[Resolved] Nokia — not working properly | |||
Respected sir I have bought a nokia C6-00 handset in jan 2011 worth Rs 12500. after 4 months the set started giving many problems such as hanging daily, touch not working. then i have given my handset to nokia care in phase 7 Mohali. They said its software problem & updated the software and returned me back. but after that problem was same. this was repeated 3 times that they were updating the software but problem was not solving. After that they submitted my handset for 2 weeks saying that we have send your phone to Noida. when my phone returns back they said me that your touchpad has been replaced and now its ok. my phone was ok for 2 months .But after 2 months the problem is started again.and the colour of menu, call accepting &rejecting keys is started removing as such that this changed part is not original. I have shown to nokia care that colour is removing,they said keys does't included in the warranty, you have to replace it paying rs 2500. In august my handset was again updated and given me back. the colour of my keys is removing day by day which is looking worst. and the problem is also not being solved. my handset is under warranty and i m tired of going to nokia care after every month as i m college student so my studies are also being affected. so its my request to you that please look into this matter so that my problem is solved or my handset is replaced. waiting for your concern. yours sincerly Shubhneet Jolly [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

The nature of problem is it is Switch eoff automatically and blinking while charging and hanging.we have approched Nokia care centre for repair. After receiving the set from centre the problem which I have mentioned is still persists. i came to know that model also stopped by many shops due to these complaints.,iam very sorry to say iam so muuch disappointed due to this .So I request you to replace my cellphone becos i purchased for RS 8300

I have a Nokia n8Model (ESN/IMEI No. [protected], I was found hanging problem from last one month. After getting this problem I have consult with nearest customer service point at guru kirpa gift house mandi gobindgarh Nokia Care. They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After one week they have return back the set but I have found again same problem. and its returned to me wihtout repiar and condition was not good .and sctracth cosmatic and lost batary and lost some parts .its was not good respones nokia care center mandi gobindgarh.This type of repated action I have faced 1 times from Last one months. This is not acceptable. They have not able to rectify the problem.

I have bought my Nokia c5-03 mobile on 16.10.11 from poorvika and i had some problems in my new mobile . I have contacted Nokia Care near tambaram sanatorium and they cleared the fault.Once again i had Touch Problem and Nokia care have changed me the whole board on 23.01.12.After that i have again got many problems(10.2.12) )Next Month ).Nokia is not giving any response for my replacement of my mobile.Once again today (28.4.12) my touch is not working properly.I need a solution for my mobile
