[Resolved] Nokia N82 — service centre not able to rectify the bluetooth problem | |
i bought a nokia N82 phone last year in the month of september, it was functioninh excelletly, but after 2 months, when i used to switch on the bluetooth it used to display"not able to open". so i took it to local nokia care centre in our town. i stay at mulund(mumbai) their they told me that we can rectify this problem we will have to send your phone to the nokia care head office in parel which is handled by brightpoint india pvt ltd. and said that i would take 25 days to return your phone. so i myself took my phone to the head office in parel(mumbai). there customer service was very good and they told it would be done in 3-4 working days, as promised i got my phone in 4 days, the bluetooth problem was solved but again in 15days the same problem occured. Now again i have taken the phone to service centre in parel. i am not understanding why the nokia care is unable to rectify the problem. if you can't rectify you should replace the phone.i am very dissatisfied with the nokia company. Nokia N82 — not working properly even after replacement
i had bought nokia n82 (black) for rs 20,000.i got problem in a handset and was replaced by nokia care,then again i got a problem and had been replaced by nokia, and so on, the phone had been changed three times after a long period of time, then nokia care had given me a new nokia n82 which was of white colour and of not my choice..but let it be,
now there is a same problem in the given handset.(ear speaker is not working properly)
this shows that there product is sub-standard and not of worth rs 20,000.
i had given a written complaints to nokia..i got a phone call but nothing has been solved
kindly help me in this issue, as rs 20,000 is not a cheap amount and cant spend again and again.

Nokia N82 — to rectify the problem
hii tis s rishi,i purchased N82 from nokia care a year back.now its warenty period got over..now i hav got one problem n the mobile..a blank display problem..so i approached the nokia service centre and asked then to repair it..they also gave me a job sheet on puttin some estimated amount..they told tat the mobile will be ready in 10 days..after 10 days i went an approached them..they said tat the mobile is not yet reald..then after one month i approached them..they told that the mobile is ready..then i paid them Rs.1725..then within 10 days the same problem arised..then i again approached them an said that the phone has got same problem..after tat 3 to 4 times they gave me job sheet and the same problem arised again and again..they are also not responding the customers well..i got fed up o[censored]sing nokia...in the bill they have given the service tax no-ADYPV5248CST001 AND THE VAT NO IS-[protected]...i havnt noted the job sheet no..this nokia care's address is-11, gandhiji road, erode-638001...the number in my mobile is 358984/01/024123/3...i request you to take further step...

I bought the N82 in july'09 from Nokia priority, Chennai. I have been facing over heat problem since begining. I have sent to Nokia care for 2 times for the same problems.

nokia n 82 — Bluetooth
When ever i try to put bletooth on, it says unable to perform bletooth operation. This has been since a month.i have bought the phone on 18th Feb 2008.
Please let me know the next step ahead.
