Nokia 6088 is Very nice and trandy model in all, cdma multimedia range, but untill it is configured with pc or laptop. it is being a dead box.

so pls send me the cable driver or pc suit whcih can help to conect the phone with pc and transfer the files

    N72 — Handset

    I have pruchase a new N72 seal pack from the authorised dealer on 6th sept'2008. On 10th september on the morning around 10.00 am i switch the mobile. At night when i open the mobile the mobile is totally dead. When i charge the mobile there is no indication of charging.
    I hear that the nokia product is very good. after this incident on my view i think nokia deal with defective mobile.
    After all i have send my mobile to nokia care for repairing. They send my hand set to Guwahati but problem is that after repairing how i belive that next time the problem will not arise.
    should i purchase a new mobile form other company or nokia will replace my mobile with new sets if they have a provision. Other wise i have to change the hand set other company.

    I have purchased the NOKIA N72, from a authorized mobile dealer Shop (A.G. Marketing, Shibpur, Howrah on[protected]their Bill No: 32-0N-08-09). My handset I.M.E.I. No: is [protected]

    The said phone, after using only 4 months developed problems like - Hang problem, Music File not working, Database Corruption etc.

    I have taken the phone to your authorized Service center at Kolkata,

    at M/s. Infotel Services,
    26/2, Hindustan Park, Near Hindustan Park Fire Brigade, Gariahat, Kolkata – 700029 Kolkata (South).West Bengal

    E-mail: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com on 18.09.2008 and the above service center has issued a job sheet no:[protected]/080918/19 dated 18.09.08, time 11:44 A.M they have noted all the requisite problems in their job-sheet and also noted the IMEI no of my handset and given me time for delivery on 19.09.2008.

    On 19.09.08, I have gone to the service center personally and enquired and they could not give delivery on that date. Thereafter, with repetitive telephone to your call center and the service center, no one gave me any firm date of delivery.

    Ultimately, today (22.09.08), I have gone to the service center at 10:15 in the morning and presented the job sheet for delivery of the handset. They have produced me a different handset bearing No: I.M.E.I. [protected]. The set is much old and altogether discolored and wornout.

    Promptly, I refused to take delivery of the same, but your people has told that the handset which I have submitted was not repairable and hence could be replaced by this old service handset. They also threatened that if I do not take delivery of the same, they will not be able to deliver me the original handset.
    I have under compulsion taken delivery of the same and ask copies of the job sheet which they have refused to give. On persuasion, I got a Xerox copy of the job sheet and I have signed the sheet but with comments “subject to verification” and replacement of another set in place of my original one.

    The said replaced set, is complete worthless set and full of the earlier vices (getting hang again and not working). Being frustrated, I have telephoned your customer care,[protected] and talked to your customer care executive “Ms. Krishna”, who has taken a note of it and advised me to again approach the service center for repair.

    Now as a consumer I feel that:

    1. There is no iota of doubt that you are completely negligent in service.

    2. Your authorized service center befooling the customers without taking any repairing jobs.

    3. That your service center has replaced my 4 month old set by another worn-out set and compelled me to accept the same which is purported to be an untrustworthy act beyond your authority and jurisdiction.

    4. The above-replaced set is also not working. It is another deceitful act.

    5. My valuable time is wasted for approach and repetitive approach to your service center.

    6. I completely make you people responsible for all this harassment. I want to get back my original handset bearing original IMEI duly repaired or a new handset or refund back of money towards the cost of my hand set for Rs. 7625/-.

    My hand set is not working within 4 days of purchase. i have send my hand set to nokia care dibrugarh. After a week pass i dont no whether my hend set will replace or repaire.       Nokia — Light IC is failed as per the shop people

      My Nokia mobile model 1112 type: RH -93.Since i have been
      checking with Nokia priority shop situated at Arya Gowda
      road, west mambalam, Chennai for the proper service, i am always
      getting a reply stating that they are not getting the supply
      of light IC.I have visited the shop for thrice so far and
      waiting for their call to rectify my problem.

      Will this message will give me any sort of possible solvation in this subject?

      This is for your kind attention; I am a Nokia n82 user and really love this phone because of its features. But since the time I have bought this handset I’ve been facing some problems or the other.

      Like,
      1. Like from day 1 my Ambi Light does not blink neither in Dark nor in Light. I had reported this problem with the Nokia Care Centre, but still did not work and till this date they are trying to convince me that this is not supposed to blink.
      2. From day 1 by battery did not used to last for more than 30mins, but it got replaced and I received my handset after 15days.
      3. After 2months my Vibrator stopped working, again I submitted my handset to Nokia Care Centre, And then I received my handset after a month. But now my KeyPad was not properly assembled and on asking the technician to set it right, he told me that they cannot do anything about it. But still my Ambi Light was not working, My vibrator was working fine.
      4. And now a month after the repairing, again my Vibrator again is not working.

      All I want to know is that what am I as a dissatisfied/disappointed/helpless customer supposed to do, because after talking to Nokia helpline for numerous times my problems are still not resolved.

      Because I really am very sick and tired of complaining and visiting Nokia Care Centre, this thing is really disturbing, because my work is suffering and so is my peace of mind is disturbed.

      It’s like out of the 6months from the date I bought this phone 2months it was with NOKIA only for some problem or the other.

      And this is not done, enough is enough, and I want my Handset to be replaced, I am not submitting to the Nokia Care Centre anymore. I did not buy this phone to visit Nokia Care Centre over and over again.

      Hope you can understand my problem and what I am going through. Because in today’s time Cellphone is integral part of life.

      This is the refrence to the job sheet no.[protected]/090302/29 dated 02.03.2009 given by your Gulati Communication to me.

      I visited your shop on 2nd march 2009 to repair my Nokia - 3600 slide. Your engineer told me that they couldn't find any problem in my set so they have to send it to the workshop L-3 whatever it is. I agreed and then they gave me the jobsheet and also told me that it will take 7 to 10- days so that you can collect the ph. on 12th march 2009. i also asked them for a alternate set but they refused by saying that it is not in their routine to provide this facitity. As you know that in today's life how much it is naccessary to have a mobile ph. Today 13.02.2009 i went to collect my set, they told me that they can't give the phone they also gave me in written.They didn't even called me that your ph. has not been repaired yet so you don't come to collect it.

      Mr. Gulati, my husband and son are suffering from high jaundice so i cannot afford to leave them and come to your office again and again.

      nokia6100purchased from the telecom company g-21 marina Arcade outer circle connaught circus newdelhi 110001 [protected] on30.5.2008. IMEI no[protected] first submission to nokia care bhagat sing market Newdelhi on 3.6.2008 again to dealer on 16.6.2008 for repairs Iwas given set after more than amonth. The dealer might have sent to HQ the date & no of comlaint not available. Set was again submitted on 16.4.2009 for repair job sheet no[protected]/090416/35 till date status is NOTREPAIRED THE history of the set needs examinationas NOKIA product confirm to 6 sigma of zero defect during manufacturing. The inconvinneance caused to me for not allowing usage of NEW mobile purchased by me due to frequent breakdowns. We appreciate to respond to alarge consumers however reuld expect concern and response for set owner like me who are of 65 years aset for effective communication and have to borrow an old set from frinds to continue my mobile.or purchase a new set as spare set.       Hi, i have Nokia 5610xpresmusic i bought it 10oct-2008 but after 3month latter it occure a problems then i went to nokia care at kurukshetra N.care centr they solve it but again same problem has arrived again i went to care centre i spent my more time there in quee or long line, and i also missed my LL.b classes, lot's of time i bunk my office only for this problem of cell phone.Nokia care centre person are not coperative with customer i m facing Finacialy, Physically&Mantely problems.who will responsible for that u people are not proveding accurate services to ur customer.plz solve my querry my cell phone is under warranty.I'm still waiting ur reply.

      This is regarding my nokia hand set N-95, which has got faulty and already sent for repair at mincronas noida sect-2, they have forwarded my set to another unit of yours on 13/07/09 as the they cannot repair the fault. my complaint is this why your handsets are getting faulty within few months of purchase, (my one more set E-65 was also got faulty) you can check with your records. And when I am constantly mailing and calling that I require that set on urgent basis so repair it as early as possible and return it to me. what is the use of purchasing costly sets under the big name banner of nokia, when you cannot provide the proper services to the customers. one more thing both the times I asked for the service handset (standby) till my own handset gets repaired. but of no use.

      To be really true it is frustrating that your communication gets down, because of the faulty handset or you purchase 2-3 costly sets for these emergencies.

      kindly get back and try to improve your technology and more of your customer support.

      i have 1202 hanged 5th time purchased from last 1 1/2 months only
      Dear Nokia Care

      I bought your 5610d model a year back. After 3 months the On/Off switch was found having hair line crack.When approached at Coimbatore(Tamilnadu) Shri mobile Care
      the person at centre said I dropped it and hence crack.When I insisted not dropped and asked him to prove when no damages at Phone outside edges how he confirms it was dropped, he failed to expalin and adamant on to pay for repair.
      I paid and got it repired.

      Now In Nov 09 last week same ON/OFF key was not working and when approahed the Shri Mobiles centre at new premiises[protected] the person said warranty is over by 2 days and I hv to pay Rs 1500/= for repairing it.
      When I requested briefing the problamatic nature of this perticular model(even in ur website lot of persons complaints about this model and same switch) to consider on free service they flatly refused.I returned.

      Then I thought paying Rs 12000/= for a phone why to waste it, again I approached for repir on payable basis on 3rd Dec09 (after a week). I was told it will take 10 days.
      When I asked on 14th Dec reply came from Mr.Gnaanprakash that it will take another 10 days. I lost my cool and asked him why such poor service (phones rae purchased for daily use and not to keep in cold storage) and when Nokia sells in laks why cant they afford to keep such problamatic cell phones spares, knowingly well the required spares.

      His reply was just casual stating that I damaged it. I told him "you r talking to a officer that too blaming that it failed because of me. I can prove How many my friends condemed it this particular model 5610 because of faulty nature".
      When a customer agreed to pay why he should make such statement that we delibrately spolied (it is our property).

      Then I called 2 times ur Nokia Toll Free No and registered this COMPLAINT AND ASKED FOR IMMEDIATE RETURN OF REPAIRED MOBILE AS WELL AT FREE OF CHARGES.

      They agreed to pass on the complaint and some one will revert to me.
      But surprised no calls from anyone so far.

      I bought so far many Nokia cell phones, but most of them have typical problem like weak battery/weak speaker phone. So may times I visited this ur above dealer.
      Their attitude is always blame customer and make money for Nokia and themselves.

      Many customers of coimbatore i[censored] make a survey they will first blame this Nokia attitude and No option but to go for Nokia-If time comes a better cell phone maker with good after sales comes Nokia will face toughtime.

      Really my experiance so for with Nokia is HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE.

      nokia 5220 music express mobile phone — non assistance for repairing the mobile

      myself gaurav kumar gupta,resident of c-6/345, yamuna vihar delhi-53. i had purchased a mobile from pantaloon's one mobile shop in our locality on 02/04/2009. for the past few days i encountered a problem with my handset that it get hanged during some operations,and after 26/02/2010 it got switched off. when i started the mobile it only shows nokia brand name and again got switched off.on 02/03/2010 i approached nokia care center at laxmi nagar and loged my complaint, they checked from thier system and told me that the on-line warranty has expired on 11/11/2009 and for repairing i will have to pay. after thisi visited the nokia site, and the manaual accompanied with the handset, there i read the warranty statement which goes like that- "THE WARRNTY PERIOD STARTS AT THE TIME OF PRODUCT's ORIGINAL PURCHASE BY THE FIRST END USER." it showsthat my mobile handset is in warranty and they have to repair it, but they refused to do that. in this case pantaloon's one mobile store is also on the fault side as they sold me an older product with less warrranty. i also approached the one mobile store at big bazar in edm malll delhi, but they also not cooperating me. i just want an actino against both the manufacturer- NOIKIA, and the dealer - ONE MOBILE.

Devaraja Urs Road, Mysore Vide bill No.UKA.604951 ON 21/Mar/2010.But on 05/10/2010.the key board 5201, 789 not worked.Hence I contact the above seller where I am purchased the handset to setright.         Dear Sir

        I was a user of nokia N81 handset made by nokia. My handset was a genuine one purchased from a registered nokia outlet based at chandigarh Sector-17 and it cost me Rs.14700/-. One day i lost my phone somewhere in ludhiana city as it slipped out of my pocket. My handset was picked up by someone else he inserted his own SIM in that and my SIM was thrown away by him or may be simply not used anymore. i got my SIM blocked by Airtel so that the person who picked my cell cannot use it. Then i went to nokia care centre at ludhiana at fountain chowk i told them the whole story but they said they cannot do anything about it as they have got no mechanism to trace that mobile. it was a total shock for me as i had purchased my mobile just two months before that happened. i lost Rs. 15000/- just in a moment. it is a shame that nokia make lot of costlier handset but cannot trace them and give their customers any satisfactory feeling. i have got the IMEI no of my cell + proper bills of my purchase to authenticate that i was the proud owner of that handset. but Nokia has let me down and lot of others who's hansets are stolen or get misplaced as the actual owner has to suffer and the theives or the persons who pick them use those phones at their will without spending even a penny. Can nokia Trace my mobile? I have got full information about my cell if they want i can give them. i have also lodged a complaint in police station regarding this if nokia cannot trace the mobiles than they should not cell these mobiles like this and let their customers down. they must have to make some mechanism so that the mobiles made by them can be traced from anywhere and the mechanism should be activated right at the time when a person buy any mobile from nokia.

          Nokia N70 Music Edition phone was just 6 months old. I am using the vibrator "ON" for call alert. Howerver suddenly the vibrator mode did not stop even the incoming call is answered. Ultimately I need to switch the mobile and still vibrator mode was on and I felt the vibrator and sound. Then I removed the battery and re activated the mobile with the vibrator option "off". I fail to understand why this costly phone, within a matter of 6 months mal functions. Can any body suggest remedy or this need to be addressed to the service centre of NOKIA - India (Chennai South) only.

            We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-Re:- Replacement of Nokia 5220 XPRESS MUSIC IMIE 35366 [protected]
            noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The SPEAKER has absoultaly stopped working just with in 2-3 days of purchase. Then after i went at nokia care at pali situted in rajasthan from the same place i have purchased the set. but when i asked them for repairment of speaker they said that they dont have require accessiores. And they told us to take this set to mumbai nokia care for repairing which i did but let me know what kind of pathatic service. when i reached mumbai nokia care the same story happend even mumbai nokia care dont have any accessory. and they told me that they will provide accesory with in 15 days.but since more than 15 days have passed still the mumbai nokia care have any accesory with them. my set is still lying with mumbai nokia care.

            now i want total replacement of set as the set is under warrenty period.

            please do the needful urgently and confirm with the same on my mobile no.[protected]

            repeatedly i call shreejee enterprises B-5 RDC, raj nagar, ghaziabad(u.p.) but no reponse those people give and just say that part s not avaialable, my job sheet no. is[protected]/081104/15

            Nokia 5220 Music Express — i am not satisfied with their service very very poor service

            The nokia customer care of R.S Tower in hall bazar of Amritsar they give us very bad service. Last week i went their to change the ringer of my cell but they told me the ringer of that phone are finished and make excuses like the ringers are out of stock and told me you will come after 5 or 6 day. But i know they sell all thing like these small spare parts of company in market and disturd us.They earn money from outside. At that time i was hurry to change my cell ringer then i went to jonson market which is also situated in Hall Bazar and brought dublicate ringers and then changed them myself because next day i was going to out of the town and i need my cell . But i am also gave blame to nokia companny that the nokia 5220 music express ringers are stop working after 16 days of purcasing the cell. what is this it means the company also use bad quality products and make us fool. we buy them in heavy cost. This is not good for company. Next time i does not brought this type of company products.

Then after i went at nokia care at Madurai nokia care center situted in Madurai from the same place i have purchased the set. It porcesses the images very slow and set itself is very slow..and battery backup is very bad when asked for the reason they said that i[censored] update the software it will work fine. After one week of software update again a new problem was there i.e when i wanted to use calculater i was not able to one it as it showed application not found...Again i went to the same nokia care center, they told me that the software might have been corrupted... i[censored] updated it will work properly...But I am very unhappy with set as it is not up to my satisfaction.. I would kindly request u to look into this matter and help me to get replacment of new set of different modle I am ready to send some more amount and get the other good mobile.               Dear Sir/Madam
              I have given my nokia 5200 mobile phone(imei no.[protected]) for service to mobile Clinic, Shop No. 4 green mart complex, Nr Dera Sat Kartar, Basant Chowk jalandhar Punjab on 18th august 2008, job sheet no.[protected]/080818/44.
              Since last one and half month they running me to their shop for getting y phone.now they r saying that that they will replace my handset with old(used) handset .if I refuse to take that used handset they give me alternate days again and again.their behaviour was so rude .they don’t know how to speak with customer. They said do wt ever you want, you have to accept used handset. I was shocked with the behaviour and also the inexperienced nokia staff who cannot repair my phone. When they cant repair the product they are selling, they dont have the right to sell the product.They are just fooling the customers. I m requesting u either to return my handset or exchange my handset with new set.

              I become very tired to run here and there if certain action is not taken by you, I have to go in Consumer court for my consumer right.
              Please Take action against them and solve my problem as early as possible.

              nokia mobile 5200 — not getting service/exchange

              i have purchased a mobile set Nokia model no 5200 IMEI no. [protected] from your recognised dealer STAR ELECTRONICS at BALRAMPUR(UP) on 12 th may 08 . It is giving me trouble since the date of purchase. on 24 july i gave it to dealer for either exchange or proper repair and on 20 Aug they returned me the set in the same condition without any repair

After one week no response from them. I approached them again today and they say they will send to me back phone as it is. I wanted to replace the set with a new hand set.                   Inefficiency of the Nokia Care Kormangala, Bangalore.

                  At this moment I am left thinking what should I do now with my mobile set Nokia 6500-s that I bought just in June 08.

                  The handset slipped from my hand one month after I bought the set as a result there were 3-4 small black lines on the screen which were not effecting the performance of the cell in any way so I did not give it to Nokia care for repair as I didn’t wanted to part with my new cell for long. Around one month later from the incident after I had transferred some images through Bluetooth my cell turned off and on turning it on it stayed on the initial blue screen, so I had to take off the battery in order to switch it off.

                  I gave it to Nokia Care Kormangala, Bangalore for repairing, they saw those lines on the screen and said first they will repair the screen which will cost me Rs 1800/- and then they will reinstall the S/W, I kept following up with them they said the screen part is not available so it will take some time. After 20 days when we went to Nokia care kormangala they said they have changed the screen and will install the S/W and asked us to wait.

                  After 15-20 mins we were informed that since S/W upgradation will take time hence we should come after 3 days .When we went the next time we were told that there was a problem in the motherboard and the set is irreparable…

                  From the job sheet they smartly cut of “that the phone was restarting /rebooting “that was mentioned earlier and gave us back our cell.

                  On consulting with the manager of Nokia care Kormangala “Varsha “, she flatly told us that she will not do anything we could go ahead and do whatever we want, as while submitting the set we had signed a paper which said something like this “In physical damaged cases, the cell might also go dead while repairing” so this is how a working cell has been turned completely dead by Nokia service center (Care) proudly and without any regrets.

                  My mobil phone was missing from one month(23/9/2008)already i was put complint to the police station
                  but still it's going on so i will get my phone serial no pls lock the same EMI [protected]

                  I took my Nokia 5610 to Gandhi Bazar outlet. I was informed that, i will get my phone back in 2 days. I was also informed about the service charge of Rs:1500/-.

                  I had problem locking my keypad and video recording. They kept my phone for 7 days and returned it back to me saying it cannot be fixed. Moreover I got back a completely dead phone and now I am unable to switch my phone on.

                  They had no regrets to say that phone cannot be repaired they also did not felt ashamed to ask me pay Rs.56.00 service charge..I curse them a lot...
                  DONT DARE TO STEP IN to Nokia Care Center @ Malleshwaram

                  People who work here are illiterate and careless people.
                  Pls request you all not to enter this service center, it is the most bad and worst experience i have ever had with any service of any product.
                  People here are totally unaware of the complaint/problem we go with. They just give same answer to very body and saying software problem and the amount they charge is very HIGH. They dont stick on to time lines/ dead lines given by them itself and they answer " THERE is NO POINT IN ARGUING HERE" !!!
                  The same is the experience with my friends and relatives too who have visited this Center.
                  you see customers always fighting with those guys for overcharging/no delivering on time/ no answering the people/ not understanding the problem/
                  they change teh mobile if it is new one.
                  I am Shocked, , , , then to whom should we address such Concerns?????????
                  MY request you to all is NOT TO STEP in to such SERVICE CENTERS

                  I took N 79 for repair which used to restart. First they told me it is water logged and said it wont be covered with warranty and you have to pay Rs 350/-. In fact i had never allowed my set to get wet once also. After 3 days they told that mother-board is dead and you have to pay 1900/-

                  and after 15 days they said this set cannot be repaired.

                  NOKIA CARE @ KORAMANGALA 5TH BLK SERVICE IS VERY GOOD
                  I am not writing this referring to any one care centre. Currently I have given my Nokia 6210 Navigator to repair. Care centre technical guys are still in the process of looking at the handset and tropubleshooting since from a week. Of course they have informed me that it may take aroud a week, and thats OK.
                  Now when I called them to check whether set is ready ...Got an answer from them that they are still looking for a LCD of 6210 so that they can check the problem. My set had a problem of getting a blank display whenever I slide in / out. otherwiese cell was working fine.
                  I had puirchased this set for 15K almost 15 months back.
                  Now my question is that does Nokia care about their customers ? because they do not have accessories to provide for their own care centres then what if I want to repair it outside or on my own ?
                  It is a superfast trend where in we want the issues to be fixed very fast.
                  So to repair a handset I need to wait for a week and even after that no result?
                  What is the reason for this ? set is expensive, I paid 15k for the set and I cant throw it.
                  Design of the set is so pathetic ...i didnt dare to open the screws..they were almost jammed.
                  Today i went to just clean my screen as there were some small dust which got stuck between display and front panel screen..
                  the senior technician at Nokia care koramangala told me i need to replace the whole display and the front panel as there are scratches there and the total cost will be 2000 RS.. May be he thought i was an uneducated fellow who has never seen what a school is from birth or I have reached some place in moon(i.e. nokia care Koramangla) where "nokia" mobiles are alien technology and people dont know anything about it ..
                  I simply asked him how will he replace my front panel, he told me the process . I told him to do the same but clean the dust off and refix and give it back to me.. He was ashamed as he was caught. He didnt face me but kept giving some unrelated comments etc...
                  These guys are so much money minded.. i hope Nokia - India is taking note of such situations The brand NOKIA is getting spoiled by such foolish people.
                  Please bear in mind this was the senior technician who was dealing with me to get some good money. Similar to how some crook doctor takes the kidney out of a patient who came to the hospital for the treatment of common cold.

                  As a educated consumer i was saved but there many people who dont know much about mobiles and fall prey to such tactics.

                  I hope some gaurdian angel looking at all this and has a solution to this.

                    sir i am fed up from nokia phones and nokia care people in ludhiana. i have bought new niokia n78 after a month the left side ringer stop working . ireached the nokia care krishna mandir branch model town and tell them about the problem they told me you set will be forwarded to chandigarh for repairs and it will take 15 days and one mont is almost over and told me to wait for more couple of weeks...what is this bull .. my phone model is Nokia N78 and job sheet number is[protected]/080913/36... kindly do take some action and replace my phone... one when ever you will try their landline it will be busy all the time... thanks

                    I gave my N78 Mobile handset to M/s Alpha Electronics, Tuticorin to ATTEND not working complaint. Initially it was told it will be repaired at Rs. 300/- and later they made estimate to Rs. 4500/- and I was not intimated about this revised estimate and delivery schedule, eventhough they have collected my contact phone number. They intimated about increased estimate, only after I contacted them. They are also not interested to give satisfactory information about possible causes of repair. They also did not bother to collect information about usage of phone to get to nature of fault. PLEASE TELL THEM IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT, LET THEM NOT COLLECT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IN THEIR JOB SHEET.
                    EVENAFTER THE DELIVERY DATE THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME EITHER BY PHONE OR BY POST ABOUT THE STATUS OF REPAIR PROGRESS. When checked in net address www.namscareonline.com, it was only having information that "sent to L3". What is L3, I do not understand. Net interaction is not customer friendly. My SMS query to 55555 is still to be answered.
                    I never expected such a service from a Japanese reputed company.
                    For your kind information, please let me know, whether the phone will be damaged if we take frequent photos from Television from close ranges or continuous charging the battery evenafter the battery full charger.                       I'm using nokia 3110c from past 3 months and first time i faced the problem of music player i.e when i update music player it updates/restarts after that.Alternatively i could find in google that many users are facing the same problem.I also email nokia people, no answer from them still.I wonder? Also i took my phone to nokia care and updated my phone software, still im facing same problem, however i tried every solution people gave me when i surfed through google.but still no use.I'm surprised to know that the web page of nokia has not updated their PC software.It still says some 5.0 version, where in i[censored] take ur mobile to nokia care, they update the software...and they too said we are helpless.

                      Sir, I have purchase NOKIA 3110c, 4 months ago. I faces lots of problem. To solve my problem i go to NOKIA CARE CENTER. But they don't give positive response. They only makes customer fool. Behalf of software updation they only keep the mobile 1-2hr and then after returned to me. And my problem remain same. For the same problem i visited 3 Nokia care centre. The location are given below:

                      I have a problem in transferring data from my PC to nokia 3110c handset. i get an error message "failed to upload file". When i transfer file from my pc to handset memory there is no problem at all, but when i transfer file to memory card it gives me the above message which indicates that there is some problem with the memory card.                       You are right. I too purchased a Nokia 3110C in June and within 2 months the keypad is not working. Mobile gets switched off automatically and restarts often from a blank white screen. I had to run up and down to Nokia Service Centre and finally left my mobile with them on the third time for nearly a month (they said they are sending the mobile to Nokia company itself as they were not able to repair it locally) before they got it repaired that too after I informed them about my plan to file a complaint in consumer court. Nokia 3110C really SUCKS and the Service Centres are the WORST

                              I purchased Nokia Handset model N95 from your authorized dealer Nokia Gallery, sec-17, Chandigarh. In July this year, my handset developed a serious problem i.e. the screen went completely blank. To get it repaired, I deposited it at Nokia Care Center, Kamla Enterprises, Hisar, Haryana in August, 2008. I was assured that the problem could be rectified & the handset was returned to me within 2 weeks. However, the very next day the set showed the same problem (blank display). I deposited the set again on the same day, & I was promised that it would be returned in perfect working condition in a month’s time.

                              As of today, it has been more than 2 months since my handset was given for repair, but neither am I aware of the status of my complaint, nor the staff at your Customer care is able to inform me about its condition. Whenever I visit them or call them up, I get vague replies that the set is in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Noida; it has developed major faults, etc. The staff itself has no clue what is the position or the status of my handset. Today they told me is that the cell has been repaired & i will receive it shortly. however, the person in charge at Nokia refuses to commit anything in writing as to whether the phone will be repaired, or by what date i will get my handset back. I am highly annoyed at this lack of both interest & responsibility shown by your staff. After spending a huge amount on the handset, the least I can expect is full value for my money & prompt service. But instead, all I am getting is false promises & irritation from your side. This is certainly not expected of a Multi-National, Multi-billion dollar company like Nokia. If my handset is repaired then why am i not being informed, or getting it back? I have lost my patience as well as confidence in your services. At least i should know when i will get my handset in perfect workig condition, or if the problem is deemed irreparable, then the handset should be replaced, as it was still in Warranty period when it was submitted for repair.

The problem is only ringer problem. for this problem i went to your authorized nokia care (i.e. Care Centre, 19-20 First Floor, Opp. Laxmi Mandir, Tonk Road, Jaipur) centre on 13th September, 2008 and i submit my handset to the service centre. Service Center ASC No. is 022_343506 and contact No. is [protected]. After the submission of my hand set they gave me a service job sheet and in this sheet my ESN / IMEI No. is [protected] and in this sheet the fault is only Alert: Ringing tone issue.The Job sheet No.[protected]/080913/95.

                                For this above mentioned details i am very surprised and shocked how will you give the service to your customer. after 23 days still i have not received my handset and positive response yet form your customer care. except this i have complained to your customer care on 29th September, 2008 and they give me the complaint No. 2-3DZC17 without any positive response. So let me know how much more days will consume for this little fault . If i went to the market and repair my set i think hardly expend only Rs.100/- and get back my set within half an hour.
                                So, please consider this problem and give me the proper reply which your authorised service center still not give to me after contacting on above mentioned mobile No. by me.
                                This is very inconvenient and i think i will never go to buy a nokia product in future.

So i requested them to give the mobile so i can divert my calls to other no [protected].They allowed me to divert my calls to other no when there was sim card in it .. after diverting the calls they took back my mobile in their custody.

                                  So i went to Wadaa depot on 5th of april , when i went to depot i was informed bt Mr Mahesh to give the documents ie ration card and xerox and also to get the sim card no . But it was not available with me that time . So i went to the Airtel gallery Bandra (w). i got the sim no from there .[protected]). I went back to Wadala next day and gave the sim no to Mr Mahesh . So when he took out the mob to check the sim no. the sim card was not there inside the mobile. I was shocked to see this as on 2 nd when i diverted my calls the sim was present in it. so where did the sim went??. i am really frusrated with all this as there are some important contacts in them. this is not the way the citizens has to be treated . till now i have not got my mob and sim card . i would really appreciate if you look into see matter as soon as possibleand reveret back

                                  I am Prajeesh Sayed Muhammed serving in IndianNavy.i have lost my mobilephone worth Rs 10000/- while travelling in Konark Express on 12 Feb 2011 from Vishakhapatnam to Lonavala (Seat No. 43 in B2 compt.). The incident occured when train reached Secunderabad junction at 1230 on 12 Feb 11. I had placed my phone for charging at seat no.47 (side lower). when i went to the washroomand came back , tha passenger who was sleeping inthat seat was not their and my phone was missing. i have complainted immediately to the CRPF personnel but they told me to place a complaint at my destination ie Lonavala. I contacted the TC who told me that the passenger of that seat get down their and his reservation was upto Secunderabed. He gave me the following data about the man on seat no 47(PNR NO[protected] , NAME - P MOHAN KRISHNA). Fom the reservation counter i came to know that he has taken E ticket from Vizag to Secunderabad.
                                  Other passenger who was sharingthat seat (RAC) in the night was SMT JANAKI, W/O Dr APPANNA. But she wasnot sitting their since morning. The man above was sleeping inthat seat since morning with the curtains clossed. so my friends sitting on seat 41 and 42 were not able to see him before he get down with the phone.

                                  I have contacted Lonavala Railway police station also. But they told me that since it is in other state they cannot do anything.
                                  Please help me.

                                    I have submitted my mobile to nokia service centre in kanpur branch last 9/8/2008 but till now I have not received any response or my my cell .
                                    dear sir/madam,

                                    i purchased my nokia 3110c phone on the month of aug 2008 from a dealer in birsinghpurpali dist umaria mp. but after 7 - 8 days its sound was not clear and good.
                                    i sent it to my dealer and he sent it to nokia care jabalpur.
                                    after 2 months he returned it to me with display problem as well.and he replaced the speaker of the phone. for these he charged rs 500.00 from me.
                                    and now the display is not good its vibrating aftr 10 sec.and the phone is having hanging problem as well.

                                      Blocking the usage of phone visa IMEI numbers is not in the hands of the service provider.

                                      Its in the hands of Assistant commissioner of police or equivalent cadre. You need to file a FIR with local police station and then need to approach Cyber crime police with the same FIR.

                                      Then your phone will be blocked.

                                        My E51 mobile is 6 months old and still in warranty period. But it have bluetooth problem and battery problem. so i went to nokia care near velachery, chennai (Blue chip,
                                        G 35 SaiKrupa Apartments, 100 Feet Taramani Road, Velachery, Chennai 600 042). they said that we'll not do bluetooth servicing and battery, go to rockey agency (also a nokia care center at chennai). i went to rokey agency (New No. 32, Thiru-vi-ka-Road, Opposite Sathyam Theatre, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014) and ask them to check my mobile. they said that there is no power today, come on tomo morning. i can't able to understand what is relation to power and checking the mobile. rockey agency people not even asking me what is the problem in mobile, not even getting mobile from hand. suddenly said come on tomo. there is worst customer care in nokia care center. but i like mu nokia E51 mobile, but your customer care is not good, not even interacting with customers. please tell me what to do to service my mobile. these all incidents happends on today (23July08). i got a appoinment through the nokia website for servicing. but nokia care centers at chennai not looking these appoinments and all.Nokia only have to suggest me, how to service my mobile?

                                        Nokia — Very poor customer service by Nokia care

                                        Hi,

                                        I'm from hyderabad-AP-India. As the radio in my Nokia N73m (IMEI No [protected]) was not functioining and it was under warranty i had given it for repair in Nokia Care at punjuagutta. they told me that i would be repaired with in a week time but after that one week they started delaying by saying that radio componenet are not available. after 15days they said my mobile phone got scrapped and i would be getting a new mobile phone. again they said it will take 15 days more to replace a new mobile again they delayed and at last they handed over me a SWAP which is a replacement, its is in avery poor state with all scratches onit and the vibration and key pad in ir are not working properly. when i took this ro the notice of service center now they are again telling me that i will get a replacement after one week, i dont know how long they will prolong this. Aftering assuring that they will give me a new mobile how can they give me a replcement piece that too which is not workig properly. i got vexed with the service of nokia care, their service is very poor. i need a new mobile as soon as possible. Please can any one help me with a solution for this

                                        We are not getting proper service in Bangalore from Nokia. Even though i have purchased Nokia premium product E71 for US$500 just 2 weeks back, i have major problem in my hand set. When i contacted Nokia they are not willing to replace the handset also said they need minimum 15days to correct that problem. As it has been diagonised as handset problem, why i need to suffer?

                                        I am thinking of going to Consumer court as well as i am thinking of publishing this in web world, if I do not get proper service in next 48 hrs..

                                        i bought a new set of nokia 3110 on 15th of march and it got some problem and i returned it on 16th and your deler at borivali west) (anupam) told me that they will replace it, and they told me that they need 15days for it what the hell is this, what i am going to do till 15.Is your service is so poor that you cant replace a set as soon as possible i dont think so, So please do me a favour, so that i cant get my set replaced soon so that i can get back to work thanking you in anticepation

                                        i am ankit kalra i have purchased nokia n81 in march and suddenly the upper keypads light got switched off then i have sent it to nokia care it take around 15 days then few daye before the upper keypad stopped working, slide became loose and then i have submitted it to nokia care in roorkee on 29 april and target date is on 15 may and i have not got it today also i am fe up with nokia phones and its services its imei no is [protected] its job sheet no is[protected]/090429/9 please take some certain steps

                                        Thankful to your team for opening a portal heeding to consumer's plight and griefs . My mother surrendered her mobile to one of the nokia care ser. centres in Bokaro, Jharkhand on account of insensitivity of keypad and battery not charging . This is with refrence to N72 model of nokia with ESN /IMEI no-[protected], job sheet no[protected]/090907/20, and vendor being Ginia care in Sec-IV . The due date is 28 th sept 2009 and job date is 09/09/2009 .Our consistent approaches to this vendor have fallen on deaf ears each time stating a new reason and keeping the delivery date deffering ahead . We are clueless to what to be done next .I hope the concerned authorities should take a call ASAP . Plz help

                                        as not even nokia thats the same problem in every brand and each and every product.there are poor services in india..nobody is doing there duty and they hv no fear.
                                        I have taken E63 3 months back, it got some problem & it was not getting on then I took it to Pune Nokia Care center near Dynashwar Paduka chowk.
                                        Service is hopeless, secondly they dont even bother to call you to tell whats the exact problem or how much it will get charge. Center Manager is not available in the center at any given time.

                                        Pls dont take your Mobiles to that Nokia care center personal advise...
                                        I too had a couple of similar experiences. Sometime back I bought an N 72 from Univercel and they sold me a faulty piece and I did not realise that, but when I went back after a couple of days they coolly said that it has watermark problem and said they cannot repair it. I wanted to file a complaint with Consumer forum but on account of paucity of time I gave it up. Recently my son bought a mobile from same Univercell and within a month it developed problems and when we went to Nokia care at Annanagar Chennai, we had the same stereotype answer stating that there is a watermark. I told that chap to give me a written report for which he refused. This time I am not going to spare these people. I have a feeling that Univercell and Nokia are hand in glove to cheat people of their hard earned money.
