Subject:-Frequently Power Cut-off for Every Day

Dear Sir,

Regarding the above subject matter We would like to bring in your kind attention that we are facing big problem due to frequent power cut-off for 4 to 6 hours and 8 to 12 times in a day from last few months.

The summer season is just comes and we are facing these kind of problems.Whenever rains starts, air blow in form of storm the electricity cut-off by the ndpl.There are so much load on the area .I think it covering whole sultan puri, kirari and prem nagar part-I part-II and some surrounding areas. I could not understand why they are not giving any solution of such kind of problems while they are getting much revenue from us. They can distribute the load so that the problem can be resolved.

We have talked from the ndpl employee they just say we are doing our works what can we do. you do whatever all of you want to complain higher authority or someone else.

There are approx lakhs of people living in these area every one is frustrated due to these kind of activities of power cut-off. May be there can be situation arise that people comes on the road against the ndpl for such kind of activity.

Sir, We would like to request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to help us so that we can live peacefully and happily and enjoy good service of NDPL.

I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in our locality.Mr Anil, Sunil and Vikas Shokeen (all are real brothers) Resident of 151/8 Mangol Pur Kalan opposite pocket 5 sector 2 Rohini they all are indulge in theft of electricity for last couple of years.They distribute electricity to their tenantes by illegale and faulty electricity sub meters.Please take some strict action against them.One more thing i want to share with you they theft electricity before 8 am and after 7 pm daily.All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you.So please do something urgently.

mr vikas, the resident of H-151, D.T.C. colony shadi pur patel nager, new delhi-110008( near shadi pur metro station )they are theft of electricity through poll wire from past couple of months. so take some strict action against them.ndpl se kuch log aaye the unko maine bola ki aap is bijli chori ka kuch kijiye, unka jawab tha ki inka bapp inko chodkar chla gaya hai koi batt nahi.they are collect some money from them.

I want good suggestion for you.

I live in Shadipur Mandir wali Gali, My Land Lord give me NOC for new Electricity Connection, beacause their are factories Area and it is commercial rate @5/- per unit. They give me allow for the new meter for my husdand name. i don't no what is the processor. If i take New Electricity Connection after leave it is possible for disconneting or transfer or etc.
Please give advice what for i do!

We all waiting for your good response a group of NDPL raided two weak back a house no. D-1/ 24 in Budh Vihar Delhi-86. Still a old meter, commercial activity, theft of electricity due to a old meter using last five years since NDPL has come in Delhi, with low reading bill why.
Pl. do some thing good for the neighbors of Budh Vihar, those are paying more bill using less electricity with his comparison 100 yard home space but bill shown in 50 yard.

we all residence at BC-BLOCK D.D.A JANTA FLATE request to you disconnect the electrecity connection at BC-48-C top floor at Idea mobile tower. Tower vibe-rations are unhealthy for the adjoining area.We also inform to you that on dt. 27.10.09 at 12.30 am. the idia mobile worker damaged the main box line seal and joined the connection of mobile tower. On dt. 27.10.09 at 2.pm approx. one of their worker again entered the electricity room (where all stair meter Installed ), predicting to be one of the NDPL worker. But when we enquired about the presence of that worker he got shivered and ran way. I request you to look into the matter and re-seal the main box.

I am owner of House No. N-2/41A, Mohan Garden, near Gurudwara Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. Theft of electricity was going on in this house by unauthorised occupants. Numerous complaints made. Theft stopped for 2-3 months. Now with the connivance of one Mr. Manish Arora, Enforcement Officer/BSES Delhi who is known to these unauthorised occupants, the electricity theft has again started.

sir, I repeat this complaint 3rd time but till no action against house no. 79 nimri colony GF ashok vihar delhi- 52 . his meter is always stop he use some equipment for stop meter . day and night ac, or eloctronic apliences . he use last 8 months above . his meter is old becouse meter not change last time all meter is change but 79 nimri colony meter has not change. pls action aginst stirckly. surprisely u vist his home time is mor . 6 Am or after noon 3 pm to 6 and night 10 to tilll

I want to inform you that I lives in Zakhira Amar Park and there is one person in our area whose name is SAKRULLAH who says him as a proprietor of the NDPL and his address is W-85/214. He use to make fool o[censored]neducated people and poor people living in our area by saying and forcing him to install the electrical meter and demand for the bribe and money for that work and if someone is unable to do so and says that I have no money to give then he threatened him that I will hurt you or not let you to live. He says him self the proprietor of NDPL, in last previous years he started his factory and he had a electric meter installed in the factory whose bill in due till now and the amount of the bill was 7, 95, 730/-Rs whose K.No is [protected] on dated 29th April 2009 this bill has to be paid which has not been paid till date. If some one arguments with him or go against him he says that he had taken the tender of 3, 60, 000/ Rs. He also says that he has a file made by the NDPL consist of 30 pages when we saw his file there was no any signature regarding employee of NDPL and nor any stamp. If some one living in the area gets the bill of about 1000/- then his electric connection is disconnected or cut off but he him self have the payment due as mentioned above (7, 95, 730/-) Rs then why not any action taken against this issue. In our area Amar Park Zakhira there are near about[protected] jhuggies. All are ready and agreed for installation of electrical meter. Near about 70% area has been covered and remaining 30% has been left. But all the people living in the area wants that there must be direct link with the NDPL office. We don’t need this selfish person named SAKRULLAH. If any responsibility regarding any work or any issue is given to this person then we all living in this area will not pay the bill of NDPL or any other bills for that we are ready to go to jail, block the roads and traffic on roads. We all people went to SHAHZADA BAGH ZONE to discuss the matter with ER- S.K. SHARMA on dated 22th JUNE 2009 and he said that we would visit your area on dated 25th JUNE 2009 and Sharma ji visited that day with his other staff members. Every one protested against this person and said that we don’t need this person in matter related NDPL in any condition. But till now no action has been taken against him. Sharmaji said that in one house there would be only one meter to be installed. The person named SAKRULLAH, at his home there are two meters installed one is old and other is new old meter is near about 10-15 years old and has black wire and this wire has been cut off on dated 26th JUNE 2009 and this black wire has been replaced with blue wire and meter is only that old one and no verification has been done regarding this meter till now and all 10 jhuggies are getting electricity and connection with this old meter. The verification regarding this old meter should be done as soon as possible. We think that some staff members of NDPL SHAHZADA BAGH ZONE are engaged or helping this selfish person in all this matter of fraud and harassment.

In last we all jhuggi people request you to take action against this issue as soon as possible.

SUB : ISSUE O[censored]NAUTHORIZED ELECTRICITY CONNECTION AT MY DDA FLAT ROOF
Sir
NDPL has issued an electricity connection with K. NO. [protected] in the name of SUDHA SACHDEVA at the roof of my DDA FLAT 123-C, PKT. B-4 KESHAV PURAM. The connection has been issued for an address 123-D which does not exist as DDA has allotted only flats A, B, C in this area. Someone has misguided NDPL by some forged documents for which I had already informed via my complaint. I was asked to sent the application in writing but even after that NDPL has given the connection without verification from me. I have neither given any NOC nor applied for any connection at my roof.
I am the valid and legal owner of the property. I HAVE ATTACHED MY ID PROOF AND COPY OF PROPERTY PAPERS already with my application to HO-CMG.
I had talked to 66111912 several times. Talked to Mr. Vijay Kumar and M.S. Saini at Dist. Office Keshav puram. Everyone says that this meter installation is wrong and should be removed but nobody takes an action. They forward it to other people or deparments.
Kindly do the needful at the urgent.

The ineffective warning of Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit to the BSES and the false comments upon NDPL are all political games. The truth is that the Delhi Govt is hand in glove with the DISCOMs. All such comments and warnings are only upon the surface. In reality both are mutual beneficiaries.
The BSES operates in areas where RWA are more active and raise there concerns strongly. However, in case of areas with NDPL, the people are equally affected but somehow they are unable to raise the same strong noises.
If one visits the consumer courts/forums, in the area of NDPL, the major litigations are against the NDPL. Cases includes complaint against Power outages, irregular billing, hefty bills, false assessment, harassment through NDPL officers, corruption etc. It is surprising as to how our Chief Minister remains unaware of these facts and why she seems to be giving a clean chit to NDPL.
The media can play a big role in highlighting the plight of the victims of the NDPL too. The best way to approach the victims of the NDPL is to reach to hundreds of people who are filing consumer complaints against the NDPL in Consumer Court Shalimar Bagh.

I deposited the payment for my last bill but your person today after disconnecting inform me that the cheque has not signed so thats

Problems are not resolved, The street lights are installed in a very improper way, to lighten up the homes / outside lighting of Houses of relatives of NDPL employees, on demand of the persons who sits them and forces them to install lights in front of his house, in front of house of people who give money to the employees to install street light.

To know the truth, check the street light plan in Village TigiPur, after that everyone will know how the lights are installed in un-proper way. One street is lighten up with helogen lights and other street was never installed with normal bulbs, even the darken street is main street of the village.

Even after complaining many times, there is no action because if someone is working and have gone to office at the time when NDPL employee came, others will get the lights installed infront of their house.

The street light of Gali No.4, Kiran Lane, Village Wazirabad, Delhi-110084 is not functioning from last one month. Some people used to theft electricity from the poles and break down the wire of street light to hide the theft. Faulty Meter
Our electricity has been disturbed from Dec 08 onwards; we have registered a complaint as our residence’s monthly electricity bills for the last 2 months is 15, 000 and 18, 000.We use TWO A/C, TV & FRIDGE only.

We have repeatedly requested and complained to the local EB office and No action has been taken so far but EB has disconnected the power supply with out informing us.

We have called an electrician & checked; he says the problem is in the meter.

PLEASE HELP US & FELLOW CUSTOMERS LIKE US.
