To, senior manager of consumer forum, respected sir, myself varun s. sontakke had perchased a nokia 5310 express music mobilephone on 08/05/08.and warranty period is of 6 months i.e. upto 08/11/08. the problem is that its vidio quality is not as per 2 megapixel power also its image capturing quality is not satisfactory.and mobile cost 9000/-Rs. the phones IMEI NO is [protected]. so please replace my phone with new same model with no problems. myself kardile prashant bhausaheb .i purchase new nokia handset at 16th nov 2008 ie., 3600 slide in between two and half month the handset create problem of volume and switch on/of button.so i gave my handset for replacement purpose at nokia priority in a.bad at date 31st jan 2009 .so the problem is their is no reply of company about handset until 13th feb2009.we belive on nokia name of company .poor service given by nokia .

i have a nokia 7610. two month before my mobile got wet in water, so i got it repaired.after repair it is working nicely, but after that repair whenever i switch off my mobile and again restart, it causes to deduct the amount of one sms(according to sim).
i contacted to my sim service provider(Tata Docomo).thay told that each time when you restart your phone, a message to [protected] is sent automatically and amount of one sms is dedected automatically.thay told that it is your mobile fault.
so please provide me appropriate solution.
