP 6M,last week i tried charging by battery ,suddenly within 15 min battery got hot and subsequently swelled. post that ,even full charged you are not confidentwhether battery will stand even for 20 mins.even the battery cover is fitting into the set.I need battery replacement.

                          A nokia handset N-73 is purchased from Thakur and sons, Dhule at price of Rs. 11500/-. The set is giving a low battry back up. It is checked at ASKC MOBILES a authorised service cetre, at Datta Mandir, Deopur Dhule Mhaharashtra state. They have given a result that battery is to be replaced. As per the Service Job Sheet No. 2397 dated 14/06/2008, a battery BP-6M Sr. No. 06705053932130473120840632 is given to the authorised centre for replacment and make enquiry with him that the battery will be given on wednesday i.e. on 18/06/2008. But on 18/06/ battery is not given. Today on 23/06/2008 again make a enquiry but they are saying that a fix date will not be given & it will take month together time. If such huge time is required, then how we use the mobile ? Also period of 1 year for warranty is reduces. The people in service centre never gives a proper information and their gusture shows, it is their godness on the customer that they going to give service. It is requested before selling the products, a proper service station with all accessories should be given. A customer should not be harrased. The persons like in Dhule are harrssing and to reply we are unable to say when your product will be replaced?
                          Ditto... It is such a pain. Sometimes I feel this battery may just burst. It has swollen and is my cover is not shutting properly. I need to get a replacement...

                          I am having Noikia set with Nokia BP-6m battery & i am facing problem that during the charging it is getting too hot & while speaking getting hot, now the battery size is also got increase from the normal size. so requseing for the replacement for the same.

                          I agree with the complainant here, I have a nokia N-73M and my battery BP-6M had recently started giving very erratic power backup when I checked, to my surprise i found the battery size nearly doubled.
                          Its not a question of warranty, why is that nokia being the single largest cell phone manufacturer is repeatedly facing such issues with batteries, is it the cost-cutting from their end which is costing the customers dear.
                          Even after buying a phone in the Rs 20K range, the consumers cannot expect product quality even for 2 years.
                          These faulty batteries should be replaced immediately and Nokia should take steps to check this from happening lest it spoils its image in the biggest cell phone market of the world.

                          Nokia / Cell E51 — Battery not working

                          Dear All,

                          I bought my E51 on 24th August 2008, soon i was facing the problem of battery not holding on for long. I went ot the Nokia Care Centre sometime in January 2009. The service man told me to charge the battery for the full night in the phone switched off mode and the problem will be solved. I did the same but the problem did not solve.

                          I went to the Nokia Care Centre again in March 2009 and this time i was told that the battery was having voltage problem and the same is now unusable and needs to be replaced. Since the warranty of the battery is only for 6 months i was not able to make them replace the battery as because the first time when i went there, no job card was made.

                          I went to all the Nokia priority shop in Mumbai and I was surprised to find that none of the Shop was having a stock of the specific batter used for E51.

                          Now after having read so many complaints for the battery problem on so many different different bolgs on the internet i have come to a conclusion that this is a manufacturing problem and the Nokia Care peole knew of this problem and to save themself from the hassell of getting the new battery (which is not available) they are simply tried to pass the 6 months time for the battery so that we are not able to claim warranty.

                          If anybody can advise me as what steps i can take to resolve my problem, it would be very helpful.

                          I was a die hard fan of Nokia till 18.04.2010, my memories are still fresh with handsets which I used in past like,[protected] and current E -51.
                          Apart form product I was totally satisfied with the quality and services provided by Nokia, till date I visited Gandhinagar Service centre on 19.04.2010 2.10 PM,

                          Purpose of visiting Service centre -I have purchased nokia battery in Gwalior (M.P.) in month of April
                          Details As follows –
                          Bill No -1231 dated 08.04.2010 battery Model No –BP-6MT,

                          Which is getting discharge in 2 hours irrespective of talk time?

                          I was shocked and confused when I entered the centre – following things I have noticed,
                          • No Token system
                          • Randomly one can go inside and get services (With Muscle Power)
                          • You need wait for long time to get insight (Mercy of service center)
                          • I was sitting for more then 45 minutes no one approached / nor shown any concern as customer

                          When I lost my cool after spending more then 45 minutes, I decided to get insight and ask for the services. (No supporting is there to prove my timing claim that I waited for 45 minutes you need to believe me)

                          When I approached one of the staff,
                          One gentleman came to me with rush of blood and shouted like, I have stolen cell from his service center. He is none other then service engineer of centre Mr. Mayur Singh

                          His approach toward me till I am there to bulldoze me.

                          When I asked him about getting in process and made him aware about nokia standards,

                          He loudly shouted at me and said – Go… do what ever you want to? Call any one in nokia. I don’t care.

                          I was stunned by the approach they have shown to the customer who is in need to get his battery checked.

                          After some time one gentleman called me in and checked the battery and said - battery is ok.
                          Again I got shock of my life – HOW can one person take battery in his hand and say battery is ok, without following processes or checking with supportive instruments….

                          When they realized that I am not going to listen any nonsense they decide to investigate further and opened my cell which is damaged while fitting – ( There is a crack in left side of cell ) which they handed to me quietly. I am not able to realize till I left the service centre because I am in no mood at that time to get DADA giri services from them.

                          Dear concerns, my humble request to you please looks into the matter and solve my issue
                          Or else you will force me to approach Media / Consumer court for further action.


                          I will fight this battle till I get justice…………no matter what time, cost

                          I Will wait for your reply and action till 15 th May 2010.and then proceed for legal action against those who damaged my cell and reputation in front of outsiders.

                            I Have purchased the nokia Handset N 70.I forgotten the lock code. I went to
                            nokia care centre at my home town fazilka; their executive asked me that it
                            will take 15 minutes to reset the lock code. he connected to website to
                            upload the latest software, but after upload my mobile become dead, then he
                            asked me to send this mobile to abohar care centre, and asked me to come
                            next day but next day he asked me that we will send the mobile to Chandigarh
                            because there is some problem in hardware, it is noticeable thing if there
                            is any hardware problem how the mobile was working till then, so after that
                            i went to mukatsar nokia care (Tarun Enterprises) which is 60 km far from my
                            town, they also checked the mobile and asked to send this to Chandigarh and
                            he said it will take 7 to 10 days to repair, I hand over the mobile to them
                            on 26 sep 07,after that when i contact the customer care no 30303838 they
                            register my complaint and asked me to take status after 2 days, i again call
                            on 30303838 after 2 days they asked me to take set from care center on 10
                            oct 07.when i went to tarun enterprises on 10 oct 07 they said your set is
                            still under repair and status is pending. he told me that we send your
                            mobile on 05 oct 07 to Chandigarh and also told that we went every Saturday
                            to Chandigarh to send and receive mobiles for repair they don't use any
                            courier service for quick resolution of customer. it

                            there is no time limit, after that i contact 30303838,they replied that take
                            the status after 2 days, i again call after 2 days they replied your set is

                            between i called so many times to Tarun enterprises they always replied that
                            your complaint is pending and they don't have any information that when i
                            will receive my mobile. they asked me to contact on customer care, they
                            always asked me to wait till next Saturday then again next Saturday, on 25th
                            oct i called on 30303838 they replied that call tomorrow to take status, i
                            called on 26 oct they replied that your mobile is dispatched on 23rd oct 07
                            and it is delivered on tarun enterprises on 25 of oct 07 so now you can
                            receive the mob from tarun enterprises. I went there but same position they
                            asked your complaint is pending and don't have any status. Then i called in
                            30303838, they replied me that i checked your status and now you receive
                            your mobile on 30 Oct 07 from tarun enterprises. and today they asked new
                            thing that we will replace your mobile will secondhand refurbished mobile
                            not with the new mobile, I think there is not any responsible staff, every
                            person give different statement, nokia also give the online status of repair
                            of your handset, I tried so many times but always see the message that your
                            handset is not ready check another day, in between i sent 7 e-mail to nokia
                            but i received only computer generated replies that we will check your
                            complaint and will contact you immidiately,After that I do the mail to CNBC
                            pahredar and copy to Nokia Care,After this mail Nokia first time replied me
                            that collect your mobile from tarun enterprises on 30 th oct 07, then I hope
                            that now I will get my mobile back but not I was wrong I again went to
                            mukatsar on 30th oct 07 but again same status that your complaint is pending
                            try again another day and also asked we have not any other information,for
                            any information contact on 30303838,then I called on 30303838 they also
                            give the same reply that pls. call after 48 hrs.to take status,then I did
                            mail to nokia they replied we will give you the status after 48 hrs but till
                            now i didn't receive any reply from website, I called on 30303838 they
                            replied we didn't get any status till now then call after 24 hrs,I again
                            call after 24 hrs they agagin replied today that we will call you after 24
                            hrs to give you the status.but I didn't get any reply from tarun enterprises
                            not from 30303838 and not from website,I think they have lost my mobile or
                            they don't have capable engineer to repair or they are finding any old
                            mobile from market to replace.

I have number of time email to Nokia company and companies executives but they are not ready to solve my problem and not giving proper reply to me.Till today my mobile is under warranty and even till today I didn’t got my mobile and I m suffering without my mobile.                             I purchased N 95 8GB, IMEI-[protected] dated8th Dec.2008.I was not able to use the above device due to low battery and some noise from the Mobile since 2nd June at6.47PM.I approached to"Gulati Communication, 90, Bhagat Singh Market, Gole Market, ND-1 on3rd June09 at 4PM.I was issued token No.57.My turn came at 6.30PM because only1 lady is deputed to lodged the complaint. There was huge chaos due to non delivery of Mobile at time given by them. Due to non-back up of data my mobile was returned. Any how I handed over my other mobile N-70 to him vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/090603/43 dated 3rd June 2009.I do not know what will be fate of my Mobile while seeing the very poor services of above repairing center. It is requested u that u give the instruction to above persons that he must improved the quality of services as well as manpower to handle the Customers.

                            I went to “Onetouch communication, opp.pillor No.2, West Patel Nagar, ND-8” On 4th June 2009.After checking the N-95 they told me that LIQUID comes inside the Mobile and it will be repaired after paying Rs. 2000/= and time will be taken 4 days. There after I went again to “Gulati Communication, 90, Bhagat Singh Market, Gole Market, ND-1 where was asked to pay Rs. 2500/= and time will be taken 15days. I I want to know from where liquids come while the mobile was purchased on 8th Dec. 2008 and it is never comes in the contacts of Water. More over I am handling my Mobile, I know better whether it comes in the contacts of Water or not. While my Mobile is under Warranty periods also. I asked him to write my complaint as Keypad problems as well as battery back up problems but the boy who was attending the complaint was not lodging my complaint for battery back up. But later on the owner of shop comes, on his instruction then it was lodged vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/090605/8 dated 5th June 2009. I am raising few issues before you for kind consideration
                            1. Why the rates & timing of delivery differs as above mentioned authorized centers.
                            2. May I know the source of liquids while it was never comes in the contacts of water and more over I am sitting in well equipped Office as well as Home (fitted with Air Conditioning).I used to sit in my Office since 7AM to 7PM being a Doctors of The Hon’ble Ministers and MP’s.
                            3. Whether it is fact that while the mobile is under warranty then there is no other source of income from the customers to the authorized center, then they are telling “LIQUID” in the mobile and on the basis of liquids they are charging in-variable amount as quoted above. It is real facts that on the basis of liquids they are just making fool to customers and charging a huge amount. I seen from my own eyes and seen a lot of quarrels between customers and agencies.
                            4. Whether Battery is not under warranty. Why my complaint was not initially written for battery backup, only on the instruction of owner it was mentioned.
                            5. Why Gulati Communication is not well equipped with the manpower. On what criteria he was allotted as a Nokia Care Point. Have u ever inspected the performances of the above Nokia Care Center.
                            6. Why the Nokia Repairing Centres are not being updated from time to time on the websites or Just Dial. I am enclosing the list of Nokia Care Centers, either they are not listed or there mobile No./Tel No. are not being updated. So we are being harassed to locate the okia Care Centers.
                            7. If I am calling the Nokia Care Centers, I am not able to get answer
                            6. Being No.1 Nokia Mobile sellers all over the world, do u initiate any bold/concrete steps to improve the services of repairing centers in near future in the benefits of customers so that people may buy ur products. Though I am alone having 7 sets of Nokia Mobile of high ranges.

                            In my opinion cheep Chinese mobiles are much better compare to NOKIA mobile. Reasons are; first, they are not hiding anything. Second, they also have all the functionalities which N70 like mobile offers you. Third, their battery life is much better then NOKIA. Fourth, If something goes wrong with your NOKIA mobile you will be under tension because you might have paid hefty amount to take that mobile set just 6 months back and on top of that NOKIA service people will surely make you feel cheated. Whereas in case of good Chinese mobile which comes in the prize range of[protected] Rs. You will not get disappointed at least if it stops working after a year or so because one NOKIA mobile is almost equal to 4-6 such Chinese mobiles. I have not heard a single case in my social circle of around 1000 people appreciating the services centre of NOKIA mobile.
                            Well, It a very well known fact now that Nokia is not different from your local vendors!! Their method of operating this mobile business in India is very simple. Sell a mobile to customer with Guarantee card. If it's work for one year without any problem then they get the accolade that it's a branded mobile with company advance technology else their service executive will simply inform you that you have not used the mobile properly or water has gone inside the mobile and deny you any Guarantee status on that pretext. As a eye opener, I have one video where the service executive in Marathahalli, Bangalore simply deny the Guarantee by saying that water has gone inside it without showing anything inside the mobile. Though, there was some problem related to keypad which got easily corrected by one mobile shopkeeper and charged me 60 Rs for the services whereas Nokia people were suggesting charges somewhere around 500-800 Rs for correcting the same problem. Many of my friends now started using Chinese duel Sim mobile then even thinking of going to NOKIA shop. So, what you are facing is just a common problem, which anyone who goes after the brand faces. The only solution is learning from your mistake!!

                              Sir / Madam,
                              We purchased this phone from Subhiksha at gangaplaza from Meerut. After 137 days this phone didn’t work. Only the light was on in this phone. We went for repairing in service center at G.F.19,vidya laxmi complex,182.abulane,Meerut on 9 september 2007. After three days they called me and said “ your phone is O.K now come and take it back”. But phone was not repaired. Then they sent this phone to Noida service center. But after noida service center our phone didn’t repaired even they told that phone had water damaging but our phone was not water damaged and they told this after 14 days on 24 september 2007. Now has no power. They also told me that phone could not be repaired even after paying the money. But After showing this phone to a local mechanics phone get repaired within ten minutes.
                              We get shocked after seeing the data of the phone because it was completely changed. Phone had new contact no, different receive call even it different wallpaper and vidio clipping. On checking the phone once again we come to know that phone’s EMI numbers was changed. When we go for complained they reply that they don’t know any thing about. All matter was concerned with noida service center they can’t help us.
                              Now we afraid if PCB board is changed in noida service center and if this PCB board was previously criminally used. So we are not using the phone right now.

                                  i have got Nokia 6600 handset.on hearing about BL-5C battery problem i registered my address to replace the battery.it is already 2 months and there is no response from NOKIA.also since the address i have given in the form have changed i want to change my address in the registration.when i went to nearby dealer to replace the battery they have told me that,since i have already regisstered through internet they cant replace it.So better nokia should provide us a chance to cancell our registration or should provide a method to edit the contacts which we had given there.

                                  i am a user of nokia phone since last 5 years, i am quite satisfy by the nokia phones as well as the service of the nokia phone.

                                  but sorry to say i purchased the nokia 6233 in 30 July 2007, after 10 days I notice my phone restart in mostly functions, when I apply a theme, send message. When I receive a data by bluetooth my phone is restart each time. Its big problem for me. Now the second problem i.e. this phone calculator is lost when phone is restart. I hand over my phone two times Nokia Care (Anmol) in Sector - 22, Chandigarh, after two days they return me mobile but the problem is same. Then I check my mobile in Nokia care M/s Mobile Connect, Sector - 22, Near Picadily Chowk, CHD on 15 Oct 2007. But they unable to solve this problem and said this mobile send to its branch office and returned you after 15 days. After 15 days they call me your phone is ready so please collect your mobile.

                                  I reach Nokia care and collect my mobile but problem is same. Then I went to Nokia Care M/s Electra Care. Quiet Office No. 7, Opp. Khukhrain Bhawan, Sector 35, and they check the mobile and told me updated software installed in my mobile. After installed software no any improvement in my phone. Now the time my phone in Nokia Care, Sector - 35 and they said we have unable solve this problem and your mobile is send to Nokia main office and you collect your mobile after 20-25 days.
                                  If you have not solve my phone problem please replace my Nokia 6233. I have not extra time for daily run to Nokia Care.

                                  I have given my hand set Nokia-6681 for repair to one of your authorised care centre M/s Global Comm.,F-6A,District Centre,Janak Puri,New Delhi-110058.It was agreed up on that the set is being sent to main repair centre at Okhla and any part replacement will be reflected in the receipt/bill.On receipt it is found that nothing is reflected as such.When contacted,the lady on phone said that they are free to send the set to any where for tepair and need not to mention the replacement at all.
                                  Sir,this is shocking for me.I have given the set for repair in name of Nokia under certain understanding,which has not been fulfilled.I am sure the set has not been sent to Okhla repair centre and the amount of Rs.1500.00 has been charged.I am afraid if it goes bad again,where do I go.The name of Nokia is being defamed.
                                  It is requested to look into the matter immediately under intimation to me and up to my satisfaction.Failing to this,I may knock the door of consumer forum.

                                  1) The name and ph.number on the job sheet is wrong anyways (nokia care is big organization with lot of customers so the executive might not have the time to note the right name and number)
                                  2) I rang 7 times in nokia care just to make sure that my handset has been repaired or not . even after that the question was still remained in my mind "my hanset is repaired or not??
                                  3) Then when to nokia care centre as usual it took sum 45 minutes for your excutive to attend my complaint.
                                  4) Anyways after all the exercise and the time he returned to me just to tell me that it will take another one month to repair my handset.After some discussion and REQUEST the person told me come me on saturday .
                                  After all this i am still thinking is NOKIA CARE understanding the problem and the loss i am facing due to unavailiblity of the mobile.....

                                  Now when i entered the nokia complaints board i am seeing there are lot people on the complaint board.

                                  I have bought a NOKIA handset with TATA INDICOM connection on 12.05.06.The model no is 2255 and the description IME[protected]. Within 90 days the cell was under repair and I had get it done at SS Electronics,Secunderabad.Since then I have been facing the same problem for every 2-3 months.Finally on 29.03.07 , SS Electronics, Secunderabad told me that the cell repair was completed. As I got the dissatisfied service earlier,I checked the piece on the spot and found that the piece was completely damaged .I had intimated the same to them but they told that they are not concerned with that. So I filled the jobsheet as suggested by them and wrote piece was repaired 5 times and signed by declaring with protest.I was told that they will intimate the status soon after getting the response.But of no use.I had checked the status of job sheet online.I am getting the message no data available.I met them personally to enquire the status but of no use. My JobSheet reference number is :[protected]/070329/56. With all the regular repairs and because of the continous handling of the mobile by the care centre ,finally was cell was partially broken below the joints.No w I could not use the cell. Because of the continous irregular services from your side the cell lost its originality.

                                  With all the disatisfied services from the service centres, I am finally mailing you with the hope of atleast getting the good services.I request you to kindly replace the mobile and do the needful. I have all the required documents regarding the services that were done to my mobile.Please do the needful.

                                  After arond 9 months of operation it started giving problems and I gave this for repairing to
                                  Anand International, 227, D H Road, Kol - 34 on 22/Jan/2008 videJob Sheet No:[protected]/080122/16.
                                  On following up everytime they say please come two days later but these two days never seem to end.
                                  And moreover it is under guarantee period.

                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct me what to do next.

                                  Nokia N70 — Replacement of the N70 handset

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had bought N70 handset a year ago EMEI Nr. [protected]. One month back I had faced a problem of Automatic restart/ Hang/ Abrupt end of applications, etc. and had reported of the same in the Nokia Care unit in Indore (M.P). Technician at Indore NOkia Care were unable to correct the problem and had sent the handset to Bhopal (M.P.) for corrective action Jobsheet Nr. 6433, Job Nr. 159481.

                                  I received the handset with corrective action taken (re-installation of the software) a week later with all the in-built softwares wiped off and few iconic applications of N series were found missing (Ringtone editor, Nokia Gallery, Opera). Moreover, from yesterday, I am facing the same problem all over again. Phone restarts at will, Hangs anytime, and is quite abruptly performing during certain applications. This problem seems to be chronic and I have completely lost faith in the corrective action taken on my handset.

                                  I had bought this handset for a dear price and would want to have the worth of it. Kindly advise the replacement procedure for this defective handset.

                                  Nokia Customer Care — nokia customer care kept my phone for around 50 days and returned me without repairing but scratched and not fully mine handset.

                                  i gave a nokia 6131 to nokia customer care pathankot (punjab) on 28th june 2008 for repairing. the problem was that the phone didn't get switched on.
                                  i belong to himachal pradesh and nokia customer care office is around 20 kms away from my residence. so, most of the time i was in contact with them on telephone only.
                                  after i gave them the phone i had to to through both physiacl as well as mental torture and financial as well.

                                  many times i went to their office to ask for my phone, they always kept me waiting for around 3-4 hours and always gave me the same answer that they have repaired it but it still has some problem, so i shud contact them after 2-3 days. this didn't happen once but for 4 times whenever i went to thier office.
                                  after all this ridiculous part, i finally contacted them on 4th aug 2008 and asked for my phone to return me back without repairing .
                                  now here comes the most sad part:
                                  they gave me a nokia 6131 fully scratched and loking very disgusting . i told them that this is not my phone . then they said that they know and your back part of the phone has been misplaced . so, u take this.
                                  when i asked them about my front panel of the phone, they took around an hour to find it in their office and then joined my phon's front panel to their back panel(fully scratched).
                                  i saw that they had pasted some pathetic sticker on the outer diplay and they gave me the reason that they did so to differentiate it from other phones.
                                  now, i have a phone with fully sctached back panel and disgusting looking keyguard.

                                  Nokia, N70M — Hand set to be replaced

                                  I have purchased Nokia N70M (IMEI No: [protected]). After few months I had problem so I have given to Nokia service centre at Chennai (HCL Nokia, Shop No. 5, Arti Chamber, 189, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002,[protected].


                                  They said taht set has problem and it will be replaced. So, I handed over my mobile on 15th April 2008 (Job sheet No: [protected]).
                                  Since I did not get replacement I registered my complaint thro mail to ">"NokiaCare" <support.[protected]@nokia.com> on 11th June 2008. Also I registered complaint at Nokia’s customer care Ph No[protected]complaint No is 2-34J1OF).

                                  Call centre person called three time set is ready go and collect, but when I go to service centre, Floor manager said he did not receive from Nokia.

                                  I continuously follow up, but customer care person says that you will get soon.


                                  Evan after more than 100days I did not get the handset.
                                  I made several calls to customer care and went to service centre more than 20 times


                                  Request you to help me to get the replacement.

                                  I have all mail correspondence also, in case if you require I will send the all.

                                  Nokia Customer Care — Battery Problem on new Mobile

                                  Hi,

                                  I have bought a Nokia Xpress Music edition 5130c-2 (IMEI#:354223/03/180841/3) two months back and battery is getting discharged within 10 hrs standby, although Nokia mentions 48 hrs stand by hours on this model. I have visited Nokia Care twice, they commented that Software version on this mobile is older, so upgraded it twice. But battery issue persists and they are not willing the replace the battery.
                                  If this is happening with a newly bought mobile then I am not sure how other customers are suffering.

                                  Please help to resolve this issue.

                                  tataindicom connection mobile nokia handset — providing another substitute handset

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I had bought a new nokia CDMA phone along with a tataindicom postpaid connection with the number [protected] from a tataindicom outlet in Tirur in Malappuram dist. on the 5th of last December.After 18 days I could see that ,without any reason the handset was not working .I couldn't use it for anything because even the display was not working.

                                  Initially they had assured me that ,for 1 week they can provide guarantee for the handset & warranty can be given for 1 year.Now, when I went to the outlet seeking their help for either guarantee or warranty regarding the handset,they tell me they will repair it but can't tell how many days it might take.After accepting it ,when I asked for another substitute phone to carry on with my business ,they tell that a substitute phone can't be given.

                                  Now, how should I do the business deals without a phone ? If it was a GSM phone, atleast I could've used another GSM handset by inserting this sim.Why should I bear this loss for no fault of mine.
                                  In addition to all these losses,the people in the outlet don't treat me well.They even don't lend their ears to hear me atleast.Kindly do something to help me as fast as possible so that I get justice.

                                  Nokia Customer Care — Battery not replaced with in Target TIme

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to infomr you that i had purchased Noika Handset 2690 dated 14-8-11.

                                  Battery of my phone stated giving problem so i went to Nokia Care for Replacement of Battery on 11-2-11. Techinicans checked the battery and as per him it need to be changed.

                                  Customer care executive said it will take 7 days for replacment of Battery.
                                  i was shocked since for 7 days i will need to keep my phone switch off since i had to handover original battery to customer care.
                                  i asked to customer care to provide my any supporting battery but they refused the same stating it is not as per company policy.

                                  my first issue: If comany will take 7 days for just replacement of battery means i need to keep my phone switch off for 7 days which in today's time not possible so i will definitley will new battery to keep my mobile switch on.
                                  which is totally unacceptable.

                                  Battery should be replaced instatly since there is no use of replacement of battery after 7 days.

                                  my second issue: i called on 18-2-11 to know the status then customer care executive simply said you please contact on 21-2-11 to know the status which means 3 more days to be taken by company for just replacement of a battery.

                                  i will request you to please look into matter so that customer should not be harrased in such a manner

                                    I am Virendra Kumar, working as a Addl. General Manager in B.H.E.L Haridwar. I have purchased NOKIA 6070 mobile in the name of my son Mr. Ashish Goel (IMEI: [protected]) at MAHALAXMI ENTERPRISES, Haridwar on[protected].
                                    Of late, its observed that the intensity of the sound of incoming call is so week that it can not be heard. The mobile set was handover to your service “ ADVENCED BUSINESS COMPUTERS” Jamuna place lane Haridwar,
                                    ASC : 235_434038, contact number : [protected] : Email id : advance_ [protected]@nokiacareindia.com for the rectifying the above defect.
                                    The mobile set has been returned back after one day indicated that the same cannot be serviced because it has got damaged by water.
                                    I would like to indicate that the mobile phone has never been brought in contact with water during its use. There is a least chances of going water in side the mobile set. Further, I m failed to understand that only the above defect will be developed by the water.
                                    In view above, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and advise your service center to do needful.

                                      It is regretted to intimate that inspite of visiting Nokia care center several times at Pathankot being looked after by Mr Rahul Uppal ,Centre Manager , of Ganpati communications, Jail road ,Gurdaspur, appointed by your prestigious concern i.e " NOKIA" regarding improper /non functioning of the Nokia set cited above as subject, the same has been being returned back without job sheet or taken under job sheet without attending the complaint, as being mentioned every time on my visit to this Nokia care center.
                                      I am at a stake to see the such careless functioning and caring at this centre .The day i.e. 01/09/2007 , the set was purchased from Bunny Communication Gurdaspur Road Pathankot , there was a complaint of poor audio quality . On complaining to Mr Rahul Uppal , on suggestion by him the sim of the same was replaced by a new one at the first instance. This all resulted futile.After this The incoming and outgoing calls were not being connected for most of the times. On visiting several times , lastly on 24/10/2007, a job sheet bearing no. 445 was issued and told that the set would be set right till 25/10/2007. Non locating of the fault till 25/10/2007 , it was offered by me to keep the set with him and use his own sim for asome days so as to ascertain the exact fault and set it right. The set was returned back on 30/10/2007 intimating that it was not repaired or set right as there was no fault found . The set is still neither receiving nor sending any calls.
                                      At this stage I am using sony ericsson set inspite of having purchased this newly dead set of such a reputed company i.e. "NOKIA" . This nokia care centers being run as one by Mr Rahul Uppal of Ganpati Communications , Gurdaspur , also looking after Pathankot are giving quite a good defame . If you wish me to use your this set, the appropriate action as deemed fit may be taken to rectify the problem. It would be appreciable if the set is collected by any of your authorised representative from the address given below as I have already been harrassed a lot in getting the problem solved which resulted futile .

                                      Nokia 2760 V red — immediate replacement

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I bought a new Nokia 2760 V red 6 months ago and handled it with care. A few weeks ago the camera and the inner screen stopped working. I went to the Customer Care asking for a replacement. I was told that first the product had to go to Delhi, be assessed, and then I would be told whether it would be a replacement or a repair. After assessment (and 20 calls later) it was decided that a repair was the only option. I got my phone back a few days ago and somehow there is again a problem: I cannot hear the other side talking! What should I do to have a replacement! Clearly, this particular phone has a default!

                                        This is Pardeep Dhiman from Pehowa Distt. Kurukshetra (Haryana). I was purchased a Nokia 6630 mobile phone from a retailer of my native place in August 2006 in starting its works fine but after two months in October 2006 while i was cheking my mail on my phone, my phone become dead and i contact my retailer then he send my phone to the Auth. Distributor PALCO INTERNATIONAL (Ambala Cantt.) throuh Dirtributors sales person. After 15 days Distributors employee told me that my phone was sent to Ludhiana and it will take around 2-3 months to resolve, i dont want to lost my money so i will be aggree for that, but after two & half month i recived my phone back but its was in the same condition and its power switch and screws was not with the phone, then i contact Mr. Vikas (Saler Manager of Nokia), he told me to send my phone to him he will solve my problem by sending my mobile to another service center, then i was sent my phone to him. After one month he told me that he sent my phone to Delhi and it will come from Delhi after some time but he cant tell me the time. After 3 months when i called Mr. Vikas about my phone then he told me that he cant do anything and my phone cant be repaired or replaced. Now it is around one year im trying to get my phone and from that day im calling Mr. Vikas and the Distributors sales man to return my phone but they are not giving any answer to me when i will get my phone back. im sending my complaint to you cause i have mentaly harrased and i think you will solve my problem and help me to get out from mental tention and help me to get my phone or my money back.

                                        My Nokia Phone 3500 classic was purchased on 15 Nov 2008 at Gwalior. Said mobile is switched off due to any reason. He is not started since 15 days. I was go to dealer shop and check said mobile. Dealer can say you report to Nokia Service care held at Saya Hotal Gwalior. checked above set and not repaired by him and told me above said can be sent to company for repairing. Please after 05 days contacted with him through telephonically. They said we sent above set to company for repairing. Please change above set or repaired immediately otherwise I can take next step.
