PURCHASED ON 15-01-09 FROM GARG AGENCY ,BALANGIR.SUBMITTED WITH PRODUCT COMPLAINT TO THE NOKIA CARE AT BALANGIR M/S.PANDA MOBITECH, BALANGIR FOUR TIMES.
THEY FAILED TO REMOVE THE DEFECTS AND BLAMED IT ON BATTERY.THE BATTERY WAS NOT REPLACED.THE NOKIA CARE REPLEID THAT THE SET WAS FORMATED,THE MICROS D CARDW AS FORMATTED.THE COMPLAINED OF ANY VIRUS IN THE SET BUT THAT WAS ALSO CLEANSED BUT AFTER ALL THESE THE SET IS NOT O.K..THE COMPLAINT IS AS IT IS.
WE HAVE REQUESTED THE COMPANY TO WITHDRAWA THE SET AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW SET BUT THE COMPANY TOLD US TO WAIT WE HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS WITH THE COMPANY.BUT THE COMPANY NOKIA DOESNOT APPROVED FOR SWAP OF THE SET.NOW YESTERDAY IT IS SAYING THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE THE SET RETURN FROM NOKIA CARE AS IT IS REPAIRED.BUT ON ENQUIRY THE NOKIA CARE SAYS THAT TEH BATTERY WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE AND IT WAS SENT TO THE COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT AND THE REPLACEMENT IS NOT YET RECEIVED FROM COMPANY.THE SET IS LYING WITH THE NOKIA CARE SINCE 12-09-09 .

Nokia — Replacement of Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic

I have purchased a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Handset, which had a problem pertaining the hands free device jack. Due to this i had demanded for a replacement as i had purchased it on[protected] and returned it within the same week. I was assured that i will be given a replacement after the problem is identified. But since then its 40 days i have not received a replacement nor the handset that i had purchased.

Kindly help me resolve this issue and obtain a replacement of my handset.

WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE NOKIA MOBILE HANDSET MODEL 5800 XPRESSMUSIC FROM GARG AGENCY,BALANGIR VIDE THEIR BILL NO 6671DATED.15-01-09 BY PAYING 19000.00.THE SET DEVELOPED PROBLEMS AFTER 6 MONTHS.WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE SET AT THE AUTHORIZED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT BALANGIR PANDA MOBITECH FOR REPAIR AND THEY HAVE RETURNED THE SET AFTER 3/4 DAYS SAYING THAT IT WAS REPAIRED.BUT IT DEVELOPED THE SAME PROBLEM OF AUTO SHUTDOWN.WE HAVE AGAIN SUBMITTED THE SET TO THE SAME NOKIA CARE AS IT IS THE NEAREST NOKIA CARE.BUT AGAIN THEY RETURNED IT. LIKE THIS WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE SET TO THEM FOUR TIMES.ON 12-09-09 WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE DEFECTIVE SET TO THAT NOKIA CARE VIDE THEIR JOB CARD NO.091012/ 3840/12-09-09 FOR COMPETE REPAIR OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE REPLACEMENT.WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE HANDSET WITH ITS BATTERY ALSO.BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET SWAPPED THE PHONE NOR REPAIRED IT.TODAY THE NOKIA EXECUTIVE HAS CALLED ON US AND SAID THAT THE SET IS REPAIRED AND WE SHOULD COLLECT IT FROM THEM,BUT WHEN WE TALKED WITH THAT NOKIA CARE THEY SAID THAT THE SET IS REPAIRED BUT THE BATTER WAS SUBMITTED TO COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT.WE HAVE REQUESTED THEM FOR REPLACEMENT OF TAHTS ET AS IT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE AND IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED IN FOURTIMES.BUT NOW THE NOKIA COMAPNY WANT TO CHEAT US BY REFUSING TO SWAP THE PHONE.IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND WANT THAT THE COMPANY SHOULD SWAP TEH PHIEN SO TAHT WE WOULDNOT BE HARASSED IN FUTURE.IF A MNC LIKE NOKIA CARE WOULD DO SUCH TRICKS TO CHEAT AND DUPE CUSTOMERS OF ITS PRODUCTS IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL AND STRANGE.WE WANT THAT THE NOKIA COMPANY SHOULD SWAP THE PHONE WITH A NEW GOOD PHONE IMMEDIATELY.IT WOULD RESTORE THE FAITH OF CUSTOMERS ON NOKIA COMPANY.

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Vishal Vadhvana from Mumbai (Malad) is very much unhappy with your product & service.
I have purchase a new handset Nokia 5800 Express Music (Touch screen) on 20th september 2009.
Within 8 days form the time of purchase the camera stopped working & the locking key does not work properly.
So i gave the handset 1ST TIME in Nokai care store CELLULAR WORLD, 8 & 10, Rameshwar Tower, Shimpoli Road, next to Gokhale school, Borivali (west), Mumbai - 400092. TEL. [protected]., [protected]. ( Mr. Deepak Shroff) on 28/09/09. so they send my handset to Delhi headoffice.
And after 15 days I collected my handset from nokaicare (Borivali).
And again after 2 days the same problem occured in my handset so I gave my handset 2ND TIME in nokaicare (Borivali) on 16/10/09. & I requested them to change my handset & they submitted my request along with my handset to Delhi. but they did not replaced my handset & just repaired & gave me back in 15 days.
And again after 5 days the same problem is being repeated for the 3RD TIME & I submitted my handset on 05/11/09 in nokaicare (Borivali) & my
First jobsheet no.[protected].
Second jobsheet no.[protected]/12.
Third jobsheet no. is[protected]/091105/41 & ASC no. is 569_504867 & ESN / IMEI no. is [protected].

The care executive commented as this is the 3rd time the same problen has occured to replace the handset so
I want my new handset at any cost this time or give my money back.

I also submitted this complain from your toll free no. [protected] & my complain 1st & 2nd times complain ID. is [protected]
& my 3rd complain ID is 1-[protected].

If you do not reply on this complain this complain will directly go in the consumer court & keep on answering the court.

I request to give me my new handset this time & do the needful.

THE ABOVE COMPLAIN HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED 2TIMES IN NOKIACARE AT ([protected]@nokia.com). BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE.

TODAY ON 10TH NOV 2009, 11:38 AM. A CALL FROM NOKIACARE (BORIVALI) CAME SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FAULT IN MY HANDSET COME & COLLECT YOUR HANDSET THEY ALSO TOLD THAT THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND THE HANDSET TO DELHI.

EARLIER WHEN I SUBMITTED MY HANDSET ON 05/11/09. THEY GAURENTEED ME TO REPLACE MY HANDSET WITH A NEW ONE.

BUT TODAY THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FAULT IN MY HANDSET & THEY HAVENT SENT IT TO DELHI ALSO .

BUT AGAIN AFTER 5DAYS THE SAME PROBLEM WILL OCCUR.

I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE MY HANDSET MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO EVEN ANSWER PROPERLY.

I REQUEST THE COURT TO GIVE ME PROPER FEEDBACK ON HOW TO HANDLE THIS MATTER & HOW TO GET JUSTICE & I EVEN REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME TO GET MY NEW HANDSET

THE PHONE WAS RETURNED BY THE NOKIA CARE AT BALANGIR BY SAYING THAT THE SET IS REPAIRED AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY, BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. ACTUALLY THE BATTERY GOES DRAINED WITHIN 3/4 HOURS OF WORKING AND THE PHONE IS SHUT DOWN AUTOMATICALLY.

I HAD REQUESTED FOR TOTAL REPLACEMENT OF THE SET AS THE HARDWARES OF THE SET IS DEFECTIVE BUT THE COMPANY IS NOT LISTENING.WHAT CAN I DO N OW.SHOULD I O TO DCDRF, SONEPUR OR MOVE TO GOI, COMPANY AFFIARS, MRTPC .PLEASE ANSWER?
I do agree & I am really sad to say that Nokia 5800 Music Express is completely not appropriate for Nokia standards. As I have brought my Nokia device (Serial No – [protected] ) 65 days back I am facing lot of problems which really made me to loose the confidence in Nokia products. Since I am using your products from last 6 years this is the most terrible product which I experienced.
It’s completely waste of my money & time. As the day one I brought this device I found lots of problems with it.I had formatted my memory card twice and lost many important data & paid software’s (around Rs, 5000) but there is no use as still I’m facing lot of issues.
On 29 Dec 2009 I logged issue with your care centre in koramangala in Bangalore.
And you people took 10 days to repair it. And I finally got my mobile back on 07/01/2010 evening.

As I check my device after receiving from you I felt it was ok to use, but I’m unable to use the WEB services. I have called my service provider (Airtel) many times and begged them to check the connection settings. The settings are correct & unnecessarily I had troubled them to check the settings more N more times. Finally it was found that it is an handset issue.

Now My phone is in Nokia service center for 2nd time repair. I have requested for the replacement or refund of amount...

Nokia Xpressmusic 5800 — defective replacements set

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Nokia 5800 cell phone some 5 months back and found that the camera flash is not working.

I went to Nokia service centre near Bhashyam Circle and submitted the handset. I was told there was some mother board problem and the handset should be sent to HO for replacement.

The promised time to be given back was one week.

Even after waiting for 3 weeks did not get back my handset. Finally with all cribbing, I got a handset said to be new one.

I took back home found that it has some other problem. Now again i do not want to service centre again because I do not trust them anymore
