[Resolved]  Nokia N8 — Warranty not extended

I am Kundan Kalaskar, Residing at Nagpur City. I have a Cellphone Model Nokia N8. Last year i have extended my mobile warranty for one year and i have paid the required amount of 1470, but those guys have not extended my cellphone warranty even after one year. Every time i had to come to nagpur for mobile repair because other nokia center will not accept it so every time i have to come to nagpur on that particular nokia center with bill and extended warranty receipt and they repair it, and even after telling twice or thrice them to update my warranty in system they dint even bother to do it.

As i was in Pune so i have to come all the way to nagpur just to repair it, my mobile is still with them they said that they will try to extend the warranty for one year or they will give my money 1470 back, but what about my travelling charges, my time, my leaves taken from office.

When i told them that i want to speak to your manager or owner they kept me waiting for hours and manager didn't even spoke to me, one other employee claiming that he is a manager spoken to me and he asked me to mail us regarding the issue and their superiors will revert me back. its been more than 8 days now but i haven't heard anything from them regarding the issue.

My cellphone is with them for repair and warranty has expired. Service Job Sheet No. : [protected]/121103/103

Therefore i want to log a complaint against Milaps Electronics (Nokia Care Center) 2nd floor, sanskruti sankul, zansi rani chowk, sita buldi, Nagpur. Contact number:[protected] /82 /83.

NOKIA - N8 — warranty

I Paul.t.baby an engineering student from Coimbatore...i bought a Nokia n8 (imei number:[protected]) from Cochin[protected].i paid rs.24000, for the phone.After exact seven days[protected] the phone stop working.i went to Nokia care on[protected]..They said that its boot failure.So they want to sent it head office.And it will take one week to repair.And they are not sure on that.i want to get that phone replaced.The problem is not made by me. And i will lost valuable details from phone.
What should i do?
Will they replace phone?
