Nokia — Nokia N-79 Keypad is not working

Dear sir/madam,

i have perched nokia n-79 model from last 20days IMEI NO.- [protected] i am facing problem with this set but nokia care ( cidco n-5 Near Lokamt Bhavan Aurangabad )told to me it is not repaired under warranty please solve my problem immed

Nokia N79 phone — Phone Hung even after i serviced it

Im totally disappointed with the Nokia service centre in Borivili (W) Opp Pantaloons. I gave my new phone N79 for servicing there and to my disappointed they doubled the problem. Im stranded cause firstly my data was wiped out and software re-installed. Whats the point???? Phone just doesnt come on. Frustrating.

hi, u jus show them ur full full anger. and shout lik anything. i[censored] cant, accompany wit ur frnd and ask him to shout.. u tell them that " wat the hell is happening here, u people doubled the problem" and add "i want to see ur senior officials, always making me to walk to ur company". this method was done in motorola service center by a person. so the whole company cant speak and REPLACED the mobile. yes he got a REPLACEMENT form very soon and got a new one in same model.

i have brought these new nokia N79 and after 2 months i am facing the keypad problem.when i switch on the phone it gets hang.only the switch on button is working.

The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.

My N 79 mobile keypad hangs ans Navi wheel also not working.I asked ny brother go at Nokia Care at Lower Parel and check.They checked my mobile with Rs.150/-. And sadi that its a software issue, not hardware issue.SO they told after software update this problem will solve.But after updating software still kaeypad hangs.And navi wheel also not working.
The strange thing is that their technical experts dont know that this phone is having Navi Wheel.They blindly told my brother that this phone does not have this feature.:)

I realy surprised when my Bro told me that. I felt these people even dont know the features of their own product!!! My bro told them that he is using this phone since last one year and we knew very well that it is having the Navi Wheel option. But they were not ready to listen.
Even after paying Rs.150/- still my mobile problem remained unresolved. Ohhh!!! Thats height of NOKIA...its really no kiya...

What to do guys??? Do u have any solution on this?
Or guide me how can i go about it?

my phone hang when i switch on ..
all keys stop to work, only switch key work...
really it is bad phone i watch in my life that gave a big trouble..
its time to say no kiya...
