[Resolved]  Nokia — delay in Service

Hi,
My name is Namrata Bhesonia
I am a consumer of Nokia 5800 , which was bought in sep 2009, On 20th September i went to Mulund's Nokia gallary ( mulund west nearby station) for a complaint regarding the Power button of my hand set , the guy over their told me that it can be repaired with the payment of Rs 350/- later on other guy besides him told me that since your phone is in warranty period we will do it free of cost, then again one of them went to ask some senior person and then finally said that i have to pay 350 rs and they will take my phone for 10 days. since i stay in Ulhasnagar , i came back and tried in Ulhasnagar's nokia care, where on 22nd september , they took my phone for servicing of Power key free on cost and said that it will take 10 days last saturday i went to take back my phone but they said thay will call me when it is done today is 16th day since my phone is with Nokia people, and they have not even called me yet on my land line no not only that they have not even gave me any spare phone to use till my phone is with them .... since 16 days i am roaming phoneless ... just let me know when i will be getting my phone back , coz my warranty will be ending at 9th Oct,2011.

I hope nokia will take this seriously.......and a quick action will be taking for this .

Nokia — Delay in servicing

This is Thareeq Anwar from hyderabad. I bought nokia 5610 slider from Universcell Ameerpet, with in the 3 months i got display problem and from then onwards am wandering from one nokia care center to another (ameerpet balanagar now mg road) right now my mobile is with SS electonics mc road i have submitted my handset on 27 th may 2009 and i was told that my mobile will be repaired and with in 2 days of time, after 29 th may i am calling everyday to your customer care executive everytime she is asking for 5 more days as they dont have stock.


This answer i heard from 6 of your nokia care center's, please consider my complaint and take the appropriate action at the earliest possible.

Nokia Bluetooth Headset handsfree — good not delivered

I had ordered a bluetooth headset handsfree on the 27th May 2009 unfortunately online through ivaluemart.com:: Made the payment through my HSBC credit card because that was the only option available since this catalogue came from HSBC credit card bill. Till date, I have not received the product. On calling the helpline nos provided, firstly they hardly pick up the call. Out of those lucky 2 or 3 times out of 50 calls, I get the stupid excuse that it got delayed because the stock needs to be replenished and they would soon send the good. for your information, they claim to supply goods purchased in 21 days. Even if I give them benefit of doubt for 21 as working days, those days are also over.

the details are like dis: my phone 3110c which has a usb port,so i used to connect to my system after which it got some problem, the first notice which came to me was the disappearence of my phone calculator software and then after a week, the real problem started dat is it got switched off and never started after dat,it just used to blink with a nokia label and turn off.

it is very disappointng from ur part dat i gave my phone to u long back and even after the target delivery date i couldn't get my phone,its very unfair on ur part.i lost my important personal contacts bcoz o[censored] ppl.

dear sir mera nokia ka mob 5233 aaj 40 days se above ho chuka hai, lcd yello ho jata tha thaik karne me nokia ko aaj 40 days se above ho chuka hai aur mob nahi de raha hai

Nokia — Noisy Nokia BH-108 bluetooth headset/handsfree

I unfortunately purchased BH-108 and using it,

One main issue with is...

It is Very Noisy, Like AM radio even within 1 metre range

Nokia Service Centre are saying this is normal!!

How can we trust nokia now??
