Nokia Mobile — Battery Damage | |
Dear Sir, I bought Nokia mobile before five months. Mobile battery is damaged in warranty period. I went to dealer. Dealer confirmed the damage and accepted my complaint but they asked minimum two weeks to provide a new one. It is a great inconvenience. We don't expect such irresponsible response from such a famous company. I hope either you will provide better service. If you don't respond positively we will decide to ban your product in our use. i dont know why it is happening.
