[Resolved] North Delhi Power Limited NDPL — Fake theft case booked on my connection [protected]
I would like to your kind attention about using monopoly of power Distribution Company in Delhi name as MS NORTH DELHI POWER LIMITED.
Subject: [Forcefully wrong or fake booked the theft case on our premises vide on connection no. [protected] w as on 17 62009]
On dated[protected] ndpl team member came out my premises and without any permission get to check my meter, for this I have no objection because of I am not thief of electricity. But they booked me case of theft of electricity .I give you brief details as they mention
1.My meter seals are tempered
2.Meter found 15% slow
3.Give me bill as penalty of Rs. 36k
My clauses are reply as serial wise.
For No.1 seals found tempered
This connection installed from the year 1977 and the seals are makes with copper wires and stamped also DVB property and I sure it is not tempered it looked as.becuase of too much old life and meet with soil, paints and other dust materials you may again check my seals.
For No.2 meter found 15 % slow
This point is too much conflicts .if some one wants to tempering in meter and he only used the marking as only 15 % why he not using 90 % because on the same percentage of tempering bill has to raised same amount.
My meter condition is that it is made of iron body and too much old mechanical meter which move with round plate. keep this point in your mind from the 1977 to 2009 how to things that the meter condition works properly.NDPL provides the services from the last 7 years they why they not changed my old meter .why they booked the cases on old DVB meter. Why NDPL says to best service provide to consumer by them. it is too monopoly of ndpl.when we always to rushing the stone it also to be finished they this is iron make meter.
I also attached my year wise consumption charts to see this you can understand my query clearly that I am the true and I am not using any tempering in my meter.
So it is request to concerned persons that please give immediate response to my true feedback either I will contact to TATA POWER chairman and Mr Rattan Tata to show ndpl services feedback.
