Nokia3710 — query for status of Job Sheet
Dear Sir/MamI had purchased nokia 3710 Fold on 1st july'10 but it created problem as all dialed, received & missed calls are not getting deleted and showing invalid selection on screen also many of my contacts saved in mobile phone got deleted itself. I had registered my complaint at Ambala Nokia care
Please confirm the status of Job Sheet No.[protected]/100804/20 ( ESN / IMEI NO. [protected] )
As i checked up the status online it showed job closed. I had submitted my handset to your nokia care branch, sadar bazar Ambala Cantt on 4th Aug '10
yet i havn't received any revert in concern to that.
I m almost handicap without my handset , as your branch executive had issued me the standby handset and it is almost for a blind person its key pad is totally clear not even a single alphabet can be viewed on that and another the screen is damaged n when i asked to exchange they replied, all standby sets are alike.
So please consider and revert. Need instant help

I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.
I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.
since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.
I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. Nokia - N97 — Mobilephone is not working since purchase.it is in the warranty periods
siri dr.anil gupta purchase nokia N97 mobile phone on dated[protected].after 3 month ,handset is not working.I deposited the phone in nokia care centre venous communiction ashok vihar delhi,they rtepair the phone and give it to me back.After one month phone had similar problem,they again corrected it.
This problem occur repeatedly and till date mob.phone is in nokia care centre.

Nokia — manufactoring defect product not replaced
I purchased my nokia 7210 on saturday 24th july from indore(MP). I faced the problem with my outgoing unclear voice.The phone reached nokia care on 27th july.When returned on 3rd august, i faced the same problem.I submitted them the phone again on 5th august.But they have still not replaced it. I have not even used my phone for a week.Clearly this is a manufacturing defect.Nokia — Bad Services and Repeated Visits does not helped me get my E63 repaired.

I don't remember the exact date, I submitted my phone there. but I have a bill dated[protected] against the payment of Rs.3000 that they charged for changing IC and display. Unfortunately, since that day, my phone is with them, coz its not working. With the same problem, they kept me visiting them repeatedly. Today (13th August 2010), when I finally got my phone, I realized that these guys have replaced my phone with some other phone, having a hell lot of scratches on the screen. More to their disgrace, the phone was still not working well.
When I started to shout at them, they saw me stone-faced as if they are into this habit of listening to complaints. Everyone their seem to abuse them.
Please help me and suggest me what can I do, as this issue is taking a toll on me and getting on my nerves.

Nokia 2730c Mobile Phone — defected phone & company's neglection
hi,i bought the nokia 2730c phone, but after utilising it 45 days, there was network problems. i sent it to the company via nokia-care. the company sent it back after 20 days. but, the problem wasn't solved. then again i went to nokia-care & they sent it back to the company. i didnt understand why the brand new nokia phone is having such a problem? thus i am suffering from the same problem again & again, & the company is doing nothing.

Nokia Blackberry Phone 9900 — Left Mobile in Taxi
HelloThis is the incident at morning 9.45am today, I just left my Blackberry Mobile (Nokia 9900) with Airtel Number[protected] in the Black and Yellow taxi which I took from City Centre, Mumbai Central to Marine Lines (after the marine line station) where I dropped at my office at Harchandrai house at Mahershi Karve Road and as I gave money to the taxi driver, the mobile has left on the seat as it was raining.
Now when i called on my mobile immediately as i reached up in my office, the taxi driver cut the phone and now it is coming as switched off.
Kindly help if you can do something

Nokia Mobile Model 2730c — handset becoming hot
I have bought a new mobile set model no. 2730c, from your dealer, Skylab Electronics, Purba Midnapore - 721602 on August 12, 2010.Since yesterday, morning the above mentioned hand set was becoming hot during non-operative mode and even during switch-off mode also.
I have asked your dealer, but they denied to check the same and advise me to go into the nokia care centre, named RISUTELL, Purba Midnapore 721 602, NCC no. 783_504886.
The service centre received my hand set, which job sheet no. is[protected]/100819/16 dated August 19, 2010.
You are requested to replace the handset and return to the said nokia centre with immediate effect.

Nokia Mobile : 5310 Expee — over estimate/ mishandling of mobile fault
Sir,I am using Nokia Phone for over the last fifteen years and never though o[censored]sing any other brand as far as Mobile phone is concerned. But today experience at one of the service center - M/s Saksham Services, Patpar Ganj, Mayur Vihar -I, had forced me to change my views. I will now prefer to buy other Brands of Mobile
and will also suggest others not to buy NOKIA Mobile sets.
I had purchased Nokia 5310 Xpress from the Nokia Certified Center at Mayur Vihar -1 for Rs.12000/- . So far the phone was working ok, But for the last one month or so it start giving me trouble - some times the incoming sound is not clear; some time the lights keep on blinking; some time it jammed.
In the morning of[protected] I went to Saksham Service center, which I think is the authorised service center of Nokia in a hope that my trouble will be over.
When my turn come i showed my phone to the lady concerned on the counter and told her about the problem i am facing. I further told that i wanted to get rid of this problem. I was told that the instrument need the upgradation of the software as the software of this mobile is quite old and new version is to be installed for which i had to pay Rs.450/- and then the phone will be all right.
I asked the concerned counter lady and boy that if it had any other problem they can solve it but they told me everything is ok with the set.
I gave my consent and was told to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. After more than half an hour the boy on the counter called me and told me that the phone is ok and i have to pay Rs.450/- which i paid. I insisted for the bill but it was not given instead i was told to sign on two paper to be kept for their record .
in the mean while i was checking my phone and found that the problem which i was facing is still there. I complained once again about it and then i was told that it requires cleaning. I gave my consent for it again.
Again after half an hour the phone was given back to me and after checking i found that the problem of the phone was still there. I had an argument with the concerned staff and before me there was one customer who also had a heated argument with the staff and the person who was sitting behind the counter at the Center.
Then again my mobile was sent inside and after some time i was told that some IC was not working properly and for which i had to pay Rs.1850/- and then it will be ok. I also had to replace the cover and the cost of it will be around Rs. 1280/- and then it will become like a new phone.
My argument was -- Why I was not told in the beginning about all this.
Why are they not able to detect the problem with the mobile?
Why are they misleading the customers? Only to get few more buck by hook or by crook and trying to become Karorpati. Such dealers are spoiling the name and brand of Nokia.
My humble request to Nokia people is that they should not appoint misleading and mischivious
people as their dealers who are not trained enough to look into the complaints of the Nokia customers properly.
Please suggest me as to how to get rid of Nokia 5310 Expee model problem – not functioning propely at this momemt. Shall i surrender my instrument to Nokia Biodegradeable dustbin or will it be reperable.

Dear Sir/MadamTHis has refrence to my nokia 7310supernova puirchased in 2009 ,from a nkoia priority dealer.MY phone was working quite well for few months and after that its keyapds started giving problems basically keys 789 wre not working and my phone being in warranty i took it to teh nokia service centre in lajpat nagar in the month of july.i gave my phone i told about the only keypad problem i was facing, i was informed to collect my phone within for hours i gave my phone around 10:300a.m and went to collect it at 1400hrs , i was asked to wait for half hour and i did so and at 1500hrs i approched again they said still to wait and then i approache dthe manager he said that they have repaired the phone bt now it s not getting on i even charged bt stil the phone was not operating i told them when i handed my phone it was having only keypads problem ,he said we dont know and we cant help it i said repair t its your fault he said we dont know when we can give back to you may three weeks or so ,he was rude and it wa a harresment cause to me ,i was so annoyed then thought of filling a complaint and hope for a positive response the .i told my friends and relative about the incident and advised them not buy a nokia or u wil face just harrasnment.kindly contact me asap my mobile number is [protected].

Nokia — hanging of E-72 mobile set
Dear Sir,I take the apportunity to inform you that I had bought E-72 nokia model on 13th June 2010 ie. just two months back. This set has been giving frequent problem. Yesterday all of a sudden the set got hanged and the set was not even getting switched off. Immediately I had to rush to nokia custmer carecenter noida and the complain was loged. In presence of nokia custermer care official the screen of the set went black. The set has been rectifiied but I have been asked not to use e-mail etc. As such I am not able to use the set to its full function.
In vew of above the company should be directed to replce the set immediately and companset the loss of data.
