[Resolved]  Nokia Care — COMPLAINT AGAINST SERVICE

i have submitted my nokia cell(6085 model) in the NOKIA CARE CENTRE, A-78, SECTOR-2, NOIDA on 08/04/2008. But i can't get any answar from the centre, when i was visited 5 times there, they say u can come after the message, but i have not received the message till 29/04/2008. Can u tell me when i got my cell.

I have purchased Nokia 6265 CDMA mobile in June, 07. From last few days I was facing problems with my handset e.g. blank display, Camera button problems. I submitted my mobile to Karnal service center ( New Shreenath Enterprises, Karnal ASC-028_434038 ) on 23rd April, 08. Today when I received mobile from service center it’s was in very bad situation. A screw on back side was broken inside & memory card cover was also not properly settled. The service guy there told me it happens in service. There very few customers who will buy expensive CDMA mobile, but if the company will not care of these customers then company will loose their business. MY Job Sheet No. is[protected]/080423/57. I leave my mobile on service center and told that guy I want my mobile in good situation. I don’t who why all Nokia Service Center's staff cant care of the customers? I ma also working in a MNC company in sales if we don’t care of our customer we will loose our business defiantly. Please look in to matter & looking forward for your reply.
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the N-70([protected]) set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Hi,

I went to Nokia Care, Near BPCL Petrol Pump, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar as one of my key in my Cell, Nokia N-91 was not working. The technician there, has reinstalled all the software and opened the whole circuitry, wiped the whole circuit with Nataraj Eraser and did something, which led to a new problem of the music keys not working(it was working fine previously) along with teh existing problem.Then they told that I need to deposit my cell at Nokia Care for at least 15 -30 days, so that they can send the call to Kolkata and repair the cell.But I wanted to take opion from some other Nokia Care Center. So I went to another Nokia Care @ Saheed Nagar and they told that it is a serious problem, which occured for mishandling of teh circuitry and I need to deposit the cell at their centre, so that they can care care of teh problem, but I was astonished to see the way they are handling teh cell phones deposited by other for servicing.

So, I have one question to the Nokia Authority, On what technical background, do you recruit people anad after recruiting, do you at all take care to train them properly, so that they can be quite capable to handle all teh proble, s of the customers, without creating any more hazards to teh cell phone.

Please do revert back and try to improve your service.

I HAVE PURCHASAE NOKIA MAKE MOBIL SET MODLE NO 3110C IMEI NUMBER [protected] ON 12TH SEP2008 VIDE BILL NO 226 DT 12.09.08 FROM share lAXMI ENTERPRISE AND SAME DAY at my residence I HAVE CHARGED TO MOBIL SET AND HEAR 2 SONGS FIND FOLLOWING PROBLEME IN MOBIL SET.
1 CHARGING/BATTERY: BATTERY OVERHEATING.
2 LOW RING TONE.
I WENT TO CARE CENTRE FOR ABOVE PROBLEM .Detail of job sheets under
1 [protected]/080916/41 dt 16.09.08 though M/S MAROO TRADING PVT LTD RETURN TO ME MOBIL SET ON 05.10.2008 WITHOUGHT SOLVE PROBLEM.
2 SECOND TIME AGAIN GIVEN MOBIL SET TO CARE CENTRE ON 06.10.08 REF JOB NO[protected]/081007/18 DT 06.10.08 THOUGHT RAMA TELECOMHE HAS RETURN MOBIL SET ON 25.10.08IN SAME CONDITION WITHOUT SOLVE PROBLEM. I also talk on phone to Mr Mukesh at your jaipur repair centre HCL and I DO REQUEST TO HCL l THAT BEFORE SENDING MOBIL SET TO UDAIPUR COMPLETE CHECK TO MOBIL SET BUT HE HAS DESPATCH MOBIL SET TO Udaipur without solve problem.
3 SAME DAY AGAIN PREPARED JOB SHEET NO 3638 DT 25.10.08 BY M/S Rama telecom and told that he will be send mobile set AT Jaipur for repairing purpose.
4 Yesterday I talk to Mr. Hari at your Bangalore office . ref complaint NO 2-3GHHRL DT 25.10.08.
Please look this issue and resolve this problem immediately because I SPENT the money RS 4435 / BUT single day we cannot use Mobil set and from date of purchase Mobil set is going repairing purpose and still defective as on date. I think that I have do mistake for purchase NOKIA Make Mobil Set. This is branded Company. Please give Mobil no of Responsible Person in NOKIA Company so that I can talk to him and solve my problem.

I have purchase a nokia n-2600 mobile vide IMEI NO-[protected] BATTERY NO:6P10122972 CHARGER NO-[protected] - INVOICE NO - 4396 DT.[protected] IN THIS CANECTION ON DT.20 .08.09 I found that my mobile is not working properly - that's why i went to the my nearest Nokia Care - AGRTALA, TRIPURA- found your care is open at 10 am give a register to customer for enter/regester their name & mobile no after that they may call us on that day /next day - we have to weat for there call hole day along with my mobile in your nokia care - what is the value of time hope know & what is the value of money - by which i have purchase the mobile- in previous time my mobile was n-72 purchase rate was Rs.12000/- become defective with in 3 month - kept by your nokia care 5/6 month then after again - basing on that in this pase i purchase low cost mobile - but service - as fer as center in concerned - time killing - totaly offended in this - brand - call - NOKIA.
