[Resolved] Nokia Customer Care — Nokia N70 handset replacement problem! | |
Sir, i have got Nokia 6600 handset.on hearing about BL-5C battery problem i registered my address to replace the battery.it is already 2 months and there is no response from NOKIA.also since the address i have given in the form have changed i want to change my address in the registration.when i went to nearby dealer to replace the battery they have told me that,since i have already regisstered through internet they cant replace it.So better nokia should provide us a chance to cancell our registration or should provide a method to edit the contacts which we had given there. so i request you to kindly look in the matter Was this information helpful? | |

i am using nokia s6700 slide model..but deu to some speaker problem i give my mobile at nokia customer care at bangalore..and they check my mob and says tht to come after 1day, so after one day again im going to there to recieve my mob then i saw that my display was damaged, there are coming different color in my display screen, , while im asking how it'll be damaged then they says that it 'll break while it open to test.so now they charge me to pay the display cost is 2000 rs but u give only 1000 rs for this in discount..when i give my mob that time my mob display is in good condition, , , previously my bill total amount is only 1850/- rupess but now it became 2850 rs...what to do now im, , so plz contact me immediatly wid me, , and the man who is consult wid me for mob his behavior not good, , he mis behaving with me while im saying that im not able to pay the display cost, , ,
im giving my hand set on[protected], , but still now i don't get due to this reason, , , so kindly reply my mssg...
