Dear Sir/Madam

Whenever I receive the mp3 file through Bluetooth (Nokia3230) it automatically save in the Inbox, when I try to move the file to other folder in gallery(Memory card) I cant find any option only one option I get i.e. myfolder in the message menu itself. So pleae guide me about how to move the file from inbox to memory card, send the reply to my mail id ([protected]@sify.com) at the earliest.

I am very sorry to complain you that I have suffered problem from Bhagalpur(Bihar) nokia care.
i have purched a nokia N70 mobile on 9th novembar'2007 from Bhagalpur(Bihar).I faced some problem in that mobile on 13th may'2008.I given it to Bhagalpur(bihar) nokia care on 14th may.It's job sheet number was[protected]/080514/11.As per nokia care engineer it was software problem only.they told me to collect the mobile on 16th may.On 16th may they told me it is not over to come on19th may.On 19th may infront of me only they attend the mobile for first time and after 15 minutes they told me"here it is not repairable, it need to send to HCL, it will take 20 days time".I taken it return back as without repair with remarks in job sheet.
After that I repaired it from Purnea(Bihar) nokia care within one hour.
Earlier also I faced same problem from bhagapur nokia care for one time.
In this position I am requesting you to take some steps against Bhagalpur(bihar)nokia care.They behaved also very very bad.

I have bought the nokia 1600 mobile on 29th october 2007 and on 25th April, the mobile was not recharging and getting switched off so on 26th april'08 my father went to Nokia care center, Green park, new delhi for repairing the mobile and nokia people gave him jobsheet no. [protected] by confirming the estimate Rs. 400/- for repairing and problem is liquid damage. They also provide new battery of that mobile and return date was 29th april'08 given by them. Till 17th may they people were telling "we are managing the part from south india." On 17th may when My father went to their nokia care centre, they returned the moblie by saying and giving the slip written on it-"this handset is found not repairable".

But on very next day i went to well known mobile repair center "SONICO" in Connaught Place. After checking he given me in written the display is broken of mobile' and with in day he repaired the mobile.

So tell me, their people given in written just "problem of liquid damage" then how can display become broken in the set, of which display was already working on depositing time at nokia care center. At first sight it proved that this fault is of their technical department and for hiding this they take so much time to decide weather it is repairable or not.

So please, i need your guidance, which type of compensation they can provide to us.

I have purchased nokia 3230 from jitendra eletronics chandigarh on 7th feb 07.
Right from the beginning i am facing problem with my nokia 3230, the problem is its screen display gets white after 30 minutes. I have send it to nokia care mobile hut meena bazar, 10- s.p marg, civil lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, pin-211001 for repairing in jan.08, but after repairing the screen display gets white in 15 minutes. I am unsatisfied with service provided by nokia.I have already make complaint to nokia but unable to get response .plz suggest me that, will my guarantee period extend or not.

Once again it is for your kind notice that, I have placed my nokia mobile GSM model no 3500 for repair in your office on 31-03-08 vide job sheet no. 11185.
A complaint in this regard already has been submitted with you dated 08-05-08, but no action has been taken since today on that complaint.
Today I again visited your Office at Bhiwani and meet with Manager Kapil ([protected]) and owner Sandeep Chopra([protected]).But they even Denied to Take Written complaint in this regard.

My nokia 5070 repair job sheet no.[protected]/080426/13 and target delivery date was 26/april/2008.(mobile is within warranty period).But till date nokia care (chandan comm.)at BRAHMAPUR, ORISSA did not returned my mobile nor they gave any standby mobile which is within company"s terms and conditions.Instead nokia care people misbehaved with me.

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased Nokia 5610 on 22nd april and had slider problem the very next day. I had gone to the Nokia care, Karve Nagar branch to get it repaired.
I was assured that I will get it back on the very next day. Till date (21st may) there are no signs of the cell coming back to me.
The best part of this Nokia care is the guy who picks up the phone... he assures you everytime that the cell will be in your hands the next day... but for your surprise tomorrow never comes !!!
Trusting the companies name, I purchased this cell assuming that I would not face any problems later. But, the worst part is I have not used my cell for one day and I am an owner of a 12K Nokia cell from the past one month.
The managers of the Nokia Care are not willing to come on phone and due to my stringent time lines in office I find it difficult to inteact face to face.
I dont know whether this complaint will help me or not, but i want every one to get aware of the fake promises of the company. I am the most unsatisfied customer of Nokia.

I have bought NOKIA mobile (Model No:3500) on 14.03.08 and found problem (Incoming and Outgoing - Not function) on 24.04.08.

I have taken it to NOKIA care on 28.04.08 and they told that it will be send to Head office for repair.

I have called on 21.05.08, person from Nokia care said there is a problem with IC and circuit and will be replaced after sending it to NOKIA manufacturing plant.

My mobile repair / Replacement is being delayed and i have not even used it completely and faced problem in mobile within 1 month of purchase.

as i had purchased the Nokia n 91 8gb from sony mony on march 21 2008 as told by the sony mony that n91 which i am buying is latest version of nokia n91
but iam shocked when i started using it problems started to increasing

1) without any reason it shows system error that means i ahve restart it by directly removing battery

2) it slow in process although its a 8 gb but even if you load a 300 mb it started to go slow for using your menu you have to wait for atleast 20 to 30 seconds

3) you cant run a gif file even if you load it will convert in to jpeg file

4) call drop percentage is high

5) camera is 2 megapixel but it worst than vga

6) if you want to process any thing even your jpeg file it will take nearly 30 to 40 seconds simaltaneously for closing that means if you want to see the picture of more than 100 mb first of it will not start even it start it takes 5 minutes

I bought a New Nokia N72 (ESN no.- [protected], prod. code[protected] Mobile Phone on 25 APRIL 2008 from HOT SPOTS RETAILS PVT. LTD. G-25/26, Agarwal Mellinenium Tower, Pitampura, New Delhi-85.

And after five days my mobile phone is going switched off mode permanently (it was working very slow, its speaker sound was very low and it got switched off permanently)
I submited the phone to Nokia Serviece Center "Ace Communication, 13 kapil vihar pitam pura delhi".
But till date i didnt recieve the mobile set.

I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre daily in a days to check the status of my report but not a single person who say the truth that what is going on, when i will recieve my phone or not.

I am without a phone for approx a month, which is a basic need for life.
Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa, and I lost Rs.10000 to Rs.12, 000 in these days, who will responsible for this.

Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced (new set), or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.

I bought a brand new nokia 6233 cell phone with one year warranty n after two days ringing sound decreased. I gave to the nokia care on 21 april n after so many visits n call i got the cell on 13 may with the same complaint.i dont kno why such a branded company is givin the worst service.in my life wont buy nokia phones n would suggest other to buy cell phones other than nokia.

I have bought a mobile yesterday from Advent Tele Cell, 78-A, Metropolitan Mall, M.G.Road, Gurgaon. The Model No is Nokia 5610 and IMEI No is: [protected] .
This phone was bought by me yesterday May 18 at around 9:30 p.m... When operating in the morning today we found problems with the phone and were asked to come to the shop to get it replaced within 24 hours.
When we reached the shop that we cannot do anything about it..once you have bought it you deal with customer care yourself and do not bother us.

Behaviour of Shop owner was extremely rude and inappropriate...I need a replacement of this [phone as I have been given a used or defective phone and It has barely been a day.

The hands free provided with that set is stop working after couple of months only.
I went to service centre but they asked to come again and again.
The hands free buttons are not working and the mic is dead.
Only i can hear voice.

Is there anyone who can help me?
I am screwed up totally .

I purchased Nokia N81 phone on 3-Apr-2008. I started facing problems with the phone within 2 weeks o[censored]sage.
1) The phone performance is really very very poor. The phone is very slow and sometimes it just hangs. I got the phone with a memory card of 2 GB and more than 1GB is free currently but still the phone is pathetically slow. The main problem i faced was that whenever i got a call and when i tried to pick it up the phone just displayed "NOT ALLOWED" and the called used to get disconnected. Sometimes the phone used to simply hang and i had to remove the battery to restart it.

2) The next problem i faced was with the display of the phone within 2 weeks of purchase. While using my phone the display just went off, i tried restarting the phone and tried everything i could but the display just didn't come. After an hour or so automatically the display came. Again the same thing happen the same day. That time i thought enough is enough and went to the customer care.

I have the following opinion regarding the customer care:-
1) They are VERY VERY RUDE. They just take everyone for granted. They speak as if they are doing some favour for us. I submitted my phone for repairs on 26-Apr-08. After 2-3 days they said 3 parts in the phone have to be replaced first is the Display chip, second one is some part in the keypad (i dont know what was it) and the third one is god knows what and they said since one part is not available it will take soetime. After 2 weeks of listening to their rubbish reasons and after much fighting (listening to their rude answers) i got a standby phone. I dont understand how come a Nokia part is not available with NOKIA for 3-4 weeks!!!

2) It is absolutely useless going to them, they solved the display issue (as of now the display is working) but they didn't solve my phone problem (The phone is still hanging, its not even 2-3 days i got my phone back). I got my phone back on 15-May-08.

All in all i would suggest if you are going for a Nokia phone and if you face any problem with the phone and you have to face their customer service then you will have the share of your pie. THEY ARE REALLY PATHETIC AND RUDE!!!
I would suggest unless their customer service improves we shouldn't purchase their phones as they are taking their customers for granted.

Since a mobile phone is an electronic instrument i am not saying it wont face any issue but if it does then they should handle it properly and not rudely. They should solve the problem if its in warranty and if it cannot be done then they should provide a replacement.
I have decided if nothing happens and they are not ready to repair my phone i will even go to the consumer court!!

I have decided one thing i would never go for a NOKIA again (atleast not the latest models) and will prefer going with SONY ERICSSON.

i buyed a nokia 6120 from kuwait few months ago, and now in kerala . one day my ear speaker of phone did't work, but at that time i am at pathanamthitta(kerala), in the service center they repaired it and rs200 charged from me.
very next day i found that lot of dust in my screen, i came back to service center and reort about, they cleaned it and again charged a rs 100 more from me.

i have been using gprs service for about one month.when i called customer care almost one month back to activate gprs on my sim to use the internet, that time i got connected to customer care easily. Now i need to deactivate that.but, when i am calling to customer care then there is nobody to talk with me.Instead of that there is a option to submitt the query.i did that but eventhough they didnot responded and now next month charge will be deducted from my balance. this is truely is bluff with the customers.

My handset has the following problems phone hanging, no battery back up. I have given it under warranty to one of my nearest nokia authorized service center but their service and response is poor. i have given it before 1 month till now there is no response.They are telling that the pin hole of charging point has some problem, but they are not ready to rectify my problem. They asked me to take back my mobile.
