Nokia E63 — HANGING | |
Sir, I recently purchased a NOKIA Phone E63. The worst model of NOKIA. Don't purchase it. From the beggining it is hanging .Customer care centres are highly irresponsible. Email complaint - showed that they have a CUT and PASTE answers for all the complaints. I submitted my phone to Ashok nagar Nokia care -chennai. Poor customer service. I Have asked for replacement. I think some gundas should be hired to break all the NOKIA customer care offices.. they are highly irresponsible.
I am begging the Consumer Complaint officials to take the stringent action on Nokia dealers & the company itself . Ask them to pay at least 10 Million USD in damage. At least this money can be utilized for a better purpose.

same here. It hangs and goes dead. I think a crappy product. They should recall them. Ppl start doing bad publicity of this product so noone buys it. The nnokia will realize.
Dnt Buy Any product of nokia. Even high range nokia mobile. I have used more then 4 nokia sets and all are having same probs.all are hang very frequently.plz dnt bye nokia.
