Sir, I have purchased a mobile from Subiksha, ashok Nagar, Ch-83 and they refused to open the box for showing the model, colour, style and as there is no other go I have purchased as I badly need it. From 25th May aircel tower signal is not getting properly in my mobile & I checked with aircel SIM card at their office at Chinnamalai (near Saidapet Bridge) and I came to know that the SIM card is perfectly ok. I brought the unit to Nokia aruthorised service shop at T.Ngar opp to Pondy Bazaar Post Office in Deenadayalu Street and handed over I brought the same unit to Nokia aruthorised service shop on 29th May'08 at T.Nagar opp to Pondy Bazaar Post Office in Deenadayalu Street and handed over the same on 29th May'08 & they promised me to give afater retification at free of cost but when I contacted them to-day afternoon around 01.45pm they said it has not been rectified due to non-availability of spare & it will be done only fater 3 working days and told me on Wednesday it will be delivered at my residence & how I can trust their word. From 29th May'08 till this day it was rectified and how it is possible to do in another 3 days. Regarding this they gave me only oral communication for taking another 3 to 5 days.

Pl ask them to repay my purchased value in cash of Rs.5, 063/- with applicable rate of intrest alongwith a claim of Rs.25, 000/- as damages towards my mental agony as my total purpose of purchase is get defeated.

nokia 6233 problem

Nokia cellphone — warranty

D/Sir,

I was purchase Nokia 6270 December 16th 2007.
problem was (1)power doesnot off or power doesnot on.
(2) Network problem
I had been given above handset to your authorised service centre at Nagpur by name rj trade on dec.15th as on 14th was sunday.
They accepted the waranty of above handset, they asked me come after fifteen days. From that day i am takeing follow up but only i am getting answer that you will get your handset after 5days, 10days, tomorrow, dayafter tomorrow.From dec.15th i expend nearly 2000/Rs. But i didnot got it.I am suffering from last five month. Today i decided to take a correct action on nokia care who sell me the product whose costing was 17000/Rs.As well as service centre. Still i controll my patience for five days.
If necessary action is not taken within five days then i will take a action.

Nokia/cell phone — not return my mobile from 6th june

i am ankur kamboj nokia/cellphone user
there was a problem in my cell phone(3120 classic) related to display so i had to go to nokia care, muzaffar nagar on 6th june 2009, they assure me that within 10 days they return my cellphone but till date 4th july 2009 there is no response by those nokia care persons..
i had also submit 1450 rs for display while my cell phone is in the guarantee period.
what should i do please tell me
i will nether have a nokia again becase thay are rubbish they all the time the last 1 i had was the nokia 5310 xpress music the the music buttons broke the case was fallin 2 bits and the pin in the fone broke that you put the charger into when i took it 2 a nokia store they wanted £50 to fix it i got a samsung c3040 for less than that they are rubbish fones and ill nether have 1
सर, मैंने एक मोबाईल २७/६/०९ को ख़रीदा था. उसका आई . ऍम. इ आई. नंबर ३५३१८००३९७५८३१६ था. और उसके ख़राब हो जाने के कारण मैंने नोकिया केयर center, Ajmer राजस्थान, में जॉब शीत नंबर ३८४४३३५२७/०९००८/४५ दिनांक ८/९/०९ समय 18:40 को जमा करवाया था . जो की मुझे १५ दिन बाद आने का समय दिया था. उसके बाद १५ दिन के बाद भी मेरे बार- बार जाने के बावजूद आज उसे १ महीने से भी ज्यादा का समय हो गया और वहां के कर्मचारियों के पास आज तक भी कोई संतुस्ठी का जवाव ना होने के कारण सीधे आपसे संपर्क करना पड़ रहा है . अथ आपसे निवेदन है की मेरा मोबाईल जल्दी से जल्दी ठीक करावे आन्यथा नया मोबाईल दिलाने का कष्ठ करें एवं वार्रेंटी समय बढावें .!!! अन्यथा न्यायालय की शरण ली जायेगी जिसका न्यायिक छेत्र अजमेर होगा .

i purchased a new e71 from delhi kalkaji, after a week i starts giving problem like it hangs, then i took it to nearest nokia service centre, they reset the software, after 5 days it again hangs, whenever sum call come on my mobile it hangs, even i could not get the phone switch off with its switch off button, in dat case i hav to take out da battery from mobile then replace it...
this is creating a problem in my life then i take da mobile thrice in nokia care, but its giving problem again n again, jus tell me wot i should do...

I have nokia E63 mobile. I bought it 6 months before .It has a problem that is of hanging. I t hang too much and get switch OFFautomatically. I have given it to nokia care three times but they can't able to repair it.As it is in gaurantee period then also i get of problem from it.Now i a got new problem in it i.e, power doesn't switch on.So i want from you to change that set or take some neccessary step to repair it. NOKIA 5310 — Damage due to mishandling of cell

Respected Sir,
i had purchased a mobile on 2nd may 2010 from classic stores in chembur and about a week ago it had stopped working.When i went to the store to repair it they told me that as water had entered the mobile it had stopped working.So i kept my cell there and they said they would inform me about how much it would cost the other day n acordingly proceed with reparing the cell.The other day they said that it would cost me 900 Rs so i dint get it repaired n my mom went to take the cell from them to which we discovered that the cell was in a damaged condition with many dents on it,colour removed,dirt withen the screen and not properly assembled.On asking about the condition of the cell the owner said that when he had sent the cell to the service center he had proprely put it in plastic.So what should i do now?Its only three months since i have purchased the cell and i get it back in this condition.This is my E-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com.

Nokia cell Phone Model - C5 — Non Working of Mobile under Guarantee period

A NOKIA mobile Model C5 instrument was purchased by me 0n 13.10.2010 from M/s ELECTROVISION, Udaipur vide Cash Memo NO.3529 dated 13.10.2010 with details as under:
EMEI No. - [protected], Battery No.- 0670555, Charger No. – 0675464
Suddenly on 30.11.10, outgoing and incoming calls got stopped i.e. no ring was coming or going. After sometime it showed the message PHONE START UP FAILED CONTACT RETAILER
The matter was reported to M/s Electrovision who directed to contact your authorized Nokia service centre at Udaipur. The instrument is handed over to NOKIA vide details as under:
Service Job Sheet No. –[protected]/10113040/41 dated 30.11.10, Time 14:32.
The target delivery date was 30.11.10 but they asked to contact on 01.12.10. On aforesaid date it was told that the servicing may take further 10 days as there is hardware problem in the instrument. The telephone number of service centre given is also not responding & they have not shown any courtesy to intimate the status over telephone/mobile.
NOKIA being a reputed company which is not expected to take so much time of 10 days further the instrument of the company like NOKIA with best quality control practices is not expected to show such problem in such a short span of 48 day after purchase.
May please arrange to replace the instrument at the earliest as I am proceeding abroad on 05.12.10.
sir, i have purchased nokia X3-00 on 14 aug 2010 from mobile store civil lines allahabad.The day on which i purchased the cell since then it had a problem of getting hanged and keys were not properly working in it.So i gave it to the Nokia care Set by you in Civil lines thrice but they are unable to rectify anything either they are making the things worse for me.At present my cellphone has lost its display also and nothing can be done with it .It is lying as a dummy set at that very Nokia care.Now i am fedup of running behind it and would not to have the set again as already my set has been mishandled alot.
I want my set to be exchanged with immediate effect as am plaining to move to the consumer cell now.Kindly do the above mentioned as soon as possible...it will really be appreciated...

I purchased Nokia Model -X2, product code-0595283 from a Nokia outlet at Burdwan West bengal on 18.01.2011.
Few day back above said mobile give some sound trouble and I gone to Nokia care for repaire vide job sheet no110422/26 dtd 22.04.11and handover my phone
to Nokia care.They told me that it will take 10 days for repair.Here is my question why they required this much time to repaire my mobile.I sense some other things may be happened with my mobile.

So kindly look this matter.

My Nokia C7 which is a month old has problems from day one.
1. No network
2. Phone will restart
3. SIM card registration failed
4. Not reachable ... even when i dial my own number from a land line...
I had never used any other phone other than Nokia but now the trust on Nokia has shattered. Will never advice / recommend anyone to buy Nokia phones...

Next when i went to service centre
1. Very bad customer service
2. No alternate handset
3. Now the phone has to be sent to Noida for repair. (again bad way to handle a customer by Mr.Salman - CMH Road, Bangalore)

I do not understand, why i should use a phone which goes to repair in just a month's time.

I have purchased NOKIA 5230 in the month of April 18th 2011 from Ajmer, Rajsthan earlier the IMEI no. After that new one was not working properly so again went to nokia clinic and they flush it.
Now again i getting too much problem with this handset. So every time i can't go to nokia clinic. And also you discontinued this model, so kindy provide the another handset or my money back.

having noke c601 model.i have getting calls from nokia to updates mobile softfare and they are asking the emi no..so iwant to nok that, is this call is comming from nokia or else it is a fake call.and also advice weather any registration is required before iam going to nokia care.

My son Mr Sukesh is your customer and he has purchased a set ie C5-03 touch screen (EMI [protected]) from Sandesh communications Gulbarga on 7th June 2011.

Since the set was having problem reg speaker we gave the same to your service centre at Gulbarga and they repaired the same and gave it back
Now we are having one more problem. The set is getting auto switch off. Because of this we gave it to the service centre (manual job sheet no 310) for getting a new set and the service centre people assured us orally that it will be sent to Delhi. This one happened on Sept 2, 2011.
Yesterday (sep 19) I went to the Nokia care service centre (ie SLV enterprises) in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Then they gave an old set to me. After a few minutes they called my mobile number (ie[protected] and told that by error they have given the old set. Then the manager came to my office (Prajavani Kannada Daily) and handed over the real set to me. But I was surprised to see that the touch screen panel was very slow.
The attitude of service centre is very much hurting me.
The haunting questions are
1. Why the service centre has not sent the set to Delhi?
2. How the touch screen became slow? Is there a chance to change the touch screen panel and replace the same with old one?
3. When I contacted about this complaint to Bangalore the centre people were not ready to give the number of Centre head. Why Nokia is careless about their customers?

This type of attitude is hurting me. I am expecting your reply immediately. As of now (ie Oct 20/10/11) the above set is getting incorrect sound in the set (The opposite person hears the aeroplane like sound). Please give me suggestion to replace the above set. Otherwise I will go to consumer grievences forum.

I purchased nokia piece model no: C2-03 ON MAY 7TH 2012, ON JULY 25 2012 THERE IS PROBLE WITH DISPLAY I WENT TO NOKIA CUSTMER CAE AT AMERPET, HYD and told them that on display am not able to see anything and they are saying that you pressed hardly
I am saying that it touch screen when it will not move up and down we want to press little bit hard, when we use other mobile like Samsung we can use it any way even it will fall down it will work nice that means nokia manufacturing is defect they don’t know who to make touch screen product
Nokia care employees are simply saying that don’t keep in pocket don’t press that means they are saying keep in locker and they charge me 1200 rupees even those it is in warranty period
1200 is nothing to me I will escalate to public, media, new paper, friend and also go consumer court.

I had purchased a nokia c3 phone one year before.it has got a warranty for one year. before completion of the warranty period the phone showed its defects. while plug in for charge the phone shows "battery full" after removing the pin it shows "battery low" and finally it will turn off. the blue tooth headset cant be connected. i approached nokia care thrissur, kerala (ph [protected]). they agreed me to solve the issue. and extended the warranty period as per their advise. today i went to the nokia care and they informed that the mobile can't be repaired. they told that blue tooth chip is damaged and the board in the phone is damaged due to physical damage. and it can't be replace. they returned the phone by quoting the reason "not repaired tampered". a lay man can see and understand my phone is just like new and no scratches on it. i am sure that no physical damage occurred to the phone. i dont know why they are behaving like this. my request is that the warranty period is not completed and i extended for one more year. still they not ready to repair my phone. they offering paid servise. but they do not have confidence to rectify the two defects. kindly call to the office number that i have mentioned above, and advise them for proper customer service. and make necessary arrangements to rectify my phone's defect or otherwise replace my phone with a new one.

    Dear Sir

    I had jst purchased nokia 6233 last sunday i.e is 1-june- 2008 from SUBHIKSHA Store sector 27 chandigarh, india. And now i jst came to know that my cell is not reading the memory card i mean there is no option of memory card in Gallery . one of mine friend told me and i was shocked..so pls tel me what should i do? & why this type of probles comes in your handsets it will break the trust millions of nokia costumers all around the world ...so pls do the needful i will be very kind of you.

      I am in UAE i got a text massage from nokia ongoing promotions saying that i won GBP 200, 000.00 from the nokia 42nd Anniversary Draws mobile promo.I sent them an email which is([protected]@yahoo.co.uk and to call at [protected]).And he reply i am Mr.Anderson.j.Maxwell the nokia cash officer assign to winner...

      Is this true ?

      I had purchased a NOKIA 5700 RED handset with No.[protected] from REALMS(Nokia Priority Dealer), N-41, Connaught Circus, New Delhi on 28.11.2007. I had started facing problems from Jan 2008 itself but due to exisgencies at home and office, I could not handover the set for repair to the said dealer. Nevertheless I gave the set for repair on[protected] which was given back to me on[protected]. During this period I had go out of station without my handset and upon my return to New Delhi on[protected] my problems became worse. Earlier the batter used to be suddenly discharged, my voice was not heard to the caller and it used to get switched off on its own. Now the handset functioned for 3 days, with the speed of the games slowing down, and now the problem is worse that the handset does not get switched on . I had also requested the dealer to deliver me a new handset which he disagreed stating that he cannot in the absence of permisssion from Nokia Co. I am made to suffer without cell for 3 weeks and now with the absolute non-functioning, my problem became worse. kindly help in getting me a replacement with new set since my set still in warranty period and i need to be adequately compensated for absence of set with for 3 weeks during crucial period and putting me into inconvenience.

        Hi,

        I have Nokia N70 and its switch is not working. It seems to have a loose connection. As result the phone does not turn on.

        I visted the Nokia Care in Koramangala hoping they will resolve the issue. As my phone is out of warranty they asked me to pay Rs 50 towards physical inspection. I paid the money and gave the phone for physical inspection.

        After 30 minutes, they called me and told me that, they will have to replace the switch and re-install the software and all the data will be lost. I was able to understand that the switch needs be replaced, however i was not able to figure out why they have to re-install the software.

        When i questioned the center manager for the same, she responded that replacing switch alone will not solve the problem. I am not sure how did they come to this conclusion. Then i demanded them to give me their investigation in writing. Then they said well, the switch replacement may work. But if in case if does not, then they will have to reinstall the software. I demanded the report for inspecting the phone. They refused to give anything in writing.

        Though we pay charges for the inspection, we dont get anything back as a report and i am not sure if they really have qualified engineers to look into the issue.

        Now i am clueless on how to get the required information from them

        when i connect the mobile to the my computer (Windows XP) with the nokia PC suite ver: 6.83.14.1, when trying to send message from the computer it says "Unable to Send Message", why is this so, but my other mobile 6300 it is working fine with it. both are Vodafone. mine is a post paid and the other is pre paid, why is this happening so...! please revert back to me ASAP

        i did also tried reinstaling the software with another version as well, after deleting the registery files as well, the same thing persists. please give me a solution...!

            I had purchased a nokia 3110c from hotspot on 20th July 2007 but my cell started giving me problems soon after the purchase. [i.e. it started restarting on its own and went into a loop] I took my phone to Nokia care centre, ( NRI communication) at Lajpat Nagar-II for rectification of the problem. After a software update my phone was returned soon after. However, the problem persisted. And I was advised not to use my external memory card as there were chances that the memory card may have been infected with virus. Following this advise, I formatted my external memory card and didn’t use the memory card on my phone but got it checked by using it in a different instrument. The memory works fine and is not the cause of trouble.
            The problem of restarting my phone persisted and was worsened, when my phone also stopped supporting multimedia applications. Again, my phone was returned to me without any significant improvement. I was told that a software update was done and also an IC was replaced and they assured me that there would be no further problem faced.
            The problem however remained, this being the 5th time I complaining to the customer care centre, I demanded a cell replacement
            My complaint was forwarded by Ms Reema, and after keeping the cell for 15days, I was assured that I’ll get a new replaced instrument from Nokia by Ms Reema. This job sheet was made on 3rd May, 2008 on my sister’s name.
            Concerned about no communication from Nokia, I personally went to the service centre on 23rd May, 2008. Ms Karuna, informed me that no instrument was replaced, and that i had to oblige myself with another software update.

            All this has caused a severe mental harassment during my examination period. I request the senior management to kindly register my complained against the service centre for sheer negligence in handling my complaint and against the persons concerned in particular for giving incorrect information.

            I would also like to bring to your kind notice that my warranty expires in July, 2008. If the problem persists in future, I should not be charged for the solution as it is really not my fault, that my repeated complaints are ignored. I should like the authorities to replace my Nokia set with a brand new instrument.

            Recently I have purchased NOKIA 3110 Classic .Recently, I mean 2 months back.
            At the time of purchasing the phone from your dealer, I have purchased MEMORY CARD for that.

            PROBLEM :
            Phone restarts automatically when I try to copy any music files into the MEMORY CARD.
            Not only the music file, theme files also.
            I didn’t try with other files.
            When I delete some file, it works.
            And I came to known that, memory card for this model will not effect by virus .

            i purchased nokia 3110c mobile handset from srinath comm. KARNAL ( HARYANA ) in july 2007 . from the very begning the set is giving restart problem . I contact with your nokia care center karnal many times but never get any permanent solution within warranty . My warranty period is now over but the problem still exists and now nokia care centre is demanding for Rs 150/- for upgrading the software and giving warning that during upgrading my handset may get dead and they are not taking any respnsibility for that so i need a permanent solution for this problem.

            Nokia 3110c had problem in earlier versions of its software. mine one was totally resolved when I updated the software
            i also had tht type of problem so i got ans from any site tht dial *#7780# tht code will reset ur mobile to factory default and tht ws helped for me u can also try tht... and remember one thing ur phone will set to factory default tht means all the setting u have done like ur ring tone, message tone, captured image saving will be set to default...and also sorry for my poor english...

              I have purchased vide cash memo T23/31691 dt. 26.12.2007 Nokia N 70 bearing no. [protected] from Big Bazaar, Malabar Castle, M.G. Road, Trivandrum for rs. 10850/-. some two months back I noticed that pictures stored in the memory card is missing. While formatting the card, i am getting a message that memory card corrupted. This was taken to a dealer and they said the card need to be replaced and there is no free replacement for the memory card. I wonder such a costly phone is having substandard memory card? Kindly let me know what I should do to get a free replacement of the card.

              it means for the present profile the mobile is using memory card ringtones, may be wall papers
              bring back your mobile to normal mode by selecting the normal profile which uses nokia tone and default wallpapers and then try to format

              Hey Kiran Kumar, Even i was facing the same problem as unable to format my memory card. Its shows same error as "memory card: already in use". I followed your procedure like changing everything to normal mode by selecting the normal profile like nokia tone and default wallpapers and then tried formating...It really worked..THANKS KIRAN!!!

                I purchased a new Nokia battery (BL-6C) worth Rs 1450 from Hot Spot Retails Pvt Ltd from 189, Channi Complex, shop no 3. Model Town Jalandhar.

                the batt was bought on 29 Mar 08 and within one month, it has started to show reduced holding of charge. though initially i felt that it may not be true but now it is confirmed that the batt does not last 24 hrs even after full charge though the total talk time is about 1-15 min per day only.

                Nokia — Recharge not successful

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have a life-time airtel pre-paid connection ([protected]) since 2001. My validity expired on 17th Nov. 2009 and presently I am in 15 days' grace period. I have been trying to re-charge my connection since 18th Nov, 2009 through local Airtel booth. Every time they are re-charging my account a msg is being flashed back on my mobile stating - "Recharge not successful". Repeated attempts have been made in consultation with your help line and they say that 'technical upgradation is in progress & recharge would be done soon'. But my ougoing/incoming calls remain disrupted since 18th Nov, 2009. I want to continue with the above pre-paid mobile No. [protected]. Please help resolving the problem imdtly as I have an account balance of Rs.270-60.

                  One customer bought a nokia n 81 from our store (rpgcellucom) .
                  Mobile speaker is not working customer went to service centre in nokia (micro net telecom sec 27 noida raj place hukum singh ) but nokia care executive are saying to the customer sir we can, t repair this mobile dealer will exchange.Customer are shouting in my store he is saying u told me that time one year warranty from nokia care .So pls tell me what should i do.

                  Nokia N 81 — a long awaited period to repair my cell phone

                  nothing was displayed on the screen I handed over the set to nokia authorised service centre at jalandhar city. every time I phone them they never talk in a proper way and says that u enquire again after a week on wednesday. Probably they sent my set for repair to chandigarh. I had nerver thought of such a poor service by such a good name brand company. so please look in to the matter personaly and persue the matter to return my hand set at earliest possible, otherwise i will left with no alternative except to publish my compliant in leading news papers

                  i have submitted my nokia n 81 (grey) imei [protected] for repair under warrenty atnokia care point at shop no.8/9parwaze (IBM) bldng. Shankar Sheth road Pune 1.

                  date 19/05/09
                  reporting non functioning o[censored]pper keys.
                  the technician opened the phone and tried repairing it and did not succeed.
                  i was asked to leave the phone and revert back after 15 days as the connecting strip seemed faulty and the part was out of stock and had to be called for from Delhi.
                  15 days later i was told that the strip was still not available and would take some moor time.
                  25 days later i visited the centre and this time to my surprise i was told that the strip was still not available and asked me to come back a week later.
                  a week later on visiting the centre again i was informed that the phone was sent to delhi for repairs and was sent back with a note that the instrument was tampered with and the strip was not an original one.
                  so the phone will not be repaired under warrenty.
                  On questioning the management team they agreed to the mis management and promised to repair the instrument in 3 days and called me back then.
                  3 days later the instrument was still in the same state and no attention is paid to my complaint
                  till date.
                  Now i am not sure if the instrument is repaired and i am also speculative about accepting it as i am not sure whether someone has tampered with it.
                  kindly look into the complaint and suggest what i should do in such a case.
                  kindly also inform whether parts are available or not for months.

                  Nokia N 81 — Hardware problem for three times

                  I purchased n81 for 14325 rs in last september within two days hardware problem came and memorycard was not supported so i gave to care center it went delhi came after one month then also the problem was not solved then again it went delhi then it was swap then again after 8 months it gave a problem of belt then again it went delhi for 15 days and then after the warranty is over again same problem they are asking now the money for repairing what to do please advise they are asking 2000 for repairing.

                    i purchased nokia e65 from vinayaka traders, g19, elcanso complex, 10 casamajo road, chennai-08 ...on 27th dec 2007.. bearing imei no : [protected] for rs. 14250.00. after using the phone for about 3 months i started facing some software problem like the applications were not working .. no game were gettin on, widset not working instead when i wanted to start these every time net /web got on.. I complained for the same to the vendor .. vinayak traders.. in turn he gave the cell at nokia care at shop no.5, arthi chamber, 189 annasalai, chennai...vide job sheet no [protected] on 08-04-08 with warranty reference ref. no : APAINY[protected].
                    On regular follow up and wating for long time the handset got swaped on 09-05-08 bearing imei no : [protected].
                    The handset swaped and recieved did not have any games and applications on complaining for the same at the aabove nokia care the told this is what it is nor can we load the game and application rather it is chargable .
                    now on using the phone (max usage 1 to 2 hrs)the phone is in such a state the i can only dial and recieve call and cannot operate any other operations it takes more than 25 mins to check a missed call, a sms etc...
                    the problem now is it is not possible for me to afford 2 to 3 hrs going to the nokia care and getting the problem solved..

                    there is a problem in the product...

                    how should i proceed, I want my money back with compensation of the harrasment caused... since december till date i could not use the handset for 2 months...

                    Hello,

                    even after 45 days of given the hand set at nokia care at marrathilli( bangalore) there is no news when ot will get repaired.
                    i saw my hand set lying at very poor condition at one corner of that store. FYi the service sheet no is[protected]/080802/70.
                    i gave a complaint at noika care help line with the request no 2-3AV1H9 before 15 days too. but no result of that complaint till date.
                    only they are saying we will check at higher end.
                    please update me when can i get the hand set.
                    as its too late to get tahti want a replacement of that due to customer harrashment case too.

                    hence please update me about the status.

                      I have bought the Nokia 6088 CDMA mobile 4 days back and I am having hell of a problem with the mobile. Phone discharges very fast even without talking on the phone. network connection on the phone to the operator Reliance gets lost very often and the mobile keeps searching for network. I have never ever complained about a Nokia and have used several handsets of Nokia within my family. I hope Nokia is going to resolve this issue or else I will have to start a strong Anti-Nokia campaign within my family circles and spread it more.

                        I wish to brought following information in your kind notice:

                        1.I purchased Nokia Mobile Set N-70 Music Edition bearing IMEI No. [protected] and battery no. 06704003B2066 from M/s Media Net, Agartala on 11.06.2007.

                        2.I started facing problem of early discharge of battery & handed over to Nokia Care, Agartala for necessary action. After few days I was handed over back to me informing me that it has been repaired.
                        3.Again I started facing problem of early discharge & overheating and handed over to Nokia Care, Agartala on 13.02.2008 for repair. I received it back on 18.02.2008 telling me that same has been repaired.
                        4.The problem of overheating did not get resolved and I gave it back to Nokia Care, Agartala, on 01.04.2008. I was told that it is required to be sent outside Agartala for repair. I received it back on 03.06.2008. Eventually, I was without mobile for more than two months. After few minutes of receiving the mobile set on 03.06.2008 I observed that screen is blinking. I charged the battery fully. Now there is no display however power gets on.

                        Now this is a humble submission to you that I was without mobile for more than two months for no fault of mine. This set is in Warranty period. I would like to emphasize that I should not be punished for having opted to buy a Nokia set. It
                        was my firm faith and strong belief in Nokia which prompted me in deciding to opt for Nokia Set inspite of being so many choices in the market.

                        I had been facing problems & sufferings from almost a period of one year.I request to get my set replaced. The warranty & guarantee period of this set shall be expiring on 10.06.2008. The copy of the compalint & my set has been given today at local branch of Nokia Care Centre, Agartala, Tripura (west).

                        2. From 18.09.2008 onwards my set battery back up time not with stand. That is my set operating only communication mode not others application the battery indication in the display is reduced from 55Minutes.After 1Hr 09Minutes set is switched off automatically for low battery indication.ii report to Univercell Shope .He give direction to Teleport Nokia care Trichy . In the care center my set software is updated two times and battery also repleased. This work was done by care center three times (two times software updated & one time battery repleased).Still my problem not solved. Then care center send my set to company on 10.11.2008 Vide job Sheet number[protected]/081110/37 for repair works. 14.11.2008 set was received from company thro' care centre. But my problem not solved. Then approach to care centre. The care centre receive my set and send to company in the same job sheet number on 17.11.2008.I also send email to company on 25.11.2008 vide my email address [protected]@bsnl.in.Same day reply was received by email and set received from company on 05.12.2008 thro' care centre. That set is a secondhand set. I was given a handset as replacement with in the month from the date of purchase but the handset given to me is an old handset (second handset already used set)and is in worse condition .vide IMEI number [protected].But the same problem was also available in this set.( i.e. battery back up time not with stand.)Once again go to care centre tell the probelm.He was received the set and send to company on 11.12.2008.I was also send email to company on 10.12.2008.mean time I was conduct over cell phone to 3030838 and compliant booked in the reference 2-3je7bh.
                        I request change my model in the same price. If the cost is higher then the old cost, I am also ready to pay the difference of cost. Because when compare to two sets of 7500 model I was observe this model is a failure model. Hence I do not want 7500 model. Hence replace the new model one with same application and facility available in the model of 7500.
                        I need a Solution for this.

As per 1(one) year waranty period, The moblie will be dead, after Nokia care cebtre ( Namami Enterprise, Agartala) showing the mobile set . They are charge Service charge ( Rs.300) & Approx. estimate for repairing cost due to power switch broken. as per using the power switch.
                        Please advice its a geniun charge & Valid for no waranty of this items.

                          I have purchased Nokia N70 in August 2007. Since then I have faced many problems such as

                          1) Phone Memory is always full
                          2) Mobile hangs periodically
                          3) Unable to transfer the date from Phone memory to Memory Card

                          Till date I have sent my mobile 4 times for repairs at your Nokia Care, Shop No.4, Laxmi Sagar Co-op Hsg Society, Opp HDFC Bank, Under Post Office, Dombivili (East) - 421 201 but stiil my problem is unresolved.

                          Last week when I went to your Dombivili (East) Centre I was not given any proper reply from your representatives. I regret to say that service centre of Nokia is very poor while dealing with such problems (listed above). If this situation remains then probably I will have to make a switch from Nokia.

                          Your immediate response in this matter will be highly appreciated.

                          Nokia 70m — Replacement of Nokia N70 MUSIC EDITION

                          I brought N70 music edition phone on 09/12/2007 and since then i have given three times that phone for repairing for the same problem.This time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused. When i try to load softwares or mp3 songs in memory card it removes all the gallery photos and all the songs. I have already told to customer care that i am facing this problem from many times and one year is going to be done but they dont give me any satisfactory answer and simply says there is a virus problem in your device. My device has been formatted three times and i have lost my all the imp. msgs and contact and this time it is also showing me this problem and sometimes when i switch off my mobile it doesnt oen, so please take a necessary action on my complaint and before completion of one year period from the purchasing please change my nokia handset N70M.

                            I have nokia 6300. I bought it in the month of oct-07, now its screen is not working. I think there is some display problem.
                            Today I visited you noki care Janakpuri, District Centre, New Delhi. There was there person sitting and who was attending the customer. I also took a token my token sr. no. was 15, current 5 no. was attended by your care people. but they were very slow. if i gues i would have to spend my whole day till my turn comes. when I asked them to make it quickly or do it fast atleast i requested to take my cell phone and contact me over phone if you find any problem. But they refused to entertain me. they said only one solution is to wait till your turn comes. their behaviour was very rough and not acceptable, Then I had a word with the manager but he was also got the same attitude. I was handled very roughly. There behaviour was so cheap that I never expected from the nokia. So I came back. If no action is being taken from you side i will write to the consumer court.

                              I purchased the above model set from Nokia Priority dealer M/S. Pramila Agency, Jail Road, Balasore, Orissa vide their bill no. 120, dated : 19.11.2007. Now the set has no view on screen. When I send it for repairing to your service centre at station Road, balasore, they harrased me more than one month and lastly they refused to repair the above set which is under warranty period. They asked for Rs. 1200/- to repair charges. Sir tell me why will I pay ? Please take necessary action to replace the above set otherwise I will take legal action for the defect set which is lying unused and made me extra hadach for which I am loosing my business.

                                I, Parvesh Kumar Jha purchased a “NOKIA N70 Music Edition” from Tarun & Co., B-5/1, Sector-4, Rohini, Delhi-110085 on dated[protected] in Rs. 9, 900/-.



                                There is a problem in my handset, “when I receive any call (incoming/outgoing call) Loudspeaker & Music Player starts automatically.



                                I have complaint several times to our Nearest Nokia Care “Dexter’s Digtal Lab”, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi but no such action has been taken by them.



                                I purchased NOKIA with trust on it though it’s costly than other brands. But nobody will forgive this kind of customer service from NOKIA. I want to penalize NOKIA and responsible persons for the unfillable losses suffered by me. I demand NOKIA to compensate all the losses incurred to me becoz of their service and pay back the money I spent in purchasing the phone.

                                I had buy a mobile phone on 31/08/2007 but suddenly on 2 September 2008, my phone got dead (Means not starting/responding), so i went nokia priority center where ibuy that cell phone (Rajdhani Communications, Ghasidas Plaza, Amapara, Raipur) for his support but i surprised that he neglected me, this is very ridicules, after two days he told me that my executive is go to leave so we'r not able to give u your handset now, after long conversation and debates he send another person with me to authorized nokia care (Lalganga shopping mall, Raipur)where he sent my cellphone for repairing today, again i surprised that nokia care engineer tell me that it'll cost 1200/- INR for repair and it'll take two days to repair it, this is embarrassing, i think nokia wanna tell me that customer is a fool, this is mental and physical hares for me so i decided to go consumer forum for this. so i request u to take action against below two nokia centers regarding my problem if not i'll surely go to consumer forum for this matter and i have some more complain regarding nokia care center but first of all plz solve my first problem earlies

                                Nokia N70 Music Edition — Unsatisfacory service

                                I purchased Nokia N70-1 Music Edition hand set from M/S Desire Communications, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana in May 2008. At the time of purchase this shop claimed that they are dealers of the NOKIA and there will no problem with regard to after sales support.Since the very beginning the handset was beset with the following snags:
                                (a) Very poor battery back up of only a day despite moderate usage of phone.
                                (b) Auto functioning of music key during incoming call and while dialing outgoing number.
                                (c) Auto functioning of no. 4 key.
                                I initially took the phone to M/S Desire Communications who informed me that there is some problem in the phone settings. This settings was made right by them. But the problem still persisted and i again took my phone to them. This time they informed me that problem is due to software and directed me to the Nokia Care, Ludhiana where I gave my phone for software upgrade. After software upgrade Nokia care assured me that problems will be sorted out. However, the problem still persisted and i again visited Nokia care, Ludhiana and this time they carried out replacement of the battery in order to sort out problem of battery back up.
                                The problem however still persisted and I took phone to Nokia Care, Saharanpur this time in the month of Jan 09 since I am posted there. To my shock they in formed me that warranty of my handset has expired on 31 Dec 08. As mentioned I purchased this phone in May 08, thereby the warranty should have been till May 09. Citing this as an excuse they refused to take my phone under warranty repair. This is despite the fact that bill of purchase was produced.
                                During my visit to Ludhiana I visited M/S Desire Communications and told them about the problem to which they offered to get the phone repaired. They handed over the phone to Nokia care vide job sheet no.[protected] dated 09 Feb 09.
                                Ever since I have been checking the status of my phone but to no avail. Every time i am told that it will take some more time. As a result more than 01 month and 13 days have elapsed.
                                About two days back i contacted Nokia customer care, my complaint was registered as complaint no. mobile super 2 34ZY09 and i asked to contact after 48 hours. When i called after 48 hours I was informed that my handset will be delivered on 27 Mar 09.Considering delays in the past this deadline is very doubtful.
                                In the meantime my communications has suffered towards which the company is not at all concerned. This in addition to the harassment of frequent visit to dealer/nokia care and tension. I purchased this phone for Rs 10, 300 from my hard earned money. Therefore, the company must address my grievances at the earliest and return my phone after full repair or replace the set.

                                  This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it first developed problems with the keys nad was not able to use the navigation keys as well as the number keys, took it to nokia care they fixed the problem and said it would not occur again.Later it started dialling numbers on its own once the slider was operated again it was taken to the nokia care and they fixed it again, now this is the third time it developed a snag in the camera and the image fades when the flash is ON now they have kept it with them to rectify that.The demo games are also not working and is giving problems there in.
                                  I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0558083.It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at 30/28, East Patel Nagar, N.Delhi and the Job Sheet no is APAINY[protected]. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                                  Nokia — Defective Model N 81

                                  I had purchased the handset in the month of Dec 07. There was a defect in the audio quality and I had submitted the same to the servie centre of Nokia but till date I haven;t received the handset. I had written to Nokia twice about this and have provided all the requied details but still there is no satisfactory revert from there end. Its been 1 month and still they are yet to get back to me morover the behaviour of there service centre team is absolutely uncourteous and irresponsible. I have asked them for replacement as the defect has occured in the set for the second time but they have just told me that they wil revert in 24 hours but till date there is no revert. I have receivd only 1 call from there service team and to my most surprise the person was not at all aware of the issue. I would like to lodge a complaint against them for the mental harrasment and the losses I have incurred in terms of my office working hours and my money due to the non working of the handset.
                                  I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No3110) on 27th april 2008. It has a warranty for one year.

                                  Nokia N81 — Nokia Care not replacing N81

                                  I have bought a N81 phone from New Delhi on 29th March 2008. It started to create problem in keypad in May 2008 so I took it to Nokia Care, Greenpark, New Delhi-19 on 25th May 2008, there they checked it and found the keypad ic not working so asked me to come on 27th May. On 27th May, they couldn't make it to work and asked me to come on 14th June 2008.

                                  Then on 14th June, they gave me my mobile in the worst condition- with a lot of scratches and keypad look like glued by hand which still was not working perfectly so they told me that it will be replaced as it can't be repaired and asked me to take new replaced mobile on 17th June. Then on 17th June they told me that they don't have any new mobile and to come on 28th June. Then again, today 28th June, I called them and asked if they have got the phone but still they don't have any suitable answer and asked me to check on 3rd July.

                                  So, they are just making me to make rounds and rounds to their centre, I am very frustrated of their service. I tried to contact the senior authorities myself but not able to contact them.

                                  i agree with the complaint of this customer. the complaints should be addressed atleast nokia should have their complaint cell where a person can complain. i lost my N81 mobile and it is not traceable by nokia people its really a shame that a esteemed customer of nokia looses faith when he had spent a sum of Rs. 15000/- on the handset and it gets lost, never to be traced again.

                                  Nokia 6500 Slide — Keys dont work. Can't it be replaced?

                                  I bought a brand new 6500 slide a month and half before. It started having keys freeze problems from second week. Took it to Nokia Care centre and theye got it repaired after 10 days. The problem came again, had to seek repair again. This time I asked them cant it be replaced. They said no. I hoped this time it will work fine. it went so for 2 weeks, now again it has frozen. I cannot even check my calls and msgs, so am using a new phone.

                                  I want to file a complaint against these ppl, having spent 14000 on a brand new phone I have no reason to gothrough these issues. Can anyone help.

                                  Nokia N81 — problem in Music store

                                  There is a problem in my mobiles music store. I have given for repairing to Nokia Care, Park Road Lucknow, but they unable to resolve the problem and telling that it can be repaired in Head office Noida only. I want to replace my instrument, but htey are not doing so.
                                  New Nokia and care means connecting problums. Same shall be handled with carelessly.
                                  I am writing this email to express my highly disappointing experience with NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE.

                                  I have been a loyal customer of Nokia Mobile Phones since 1998, have used more than 2 dozen different NOKIA mobile phones . As a Gizmo freak, I never used 1 phone for longer than few months, and as soon as new NOKIA phone is launched, I have it! But since after sticking to “the famous N91 Music Phone” for 3 months, I started regretting than why I had chosen NOKIA!?

                                  Since the purchase of this phone, I am facing problem of slow response, blank display, hard disk problem etc and I reported this issue to Nokia CARE, (One Touch Communications). After wait of 45 minutes at NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE, I was attended. Just in few minutes my phone was return and it was assured that the problem has been rectified and this will never happen again. But to my bad luck just after 2 weeks, 2nd time I again started facing the same problem of “corrupted hard disk”. I am a music lover but since I was travelling very frequently and needed the phone badly I had to use my phone for few weeks, without music function, till I reported this again to Nokia Care, (One Touch Communications). I was attended and my phone was repaired again.

                                  But again, 3rd time in just 4days, my phone gone totally dead! I again visited NOKIA Care - One Touch Communications, and this time my phone was taken and in return a slip was given saying that “Sir we are sending this phone to NOKIA and this will take 30 days! “ I was surprised, NOKIA will take 30 days to repair my phone ?” and that too with a disappointment that “no standby phone was provided”
                                  Anyways, same day I had to buy another phone( this time not NOKIA! ). After long wait of 45 days and follow up of several phone calls, I finally got a swapped phone. When I heard that my phone is swapped, all my disappointments were gone as I misunderstood that NOKIA Care has really understood my problem and given me a Brand New N91 as replacement... but to heights of my disappointments, I was given a “really bad looking, badly used conditioned phone” when argued, the answer was “Sorry sir, we can’t help you!” Left with no choice, I accepted this, thinking that at least, the phone is working properly...But that happiness was not for long time, MY PHONE GONE DEAD 4th TIME !

                                  For a customer of NOKIA Mobile Phones, for 20 years, This is REALLY A WORST and REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIRNCE!!

                                  I am busy executive, working with a Travel Company and travelling very frequently and now I feel I really don’t have time to visit NOKIA Care – One Touch Communication again!

                                  I, as a loyal customer of Nokia from 20 years, I am looking forward to hear from NOKIA directly on my above “BAD” experiences and a satisfactory action !

                                  I hope a satisfactory action will come within 48 hours, otherwise, this frustrated customer will left with no option than escalating above issue to the higher authorities/ consumer forums and media

                                  Nokia/ Nokia N81 — Replacement of Defective handset

                                  Dear Concern

                                  I bought Nokia N81 Phone on dtd.13/03/09, which IMEI No. is 351935/03/018903/1. From the day first its images from camera is blurred and not delivering expected results, which should be supposed to delivered of 2 Mega Pixels Camera irrespective of the mode.I took it at Nokia Care in Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi., they acknowledged the problem and advised me to get updated its software & the problem will be rectified. They updated my Software, but blurredness of image is not rectified? A problem in blue tooth has occurred instead, While transferring the data via blue tooth, devices from which i share the data or do the pairing with my handset, remains in the blue tooth history i am not able to delete because the option of deleting pairing, does not appear. So called the software updation leads me again to go another Nokia care i.e. Ace Communication, Pritam pura, New Delhi. Now, I had to explain two problems, which was one earlier.

                                  The Customer care executive said that my phone is having a old version of software and that's why this problem has occurred. It needs to be updated. I was Shocked!!! Four days ago i get it updated from your Nokia Care and now again your another Nokia Care is saying it is not updated. Needs to be updated. Either of Nokia Care must have misguided me?

                                  Well Nokia care Ace Communication, again updated the software but the problem it still there. The captured images are blurred.In Nokia care Ace Communication there was a gentleman named Mr. Amit, they did acknowledge the blurred image problem. BUT didn't want to do anything regarding replacement of the Handset.

                                  Being a customer, who bought this mobile just before 15 days and from day one its images are blurred, does not want repairing of this handset, It has to be replaced with new. Because once the mobile is delivering blurred image and your Nokia care persons has also acknowledged the same, then it seem to be a manufacturing defect. An image cannot be blurred from 2 mega pixel camera. Even I have seen many Nokia phone where camera is less than 2 mega pixels but the images are very much clear irrespective of the mode whether it is day or night. why should I carry this defective set???

                                  Having acknowledged the problem, Mr. Amit does'nt want to do anything regarding replacement of the set. They have given me help line No. i.e.[protected]. At this Number i called at the same day i.e. 31Mar09 and assisted by somebody Mr. Kunal in technical problem section. having known all the incident he has given me a Reference No. i.e. 2-3WANUN and directed me to go further the same Nokia Care centre i.e. Ace Communication, show this reference No. at their and take the Work Sheet No. from them after giving the handset to them and I will get it replaced.

                                  On 02Apr, 09, I followed the same instruction but Mr. Amit refused to acknowledge the Reference No. given by Mr. Kunal at[protected] and didn't take even my handset for replacement. Again here they acknowledged the blurred image problem but felt sorry to help me.

                                  Sir, As a customer, Did i make a mistake to buy Nokia Handset and believed the company's credibility? Once the camera is delivering blurred image from day first and seems to a manufacturing defect, and your Nokia Care persons are also acknowledging the same but don't take pain to get it replaced.

                                  As a customer I have usually two options either from where I bought the handset or service centre i..e Nokia Care. Nokia care, they way they had cared me as a customer, i felt harassed.

                                  Kindly do the needful to get replaced my handset as soon as possible.

                                  They mentioned different problen in job sheet that i was not facing at all, like As per me upper speaker is not working but they mentioned something else.

                                  NOKIA N81 Mobile set — Faulty/Defective handset

                                  I am a governtment employee. I had bought a N81 Nokia Mobile Handset from Dwarka, New Delhi on October 30, 2008. The IME of the handset is [protected].It is still in the WARRANTY PERIOD.
                                  1. The handset was defective friom its inception, ie the day I bought it. The camera of the handset is not working properly. The flash mode is almost non-functional.The photographs can be clicked only in night mode. I went to the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Sector-4, DWARKA, Newdelhi. But to my dismay, the staff was totally non-cooperative. Instead of writing the actual complaint on the Service sheet, they wrote the standard complaint ( which they write for all customers, whatever the complaint might be.)They never bothered to check the mobile.
                                  2.Moreover, when I went to the seniormost official at the centre, he refused to accept that the camera was faulty. He said that the company produces such products only.
                                  3.On the top of it, they even broke my handset and when I enquired, they said that it was already broken.
                                  4. I had paid money for the change of keypad.But, they replaced my keypad with a defective one which they changed to the previous one only after a lot of altercation.
                                  I request the company to either rectify the default or change the handset.

[protected] three months back, After two weeks of buying the handset, the Camera stops working then i submitted the handset to the Nokia care centre, they delivered the handset to me after one month. Then after two weeks, the display got blank and keypad also stops working and then the handset delivered to me on 11.07.2009. And After that now the new problems arises in my handset some of them are- Auto off & Shortcut keypad lock not working and i have submitted the handset again to the Nokia care centre(Simran Electronics-65, Nehru Nagar, Agra) on 13.07.2009 .

                                  Let me also tell you one funny thing that there are more days from the day of buying in which my mobile was in nokia care centre rather than in my Hand.

                                  i am kindly requesting you to please replace my hand set because i can't tolerate this Handset anymore.

For this problem I have contacted Nokia CARE at Dakbanglow, Fraser Road Patna for rectification of faults but it bitter experiance to me about the behaviour of incharge of this NOKIA CARE.                                   I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.

                                  I agree with all the customers who had experienced the problems with nokia care, either the company should go for replacement and give the money's worth or the FICCI to pull up the company for the defective
                                  service and give the customers peace of mind, worst service from nokia care can happen only in INDIA
                                  i am also a victim of the nokia care service problems i purchase a nokia N8 mobile in the month of november 2010, till date two i had experienced the problem with the mobile it does not switch on the care centre told me they had replaced with another handset showing a different imei no. i don't think they had replaced it had again created trouble by not switching on, the onthe whole in 6 months the care centre had retained my mobile for 60 days what is the big deal in developing a smart phone with out any smartness in the mobile or the service by the company, nokia had brought this N8 to pick up the market share lost by the co. with this kind of service and problems with the handset existing market also will go.

                                    Please note that I have been forced to replace the hinge assembly of my Nokia 9500 Communicator repeatedly as it cracks quite frequently. Please note details of purchase and changes done as given below.

                                    Date: 22nd Aug'07: Service Centre - M/s. Quantum Telesys - 32 Thiru Vi Ka Road, Opposite to Satyam Theatre, Royapettah, Madras - 600014. Bill No: 340; Amount Charged: Rs.1800

                                    Date: 03rd April'08: Service Centre - M/s. Rocky Agencies (Formerly M/s. Quantum Telesys) - 32 Thiru Vi Ka Road, Opposite to Satyam Theatre, Royapettah, Madras - 600014. Bill No: 2771; Amount Charged: Rs.1800

                                    Now I have noticed that the same Hinge Assembly has developed crack and needs to be replaced !!!

                                    I would like to ask Nokia, how come the mobile needs frequent replacement of Hinge Assembly which cost Rs.1800 every few months and over a period of 1 Year 4 months after purchase, I have to shell out Rs.5400 just to replace the same part every time !!! This is ridiculous to make expensive mobile which I have bought for over Rs.24, 000/- and needs a service cost of Rs.1800 every 2 months !!!

                                    When I took the phone to the same service centre, they have asked me to replace the hinge assembly at a cost of Rs.1800 again !!! I refused and wanted to speak with their owner / boss / manager and the person says the owner is out of station always and no one can meet. Instead he gave me Nokia customer care phone number 30303838. When I called this number from landline, it has directed me to call Bangalore number by dialling[protected] !!! I dialled this Bangalore number to speak with one customer service person, who asked about my problem & asked me to go to the same Nokia Service Centre and then call from there to know what is the problem !!! ??????????????????

                                    THIS IS MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY "NOKIA" - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR, BAD / WEAK PARTS WHICH WILL CRACK OR BREAK. WHEN CUSTOMER SEEKS A REMEDY THEY SIMPLY SAY IT IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY !!!

                                    THE PHONE COST Rs.24, 000/- AND THE COST OF REPLACING "HINGE ASSEMBLY" EVERY TIME IS Rs.1800/-... WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO REPLACE THE PART 6 TIMES IN A YEAR WITH A COST OF Rs. 10, 800/- AND I HAVE TO SPEND THE COST OF PHONE IN JUST 2 YEARS TO KEEP IT WORKING IN GOOD CONDITION !!! RIDICULOUS INDEED !!!

                                    I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA E65 HANDSET FROM SANGLI DEALER ON ARIL 2007 AND IN THIS 8 MONTHS, IT WAS REPAIRED 4 TIMES BY NOKIA CARE, BUT AGAIN TODAY THERE IS SAME PROBLEM. I MAILED NOKIA AND THEY REPLIED AGAIN SEND THE HANDSET TO NOKIA CARE.
                                    COMPANY IS PLAYING A GAME OF SERVICE -SERVICE WITH ME .
                                    NOKIA IS NOT READY TO REPLCE NEW HANDSET.
                                    OUR WARRENTY WILL EXPIRED ON MARCH-2008.

                                    In these years I have almost changed around 10 Nokia mobile handsets and I have never faced any problems as such.I would like to thank Nokia for providing such good protable and user friendly handsets.There is a reason why I am saying this.
                                    I have a son who is 10 years old and he uses my mobile the way I do.The functions given by nokia are so easy that anyone can use the product easily as compared to handsets of other company’s.
                                    The latest handsets I have purchased from Nokia are 2 units of communicator 9500,one for my self and one for my nephew.It has been six months since I have purchased these handsets. The day since I have purchased these handsets myself and my nephew both are having problems with using it.
                                    1.The handset working is very slow.
                                    2.Applications take a lot time to start as compared to other Nokia handsets.
                                    3.We have not stored anything in our memory card stills the working is very slow.
                                    4.The handsets get hang at any point of time without any reason.
                                    5.No stored name appears while receiving any message.
                                    6.Old manufacturing date.
                                    7.Web browser is very slow as compared to apple”s new iphone.
                                    I have also updated the software of the handsets from your authorized service centre but the results are same.I have never in my life faced any problem while using any Nokia handsets but I am not at all satisfied with these handsets.

                                    I am already distributor for Apple I Pods,Henkel Marketing India Ltd,Schwarzkopf Professional,Camlin Ltd in Mumbai.We always taken great care about our customers satisfaction because for us customers are GOD and we have never dissatisfied our customers.
                                    Hence we request you to exchange our handsets with some other good handset like E50,N73 or any other in this range.

                                    I bought a CDMA Nokia phone - cost about 16,000Rs. Two months later the phone stopped working. This is in Trichur Kerala, and we sent the phone to Cochin service centre - Brightpoint. With great difficulty, after a month, the phone was returned, but insted of two month old phone in good condition, we got a battered phone of the same model with scrateches and a display panel which is not clear due to smudges. Brightpoint, Nokia Customer care and everybody else now claim that it is not their responsibility anymore and we have to accept this! Now brightpoint has taken the phone back but has written that the complaint is "Faulty phone cover" i assume because that is not covered under warranty!

                                    In the last ten years that I have used a Nokia phone or the last five years of my Professional life (I work with the Times of India Group) I have not heard of such a callous attitude from the support for any brand let alone a brand with the reputation of Nokia. Their attitude seems to be that now that you have been dumb enough buy the snazzy advertising story of NOKIA having excellent after sales support, then you have to be satisfied with whatever we give you. Aparently, we are entitled only to a replacement phone, not necceraily in the condition that it came in...even if the original case was replaced on the returned phone we would have been happy!

                                    I hate getting into legal recourse, but I am not left with any other alternative. Is there anything Nokia Care can do to redeem itself?

                                      my E-50 mobile IMEI [protected] struck up with usb connectivity problem & handed over the device on 16th april 2008 job no288398, to Hclinfinet ltd no 5, arti chamber, anna salai-600002, [protected]@nokia care india.com, after a week i checked with the service personnel, they told I.C to be replaced.


                                      0n 17th may 2008, they issued swap& gave a old mobile as replacement IMEI [protected], later found the mobile is not serviceble & had the same usb connectivity problem & speaker problem, also found the device is made in 2006, life timer used 419 hrs, where as my device which i handed over to hcl, is manufactured in may 2007, & life timer not even crossed 50 hrs also it cover 3 more months of warranty.


                                      on 23rd may 2007 i went back to hcl & launched a complaint to mr. vinoth & mr.Girish (floor manager), they promised to replace a new mobile with in a week, mean while i went twice to check but still their is no response even they have not filled any job sheet for the above,



                                      Iam fully dissatisfy with your service, plz look into the matter immediately, and issue me a new device or else return back my own device,



                                      kindly do the needful.



                                      also i need to inform you that, if there is no response, further i have planned to launch a complaint with the consumer court under the consumer protection Act 1986, also seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services and inconvinience .
