[Resolved]  Nokia — Mobile repairing problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to your Nokia service centre sector-7, Panchkula, Haryana for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet. My job sheet no is[protected]/080821/5 Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. But according to your SMS/website center my mobile was repaired & dispatch on 7th September 2008. But still i don't get my mobile.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre & provide me my mobile.

Nokia — Mobile repairing problem

My mobile is not working properly (Nokia-5610), I have given my mobile to Nokia center sector -7, Panchkula, Haryana India and my job sheet number is[protected]/080821/5, but still they could not return my mobile, they are not given me any information about my mobile. I can not leave without my mobile, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

So please take the necassary action for give my mobile.

gave my Nokia handset for repairing on Sep 17, 2008 in Nokia Care Centre.The address of submitted my handset is --SHRJEE ENTERPRISES, B-5 R.D.C RAJ NAGAR GHAZIABAD--. Latest Job sheet number and date of submission of the handset[protected]/080917/65.
Previous Job Sheet numbers and their respective dates of submission---Same, but till now no satisfaction is given to me.Still my hand set is in Nokia care for repairing.
They had replaced my old handset but the problem is same.its already 2months old.so telme me how much time it will take more to change my hand set.Otherwise i will take a another action against it.i am very dis satisfied by Nokia service And Nokia care centre.

I rurchased mobile Nokia E-66 EMEI No.[protected] on 26 dec 2008
on 16 jan 2009 got problem for slide and I givent to serice center @ rajkot but after 25 day it come with display problem which is not before giving to service center and now they are told that they requir more 15 days for repairing I tierd from that. I am not used my mob even one month and since one month it is in service.

Please give me quick reaponse

This is in reference to my mobile 2505 purchased from Nokia Priority Dealer - Sukhija Traders, Raja Park, Jaipur on 14/07/08, invoice no. 2156.
There was some display problem snd incoming sound problem, for which I sent this mobile to CARE ZONE ( ASC 209_433527), SODALA, JAIPUR and they registered it on 17/03/09 on customer name Mr. Vinod Kalra, my Staff member, (Job sheet No;[protected]/090317/29) and PURPOSELY memtioned - Physically damaged ans Tampered set which Mr. Vinod could not recognize before leaving from there.
He was asked to collect the set next day- 18/03/09 with the estimate of Rs. 350/- (even in in warranty period).
Some how I wanted my set to be repaired as early as possible, therefore I agreed to the same un-acceptable conditions too.
Then Vinod went there 0n 18/03/ 09, he was asked to come on 23/03/09, again on 23rd he was asked to come on 24th of the same month. I called up receptionist Ms. Swati 4-5 times since 19/03/09, she always asked me to wait for some more time, later on 24/03/09, she informed me of sending this set to DELHI for further work-up but when I contacted Mr. H. Kumar 4th time on the same day he said that my set was repaired long back and some other problem occured for that we will charged Rs.680.00 now, I was shocked but had to agree for the same. Mr. H. Kumar promised me to get my set back on 24th evening but of no avail. Then on 26th I contacted again, Ms. Swati said that set has been sent to Delhi & on the contrary Mr. Kumar said we are waiting for a part to be received from Delhi today itself and promised me to deliver in the evening.
Again I called up Mr. Kumar on 27/03/09, he tried to avoid to come on line by showing his business then I reached there he met me after one hour after sending my V. card in his chamber and in front of me only he left out of his office, I could not recognize him because never met him before, then after an hour guard asked me for whom I was waiting for? then finally I had to catch him from some other shop in the same building where he was busy in gossiping and when I reached there, he apologized dramatically for delay, and mis-communication happened till then and promised once again to deliver my set same day.
Finally, I went on 30/03/09 to meet Mr. H. Kumar, again he made me waited for 2 hours and then appeared and asked me to wait for one more day since there was IC problem, that was enough for me to understand what was happening in that centre.
Do you agree that if only IC was the problem which they recognized on 14 th day of booking the set? When I inquired form one of the CARE ZONE STAFF member ( I wont take his name ), there was no fault in my set, simply was a matter of 5 minutes job and it was Mr. H. Kumar who was actually playing the game.
Now on 30/03/09 when I asked for my set to be handed over to me in whichever the condition it was Mr. Kumar tried to convince me that set has gone to Delhi but when I showed my firm gesture, he got my set from in side & handed over to me but to my SHOK- SET WAS FURTHER DAMAGED and it was not even working as it was working before. They did not repair it in 14 days and further damaged it.
what to do with this now? Doesn't this act spoil the reputation of WORLD LEADER IN MOBILE -
"THE NOKIA". I have been using only NOKIA phones since 1997 and I love NOKIA.
I would like to conclude as per my experince - This - CARE ZONE is an UN-ORGANIZED and very very POORLY MANAGED centre filled with in-efficient staff, especially- The Manager- Mr. H. KUMAR. He started abusing when I informed him to go to consumer court, such an irresponsible person.
This is the reputation of COMMITED ( ? ) NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE.
I thought it better to inform you before going to consumer court.
Lets see, how this complaint of mine works?

Yes I agree that Nokia is towards its downfall in the field of Customer services. It's happens when people create a atmosphere of monopoly of any product or organisation.

So i will suggest please think before buying nokia product, in my openion should walk in for Samsung and Sony or other mobile instead of Nokia.

I have purchased one Nokia phone from Doha-Qatar. Now I am in India and have problem in My nokia phone display. I have original bill. I have purchased it 3 months ago. Pls suggest for replacement of display.
