Meter Running Fast

I made a written complaint to NDPL for the Meter Running Fast. On 16th instant a man came up & handed over a slip after obtaining signatures on meter testing report to my son who is a student. Obviously none of the family member was present at the time of meter testing. The report indicates as OK. But due to old meter, it requires replacement. It's also creaping. Incorrect /faulty electricity billing arrears

Arrears are being shown in the bills ever since the DVB times and are not being corrected inspite of repeated letters and inspite of replacement of the faulty meters by the NDPL . excessive billing and no customer service

I have the electricity connection from NDPL. The connection number is [protected]. Earlier we had the connection from the Thekedar's and then the tender was taken over by NDPL. We recieved a bill amount of 10000 for 6 months on April-08 and we paid the complete amount. theft at the name of M/S DERC

NDPL has the policy of installing tampered meter thru contractors ,then after a year they will come to your home ,they
will book the case in DAE ,even if your seals are intact (BCOZ Honorable DERC has said the benificiary is culprit)
At the name of Honorable DERC they are ditching delhites.
And as far as the behavior is concerned that is quiet disgusting,that is shame on CEO of organization who has recruited such guys...
