I have purchased new nokia C5-00 on[protected] .but on 10-10-10 set become completely dead automatically.I have submitted it at nokia care centre jabalpur[sapna telecom].I am harrased that such a reputed company product has this type of result. i boought anokia c5 mobile from bangalore .after purchasing the sim card is not fixing as a result it shows the phone is swiched off. the sim card is loose and not getting conact. kindly advise where can i get repaired at pune

if the phone is in warranty...1 year from the date of purchase(i think) u can get a new handset from nokia. My c5 was suddenly dead wen nokia care people were updating the software.They got me a new c5 handset replaced in 7 days.
