Problem in getting new connection

Sir/Madam,

I requested for a new connection on 1/1/2008 request no [protected]... All documents were submitted... But on 09/09/08 I recieved a sms "dues are found"... I immediatly call to costomer care and they told me that there is no dues on my address but in my localities many person had to pay their dues, therefore i could nt take new connection.. i surprised what were they saying if someone not pay their electricity...

Commercial Charges against Residential use

Dear Team,

We have one Electricity Connection No-[protected] This meter is issued for Residential purpose But NDPL Charging as Commercial from one last month. Last month Electictiy bill is 23, 170/- against commercial use. We are from middle family we could not able to pay such a huge amount. Please do the needful for the solution of this problem and remove misuse against this connection no.

Electricity Meter

Hii,
My name is Rashmi. I lived in Vijay Nagar Double storey. In case of dispute of my in laws they cut my electricity of a particular meter . And the NDPL company says your building have dues we don't give you electricity. Firstly pay that bill. I am very much upset. Right now i spent 2 months with out electricity.

Please tell me what should i do. That dues r not mine. Why i pay that. The whole area is double...

Faulty Main Wire & Meter

Our electricity has been disturbed from Saturday noon 19th July; the main wire has been damaged and fell down in main street. It was very risky for every one in street. We registered complained 9-12 times with a gap of every 2 hours but every time the NDPL call centre gave us new complaint number & give service time of 2 hours. No line man comes from Saturday to Monday noon.

No action has been taken any of the services...

heavy power failure

l am living at sant nagar (burari ) yaha par manak construction pvt ltd jo si ngle power point in ndpl scheme k ander aata hai
humare (bengali colony ) area bahut zada power failure hoti hai

I am so frustrate after hearing that my NDPL reading is fast according to the "NDPL meter reading man himself" he told me that you are meter reading is fast . it is much faster as compare to other meter becuase it was install just 2 months ago...

Excess payment during the change of faulty meter not adjusted

We had reported for excess bills and requested for meter checking for its speed. After two checks the meter was declared faulty, however the bill used to come on regular basis and we were asked to pay the same to avoid disconnection and we did the same. We were assured that after the replacement of meter and thereafter observing the bill pattern for 6 months our money will be adjusted. Nothing like this happened and instead we were asked...
