[Resolved]  Nokia N72 — my key 4,music,off(red) is not working.

sir my mobile key code problem not login to my mobile please help me i am using Noika n 72 sir can u help me?how to reset key code i am all ready reset the default key code...

if the red key, keypad no 4 and Music key not working means you should switch on bluetooth then it will works,

The same problem i faced dude when i went to customer care they too said there is no solution for this problem but when i am sending file to my friend then i pressed keys which are not working at that time the keys work for me fine from that onwards i am switching on bluetooth and using the keys ...

i went to nokia care center for repairment of my mobil.they charge me around 800 rupee but d problm is same, i went 3 times nd d again problm is same.tell me what to do

I'm using a nokia N72 phone. I was talking to someone and suddenly the phone automatically got switched off. I tried to switch it on but could not. I made some further inquiry to find that the software had corrupted. is there any way that i can save my contacts, my inbox messages and drafts from getting erased when i reinstall the software ?
Please help me quickly.
